I pay for unlimited delivery from walmart..3 times within 2 weeks my order was delayed..they don't keep you updated...why advertise something you can't deliver? Ive never seen such lack of concern for customers!

I ordered 3 items online for a pick up order. I was advised it was ready and when I checked in for the pick up area, nobody came out & I did not see one employee passing out items to every spot taken.

I also set up my daughter as a pick up person. She checked in for her “reserved time” and after 1 hr got the attn of yer employee. He looked up her/my order # and said THEY DO NOT have my order which is also what yer online site said 2x.

5 hrs has gone by with them not knowing what they were doing let alone delivering my paid products!! My daughter cancelled my order. Now yer site says I may not get a refund if my order had already been processed???

I want a refund of my money paid!! I will never do business again with this store.

Also, the phones do not work so you CANNOT reach the Pick…

Friday the 25th I bought a battery for vehicle returned it for exchange on Tuesday the 29th. Had receipt but they would not exchange said had to get a refund but had to go on gift card. Even though I had receipt Y'all have no problem taking my cash but can't return it with the receipt come on now happened more than once..

I have just been to your Walmart at 1375 Baseline Rd Ottawa and I have never experienced a dirtier store anywhere. Check out counters filthy, didn't want to put items for purchase on them, floors filthy disorder everywhere. Even the exterior huts that contain shopping carts were filled with garbage.

This must be dealt with because one should not feel that they have to shower after visiting a Walmart.

I filled a complaint with Walmart customer relations, and Walmart ethics department on 11/1/22. The case was ignored, and sent back to the store # 2233 in Frederick Maryland on Guillford road. I’m extremely dissatisfied, because the long time employee Faye was extremely curt and totally disrespectful to me.

On the other hand, she was EXTREMELY GENTLE to a woman, that devoid melanin. The assistance store manager condoned Faye’s racist customer service. I will NOT spend another penny in any Walmart or online, because my spending goes towards their salary, and I’m NOT a valuable customer.

I ordered an Allswell bed in a box allowed 24 hrs for “rise” laid on it for 30 min. To see if I liked it and it was not for me. com scheduled a return. Received a confirmation the mattress would be picked up on 11/21/22 between 12-4 pm. By Estes shipping.

No one came or called. com and was told that they were contacting the shipper now and they would call me. No called! I called customer service and they said that after contacting the shipper they were told I should have received a tracking number in an email!!

Mind you I received a CONFIRMATION ON DATE AND TIME. I could not find an email from shipper so I checked my junk folder and it was there. Nowhere on my confirmation email does it state that I will need to check for an email from the Shipper!

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my insulin.. there was no cashier. I heard the technician say "I can't wait on her ,she's family . Yes she is my niece and yes I am complaining about her..

I told by the pharmacist I have to wait till the cashier came back.. I told them never mind I would come back when my niece wasn't working.. I've been using this pharmacy for 10+ years and my niece has always waited on me in the past..

My daughter worked at Walmart in Hurricane, WV. She is a single mom raising her son living with her mom who is on a fixed income helping. Our entire family had COVID and then the flu. Since Walmart doesn't accept drs.

Excuse she lost her job because of missing. They said it wasn't over her work ethic because it was great. She went in sick on several days. This is rediculous. She should get her job back with same pay. Working sick employees can't be good.

On Nov. 7 2022 I purchased the PS4 game "Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2" from Walmart St. #01128 in Marksville La. Upon arrival at home and opening the sealed package I discovered a used scratched up movie "Waist Deep " was in the package instead of the game "Modern Warfare 2".

I immediately returned to the store and was told by the salesperson that nothing could be done. I ordered groceries online to be picked up at the store. When I showed up, they loaded my order into someone else's car, so I called to get a refund. 64. 11 and that my bank had charged me the rest of the money.

Please forward to the Pharmacy Regional or District Manager of Lexington, SC. This Walmart Pharmacy (store and license details are attached) is refusing to transfer prescriptions. They were made aware I wanted the script transferred to CVS at 7pm. CVS called them multiple times and was placed on hold and then hung up on twice.

Went to purchase a discount item at the store on Dirksen Pkwy in Springfield IL store number03120. The price range up different on the register. 24. the customer service manager told me that was online price only to be picked up in the store after ordering online.

The barcode scanned by me on the product stated out of stock online available at store. CSM still refused to give scanned price on product. This is not the only time I've had problems with this store. I bought an item and cashier did not bag it and I was stopped at the door for receipt check, yet people walking out the door with bigger items and not stopped for receipt check.

In fact one walked out tonight in front of me with a Christmas tree and was not asked for receipt.

still have heard nothing. I shopped there on 10/21/22 and spent $200 in grocery items. Upon arriving home, I realized some of my food items were missing. I immediately contacted the store and was told the items had already been restocked.

I had to make the return drive back to the store the next day to claim my merchandise, no apology from the store and was told it was my responsibility to make sure I had received all my items on my original purchase date. The store felt no responsibility for this situation.

com company. Day one one of the batteries was junk would not charge and got hot enough to catch fire. Did the WalMart BS to get it replaced and got it weeks later. Now the 2nd battery that came with it new is doing the same thing will not charge and hot.

My husband filed for his muscle relaxers to be filled and they said that they'd be ready 10/21/2022 by 230pm well they weren't we waited another 13 hours aand It was stated on the wellness app they were filled and then they weren't at all. I bought 4 tires from Wal mart online, I called my local Wal mart and asked about getting them installed. I was told that the install would be free, but we would have to pay for balancing. They installed 3 of the tires and said they weren’t able to put a tire on the fourth rim because it was cracked.

Well, I think they broke the rim because it was holding air before they took it off, but we couldn’t prove it so we didn’t make an issue of it. While shopping at the Walmart grocery on First Ave Evansville, In. I purchase a bottle of Vodka from the locked liquor cabinet. Since the service associate took the bottle to the register I never saw it. My wife opened it without knowing it was citrus flavor. She didn't like it.

Two days later I returned and purchased another bottle. " I didn't ask to return anything. I was trying to point out the ridiculous things you have to do to purchase liquor from this location. She obviously didn't care. I won't be back and probably spend $100 tp $ 150 per week at this location.

I ordered groceries online express delivery, to feed my 4 kids. I can not do that now nor get my money back. I have screen shots of it being shopped, on its way, then delivered. I did not get my groceries.

Then I get a notification it was cancelled. How can it make it all the way here and then be cancelled. Now I might not get my money back or it could be up to ten days I can not wait 10 day to feed my children.
