I went to the Dearborn Michigan store. I had a whole cart of heavy stuff. I tried to check out but the hand scanner just kept beeping. I waited to try to get help. I finally got a young girl who looked at it and said it doesn’t work.

I asked how was I suppose to lift everything to scan. She just starting walking away to chat with friend. I asked her to get a manager. She left and no one came back. I just voided the sale and found another that worked.

I will never go to a Walmart again. I mean I was not rude. I was just trying to get help. I guess I will now switch to Target. Train your employees what customer service is about.

Hi. I writing regarding a different situation that occurred at my local Walmart in Port Charlotte, Florida. I had originally purchased a battery in June 2020, however this battery was replaced in January 20, 2021. I was told by the mechanic that this new battery would be covered under warranty until December 2021.

My battery was dead and I needed to have towed after aroadside was unable to JumpStart. We I called to confirm they could replace it she I tow the car the first could not locate any information in the system.

When they found my receipt in the system for the battery installed on January, 20, 2021, they said I just missed the warranty period for the first battery in June 2020. I was not told this and the sticker on the battery does not say 6/2021.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I gave this despicable company yet another chance despite numerous delivery gaffes and product issues. and of course it was defective. to get my $37 (price plus tax plus delivery fee) I was told I could only replace it with a copy of the same game.

But why would I replace it with yet another defective item? I would have been ok with a gift card to be spent in the store, but no. Well, Walmart, enjoy my $37. That's the last penny you'll get from me.

This complaint is not directly towards Walmart. It’s in regard to handy, the company that you use to assemble items for your customers. The worker was not truthful and rude. I was scheduled for a 10am appointment and he never showed up I thought because he never approached and knocked on the door to inform me.

He said that my gate was locked which was untrue and he said that I had multiple security cameras which is untrue. He seemed to get very edgy and frustrated and said that he already got paid for the job and it’s my problem!

I got angry in regard to the comment of his! I know that it was not directly Walmart’s doing but I just wanted to share my experience in regards to a company that represents Walmart and treat your customers rudely.

August 23rd I placed a pickup order via the Walmart app. I reserved a pickup window for August 25th from 8 Am to 9 AM at the Walmart Supercenter located at 2900 SW 42nd St, Gainesville, FL. I used my information to place and pay for the order, but I designated my daughter, as the pickup person as the order was for her, and she resides in Gainesville.

00 from the Monroe NY store & upon attempting to redeem received message stating card was not activated properly. Contacted Apple who advised to go back to Walmart to activate. Went back to Walmart & was advised they cannot activate gift card.

Numerous times I have had to walk through 2nd hand smoke or pass by the "ash can" that is placed very near the main entrance, I would say too, that many of these times an Employee(s) is/are smoking at the entrance located at the end by the vending machines also.

My wife and I visited your store located in Cicero, IL on South Cicero Avenue on Monday evening August 2nd, 2021. She went to the bathroom and indicated it was in a filthy condition. Extremely unsanitary and disgusting. A terrible odor (don't you have exhaust fans in there?) and nauseating. Also, walking through the store , we came across various horrible smells in several areas. This is the second time we went to this store and experienced similar conditions. After the second time here and we will never come back to this store ever again.

Deceptive practices or false advertising on product. The inventory for a special buy shows that you have 1 left for in store pickup only at multiple stores for a certain price but after driving all around town then speaking to store manager I was told they don't have and will get more but they aren't selling for the price advertised on the Walmart app.

Grove city Ohio Walmart is terrible. Very poor service. Almost 30 registers and half of them are never open. Rude and poor service employees not trained lots of standing around and cell phone use. This location is affecting door dash orders and the people working to make money are sitting in there cars not able to work because the have to wait on there orders to be pulled when they show up. It's rediculous.

Not sure if it's the management or just the employees. I guess management. They need to fire everyone and start over. If there wasn't things there I needed I wouldn't go. Guess I'd rather waste the gas to go to another location.

We picked a prescription at the Plymouth Indiana Walmart store and I paid for it with my bank debit/credit card and the transaction was completed normally. We then shopped for household goods and groceries. ( a couple of hours)

We tried to check out using a Walmart gift card and the check out machine would not process it and no one knew how to make it work. After several attempts and numerous Walmart employees I switched to my bank debit/credit card the machine could not process it either. I told them it was the machine not the bank, however, they insisted it was the bank. Since it was Sunday we thought we could not get a hold of anyone at the bank. People do not want self-checkout. The Walmart neighborhood store located in Marietta ga on Roswell rd and old canton in east Cobb is still a disgrace. In addition to food on the shelves past the expiration date, there are NEVER any cashiers.

The self checkout is always 10 people deep. Newsflash- people don’t like self checkout- we want friendly cashiers and customer service. Self services slows everything down.

Also, your carts are too big for a grocery store, it’s awkward to unload your cart because it’s too big plus I nearly pull my arm out of socket trying to separate them. Not only was is closed before 8:00 pm, the customer service lady told me I had to wait 15 min then she could help me with a return. I shopped at Walmart in Albion,NY on 7/26,2021. I entered a line with a Walmart cashier. ( Caleb) The first thing he did instead of asking me did I find everything was take out of my cart a Watermelon I watched him put on the scale and start looking at the sheet with all the codes on it.

Second time in 2 weeks took my wife to Walmart, who has cancer and needs to use a riding cart, there were non. Asked the attendant and he said they only had 5 carts in the whole store and they must be being used.

Finally found one and it was in such bad shape my wife couldn't even use it. The wheels were so bad she had to park it and then go wait in the car while i shopped. If this keeps up we will stop shopping at Walmart and start going to Target, which is closer to our home.

On Sunday, July 18, 2021 I purchased a hOmelLbs70 pint dehumidifier for $311.49 on the Walmart website. The wrong unit was delivered to my home on Tuesday July 20, 2021 by Ultra Sales. The unit that was sent was a hOmeLabs 35 pint which was priced at $219.97 on the Walmart website. After going back and forth with Ultra Sales and Walmart over who was going to send me a return shipping label so I could return the wrong unit that was sent to us and then receive our money back we have now decider to keep the smaller unit.

I would like you to credit my credit card account for the difference of the two units which is $91.52. I believe this should make everyone happy and solve our problem between Ultra Sales, Walmart and myself.

I bought a LG 55uh6090 4k ultra hd 2160p flat screen tv on 2/17? /17 and reported a problem with in in 2/18 but only got a lot of run around the TV has complete went out so I tried to file a claim today.

I am a disabled vet wit health issues the covid19 hit and it has affected everyone. Walmart ask for special consideration because of that! I was told that my 3 year warranty has passed so im shitr out of luck.

Ordered an $80 grocery delivery that included 2 spray bottles of Clorox Clean Up. Reached in Walmart bag, picked up one bottle of it, the top was broken and slid off and dropped . Clorox went everywhere…burned my forehead and eye and was dripping from my hair.

Streaked the stain on my cabinet and totally ruined my shirt!

Second bottle had no issues. Put in for a refund and after all of that, I have to go to the trouble of returning the item for a refund. Which also defeats the purpose of ordering for convenience. I'm disabled while shopping @ Walmart it too 3 scooters to get my shopping done. I ask an employee could she help me get another scooter because this one needed to be charged shortly after only be on it for about 10minutes.

While shopping at the Walmart in Ithaca #5240, after shopping and waiting in line (the only one open) i needed to use a tax exempt form, which i ended up not using because i ended up moving to a self check out and there was no one to help. This happens ALOT at this store .

Have tried to find out why my United Health First Line Otc card no longer works on Walmart online only to be bounced from Walmart to United Health Otc support who then transferred to me to United Health Care then they transferred me back to Walmart who then once again transferred back to United healthcare Otc.

Card was saved since I have used it online before now the message is saying card cannot be added and no longer works. All I wanted was to find why it no longer works online since I do pickup as much as possible especially due to covid and my age.

Talked to an associate at your store said your website was updated and said to call Walmart support which did no good. So why does my card not work online anymore?

Everything was great until me and my husband got to the door and a lady stopped me to check my receipt which I had, well she puts her hand out in front of my basket as to stop it and grabs my receipt.. well I'm standing there and she had been eyeing us the entire time so I had her my receipt and she literally tried to tell me I was stealing my groceries.

I will never purchase groceries from any Walmart ever again. I am fed up with all the "SELF CHECK!" If the prices were lower, then yes, I would agree with self check. However, when prices are even higher, and I am FORCED to scan and bag my own items, while all the employees are simply standing around, forget it, not happening. Employess that could be "working" are standing there, laughing, telling jokes, explaining to their buddies about their day etc. Then, when they are asked to help a customer, it is the customer that receives eye rolls, huge sighs, and bad attitudes from such employees. I was appalled that all the registers were closed ( all 13 ). And my wife and I had to use self check out. The only register open was 20 items or less and the line was very long. In this time of unemployment and need for work your company uses machines instead of employing people.

at your store. I have a rotator cuff problem which affects my right arm and shoulder. I look fine. But every time I check out in the self checkout, there is at least once that it says about a missed swipe.

I know it is a machine, but it is as if it is accusing me of stealing which then pisses me off. I cannot go thru the regular checkout because the Eldridge road and 1960 rd store either has none or possibly one.

I was calling from over 2 hours away hoping that Dublin had the cell phone I desperately need, before driving over 2 hours to get it. Not only did electronics never answer, but about every 5 minutes or so when I was cycled around to supposedly costumer service I was instead disconnected.

This happened repeatedly for over an hour and a half. I called with a simple availability of product question and during an over an hour and a half of repeatedly calling and getting repeatedly hung up on not once did a single person try to even help me at all.

Never even got as far as speaking to an actual person. Ridiculous. Especially the repeated hanging up on instead of ever even attempting to try to help whatsoever.

I was in your Walmart Superstore that is located at 1450 Johns Lake Rd in Clermont Florida on June 28th at 2:30 pm. I went in to purchase a pit boss smoker. I didn't see the model that I wanted so I asked an employee, who happened to be the manager of the Garden Center.

I asked her if they had the classic 700 square inch model, and she asked me if I knew the name of it, as I was chasing her down, because she couldn't take the time to stop to talk to me. I told her I didn't know the name of it, and she told me very sassy like, that without the name, she couldn't help me.

I live a block and a half from Walmart and 37 miles from a Winco and I would rather drive the 37 miles. This store is pathetic, nobody is friendly and they sure don’t know where anything is and couldn’t be bothered.

I asked 3 separate employees where I could find Horseradish and they would just shrug or ask if I looked here or there. As they are in the process of rearranging entire store it was very frustrating. Not one offered to help me find it, and as I needed it for a recipe that day I ended up going to Safeway.

The people filling orders for online ordering are totally clueless to the in store shoppers. They block isles and will practically run you over, it just seems to be getting worse. Now when I go to the neighboring town it is a totally different story.

I am having a lot of delivery issues and I cannot seem to find the correct person who can help. I order for residents in a Long Term Care Facility and items are being left in a Walmart bag in a lobby that is not staffed after hours. My name is not even on the bags. I spoke to Ray @ 10:49am this morning, and she said that she will send one of my issued to the escalation department but the other issues has to be address by the grocery department, when she transferred me someone answer the phone and then hung up. I was not given a phone number for that department.

If someone would be able to help me, that would be greatly appreciated. If you look at my account, you will see that I do place a lot of orders from Walmart.com.

I was told that the customer service was open to til 10 pm at manzanita in Carmichael CA 95608, from another Walmart since nobody can answer a phone to verify hours, and I drive all the way there and the rude person at the desk said they closed their customer service at 5 pm that day. On a Monday. What bullcrap.
