I was notified of a special deal on an outdoor heater, and I ordered it. " They had the identical heater available in a different color (which was also on sale at the time I placed the order), and when I told them I would take that color (silver), they told me the price had gone up $50.

when I asked them to honor the sale price, they refused. I've been shopping with Wayfair for years; they just lost a good customer.

I purchased a twin size bed frame for my grandson's first bed which he helped assemble. we got nearly finished assembling, and found that 2 of the slats that hold the mattress were too small. I have reached out 3 tines to Wairfair and was told twice that the manufactor will reach out to me, and told once by a Wayfair manager that I will recieive the 2 slats in the mail. Today, I got an email that the pieces are not available. This is unacceptable. I am again asking for the two slats be sent to me.

To whom it may concern: On November 3rd I placed an order online at your store for a Ladue 6 - Drawer Dresser Order #3826362936 For my daughter who lives at Hanscom AFB in Massachusetts. After approximately 5 reschedules and 3 attempts to deliver this dresser I was forced by the circumstances to cancel this order she desperately needed.

From what I understand from your delivery team that I spoke to they were not prepared/qualified/ had proper documentation to access this military installation. I couldn’t find anything on your website that states/explained non deliveries to a military installation so I assumed you could make this delivery and be aware of the needed documentation to access the base.

I have been trying to return couple of items for the past couple months.

Firstly, the process to return on this site is probably one of the worst. They provide you with a number when you want to return an item and then they listen to your request ( Which is ofcourse obvious that you want to return ).

All they say is ' Sure, we have noted your request and the resolution team will reach out to you within a couple days' . Waited for a week, no call yet. I give the customer service call again, same thing repeats.

It has been more than 6 weeks and I have not received any kind of communication and the customer service cannot do anything about it. I once had the agent hang up the phone on me since I seemed frustrated.

By far, the most ridiculous service ever. For the record, I have not yet…

Worst customer service experience ever! I called in because my item was damaged. They assigned my case to Ryan in the so call Executive team. When I spoke to him, I advise I have stage 4 lung cancer. He then stated, do you know all the people that call in and tell me they have cancer to get their item free.

This really upset me, since I've been fighting lung cancer for 2 years. They even removed part of my lung. Then he transferred my case to another rep. She called me and stated, if you want to return the item, you will need to pkg it and pay the shipping cost.

The item weighs 60 pounds, and I'm 60 years old. I can't lift this. This is all for an item less than $200, and the shipping cost is $40. This is the worst company and customer service I've ever dealt with.

67, the picture shows a white fireplace. This add is deciving because that one is not that price, the ones that are that price are sold out. 99. I contacted customer service and that was a joke. The person on the chat could have cared less about helping me.

She just said the lower price was for the two colors that were out of stock and was there anything else she could help with. This seems like false adverstising to me. Why put a picture of something that is not that price.

We ordered 2 Nine Stars Stainless Trash Cans by NineStars. We received 1 trash can and another shipment which was not ordered by us on Nov. 10, 2022. I called Wayfair to let them know that we received only 1 trash can and a shipment that was not ordered by us.

Wayfair customer service said that they would send out another trash can and it would be at our address on Nov. 13th. They also said that they would let us know when someone would be here to pick up the wrong shipment via email. Today is Nov.

15, 2022 and no trash can replacement and no one from Wayfair has advised when someone will be here to pick up the wrong shipment. I spoke to a customer service person who told me that our replacement trash can was on hold because Wayfair is trying to find out what happened.

Wayfair policies addressing their internal problems is imposed on their customers where the customer cannot get any resolution. Could not get to a manager, one attempt was a hang up and another--she said--"an almost supervisor" would not let me talk to a manager.

Wayfair internal problems are: (1) A $.42 short-pay problem between Wayfair and their partner, Paypal, prevented an order from being shipped, (2) The customer was not advised of the delivery delay because of this problem. I happened to call them only because the item wasn't received on their estimated delivery date. I recently ordered 2 garden planters which still haven't arrived. I think Wayfair need to look into their courier DHL as I think there is something going on there. Whether it's fraud, theft or something else I don't know. I phoned DHL to give very clear details how to find my house as one of their excuses was "house couldn't be found" really ..

in this day and age why didn't driver phone if he was lost. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my order with a full refund. I've never known anything like it ever.

99. 5' tree & when addressed with customer service; although it was an error on Wayfair with incorrect amount, only a refund can be processed. I am escalating due to Wayfair's mission statement is to "support customers - making shopping easy & stress-free" and also includes "delivering exceptional customer experiences drives everything we do - we are all in Customer Service".

This CS man named John, did not return my call for 2 weeks, and several emails. when he fianally called back becuase i did not give up calling, he was rude and not helpful at all. Not only did I not get support but he actually said he is the highest level at CS and there is NO ONE else that I can talk to. I placed an order for 1 more Sariyah Swivel Bar and Counter Stool. I originally ordered two on 10/26 then today 10/27 tried placing an order for one more. I used after pay and Wayfair showed me that there was an error but Afterpay still took my money. It is 4 payments of $49.10 and the first payment was taken right away but my order showed it had not been placed. We ordered a five-piece King Bed set and scheduled for delivery and assembly on Oct. 17. On the delivery date, the tall dresser and the bed headpiece were broken beyond repair. We made sure and were promised a replacement of these two items to be delivered and assembled, which is the service we paid for.

First of all, their replacement was set out to be delivered not until early November. I bought 2 wicker chairs from Wayfair 2 months ago. I was putting them in my garage for winter storage , and i noticed that on one arm of a chair a wicker strand was sticking up as it was not long enough to go under another piece of a wicker strand to hold it in place.

I think if left alone in time it would start to unravel. This is a defect in the manufacturing process . It would seem to be a easy repair. I contacted customer service and they refused to help me in any way saying i had only a 30 day warranty.

I will never buy anything else from them. They could not even tell me whom to contact for a repair?

Receiving paper about being sued by Wayfair? when debt collector is paying them ? Wayfair changed their website and I could not make my payments. Then I got sick and a family member passed from covid. And I did forget about Wayfair but have always paid my bill.

The site was not the same when I came back online. Anyway I am paying through debt collector. Need Lawsuit dropped. I am disabled with no legs and truly will be hardship to get to court date for a bill that is being paid makes no sense to me.

My family had an issue with an advertisement on the Wayfair website which Kiley, the Customer Supervisor refused to honor. She talked about Wayfair making the mistake of competing with other vendors and the price is too low etc. I tried to explain to her that was not my fault, I went by the price Wayfair was offering online.

I am moving into a new apartment on the 1st of October. My daughter ordered a bed frame using my credentials that was to be delivered between 9/30 & 10/4. My new sleep number bed will be delivered on the 4th, the day of my return from the hospital. Purchase of Benitez Sofa. This sofa is the worst piece of furniture I've ever purchased. The mechanism to turn on and off the back of the sofa and use it as a flatbed is NOT working at all. Does not hold the back upright when is opened.

Also, the hinges remain higher than the bed making it uncomfortable when you are lying down, feeling these hinges puncture in your body. I called to return it or replace it and I was turned down by Wayfair. A real shame for a sofa that costs over $500 dollars.

Ordered two custom chairs in April. I was told six weeks. Then the extended a month. Called and was told I can’t cancel the order because it’s custom. But it wasn’t made yet?! Agreed to give them 30 days. That is today.

They just extended it another 30 days. So 6 months for two dining wing chairs. With zero assurance I’ll ever seen them. Now I have to fight to get my $1300 back. Never again, Wayfair is not for me.

I ordered a mattress on 9/5 for delivery on 9/7. I never received the mattress, the status as of 9/10 still says “ordered” abs I’ve been given the run around every time I call. The first call, I was told they needed to reach the warehouse but it closed at 6pm (what warehouse closes that early).

I called the next day, I was told the mattress was on the assembly line as we speak and would be shipped on 9/9. I received an email this morning saying it would not be shipped until 9/22!!!! I called again today and am now being told it’s on back order.

I have ordered a rug to donate to my son’s classroom on 8/31/2022. I had received a confirmation and my order #3664032937 On Tuesday (almost a week later) I received an email saying that my order will arrive on 9/30 instead of the original estimate of 9/14.

Today 9/9/2022 I received an email saying my order cancellation was successful. So today marks 10 days after I placed my order. I responded to the email saying I never ordered cancellation and this should be reprocessed. I received a response from Tessa H.

I have only ordered from Wayfair twice and this will be my last time!!!! THe order was shipped to the wrong address which was not verified until after the items were sent. I called Wayfair and they told me I needed to contact Federal Express to have the packages re-routed to the correct address. When I did this I was told by Federal Express that they cannot change the destination of a package that Wayfair would have to do this. After numerous phone calls which took over an hour Federal Express will be returning the packages back to Wayfair. I purchased a outdoor sectional from them back in May of 2021, had issues with the covers and filed a complaint back in March of 2022. They were supposed to send me replacement covers that iI have been waiting 5 months for.

Over the last few months I purchased several products from Wayfair, including a Revolving End Table for which I paid $273.04 on February 15, 2021. Recently, the very exact same product appeared in the Wards catalog (SL788999) for $159.99. The difference of $113.05 is not an insignificant amount and should present an opportunity for Wayfair to make an adjustment to me for that "overcharge".

First, the fabric samples I ordered over one week ago never arrived, no order is showing even though I place with customer service

Next, the ship to address is wrong (Wayfair issue) and although I got an email at 3:28 p.m. stating order was being prepared for shipping, and I called before that time, I was told by numerous people I could not change address or cancel the order even though it had not been shipped.

I was also told that Fedex will leave the LARGE chair on the door step even though I don't live at the current ship to address.

Now, the biggest issue is bait and switch..my order was placed with a confirmation GET IT TOMORROW – FREE 1-day delivery WRONG! It is going to take five days...and I still can't correct!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE.

Wayfair management isn't customer friendly. I lost the $10 store credit (that I received from participating in a product review I submitted from a prior purchase) because management was incompetent in deducting $10 of my store credit from my shopping cart since the website wasn't allowing me to include my $10 store credit in the purchase I was trying to make.

I am not able to deal with any issues or follow ups over the phone. I have to waste my time sitting by a computer sending emails regarding my damaged goods and over one week has passed and no one has responded to any of my emails.

Furthermore, the people in this executive resolutions dept are absolutely horrendous to deal with. They are super rude and will make your life a living hell. I will never shop at Wayfair ever again, nor would I recommend anyone ever try.

On June 17 my order for a LP gas grill model gs310 arrived. I've been trying to get it together ever since then. There were at least four nuts that were to be tack welded for attachment screws. They were in a position where I could not attach other nuts.

Several locations I had to use JB weld to make attachmts. The worst complication was the fact that the LP gas line was made too short and I had to actually cut and drill to a side panel to attach this control valve.

The control knob that goes on this valve is missing as were several different size screws I obtained from Ace. In short this was 80% correct 20% a freaking nightmare. The instruction booklet was thorough but the print was great for the stuff you didn't need to know but you can barely read the stuff you needed to know.
