I received a $41 late fee but made the payment on the due date. I spoke with Adari who admitted that their statements still say that you have to pay by 6 est but has changed to 5 est. I called in on 8-7 @ 4pm.

There is nothing on the statement or the recording about a time limit to pay. He refused to give me his Managers name as if it's a CIA secret. He said because my account is closed that he couldn't waive the late fee. That is ridiculous.

Wayfair closed all accounts at one point and wanted me to apply with the new company which appears to be Citi. I'm a Citi customer but I don't want another Wayfair account because they should have never closed my initial one.

Disgusting service, lied too, late delivery. Requested twice to speak to a Manager yet lied too & fobbed off on both occasions. Emma on Friday stated I hung up the phone which is an out right lie!! She told me a manager would call bk yesterday as it's a 24hrs request.

Chad who I just spoken to today said I hung up on Friday and she didn't submit the request. Chad this morning placed me on hold & didn't find a Manager after asking 4 times!!!! No images as phone conversations only

I placed an order and they sent me products that were not the description of products ordered. What a pain to get to return them but had to do in two different returns. They credited me but then reviled me.

Been trying now for two months and my credit card disputes told me they are rebelling me so there’s nothing more they can do which is BS! $465 is nothing to sneeze about. I cannot get anyone to call me back for two months now! Am very pissed.

Order number 3791460692 Ordered King size bed, delivered Aug. 8 2022 with NO hardware. Bed sitting in Master Suite in pieces on the floor. Have contacted Wayfair to no avail. Only answers I get is they are waiting for shipping.

First I was told hardware would be Aug. 19th the next phone call it was Aug. 18th. After numerous calls I get a different answer every time. Called again today Aug. 20th, again told waiting for shipping confirmation and there is NO overnight shipping available. Are you kidding me.

I paid for total setup, warranty also and bed is still not useable. Company arriving Aug. 21st so now we sleep on the floor. Went to various hardware stores and unable to get the proper hardware. All I want is the hardware NOW and get past all this stress. Never again Wayfair.

The “managers” that I spoke with have no desire to assist and will no forward calls up to appropriate leadership.

84 on 03/21/2022 it was delivered /31/2022 totally damaged. I called customer service and I was told it would be replaced they needed pictures of the damage. com. On 4/25/2022 I called again and spoke with Mark and he said the letter and pictures were received.

I received a email the item was to be delivered 6/2and 6/16/22 Then another email delivery on 6/17/22 On 6/16/22 the delivery was changed to 7/9/22 on 7/8/22 the delivery was changed to 7/16/22 on 7/15/22 the delivery was changed to 1/6/2023. **Horrible Customer Service**

I finally paid off my Wayfair Credit Card last month and I was so excited! Then, I got another bill for $2 with the generic label "service fee". I make my payments 2-3 weeks early every month so I know it can't be interest.

I 1st sent a message through my account and after a week of waiting, nobody ever responded to me.

I then called Wayfair and waited on hold the usual 15 minutes (when you are lucky). The guy that answered I could barely hear or understand because of all the background noise. It sounds like these people are working in a sweat shop. He took down all of my personal information and asked if he could put me on hold...then either hung up on me or we were "accidentally" disconnected.

This by far is the worst customer service experience I have every had. I called because there was an issue with my online order and was transferred to fraud prevention where I was put on hold more than 20 times . The individual would not give her name or let me speak with a supervisor. I was on the line for more than an hour only trying to fixed my address which the agent would not correct. I ordered a bed and on the delivery date I was called right before the delivery time and told it was damaged. I was offered a discount on a damaged item but no thanks. I placed another order and the delivery date changed 3 times.

Both orders were supposed to come in 3 weeks. For the second order I’m approaching 2 months and still don’t have the bed. The first supervisor I spoke with was unhelpful and hung up. The second one was aggressive and tried to bully me into just accepting his BS solution.

He offered me a 10% credit or I could cancel the order but I would have to pay a restocking fee. I eventually got 40% off but again I don’t have the bed. This place is a joke and this stuff is overpriced Target furniture.

I have attempted to buy a sofa THREE time now from Wayfair. The 1st time it was canceled before it shipped, the 2nd time it shipped but was returned to Wayfair before delivery attempt and the third time I received only part of a sofa.

I waited an entire week for wayfair to tell me that it was a listing error and the part of the sofa that is missing won't be shipped. This is unacceptable. I've asked for a replacement item, or to have the missing item shipped and have been denied.

I've only been offered a partial refund for a sofa clearly missing a huge chunk of sofa. The sofa isn't worth the amount of money they're wanting to charge me. They will only offer a $300 for a piece of sofa that is missing.

I ordered a 9'x12' outdoor rug from this company on 7/23/22 and since then I have received a 2'x4' rug as a replacement 3 times. When I called customer service (for the third time today in 2 weeks) they said the price I paid on 7/23/22 was labeled wrong and that they would not honor the price I paid on my original receipt. Their solution is to give me a 10% discount, which is basically a slap in the face.

What company does this? If I had gone to an actual brick and mortar store, with actual sales people, they would honor the price I had paid. Since Wayfair is a big company, it seems that they feel they do not need to respect the customer and honor the pricing. They want to get more money from a situation that was caused by them, not by me.

I returned an item and I called to make sure it had been credited properly. I was assured that it had been. I'm layer turned over to a collection agency for an item that I returned for $119 and only 90 percent was credited back and $16 was sent to a collection agency!

I find out 2 months layer that I'm in collections for $16 and two months of late fees . Never received a bill from Wayfair. This proper amount was not credited. I paid the money just to get it over with but I will never shop with Wayfair again.

49) and given delivery date. Did not arrive nor the next day. Contacted Wayfair, told it had been dispatched DHL. Checked DHL did not have it. After 3 more phone calls to to Wayfair and DHL and being told I could no longer cancel the order they then said they would re-order it.

I was also told if I then received it and no longer wanted it I would have to pay for the postage to return it. 49. When I queried this and asked for difference back I was told they do not price match and they would not give me the difference.

They have now cancelled the order completely something they said they could not do and I am now waiting for PayPal to confirm. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. If I had not checked the price I would not have been aware.

I ordered 4 items from Wayfair this morning and found out I have to cancel them. I called their Customer Support and was told that because Wayfair had put the items on a skid already, they would not cancel the order; rather, I had to receive the items and ship them back at my expense.

I looked at the confirmation email and this information is not provided; nor is it provided on their website under Shipping Information. Further, each item is in "Order" status, not "Shipped" status.

Finally the confirmation email states that my items will arrive on 7/30 and 7/31 (today is 7/26). So I believe under the Consumer Protection Act I have the right to cancel an order that has in fact not shipped yet.

I purchased a full size bedroom along with a few other furniture for my apartment. The full size bed arrived damaged and the wood for the headboard was broken, chipped and defective along with the side sirts side railing in white.

Jasmine a executive resolution specialist has been handling my concerns. Jasmine is extremely demeaning and is at time unreasonable. She is aware the bed is a full size bed and may require a gigantic size box to return the defective items in that size.

She suggested I go to my local furniture store to either purchase a box or ask for one in order to return wayfair damaged furniture for my full refund. I felt insulted by her email because firstly, if I wanted to purchase anything from my local furniture store I wouldn’t need wayfair. Are you kidding me!

As so many others have stated, Wayfair does not make it easy to do business with them. Once again my delivery did NOT arrive on the day as scheduled. Supposedly, the truck couldn't find the location (apparently they didn't know how to use google maps) and therefore moved on with their deliveries.

When I called to ask them to come back, they said they can't and would need to now deliver in 5 business days later! For an online company that supposedly builds its business on at home deliveries, they are very poor at this process.

I will not shop here again - go to AMAZON!

99 for "Expert Assembly" from Wayfair on 6/26/22. I received a text from the "expert assembly" vendor for Wayfair that a technician would be at my home on July 2 to assemble my dresser. I was surprised that on June 29th that Fed Ex delivered a box of the unassembled dresser to my front door.

I called Wayfair and the associate said that the box is delivered through Fed Ex and that the assembly takes place on the date that the assembly vendor schedules for me. On July 2nd I received a cancellation text from the vendor and it was rescheduled for July 5th.

On July 5th I drove 2 hours to my home (I had been visiting with family) to meet the assembly vendor. The appointment was scheduled for 8am, on my way home, I received another text from the assembly vendor and they told me to bring the box…

i order service to have bed frame and box spring put together. it was going ok. until, he got little frustrated. then it was a rushed job, he had screws in the wrong hole, bag full of washer and part of the box spring put together upside down.

The customer service is a joke. I ordered a set of pillowcases. What I received was a king-size sham. I tried to return but was told I needed to submit 3 photos of the sham. I explained I am a 71 year old woman who does not know how to send photos.

Wayfair now refuses to allow me to return the sham unless they get photos. I have filed a dispute with my bank. You guys are pathetic, and you lost a customer that has spent thousands with you, but never again.

I was really excited to buy new furniture from such a nice and trustworthy company from, but I was met with disappointment.

We made an order for your Aral Queen Upholstered Panel Bed with 2 nightstands, order number #3769740023 in mid June. It was scheduled for delivery on June 24th-29th, but we still haven’t received it.

Also, we placed an order for the Reversible L-shaped Desk, order number #3771747276. It was estimated to arrive on the 29th of June, but we haven’t received it to this day.

Finally, we bought two of the Drusilla Tufted Upholstered Low Profile Standard Beds, but the wooden slats are all not long enough to reach the end of the bed. Both only came with 4 wooden slats which is not enough to support the mattress at all and one of the beds…

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered a product after verifying delivery dat was a HARD date not subject to manufacturer reschedule no less than 3 TIME. I cancelled an order with another company based on that. IMMEDIATLY after, the date was slipped OVER A MONTH. Wayfair customer "service" blames it on the manufacturer and claim their customer support manager cant escalate to a manager with ANY real authority. They locked in a sale at the cost of my now having to wait OVER 2 MONTHS longer for my product Do NOT buy from these RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!

They provide their transcripts in Excel format, which cant be uploaded to sites like this ... How CONVENIENT FOR THEM. 8-(

Where do I begin? I have been a loyal customer of Wayfair for years. Have purchased furniture, home decor and even our first hot tub a few years back. Never had any issues. The last few years we have seen incorrect items shipped to us, orders canceled and no follow ups from customer service representatives even after they have committed to keeping us informed on issues.

My last big purchase was a hot tub (our second) in March. Long shipping timelines were an issue but we understood it was world wide. We had a delivery date of after June 17th 2022. I checked my Wayfair app daily for any changes to delivery times. It never changed.

We ordered two beds on the 14th April. The first order was lost and had to be reordered. They said on the tracker that it had been delivered on 26th May so we searched everywhere but it hadn’t been and the date changed to 8th June.

Didn’t come then either so I rang up. There is no escalation for complaints I have never dealt with such a bad company ever! They said I would receive an email on the 9th June I didn’t, nor a phone call and the beds weren’t delivered.

Thursday 16th my hopes were raised as Dpd texted to say on route however they only dropped off one bed! I rang straight away obviously very angry at this point two months after the initial order, again front line team member no escalation point.

Placed and order for a bedroom group and ordered an additional nightstand also.

First item to delivery was the nightstand, which was not the one we ordered. They sent a less expensive one that did not match our bedroom group. CS agreed to reorder and pickup the incorrect one and we agreed, as mistakes happen.

A few days later the bedroom group arrived and guess what? It was also wrong, they sent a set that was close to $900 cheaper and had terrible reviews. Now they claim they can't pick up the cheap set for over 2 weeks, we are moving and can't store this for them.

I took a day off work to meet them for the delivery, which was not even my order, and all I get is 'sorry'. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I purchased a glass clock. It was packaged poorly and was smashed to smithereens when I received it. Wayfair told me I had to file a claim with a manufacturer. I tried for a day to reach the manufacturer, with no success.

Called Wayfair back, then made me send a picture of the broken glass (I cut my hand in the process), and their response was for me to call the manufacturer. What a sham!!!!!

On May 6, 2022 I purchased a rug for $530.41 and a tv stand for $487.11. I was charged twice for the rug. I have called numerous times to Citibank and Wayfair and kept getting bounced from one to the other without any resolution. On June 10, 2022 I was charged another $530.41. I only ordered and received one (1) rug. So basically, Wayfair or Citibank is charging me three (3) times for the rug. Last week I received a call from Wayfair informing me that they were looking into the issue but she said she was sorry because she could not help me. I hope this complaint is directed to CEO of this company Niraj Shah. I can't explain how disappointed and frustrated i am with this company and how you handle business and your customer needs. Last year in June/July I have order over $3,500 dollars on your web site and paid with credit card for the merchandise that I selected.

Cutomer service department is not friendly, not knowledgeable and rude. The company itself needs to be investigated for bait and switch tactics as well as not honoring advertised prices. What do you expect from a company that has no avenue to file a complaint.

Check out there reviews, they are terrible and after today I understand why. Waifair is not.

Very disappointed with Wayfair. Spoked with Amanda who was neither kind and not helpful. Wayfair took my money second time and cancelled my order. Refund 3 to 5 day. Beware they yust using your money. Everywhere you need to pay interesting but they don’t like tis way. Very strange for me.

Customer service not helping at all. She was talking everyone do this, amazon etc. very funny. I talking about 800 pounds with them. Items still on the market. So strange for as. Better to live Wayfair!!!

I understand that the Wayfair return policy stipulates a 30 day return. I realize that my purchase of a Somerton Cotton throw in Tangerine was made months ago, well beyond the 30 day deadline. I made the purchase planning to give it to my daughter for her birthday, (July 8th) because I thought its sunny colors would look good with her living room colors.

I made the purchase when I saw it, knowing I would not be giving it until summer. In the meantime, while the throw remained in its bag, my daughter surprised me by recently changing her living room color scheme to cooler tones.

I called customer service today hoping they would allow me to make an exchange to the throw in the Peacock color. I made the mistake of thinking that some leniency might be extended in some cases and this might be…

At the end of March, I ordered an indoor/outdoor rug from Wayfair. In addition, I signed up for additional protection. I received notice I would receive the rug between April 8th and April 14th. On April 6th, I received notice that my rug would not arrive until June 8th.

On 4/10/22, Wayfair took payment for the extended protection. On May 27th, I received notice that my rug would not arrive until June 15th. On My 26th payment was made for the rug. On June 4th, I received notice that the rug would not be delivered until August 8th.

On June 5th, I requested that the complete order be cancelled which they denied telling me I could return it when I receive it, of course, at my own additional expense. I would rate this company a zero if that was an option. I am absolutely livid.
