I received a $41 late fee but made the payment on the due date. I spoke with Adari who admitted that their statements still say that you have to pay by 6 est but has changed to 5 est. I called in on 8-7 @ 4pm.
There is nothing on the statement or the recording about a time limit to pay. He refused to give me his Managers name as if it's a CIA secret. He said because my account is closed that he couldn't waive the late fee. That is ridiculous.
Wayfair closed all accounts at one point and wanted me to apply with the new company which appears to be Citi. I'm a Citi customer but I don't want another Wayfair account because they should have never closed my initial one.
