I purchased four tires from Walmart installed them on my car I purchased the warranty road hazard lifetime balance. I’ve had trouble getting Wal-Mart to help me take care of these tires from the time I bought them either they’re too busy and can’t get work done or just not taking work.

At 22,200 miles I get a flat tire go to Walmart in Brooksville on Cortez to get fixed with warranty. I’m told they cannot fix it because I have to order the tire then bring it in to be returned and put on car.

I finally get the tire in and the new tire I notice the difference in tread less than 25,000 miles on them this is not even half the life of the tire. Look at all the rest they are the same as the tread was wore down.

An online order was placed 6 weeks ago for 4 tires. After 2 weeks, I received 2 tires. The 3rd tire was delivered the next week. I spoke with Walmart and was told the final tire was delayed and she showed me the tracking number providing it was in transit.

It’s now been 6 weeks and I’m now being told the final tire is out of stock and Walmart has refused to locate and replace the tire. I’ve received no tire, no replacement, nor a refund!!

On Nov 29,2021 I bought my grandson a gaming computer for Christmas off Walmarts website. I received the computer on December 13, 2021. My grandson opened the computer on Christmas day. It did not work. We contacted the company it came from VIPR TECH.

That started 2 days of my grandson sending them pictures.

Finally they told us too send it back. Which we did on December 30,2021. They said they fixed the computet and sent it back on December 15, 2022. Again it didn't work. So then we took the computer too a local computer store and they told us the computer is not even a gaming computer and every part on the computer is at least 5 years old.

I had ordered 4 tires online in 2020 since Walmart never has my tire in stock. Due to COVID-19 I never got them put on. I finally got around to doing it a few days ago and after everything it was going to cost a little over $100.

I get paged about a problem with my vehicle. I'm thinking I bought the wrong tires. I get back there and there is a manager and a bunch of other customers. In a loud voice the manager informed me that my car is too messy to work on and due to new policy it's a hazard to have in the bays.

All that was in my car was tires and bags from other places I had gone shopping at. My car is a 30 year old station wagon it does look it's age but it can still out run any new car.

I tried to return a damaged dresser ordered online from Walmart. After 3 associates on 3 separate calls to customer service assured me I would receive a return label within 24 hours of the call, no return label was ever sent.

After each call I did receive an email asking for feedback on the call, so clothe email address I repeatedly verified for them clearly worked. On the third call I was instructed to place the item on my porch and await the label.

Meanwhile, Fed Ex took the dresser with no label. After calls trying to get a refund for an item I no longer had in my possession, a refund was authorized and processed. Now, a month later, I am being charged again for the item because Walmart claims I did not return it.

My husband and I are FINISHED with Walmart. We haven't been in months. I won't go into all the details (just read everyone else's reviews) , suffice it to say that they do not stand behind their products and services anymore.

The ONLY redeeming quality Walmart has ever had was their return policy. Now I can order things, NOT receive them and file a complaint only to be told there was nothing I could do about it. REALLY??? It happened one too many times this past year so we fired them.

I am concerned because as of four days ago, the state of California mandated masks for all public places. In the Sonora California store today, January 22, 2022, I noticed that at least 50% of the Walmart employees were not wearing any mask as per the mandate.

They also were not enforcing any of the public to wear their masks in the store. In view of the national issues regarding Covid, I feel they should be following the mandate for the safety of all people. Thank you

A problem was reported AFTER tire installation. I did not have the vibration & noise problem until after the two front tires were installed. Improper balancing causes inner tire wear because incorrect camber angles. Which caused too much stress on the wheel bearing, causing it to go bad.

Before the two front tire purchases, the techs patched 2 rear tires that were bad tires. I was assured all they needed was a patch (plugged). Because walmart failed and refused to properly balance tires and plugging two bad tires with broken belts, resulted in excessive vibration and shaking of the vehicle.

My first complaint is the website for ordering groceries. They say you can add things to your order. Well I was able to add some things but other things they turned into a new order with same delivery date and time plus extra charges for another delivery fee, a below minimum fee, tips, etc. The site is not customer friendly at all!

Thus, I got charged for 2 delivery orders instead of 1 and then I was charged $44.31 for 4 items I never received! I want to be reimbursed this amount or the items delivered to me without charge! I have written this on so many feedback sites and other things but have not heard one word from anyone at Walmart

I am a 75 year old senior, disabled, live alone - I have no way to get groceries but delivery. PLEASE RESPOND SOMEONE!!!!

I was in self Check out, there was a family next to me checking out - husband,wife and 2 children- they had a cart full of food / your everyday Essentials- they had a pair of shoes that didn’t have a price on them - told the girl that was in charge of self-check out - she said well I can’t do anything if there isn’t a price on them. Their kids were antsy and they still had items to scan.

What has happened to customer service- why didn’t she have someone do a price check . He threw the shoes on the ground. If I were him I just would have walked out and went somewhere else. 00. 00. Now when I pick up the item, I only receive 1 item instead of 3 like the ads image has it. I had called the customer service several times from 12/01/2021 thru 12/07/2021 and filed a complaint and the customer service can never solve this issue.

They all ways mentioned I understand your frustration and wrong images on the website page, but unable to solve the issue. If they had an error advertisement on their website or is this a way of cheating customers to purchase the product.

This is misleading and fraudulent advertising. I would like to get my 2 more items that were advertising at the time of my purchase.

and they furnished me the FedEx receipt where it shows they received the items on 12/14/2021. Since then starting with 12/27/2021 I have made 9 calls to Walmart and also one to their seller/ of the camisoles (seller Bosleyshop LLC and they never returned nor credited/refunded for the camisoles.

I shop at the Walmart in Bowling Green, Ky. Seem like every week when I shop, they have rearranged the grocery department. Personally I could care less, but I am concerned about the elderly and disabled that "used to know where items were" but now have to go and search the store to find them taking longer.

It would be nice if they would hand diagrams of the department stating what has changed and where they are located.

My husband needs Reli On Test Strips every time I get groceries. They have always put them in the bags for me with my other groceries until the last 5 times. On some of my orders they will tell me they are not available.

I spoke to the Manager and they said if they are not on the shelf they can not get them. This is not a prescription. Usually unless it is busy season they put them on the shelf. The manager in the past has told me they do that so they will not be stolen.

Why can't your pickup personnel go to the pharmacy and pick this up without standing in line? I am sure they just do not want to stand in line. Again today I ordered them and again told they were unavailable however when I went to pick them up I went into the store, stood in line and bought 2 of about 12 they had.

Arrived to pick up a curbside order and no one ever answered the phone. I checked in letting them know I'm there to pick up my order. 40 mins later, they sent a notification that I picked up my order while I was still in my curbside parking space.

My order never came to my car. I waited in curbside for an hour. When I called the curbside number again, no one answered again. I called the main number and the customer clerk when to check and they said my order is not there. still on hold. Shady business practices!

I have been going to Walmart for their low prices, or are they. All of the Walmart stores that I know of have had a big issue for a long time and I believe the corp knows it. Your register needs a better price reading display for the customer to view as the items are rung through by the cashier and can trust to feel sure knowing they are buying an item and

the price as displayed is correct or wrongly displayed without feeling that item was rung up incorrect the customer needs to have the trust Walmart is the store with the lowest prices and cheating the customer. Have an issue with an order I placed online for an item that showed was in stock. After completing the order I was sent a notice that the order was delayed due to not being in stock.. this I have an issue with, I would not have made the order in the first place if it didn't show the item was in stock.

This is a Christmas gift for someone that now isn't going to be able to get it until sometime after Christmas.. I initially wanted my order to just be transfered to another store so I could just go pick up the item at that store.

69 was on a Walmart gift card. But EVERY time I try and return something from this order #6042134-9866141 the store keeps obligating me to accept a gift card as form of return payment. 69 gc was used on purchase so every return needs to go back on my cc.

The fact that Walmart is trying to obligate the customer to accept a gift card is a scam to keep the money in Walmart. I choose where my money goes NOT Walmart and if this is the scam they try and pull I guess I will be shopping in Target from now on, they offer 5% off every purchase anyway.

Feel like I should be pay for my services, I am 70 years old went to my local Walmart last week and purchased some groceries. I have arthritis in my hands and I accidently dropped a jar of salsa while checking out.

Waited for an associate to come and clean mess up no one never came. So I was handed a broom and dust pan and cleaned it up myself. Then I go this week and of course only 2 people checking out and the lines were very long so I had to check myself out, prices have gone up hardly anything is in stock now, very poor service.

Tonight I went to Walmart 01598 on 4617 E Bell rd. Phoenix Arizona 85032. I used the self check out. I was walking out and a young man ask if I paid for my sweater. Excuse me I reply. I told him this was mine.

He said that there was a tag I told him where and he said under my my arm pit area. I left my arm up. And reply where? And all he said was OH. No sorry no apology nothing like it wasn't a big deal. That was embarrassing.

So I walk out and got to my car look at receptionist and notice that I scan my pillow twice so I went back. And I understand that customer service was close cause it was 11pm . I ask to see what I can do.

went to the store in kokomo, indiana yesterday Thursday 12-16-2021 bought a few items on the u-scan by the food section entry. ran a item a pie shell graham cracker through the scan and the price was not coming up as what the price tag stated on the shelf.

I pressed the help button, the u-scan person, a woman with brown hair heavy set woman , never came to help me, but waited on every body else that came to get in line to use the u-scan she ran up their things at her desk for them, so I put every thing on the side of the u-scan and left the store , this is the second time, this has happened at this store, I believe it is the same woman.

It never got here, I finally got costumer service, was told it was on back log, That I had to cancel that order, and pay again to get another one, from another Ware house, plus was told that it would not put my money back into my account, That I would have to use pay pal to pay for things, that it would take 2-5 days to get my money, did not take me 2-5 days to pay, they got their money when I ordered.

00 at Store #1689, Aurora Colorado. The Vacuum kept throwing off the belt and wouldn't spin the brush to pick up dirt off the floor. So I tried to return it to even exchange it before the 90 day return policy.

I was treated very poorly right off the bat by the customer service manager then by the store supports that were asked to come up from and stone wall me. The policy clearly states The aim to to make sure every customer is satisfied.

With or without a receipt if returned in 90 days or less I can exchange it or return it. I was told by the support manager that he didn't care what the sign said he wasn't going to exchange my vacuum.

And if I didn't quiet down he wasn't going to do s*it for me nor would he look up my Walmart Money card to see when I purchased it. Very rude associates…

My son just returned from basic and advanced training and decided to get some Christmas shopping at our local Walmart store. One of the items he purchased was a $25 Roblox gift card for his sister. He didn't look at the card until he went to wrap it and discovered the card was scratched.

He immediately called the store and spoke to "Ashley" who said to come back to the store and they would refund it. When he arrived at the store, not only did he not get a refund, there was no Ashley in the service department.

Walmart needs to honest with who you are talking to and not say things that aren't true.

53. Being that I did not make the transaction I immediately called Walmart customer service. They informed me they had no record of the transaction. 81 at 3:17am the same day. They are telling me to dispute it with my bank.

My bank only allows me 3 disputes. com, I was scammed last month this is a new card.

I ordered my kids christmas gifts and i was happy it was on cyber deal but they were getting delievered to my apt all i did was call to see if i can pick up at store she said no so i said ok its fine then so i called my job and told them i will be not going in those two days when my things gets delievered due to thiefs in the apts lately but
