I ordered a dining table from Wayfair that was to be delivered to a newly built home. Unfortunately, the closing date was postponed by a couple of days. I contacted Wayfair once I knew the delivery had to be changed from May 28th to June 1st.

I was told this would not be a problem, it can be stored in storage at the delivery distribution center. After noticing my delivery date did not change, I contacted Wayfair not once, but twice. On the last effort, Wayfair informed me it must be delivered by May 28th or it would be shipped back and Wayfair is charging me $350 to do so.

Even though some representatives told me the date could be done, others said it couldn’t. That does it for me and Wayfair. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

Terrible . I've been doing business with wafer for many many years and never had any issues I recently purchased two reclining chairs for my living room and a side table to go between them way first send me the wrong chairs so

before the FedEx driver could even leave I went ahead and refused shipment the driver took both chairs and the table back with them Wayfair is saying they only received that you reclining chairs and not the table and are refusing to do anything about it they're telling me to reach out to FedEx I've done that and FedEx tells me to reach out to the merchant if I don't get this issue resolved I will be disputing the full charge because they haven't refunded anything

Today Friday January 19, me and my husband called customer service about a bed recall and agent who identified as Julian, didn’t wanted to provide information and was telling me, my request about a recalled bed need, is suspicious and I was not supposed to get anything from Wayfair, just because I bought the item a long time ago, it is a recall I asked and refused to help me further, I asked for employee Id or associate Id and

refused to provide that information to me, I think this is the worst agent I have had in all my years shopping with wayfair, very unprofessional, rude and heartless again “Julian” from the Spanish department January 19 7pm

Ordered an electric fire place Tv stand. The shipment arrived early on Friday. The guy comingto assemble it texted me and said he might be able to come on Saturday instead of his scheduled time of nine pm on Sunday.

I said that would be great. Never heard back so I texted him Sunday morning and asked if we were still on for nine tonight he said yes. Around 8 pm I get a text from Angie’s list they had to reschedule it for 12/21.

I called this morning and said this is unacceptable they rescheduled it for this Tuesday. We had plans on Sunday night to go to a play we did not get to go because the guy was suppose to come. And Angie’s list waiting an hour before when he was suppose to come is acceptable.

Placed an order with Wayfair with estimated delivery date of 11/16/2023. Went to Track My Order on 11/17/2023, order has not even shipped. I placed order BASED ON ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE! I find it deceptive lead a consumer to believe his order will arrive by a certain date only to find out that a day after the estimated delivery date the item hasn't even shipped!

I was sent 2 boxes by Wayfair as fulfilment of a tv stand order and after opening one of the boxes I found the wood of the TV stand to be broken. At this point I contacted Wayfair and returned the broken tv stand in the original boxes sent.

Wayfair sent me a replacement tv stand again in 2 boxes. This time the wood in the box opened was found to not be up to par with what was expected and we returned these 2 boxes as well. Then shortly after I received notification from Wayfair that they were missing an item in the second 2 box return, specifically in the 2nd box.

I have not been sent any information on what part this is and I only ever took a piece of wood out of the box after which I put the piece back in and sealed it up to return. 47 without me receiving a working product.

Items are to cheap, they do not look like the ones on their website. They charge you to return something they send damage, terrible customer service when you contact them. Table I purchased dropped by $60 2 days after I purchased and they said "too bad".

I will NEVER purchase anything here again.

HORRIBLE customer service. The resolution team is there to waste your time. So careless and rude. They keep shipping broken and items missing parts. I have a sectional I paid $2000 for and can't use because they never sent the connectors.

They make you call them million times never answer the phone and emails take days to being answered. I have never dealt with anything like this here in this country. They need to be shut down

I have a sofa Chase less than 1 year. Pilting all over fabric. No pets or children live here. I was asked to send pictures I sent pictures. They told me I would get replacement parts but they were unavailable,so I was told would get a refund then after I was told a refund.

They said no because by this time a year had ended. I have been given the run around for over 3 months. Once you're promised something. I expect it to be followed through. I will not purchase from wayfair any longer I will also warn people not to purchase from wayfair.

It seems to me it would be easier to give a refund than to lose customers. And not just my money, but others also.

I ordered a couch a few weeks ago. I received an email that the sofa was going to be delivered early by FedEx. I waited all day Saturday, September 9th, but the couch was never delivered. I have been on the phone with Wayfair and FedEx.

The service I received from Wayfair was unacceptable. They could not tell me when the couch would be delivered. I also purchased your assembly service and now have to reschedule. I am at school and was off on Monday, so as a result, I scheduled the assembly on my day out.

As of one on Sunday, I have not heard from your company when my sofa will be delivered. This type of customer service is terrible. I know you are a big company, but this will be the last order I place with Wayfair. Joann

Something needs to be done with this return on this recliner lazy boy just because we couldn't get it back in 30 days because of something my wife had going on medically this is a terrible policy something needs to be done it's reclining needs to be picked up needs to be returned somebody needs to take care of this immediately as soon as possible this is ridiculous especially for Wayfair that claims are how good and work with people that is a joke I was going to buy another recliner from them and I love seat so I don't think that would be too much to take this one back so

Here’s a good one. I bought almost $1,200 worth of light fixtures and light bulbs. All were delivered in August and on Labor Day weekend the fixtures were installed including the bulbs. Upon opening the box of 6 lightbulbs, two were broken.

The other four were installed in the fixture and subsequently blew up. These were ST64INC-6, 60 Watt, Dimmable Light Bulb, Warm Amber. These fixtures are in a newly purchased home in Florida. I live 1,000 miles away and will not be back at the house until late October.

I called to find out what I have to do to return these bulbs for a refund. As I said, I AM 1,000 MILES AWAY, and nothing can be done for me unless I can send a photo of the broken and blown out bulbs.

How can you send a photo of a lightbulb??? I want resolution.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had received a broken table with broken chairs reached out multiple times redirected to resolution center still have not been contacted in almost 2 weeks. Been calling again and again, and still have not received a refund disgusted with the customer service.

99. It has not been delivered yet. 00 cheaper. So I called customer service to see if they would do a price adjustment. They refused and said that it had been over 7 days since I placed the order so they couldn’t.

They did say that once I recieve the 800 pound gazebo that I can ship it back at my expense and cancel it. Which seems ignorant to me. Why should I have to get the item and then cancel it and send it back and then re order it at the much lower price??? Seems silly to me.

It could be fixed much easier. I won’t order from this company again. Lesson learned!!!

the company that manages deliveries for Wayfair did come here today however decided to leave after 20 minutes and told me I had to reschedule my delivery to next week. My concierge called me and advised that they told the driver 3 times that they could have the trucks in the loading dock moved asap however the driver told them not to as their truck was too big for the loading dock?

I bought a $300 outdoor couch cushion set consisting of 6 cushions this summer. The fabric is thin, slippery and cheap-looking. The back pillow are overstuffed and had no ties so I had to devise my own. The bottom cushion is so thin that after a month the cushion is now completely thinned to where I am sitting on the couch springs.

This merchandise is junk, and I will no longer buy from Wayfair.

I ordered an umbrella and did not like the color as it was different from the picture on line. I returned it and ordered another umbrella which I thought was closer to the color I wanted. In the meantime I received a notice from Wayfair that I would get a refund for the returned umbrella minus a $38 return shipping fee.

I deal with Amazon and never have to pay a return fee and assume you were the same. I feel you should advertise free shipping over $100 but costly return fees. I have told my friends not to buy from Wayfair if there is any chance they have to return something.

I am NEVER going to purchase anything from this company. What a horrible customer service, they behave so cheaply with their customers for only a 20% discount. So i ordered an item and wanted to cancel the order the next day but it was shipped so couldn't cancel.

then when the product arrived, I saw 3 options, one was get 20% discount and keep the product, the rest two options was return with a fee(this is also very lame, why would they charge return fee, amazon, wish, temu refunds their customers without requiring to return the item but Wayfair charges you a lot, still doesn't have the courtesy to give you free return).

Anyway, then the next day it became 10%. Now my question is isn't it deceiving to customers. is it cutomers fault if this your website issue???? such a cheap…

I placed an order on June 9th for a patio umbrella, the description said estimated delivery date June 19th.. June 19th came and the product was not even shipped yet nor did I get a notification about anything. I contacted customer service and they will not helpful at all..

they told me they do not operate like Amazon does and that I would need to pay $43 extra in order to receive my item sooner, even though I placed an order 10 days prior. This is horrible service and in my eyes this is bribery.

15 back in September 2021. I was completely unaware of this refund/mistake until I received a phone call a few weeks ago asking for payment. I thought it was a scam until i contacted Wayfair myself. I was put through to many levels of customer services reps just to find out there's nothing that can be done and that they would be sending a collection agency to collect payment if I didn't pay.

I have bought many items since 09/21 and an outstanding balance has never come up until now. 2 years later!! These mistakes shouldn't happen nor should it be faulted to the customer years down the road

are: ORDER #3387661402. Woman's Vanity Bought for my daughter who lives in Croton on Hudson, New York. I live in Florida. Paid for vanity and assembly too! Received notice of date for assembly 2 times and both canceled at last minute.

Very poor service through Wayfair Home Services. Furniture already at home where assembly should have taken place. Got so frustrated canceled 3rd appointment they were going to make for me because of my distrust in it happening again.

Also canceled cost of assembly and received a refund. Thinking of contacting Better Business Bureau. I will await your reply.

I ordered a dining room table in April, received it may 2nd. It was missing a part. I called the number provided, they said they would send a replacement part. After a month, the party strove, it was the wrong part?!

Called again, received a second shipment today, June 5th, the wrong part again!! The only way to return it is in the box, which I didn't hang on to for the past month! I can't move it by myself and live alone.

I'm stuck with a $575 dollar table I can't put together due to a missing mounting board. Absolutely POOR business practice! Every time I call for a replacement, it takes another couple of weeks. Unsatisfactory resolution, will seek legal action!

Purchased and returned 2 items cost over $2000 only received refund for 1. Contacted wayfair was assured credit in 3-5 days, each time I called back was told previous rep didn’t process refund correctly and they will resubmit it again.

My concern and frustration was why wasn’t the second item credited back at the same time in the first place and why did I have to realize this and call you. Even after calling to make them aware of this error they still didn’t issue the credit.

Spoke to 2 different reps and Kimberly (Supervisor) all shoes no empathy and were like a robot just repeated the same sentence “ I am processing it now we will receive the credit in 3-5 days”. It’s hard to believe that I will, since that’s what I was told in the previous conversation a week ago.

I purchased a large outdoor umbrella one yr ago. I also purchased a 5 year warranty for the item. The insurance co. Is Allstate. The wind blew the umbrella some making it turn slightly from side to side. The main piece, at the top of the umbrella, broke and the top of the umbrella fell.

We turned in a clame and were denied ! This was an accident and cause by the umbrella swiveling from side to side. WHY NO COVERAGE? 00 WOW WOW! NOT fair!! No more purchases from a company that doesn’t care.

Purchased a gazebo April 2 2023 for a family reunion first week of June. Gazebo delayed arrived April 27, 2023. Paid a guy to build it, gave deposit, half of the amount, pay the rest on completion of the build.

May 3rd, Got all the way thru to the last step and 2 parts not made correctly, needed replacement parts. Can't complete the build. I ordered the replacement parts May 3rd, and I have heard SO many stories about these replacement parts, on backorder, been shipped, many different dates and arrival dates.

Meanwhile FedEx tracking shows ONLY label created on May 3rd with ZERO movement. That is where I am at today is May 23 2023. With no parts. Guy is still waiting on his payment. Terrible Service!!

Almost $40 charge for return shipping for a product that didn’t match the website description. Then when I contacts to see if this could be resolved, the agent left me set on hold with our warning or returning. I never raised my voice, cursed or anything, merely stated this wasn’t good business practice.

They transported the goods to my house before I moved in, and I was in a terrible situation, but they don't care. Wayfair and FedEx are the two worst corporations I've ever seen. They both provide poor customer service. Do not purchase heavy furniture over the internet since the shipping company Fedex is a disgrace.

It is tuesday and I am still waiting for my delivery (96lb tv console). Saturday delivery was the 1st date. Bet 10 and 2. By the way every delivery time has been THAT time. AND NEVER CAME. I had to take 2 days off from work. 2 DAYS.

Not fair and not right. Fed ex gives you nothing but a virtual asst robot. Cute but nothing ---- no information------ repeating again and again by 10-2p it will be here (each day- same info). In these tiimes---- I am not able t find out where my purchase is.

My mother and I ordered a stereo cabinet for my step-dad for their anniversary, it was all planned out for the delivery date because he is on a trip and we wanted it to be done by the time he got back. We were putting it together and to put surprise we couldn’t find one of the pieces.

I double and triple checked if the piece was there, then we had to order a missing piece which would have been fine but it’s coming in 2 weeks. Super inconvenient, disappointing, frustrating, and now we can’t have this gift ready by the anniversary.

I am upset and we have ordered other things from Wayfair and loved them, no issue, but this order and experience had been awful and I’m truly disappointed. (May 8 2023)

I purchased a mont alpi kegerator and fridge on Wednesday. I immediately received notification from my bank of a fraud alert because I was charged twice. So I canceled the order but the funds were already taken. I still wanted to buy the items but I couldn’t because I needed to wait the 3-5 days to get a refund from you.

well we only received 2 boxes out of 5!!!! i believe it was ordered on the 15th or 14th of April! it said we would have all boxes by the 20th of April so we figured plenty of time for our event this weekend the 29th.

we had a person all set and coming this week to set up for us, that we had to cancel now!!!!!! we are still waiting for the missing 3 boxes!!! Fedex says they dont even have the boxes yet. not good enough this is absolutely a disregard for your customers and extremely bad business!

rest assured i will most definitely be doing a review of this company and lack of help... we were very hesitant to order from here from the start as we are avid amazon buyers and spend a lot of money there, lesson learned we will never again purchase from here again.

I am complaining about the service and a product from Wayfair. I had a wardrobe delivered Flatpacked I required the assistance of a professional to do this for me because I am disabled. Once erected nothing lined up it is so out of alignment. Chipped mirrored glass doors. Doors overlap. Drawers do not open. It is absolutely appalling.

I complained to Wayfair last night and was offered a partial refund which does not even cover the cost of hiring someone to make it. They will not give me a refund until I send all the packaging back. This is a huge wardrobe I am at a total loss.

They are unhelpful and are not considerate of my needs. I cannot physically dissemble a wardrobe and package it ready for a courier and I would need to pay someone to dissemble the wardrobe I I will not be shopping…

Poor customer service with an order we placed with Wayfair. only the base of the table showed up, table top was missing during the delivery process because the manufacture miss label it. 1 month and a half later we decided to cancel the order.

what a slap in the face and waste of time. the agent told me she needs to check with manufacture. if they say no, then i would be required to dispose the table base myself. and she just hang up on me after that.

I ordered a bathroom vanity 60 inch, it came with a mirror. I first ordered on February 24,2023. When I placed my order it told me my order would be delivered on March 3,2023. It never came. I called and was told I would receive an email once it had shipped.

I waited until that Monday, no email. I called again. This time I was told I would need to call the supplier. I called and they quickly told me I was to call Wayfair. I called back and they told me again to call the supplier, it was being shipped as freight and they would have to give me a tracking number.

Tried again and was told that it looked like it has been shipped and was siting in a warehouse I. GA. I would need to contact Wayfair. I like called again and they did some checking and said the supplier said it has been shipped.…

Order #2742988198, 3838242288, 3844489828 & 3846093098 I followed the procedure on the website and send the damaged product and finally received the refund. Now, after a couple of months, I am receiving an email saying that the pictures were not correct and the refunds were reversed. Would you please carefully review this matter since I am completely sure that I sent the original and accurate pictures?

Opened a Wayfair cc with the incentive of getting a discount. Since I was making a purchase of more $1500, I decided to go ahead and opened an account with the assistance of one of the associates. Now that I called to get my balance and account number, they are telling me that I got rewards points for the next purchase.

I explained to the " expert in customer services", that I only opened the account for the discount, not rewards points. She explained that I didn't click indicating that I wanted the discount and there was nothing they can do about.

So I opened a cc account that really didn't need. They lost me as a customer. I will cut up their cc and will never order from them. Terrible customer services. Very, very disappointed. Watch out from them.

I ordered a 16 ft w x 12 ft d aluminum party tent and the one that was sent is wrong it's not a 16 x 12 it's wrong and needs to be picked back up because this is not the one I ordered and I will not pay for it
