The next day get alert for delivery one item was delivered later that night get e- mail your order is delayed. New delivery day Saturday. Than Friday get e-mail Sorry we cancle your order since was not picked up. Called the local store said what happen to my order they stated that it was not picked up Wednes so was restocked.

Doing some early Christmas shopping and buying a 22 for our boys. Andrew was very helpful. The issue arose when waiting on a manager to sign off. The manager left the store we had to wait 40 minutes until she returned.
There really should’ve been another manager to take that manager spot if they were on break. Ordered some items for pickup. Upon pickup I received most of my stuff but not all. When I got home I realize they had charged me for two bags water softener salt they did not put into my car. I then proceeded to call Walmart.
After several attempts but no answer I decided to just let it ring until someone did answer. The meantime I realized that because I didn't get all my salt I had ordered for bags that I was short oh my $30 minimum order and so they charged me $5.
I trust through no fault of my own. I did order over $40 worth of stuff . After nearly 20 minutes being transferred from person to person and being on hold forever. I was exposed by your company on 11/16/2021 when my delivery dropped off outside. On open the box, all the items were damaged, but to my surprise a dirty used mask was found in the bag of one of the sugar which was open, thereby contaminating all the items and exposed me to covid.

I made a online order yesterday (10/25) and was to be delivered between 7-8 pm. The order never came and finally I called to have delayed until the morning of (10/26) by 9am. I got a msg that the order would be at the door by 8:34 am so I went down on the porch to receive the order.
I waited again as I am 10 min from this Walmart and the order had not arrived. I finally called the help number. in a few moments the uber driver called and said he had finally gotten the order. It was probably another 20-30 min until he arrived.
I had a little bag of "freebies" that was to make me happy. I DON'T even use chap stick. I have said in the past I would not ever use Walmart again and I PROMISE that I will not use again.

I entered Walmart on Kenowa in gr mi with my 99 year old mother. She needed a cart in order to shop but the only ones available her huge and she had extreme difficult in pushing it. I went to the greeter as directed by employees to see if a small cart was available.
He was absolutely no help , did absolutely nothing, offered no assistance. This is not the first time we found Walmart not consumer friendly to the elderly. If possible we will actively avoid shopping there again! If possible I would not even give them a one star on the rating scale.

I started placing my orders on line and picking them up due to the Covid-19 virus two years ago. 00 per month with Walmart this way. In the past 6 weeks the online web site has been changed to the point where if I order 50 items 10-15 or more will come up as to be shipped.
I do not want my grocery orders shipped. When the que comes up showing to click here if you want to have these items shipped, I never click to have them shipped. I would never want any part of my PICKUP order shipped!

I was refused a bicycle that was for sale in the section of the bicycles that has been brought back from a previous customer due to a bent rim which it was the only bike like it and I wanted it, I took it to the front they jerked it away from me like it was a precious diamond and like I did something wrong because it was for sale in the for sale section they would not sell it to me I think that is poor quality of customer service.

Yall really need to get sowheelchairs in yalls stores. The handicap are always waiting in line fora chair. At all of yalls locations that I go to. Everytime my mom and I go to Walmart, I spend half of the time there walking all over the store and all over the parking lot searching for a wheelchair.

10/01/2021 I placed a grocery order for same day delivery. My groceries were never delived. I've contact customer care 15 times just to be told I'd get a refund or call the store I made the purchase from. Which I did and was told to contact customer care.
After contacting customer care for the 16the time I got a refund. 80. It was credited to my EBT Card. As many times as I've called and emailed you think they get it right. 55 MC Debit Card.
I placed an order online that was delivered to the wrong address. When I received notification that my order was delivered and I hadn't received it, I called in and notified customer service. I let them know that the order was not received and that the address was incorrect that it was shipped to the wrong address.

I was told by a Walmart employee in Automotive that Walmart give a discount to Senior Citizens on Tuesday. As a result of that infor, I made the decision to purchase 4 instead of 2 tires that I initially was going to purchase.
Upon payment, I reminded the cashier of the discount for Seniors, and she said that Walmart did not give senior discounts. I spoke to Mr. Shawn, Store Manager, he refused to honored the Senior discount and he also said that Walmart use to give discounts but they no longer honored Seniors discounts on Tuesdays.

We purchased a microwave in Jan 2020. The microwave blew up in November. We contacted Walmart because we had an extended warranty. They told us it was past the 90 days for store return and we had to contact the manufacturer first because they supply a years warranty.
The manufacturer of Hamilton Beach referred us to the Dept that handles the microwaves and you guessed it, it's Walmart. They will not fulfill their own warranty plan that we bought from them. This is a scam, and I have contacted my representatives.

I do the majority of my shopping at Walmart and I am a huge fan of Online Grocery. Today, however, I am pissed at the experience I have had with online grocery. When I got home from picking up my groceries, the first thing I did was carry the eggs in.
I purchased 3 dozen eggs. I sat them on the counter and then noticed some liquid on the floor and counter tops in my kitchen. Upon further review I discovered MANY broken eggs!! Of the 3 dozen I purchased, 10 total eggs were broken (pictured below). I was furious!
I had a mess in my kitchen and after checking my car, there was also broken egg yoke in the backseat where the eggs had been placed. This is the first time in 5 years I have had such a horrible experience.

I was supposed to be issued a refund for a lamp received damaged. I have called Walmart Customer Care 5 times in the last month, to no avail. 4 times I was told the refund had been issued. Today I was told there is no record of a refund.
The representative told me he couldn't do it so I asked for a Supervisor. Instead, he spoke to the supervisor who told him to tell me to call my Credit Card provider! This is beyond pathetic. I was shipped the wrong merchandise. When I called to report it all I got was we can't correct our mistake. I had to reorder and add additional merchandise to get free shipping and delay receiving my order. When I called to report your error, my order should have immediately been sent out.

Came by to change the oil on my vehicle and the attendant informed me it would be an hour. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs I went to check what was taking long and I finf out that there is only 2 employees running the entire shop.
