00 purchase with Walmart that apparently went to a 3rd party called Priority Tires. 5 months and they and Walmart have stopped communications. I’m a very unhappy customer with their lack of doing the right thing in any capacity. If anyone that’s running the show gets this.

I made a purchase of a Consumer Cellular phone for a Christmas gift on December 17, 2022. I made an attempt to return the new, unopened, factory sealed item to the store which it was purchased from on January 17, 2023 only to be informed that Walmart would not accept the return due to an unknown return policy window of only 14 days.

It was suggested that I could take to the ECO Recycling box in front of store and get a few dollars for it! This I thought was rude and unacceptable treatment. Let it be known there is NO such policy notification at the phone display, no such policy was told to me at the time I purchased the nearly $200 item nor is there any such policy noted on the receipt.

There is however large signs stating "Satisfaction Guaranteed" in numerous places in the store for…

I can this at any given time day or night. And yet to have any dept or person answer a phone. This is so frustrating. How busy can a bakery be. In the last year. Not once have a operator answered the phone.

Today I was harassed by a secret shopping the lady followed me thru whole store. I asked her y she had been doin so she was very rude and ugly. I kept on then she con. the point I was uncomfortable I left my cart sit and went lookin for my cousin .

The short fat old lady took my cart I said y re you pushing my cart for she got very rude n loud and said you let it sit it's no longer yours. I con. Lokin for my cousin she stayed right behind me saying comments n following me then we go to check out and she had us stop and recept over looked.

Hi I called and placed an order to be delivered between 9 & 10 Wednesday 2/9/23 then I got a rest that the order will delayed 2 hrs so we waited then it never showed up. I called in the morning to see about my order I call the Walmart missing on line.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Charm she said give them a couple more hours so I did then call the store I got hung up on. Then I spoke to a lady and she said leave a message because they are very busy so I did.

I purchased an engagement ring from Walmart in lima ohio about 3 years ago. I was told this was a half carat diamond. 99. Well to make a long story short, my wife was at a jewelry store shopping for a Valentines gift and had the diamond checked.

Needless to say the ring was not real! She's pissed and I'm pissed. And to make matters worse when I called the store and corporate they both said it was nothing I could do! How! I never knew I had to check out jewelry from Walmart with a jeweler.

My experience at this Walmart was disappointing.

I walked into store # 5109 at 7:45pm. I hurried over to the Deli Department because I knew that the department would be closing at 8:00 pm.

After waiting by the front of the deli for nearly five minutes, a woman walked up from behind me and entered the Deli area. I ordered some salami that i needed sliced. The woman's name was Sandra. Sandra informed me that the deli was closed.

I said the Deli department doesn't close for another 10 minutes, Your slicer is still dirty. Could you just slice up what I need before you close the department.

Was in store on January 5, 2023. Had done Spark shopping. Went to self check out. Scanned phone. Packed customers items. Scanned my personal items and then bagged them. Had receipt. The whole time the associate was watching only me.

Another man passed by me after his check out, he didnt bother him but he only watched me and I knew he was watching me but I hadnt done anything wrong so I continued. He left his post where he sas to watch the customers at the self checkout to walk over to the door checker.

Walmart is not what is use to be. Womens clothing absolutsucks they are ugly!! Customer service is the worst never around to help or wait forever or they never come. Grocieey selection also sucks. I use to go and get what I needed when others did not have now I have to go to other stores.

This is by far one of the poorest experiences I have ever had. I ordered a replacement money card and that is where the positive experience ends. I have not been able to activate this card after calling multiple times.

I am frustrated at not being helped and repeated being disconnected while waiting on help. What was the point in creating a case number when I still have not been given a solution. I am not able to get to r code for activation and that seems to keep falling on deaf ears.

Surely there is another way to activate this card. com as well as via the automated system. It is NOT an issue with my phone provider but I cannot seem to get help. but I’m not getting serviced. I took my F150 in for an oil change. It has less than 55,000 miles on it. When I got it back, it had an oil leak. I do not have oil leaks and my drive way is clean. Now I have a big oil spot on there. I looked under my truck and the cover was flapping. They had forgotten to tighten the drivers side of the cover. There was oil all under there.

I took it back to have them check it but they kept saying they do NOT touch the bottom of the truck for oil changes. I placed a 17-item grocery order today for delivery. While I was cleaning my bathroom, I received a message that my order was canceled by my request! Since I was up to my elbows in cleaning solution, there's no way that I could have done it.

When I called the store, I was told that there was no way that they could reinstate the order. Here's the thing: they had just started picking it. So what happened is probably this: someone got the order information from the computer and pressed the wrong button.

If they can cancel it, they can damn well uncancel it. I had to call headquarters about it, and all she could do is reorder. I can do that myself. 45 freaking minutes on the phone just to find out that I wasted my time.

To Whom It May Concern,

The deli service at the Rockwood Tn store, ID #7SGXDX7B325, ST #00676, is terrible. The employees ignore customers and just let people stand there. If it had happened only once, I wouldn't be as quick to complain, but it has happened the last few times I have been there. I don't think the management is taking it very seriously , but if the employees aren't going to wait on customers then just close the deli. I am sure the store won't suffer if I don't visit the deli anymore, but I just thought someone should know.

I was shopping at Walmart today in Chipley Fl. I have never had a problem there before. But today as I was shopping I noticed an employee giving me a dirty look. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but then I went down the aisle where she seemed to be working.

Last year I called numerous times complaining about store 1966 Boston road spfld ma I made numerous calls over a period of months finally store got nine new ones. Now, This Store has zero cars again when i asked manager he said they broke and thrown away once again leaving us without one.

I have received broken promises, apologies and it won't happen again or sorry, you state this is not how you deal with your valid customer, this is not how we treat customers, it would be dealt with the person would be terminated. I, Rosa Pariente shop alot at walmart I try to avoid going into the store, so I , do online orders and go pick them up. I, really never had a problem but recently am not sure what's going on.

I let walmart know that am on my way for my pick up. Then when I get there I tell them which spot am in. Before the service was great but I, notice how this one employee which I haven't seen his name , throw my things in the trunk.

I shop at Crawfordsville Indiana Walmart they hardly ever have any lines open to check out. I had a whole cart full of groceries that I had to check out by myself on checkout service. You need to offer both service because it’s very hard to check out over 60 items on checkout and if you make a mistake, then you accuse people of stealing this is not good service.

I have had this poor customer service experience at 3 Walmart locations so I figure it's time to share my complaint with corporate. Some of your Walmart employees fail to assist customers obtain electric shopping carts even though some are available in the store.

This occurred at store in Sikeston, Missouri on January 21, 2023. I saw a e+cart in the entrance, greeter stated it was not charged up. I replied does the conversation start there or can see if there was one available at other entrance.

He said he didn't have a radio. I pointed to several employees who were within hearing and suggested he ask them to check. Greeter also suggested I could check at other entrance. I found that remark inappropriate. I have mobility issues.

I too my 2010 BMW 328i into Walmart, located in Crawfordville ,Florida To purchase a new battery as I did on 12/31 2019. The battery was an H7 battery, The young man at that time was very professional connected the system to it so that the memory was not deleted, also he coded and registered the new battery to the car, no problems car worked perfectly.

Took it in yesterday to have the battery replaced. It too about 2 and a half hours for an oil change and battery change, The tech took the battery out after finally finding the battery (trunk location) and had issues putting in the new on.
