I placed a delivery order on 12/22/22 to be delivered 12/23/22 between 12-1. At 12:40 i received a message that my order would be delayed 2 hours. Three hours later I called the Crowley, TX store that was to deliver & was told that it would definitely be delivered before the store closed.

Fast forward to 12/24/22 & still no delivery. After multiple attempts to reach the store I was told that there were no deliveries being made. I'm 84 years old & I wasn't able to get out to get replacement groceries. WALMART SUCKS!

On December 22, 2022, I placed a delivery order with Walmart in Port Clinton Ohio. I had to have my order placed by 1:05 pm to receive my order between 5-6 pm. I received a text at 5:40 pm on December 22, 2022, that my order is delayed and that it should be delivered in the next 2 hours.

At this time weather was not an issue or factor in this matter. After that text, I never heard anything else about the order. Until I started making phone calls to find out what was going on with my order.

My husband calls the Walmart store. The girl that answered back in OGP lied to my husband. she told my husband that OGP does not see the walmart+ orders. Lie number 1. I said you guys weren't gonna come out or say anything you were just going to let me sit in the car?

I called their customer service about a warranty and was told to go in store, when in store I get told to call. I tell them this and they tell me to print out an email. I explain I can not do that I've been to the store and the lady just shuts down.

I'm calm, not yelling, not even raising my voice. She's silent. I'm like hello, you ok? Nothing. I even say I can hear you. Nothing. Ask again what do I do? She's just saying nothing. So now I'm stuck with my kids present that is broken. Thanks to Walmart.

Place to order on 12 21–22. Was given a promise time at 1 PM to 2 PM on December 22, 2022 received the email stating my order was delayed. Lol today’s way just waiting for my order. The order never came.

I called nine different times to customer service they promised me different times every time one customer service rep even told me to wait up until midnight that I would receive my order. 01 dollar they sent me for the troubles never received my order.

They were wonder Christmas or Christmas dinner was on that order. Thanks, Walmart.

Went to Walmart got biggest I can’t believe this G6 to get Prevage’s like I have in the past this time it’s locked up. So I wanted some time then they found key in automotive Someone went got key didn’t know if it would work she tried it worked after waiting to get med for about an hour.

Tell me why a manager has to get Prevage not narcotic Why can’t they give the pharmacy a key if they think they have to have it locked up instead of manager I would think managers have other more important things to do. I have talked to SEVERAL “customer service “ associates…in Africa,South America, the Philippines, and who knows what other countries!!! m. m. m. I've called Walmart customer service 4-5 separate times and I was on chat three separate times. On one of the calls the lady was having difficulty finding my account. All of a sudden the call drops and is transferred to someone else who's asking me for my benefit card number.

I had to think about it and put two and two together and realize he's asking me about a food stamp card. I am not on welfare. And I'm not knocking anybody who is everybody needs it every now and again.

I called the store and the lady said she could not check on my order because the computer was on the other side of the store. So someone has $200 of my money and no one wants to tell me where it's at. Walmart DO BETTER!!

ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT BETWEEN 7PM-8PM, I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY GROCERIES DELIVERED BY WALMART. THEY NEVER CAME. I have a Samsung A13 prepaid phone on 7th Dec, It wasn't working upto my expectations so I went to return it. The counter person told me that the receipt does not a serial number for phone so we can't return it.

They even asked me for s state ID, which is totally inadequate. It's their fault that the receipt has no serial number for phone, not mine so why should I pay for it. Today I try to call them but they didn't pick up.

m. I have gone into the Walmart on 165th and Puyallup Washington to pick up some Long John's and some gloves for my day at work I was identified misidentified I should say as someone who has been told they can't be in the store and

I have done 3 grocery pick up orders and all three have been delayed then cancelled. I placed an order around 9am on Sunday, 12/18 for a 8-9pm pick up. I was called at 630pm saying they would not be able to complete my order, tgat I could reschedule or cancel it.

I rescheduled it for the following day which would have been Monday 12/19 for 4pm. It was then again delayed and I canceled it. I placed a new order again that night for the following day, 12/20 for 7-8pm pick up and I received a phone call at 730pm saying my order would not be completed.

This is absolutely ridiculous and I have been told corporate now allows unlimited orders each hour. This is unacceptable if you do not have the staff to complete orders.

I tried canceling the order before it was shipped & was told I couldn’t. Then I called again before it was shipped & they said that I would be refunded within 48 hrs even if it got shipped within the 58hrs of getting the refund.

I called a week ago talked with a man about changing the email address on my account he said he had done it.

However I never got a notice from my local Ottawa store when my grocery order was ready. They still had my old email address in there. I talked to two different people at Bentonville today and they were worthless. The Ottawa manager said for me to just call them tomorrow to verify my order was ready.

What does it take for me to get my account corrected I ask twice to speak to a Supervisor and they would not put me through. Right now I am about done with Walmart. Who can I speak with that speaks English clearly and can help?

Washington Indiana Walmart. Took car for oil change. Waited, received text it was ready. Got there and got passed on other guy who claimed they could not change the oil because the drain plug has was almost stripped and they were afraid to try to take it. Well, since I change my oil myself last time, I know it was NOT stripped, and I inferred as much to the employee. I'm not sure who the person was, but another employee told me (anonymously) that the other employee stripped the head.

When I got home I was able to inspect the drain plug, and yes it is pretty stripped. Hopefully a real mechanic I know can get it out and replace it.

Just letting you in case I incur any cost or damage due to that.

Twice I've used the Affirm method of purchase at Walmart. Nothing times Affirm assured me they didn't charge the out of pocket fee I was charged. I didn't exceed my approved amount. WALMART has GIVEN ME THE RUNAROUND! NO one, not management, corporate can give me a reason to the charges!

I was in wal mart yesterday, me and my wife and one of your employees pulled out a razor knife on me because he had to work in the isle where I was standing looking at some merchandise. He pushed his work buggy into me twice.

I said excuse me and he really threw a tantrum. I complained to another man working there and he told me to do a complaint on the phone cause the manager on duty wasn't going to do anything about it.

The worker I complained to said that the same boy had caused some problems with him too. There was other people in the isle and when he pulled his razor knife out everyone left. We think the boy didn't want to work. Very, very loud hollowness.

On December 11th I order to bikes for a for a family with 2 girls that's in need. I chose the date I wanted to pick them up which was 12/17 between 8 and 9 am. When I arrived to the store I receive an email stating its a 2 hour delay.

A few minutes later I received another email stating the bike was unavailable. The store had the bikes when I placed my order. STORE 1444. I reorder the $58 bike I knew it was there because they put it together.

Before going to pick it up they cancel my order again because they sold the bike I already paid for again unexceptable. I order both bikes again from another store that had them they sold them once again unexceptable. Something need to be done because these little girls want have a Christmas.

Someone in my family goes to Walmart almost every day. We've noticed that a white Ford pickup is parked in the same "senior" spot almost every day. This is certainly an inconsiderate employee. Doesn't Walmart (Duportail Ave. Richland WA) have an employee parking lot?

This same employee probably drove a Harley Motorcycle in the summer and also was inconsiderately parked in the same spot (closest to the door) almost every day. This pickup has Harley decals all over it. I have gone to 5 managers to try to make then aware of this pig but no one seems to want to confront this employee to ask them to find the employee parking lot.

The change from motorcycle to pickup is subtle but not without notice. Customers notice and managers need to do their jobs.

Hi,

June 15, 2022 my daughter purchased for me an ONN 7' inch tablet from Walmart at 301 Fells Avenue in Quincy, Massachusetts. ( store # 02341). A month ago, the screen became frozen and is still that way. I have called and spoken to a number of people at the Customer Relations Dept at the South West 8th street store in Bentonville, Arkansas.

I keep hearing conflicting accounts from the reps there. On Dec 2,22- NELSON said the tablet would be repaired or replaced since its been less than a year. A manager MIKE or GUIDE/GUIDO said on Dec 7, 22 it is untrue what NELSON said. On Dec 9, 22- ASHLEY was unsure about the product info book when I read portions of it to her. Walmart has items for sale at 3 cents and when you go ahead and pay for the items they are holding you hostage and forcing you to go to customer service and refund the items and telling me that I can't buy the items because they are for donation. There is no sign or literature in the store that says you can't buy items that are for sale.

I have seen store employees buying the same items for 3 cents. I had already paid for the items but they forced me to refund it.

Dear Walmart. I shop at your Elyria OH store. Since switching over to self checkouts my family and I no longer shop at your store. We find it interesting that all your customers are expected to scan their own stuff while numerous employees just stand around talking.

Since making this change you have removed one of the few areas where customer service was offered. I also would like to point out that it is very difficult to self scan when you have a little kids. Why should I spend my hard earned money and have to do additional work to shop at your stores?

I am so frustrated with Walmart today that I could scream! I've have been a member of Walmart+ for about a yr and a half, and in the beginning it was great for me because I'm disabled and don't drive.

There were issues every once in a while, but it was mostly due to items being out of stock which is normal. The last 6 months or so there's been a huge difference in the overall experience. Not only were items out of stock more often, but there were glitches in the system, delays in delivery, items missing from orders, receiving old and expired items from the bakery and produce.

Out of the last 6 orders placed there was only one order that didn't have an issue, and that is unacceptable. I pay quite a bit for this service because it's suppose to help people like me, but it's become more of a…

After completing an on-line pickup order, I decided that the two boxes of wine that I had ordered was not needed, so I clicked on the link in my email "manage my order". That link took me to a page where I could add items, but not delete something that was already on the order (problem #1). When I picked up the order, I asked that the boxes of wine be deleted from the order, and was told that if I didn't want the wine I would have to take it into the store and return it (problem #2). When I went to return the wine in the store, they entered the order number and the system told them that the items were not returnable. I have been servicing several different Walmart stores in my community and have had the same issue with all stores. I can't seem to get to use a motorized cart in any store anymore. Most stores have only 1-2 motorized card for customers to use.

As a result, my wife and I have to shop elsewhere.

On dec4,22 I ordered the razor scooter for $149.00 on 12/6/22 they didn’t have my order # 200010635502974 store # 3595 Fayetteville n.c for the amount of &149.00 I was told it was not available but when I got home and went on the website the same scooter was back in the store for order but at a different price what is going on ? This is not the first time I have had a problem with this store Question why can’t I get my daughter this scooter for the Sam price? Thank you this is my complaint

Hoping to find a resolution to my issue. com. 33. One of the items was a set of sheets that were supposed to be extra deep pocket and were no where near the description. My local Wal-mart store informed me that they could not take them back as a return and that I would need to contact the seller, which I did.

I might add, until this point I did not realize they were not from the actual Wal-Mart store itself! I did indeed reach the seller and explained my circumstances and asked for a refund. 99 purchase, but I was not going to complain!

My local store told me could only be used online and not at the store. my generation is not so great with technology advances. Anyway, when my daughter came for the holiday visit, I asked her for help. She was able to show me but the refund grocery cards…

Nov 22, 2022 order Order# 2000104-9720174. I placed this order and still have not received it as of December 6. I have now been told that I need to drive to Grand Forks ND to pick up my order. I live in Thief River Falls, MN.

I am not driving over an hour away to get my order that was supposed to be delivered to my door. I have Fibromyalgia and it is very difficult for me to get out of the house. That's why I order from Walmart so it can be delivered to my home.

I havee spent thousands of dollars with your company in the past year. You are about lose a very upset customer!! I want his situation fixed IMMEDIATELY!! I purchased this from YOUR COMPANY and it is YOUR responsibility to get it delivered to my HOME ASAP!!

Walmart wants to be ahead of everyone else but can't because they work with a skeleton crew. They want to do it all but can't cover it all. Their pick up business has exploded, because Covid is coming back. when you pick up your order there are so many cars you can't even park.

And when they become backed up they cancel orders. all true. It will never be the way it was before Covid. Walmart. case closed
