the acting manager NOAH was asked about access to the bathroom to Mr. Emanuel Payton on Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 1pm. He indicated they have no bathrooms. Mr. Payton indicated that they do and the manager (Noah) said they do not and walked away.

An employee then walked up to Mr. Payton and walked Mr. Payton to the bathroom indicating the urinal was broken but he could use the toliet. Why did the manager not extend the same courtesy?

Hello, I have tried to hold off for a while, but enough is enough. My family shops at Walmart Super Center at the Legends Kansas City Kansas. Customer service is horrible. Service through check out is poor. Not enough cashiers thru check customers out and self service is not good either.

The self service nesr produce stretches into produce and t he orhe end stretches th e other way. You have young associates when asked to retrieve an item in a higher location they lie their going page for assistance and go back talking to their friend.

Shelves are bare for days. All the reliable worker have left because they are over worked. Floors are un keep and management isn't any better. Rude and hateful. I love shopping at Walmart, but I shouldn't have to travel to other ones 10 and 20 miles to get…

I was given a phone and went to Chang it for a 5g phone and they refused to take it back or give a credit. I even offered to get another phone and pay the the difference and they were so rude I will be filing a report with the BBB in my area my family will never shop there again and will cut up my credit cards from them also

Hello, My name is Susan Richards and I am writing this letter on behalf of my son, Parker Richards. Two weeks ago my son took his automobile in to Walmart for an Oil Change (8300 E. 96th). Upon leaving, the oil filter fell off into their parking lot due to not being secured properly.

I was at the register at 11:00pm but the militant acting manager said the registers are closed even though cashier's were standing there. She doesn't know we make her job possible. I drove across town because it was very important.

Several people are very upset and may not shop Walmart again. After all the time I spent shopping and had to walk away from the cart which wasn't going to be there in the morning when I come back because they put it all back.

I'll probably shop elsewhere because of that. Walmart lost more than $150, possibly 3 other customers for life. She clearly lacks critical l thinking skills. and totally necessary. I can't even begin to describe the inconvenience this caused. What if someone was buying baby formula?

I shop at walmart daily even have a Wal-Mart card. I was checking out at self check out where scanner didn't work. After not receiving no help after asking several associates I was stopped at the door to show that I paid.

I work hard for my money I do not mind cameras in the store or being watched as I am cashing out but then to get stopped a someone going through my bags like I stole something THAT IS BORDERLINE HARASSMENT and Wal-Mart needs to change I'm sure I am not the only one who feels this way .

The complaint is in reference to senior citizens/handicapped riding carts. Every time I take my dad to shop at his favorite store Walmart located on Ann Street Montgomery, AL there no carts. My dad cannot walk at all. I was told today by one of the associates that is employed at the store the location had only one riding cart.

They stated there were 3 and 2 were stolen. The one at the store was in the parking lot and had no charge. Can someone please assist the store in getting more riding carts. The store makes to much money not to have riding carts for seniors or handicapped.

I ordered a pair of brown faux fur booties size 9. I received the booties, butt sent them back on dec 12 th. The fedex guy picked them up , I met him in my driveway, I’ts the same guy that always picked up my packages.

I'm in the middle of a dispute about Christmas gift cards I ordered $239 worth of gift cards for Christmas I received them all but two which are two- $25 Red Lobster gift cards plus two- $15 Burger King gift cards. Walmart will not even file a lost package claim for me.

I purchased a gift card for $100. A scammer got the number from a Walmart store or hacked their website, and used it three days after I purchased it. It was a Christmas gift I purchased for my son. I told Walmart complaints, the BBB, the Attorney general's office, and requested the video or transaction history to prove I did not use the gift card, and Walmart will not provide any of it. They do not care.

Bottom line, if you purchase a Walmart gift card, and a scammer is targeting Walmart gift card numbers, you are responsible. It is ridiculous how they did nothing. You are responsible for scams against the Company. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM WALMART.

YOU COULD LOSE IT ALL. My family will never shop there again. This is an irreputable organization.

Didn't deliver my order two days in row. Had to cancel and reorder twice. Gave me promo codes to use for discounts but because I had to cancel and reorder they took first promo off order. Then when I finally got order coffee was missing and eggs were damaged which was two days later.

I have contacted Walmart at least four times if not more trying to get my money refunded for a charge they weren't authorized to do. I did buy some tires but on December 23rd and did receive the refund for $92 two times.

My complaint is I was recharged for something I did not buy on December 27th for $184 and they are saying I've been refunded and I have not. I feel like I keep getting lip service and no one will help me.

I want to talk to billing department and they won't let me talk to them either. I would really like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. By them putting that charge on my account they weren't authorized to do they cost me $140 in overdraft fees which I feel should be refunded also. Thank you

I purchased the Walmart Plus service I noticed delivery times were getting later than what I scheduled and now today I just canceled a order after it was over 4 hours late and still no delivery driver to gather my order together. And now I have to wait up to 10 days to get my money back oh my debit card.

So now I don't have what I need and I don't have my money to go to the store across the street and get it but yet I pay $100 a year for the service. Just like big companies they promise you stuff and then can't deliver and I want to give you a 10 or 15 Dollar credit like that's all your time is valuable for.

My mother in law picked up a cake from the Walmart in Evans on December 30th for a Gender reveal on the 31st. After a few cuts into the cake, someone noticed a long pen or something to that effect in the cake. It was removed and determined to be a marijuana pen. My mother in law returned to the store this morning to speak with the managers who stated they believed it was baked in the cake, as they always receive frozen cakes, it wasnt done by them. They issued her money back and said they would discuss it in the managers meeting, and proceeded to take the marijuana pen, so they now have it.

This is a little out of the ordinary with Walmart, but we will be pressing charges as well as posting on Social Media. Since we are pressing charges, we will need the marijuana pen back for evidence.

I stood in a very long line to make a return at customer service to only be told when I finally made it to the front of the line the purchase I made through Walmart was a Marketplace item and their machine was broken and I could not return it.

No sorry about that, no apology that I stood in a long line, just can't return it. Why isn't there a sign letting folks know this information, so they don't waste their time standing in line, or better yet an employee letting people know ahead of time.

Order 2hr express delivery in Jan 1st 2023 at around 3pm. The order was out for delivery by a driver named Luis who lied and said my delivery was attempted at 6:06pm. I received a text saying my delivery will arrive at 6:12pm.

Then another text saying my delivery arrived. My delivery was never attempted and the driver did not use common sense and call my number on file! I purchased four brand new tires from the Walmart supercenter in Antigo Wisconsin. I am very happy with the actual tires but not the service that I receive from a certain employee who is in charge of automotive, his name is Brian Krieger.

The mechanic broke my door handle and he acted like it was no big deal and offered no resolve. My girlfriend just purchased four tires from the same Walmart in Antigo Wisconsin and had nothing but problems from Brian Krieger.

Got an item from the Christmas clearance isle that rang up full price. Cheerterra I think that's how you spell the managers name. Went back saw it was on the 50% isle and refused to mark it down. She even threw it in my face that the employee in that area said they were marking them down, but hadn't put it in the computer yet.

Customer Service Does not Compensate for Causing Customers Loss of Time and Inconvenience for Walmart Cashier Mistakes

I am a senior with disabilities and health issues. Mobility is challenging so walking, driving, sitting is slow and painful.

On Dec. 28/22 at approx. 9:45 a.m., I came into the store to shop for groceries. I had to wait to receive an electric cart about 20 minutes so I went next door to T & T to get a vegetable.

The person at customer service told me she could not drive the cart (it was at the opposite end of the store) and I could get it at the other end of the store. I had to inform her that I could't walk. I had to tell her to ask another associate to get it for me.

I bought a pair your optometry shop. I got an eye exam from a different optometry store. I picked a frame that I liked. Was told the would be back within a week and a half, which they where. But the problem is they a blurry when I put them on. What I found out was that Walmart guys sent in the prescription wrong. When I found out what had happened. I took them back to your store in ask could they remake the lens with the right prescription? They told me flat not. It wasn’t their fault. I paid too much for glasses and time to be treated like this. Can someone help me with this situation.

Hello. I called earlier today from the number listed below around 2:22 pm, it is now 3:31 pm and my issues have not been addressed, not to mentioned resolved.

The first RUDE representative, which was a male, placed me on hold without even saying he was going to do so. Then 30 minutes later, another representative, which was a female, came online and was no better; makes me wonder if they had the same trainer because she didn't place me on hold, rather, she hung up on me.

I called back a second time and have been on hold for over 30 minutes again. But guess what?
