Wrong table delivered I paid for Robinson and one sent was Chelsea.Chairs have been delivered to my old address despite delivery being new address.Guy has dumped chairs in close as my old neighbour phoned me.I have no way of getting them as i have no access to close .

I have e-mailed and no response been dealing with you on line staff. I order a nest of tables which should have arrived 22/12/2022 and the customer service is the worst i have ever found. All excuses dates given to come back not adhered to just appalling lies and excuses which cost time and money waiting in for a order.

I ordered a bed 6 months ago and it was damaged upon arrival. I contacted Wayfair same day, they put in to replace parts. We are now in January I received nothing, spoken with 3 different people and again nothing has happened.

I am very disappointed in this service, and process.

Order No 3819351616 I ordered 2 Mercutio parson chairs from Wayfair.ca on Dec 3, 2022. They arrived with no hardware to put them together or instructions. I contacted Wayfair quickly. The hardware is supposed to arrive on Jan 10, 2023.

This will be 5 weeks. I was offered a 10% discount on something I ordered from Wayfair in the next 2 months. I absolutely do not think that is adequate compensation for how long I've waited because of poor service with no hardware for the chairs.

I am hoping you will do something to make me happy and then I will possibly continue to shop with Wayfair. Verna Lemky

They do not stand behind their product. A rug I purchased is wearing badly. Because I am beyond the 30 day window they cannot help me. They said I should have purchased warranty insurance. Who does that for a $250 rug?

I own another of the same rug for 5 years and it’s perfect.

Wednesday 12/28/2022 I ordered a powered recliner from Wayfair. The add said I would have it by Friday. Within a few hours, I called to cancel because the one I ordered had a wood frame, and I found one with a metal frame.

Wayfair informed me I could not cancel. At least I can replace my broken one quickly. Friday 12/30/2023 I got any email from Wayfair saying shipping had been delayed , It would arrive on Sunday 01/01/2023 I was informed it would arrive that Friday 12/06/2023.

12/06 Friday I wanted to check on my order and quickly found out that it had disappeared from the website, No mention of an order. So I finally got ahold of a live person at costumer care and they informed me the chair would be delivered on Wednesday 12/11/2023. This is shameful,

Was told NO REFUND and NO REPLACEMENT LIKE-ITEM available, but I could BUY another unit (hmmm – don’t think so). Was told I could donate the broken unit (still don’t have the replacement unit).

RESOLUTION: Provide full REFUND now. Another six months to wait for a replacement fan is UNACCEPTABLE and extremely poor customer service and business.

com. 00. The table was delivered to be by a shipping company on 12/22/22 and set up for me, "white glove delivery". I immediately saw that one corner of the table top had been crushed. I called Wayfair customer service and also emailed photos.

Wayfair regular customer service does not deal with broken furniture, so I was instructed to email the executive resolution team. 2/30/22. Wayfair's website guarantees that if you have a problem with an order they will make it right by helping your return the item for free, sending out a repair expert to your home or sending out a replacement part. Nothing has happened.

I tried to order a baker’s rack two times, same one but in different colors each separate incident, and I get emails shortly after I ordered that they’ve been discontinued unexpectedly, when your site says they are in stock. This is completely unacceptable and inaccurate.

If there is an item that is to be discontinued due to a logistics issue or a company no longer produces a specific part to the rack, DON’T DISPLAY IT AS AVAILABLE ON YOUR SITE AND IN STOCK!!! If something is most likely to be discontinued, don’t promote it on your site. It’s so basic.

I placed an order for two rugs to be delivered by Wednesday this week. Instead, I received a single rug that was a totally different rug than the ones I ordered. Customer service first told me they would have the correct rugs sent out right away-- I spoke with multiple agents over the course of the next three days since on my account I wasn't seeing that rugs were being shipped.

They told me not to worry, I'd receive them by Saturday (I'm giving them as a gift to a person visiting this weekend). One rug did end up shipping and will arrive on time, but they only shipped the second rug today, 3 days after I first reported the issue), and have just today been told it won't arrive until next week, which it too late.

Now I will have two rugs from Wayfair that I can't do anything with.…

I’ve contacted them regarding bath towels purchased in October, 2022. They’ve not been opened until today (Dec 29) because the wallpaper they were bought to match had not been delivered. Upon opening the unsealed, new package I see a 4-5” thread pull out in the middle of the towel.

I contacted WAYFAIR local numbers and corporate offices in Boston, Mass. These towels cost $35. I just requested an exchange for the same set. 50‼️ I asked if they have a customer loyalty program……no! I had them check my 3 accounts, 2 business and one personal opened in the month since September, 2022.

Search for dresser, picture came up and shows dresser ordered the item when I received the order email it showed that I had ordered a mirror instead of the dresser that was showing immediately tried to cancel the order with chat she stated that the order would be canceled but when I received the email it stated that it could not be canceled phoned immediately and spoke to a representative and she stated that the order could not be canceled because it was already shipped this was in a timeframe of 15 minutes

I bought a set of sheets, shipping was late and I no longer need them. 00 shipping. So the sheets weren't really cheaper than Amazon or Walmart or Target, which offer free shipping for returns. 00 return fee for items under $35. Not true either.

Hope all who shop Wayfair intend on keeping the items. I intend to shop elsewhere.

I ordered the Oliveira 4 -Shelf Storage Cabinet by Charlton Home from Wayfair. What I received was a substandard item. The boards for the sides and the doors were warped. One of the spots where the hinges for the doors were to be screwed was broken.

Only 7 hinge screws were received in the packaged hardware kit, instead of 8. All in all, this item was not worth the price that I paid. It has now been put together with lots of glue, but the side panels and the doors warp.

Very displeased with this item, and is not anything that I would want displayed in my dwelling - now hidden away as I am embarrassed to have it on display.

False Advertising. I purchased a sofa from their website on 12-19-2022 for $215. That price had been on the website for more than 10 hours. I ordered first thing Monday morning. I was sent an email on 12-20-2022 stating that the price was wrong and they were cancelling my order but would give me a 10% discount code. Unacceptable.

In the first place, you need to honor the price since it was posted for more than 10 hours.

Secondly, you should offer me something comparable to the sofa instead of 10%. Customer Service is deplorable. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Having ordered from Wayfair previously, I felt safe to order again. What a mistake! I placed an order for 4 items, which , it transpired would be delivered by DHL. A part payment was made by me, to be followed with the balance.

There was tracking available through DHL, which stated the goods would be delivered on 13/12/22. One item was delivered but that came with ‘ Evri’. The other 3 items still have not arrived (20/12/22) even though, they state they are out for delivery since the 13th.

I’ve contacted (with difficulty) the customer service people, who just keep repeating the same thing over and over, which is that it is at the depot ready to be delivered! They tell me to check tracking, which I already have been, which is why I’m asking them what’s happening!

Wayfair Order #2364662232 I am at a loss where to start with this order that I placed on November 28th, first the order was put in incorrectly, they did charge me for white-glove service but did not indicate that on the delivery instructions. I called at least 6 different times to customer service although I was assured each time it would be corrected it was not. On friday Dec.

Placed an order for bar stools. Wayfair set up fast delivery for Dec 8. No delivery, no notification. Called and was told bar stools on the way. Dec 12 delivery. Never arrived. Never notified. Called again and was cut off in middle of conversation.

Text and was told back ordered. Wayfair is still selling the bar stools in their website with Dec 16 delivery. Very ooor customer service. Will not be doing business with Wayfair again. Cancelled my order. No faith in this company.

I am writing to complain about your horrible customer service and deceptive business practices. Yesterday (12/11), I purchased two lamps (set) that were marked as a “Close out” item online for I believe $126.99. I went online tonight to look at the description to ensure to purchase the correct bulb size and saw that they are now on a “Close out” price of $99.99 - less than 24 hours later. Ordered an under cabinet range hood that I found in their website, nowhere on the site I found that there was no inventory. Changed my order for a different brand (Hauslane) Wayfair sent me an either a returned or used incomplete item.

The hardware, screws tube connectors were missing from the package, no instructions booklet, no warranty. Contacted Wayfair and the connected me with Hauslane and they promised 10 days ago the hardware. Both Companies Suck really.

When speaking with customer service on December 5th they said my packages were lost and resubmitted a new order and it would be shipped on that day. No tracking number sent to me. For the past month, I have been trying to return a mattress to Wayfsir, who uses NSD to pick up the mattress. I have been unsuccessful in getting this done as NSD 'claims' they have been unable to reach us (they have my husband phone #, buy has never called).

I call at least twice a week to Wayfair ( who keeps claiming to escalate) & NSD (Who has now closed the ticket) & I am beyond frustrated & angry! This is unacceptable service & I just want the mattress returned & credited to my account.

I got a Wayfair email about some sales. I clicked on it and was staring at a table I had just purchased and, I haven't even got it yet. cheaper, so I called customer service. I was talking to a girl that could hardly speak English (French) and she couldn't understand English either.

I told her what had happened, and she checked it out. She said yes, she could see that it was cheaper now. Then went on to say she really couldn't do anything for me, and it would be more money to return it and reorder.

I asked for the manager, but she was not there, so I asked if she would get the manager to call me back, and she said she would, and it would take about 24 hrs, 2 more days, and it's a week and no phone call. The problem I have is that this girl didn't know her job at all.

Ordered 2recliners. Payed with PayPal! BUT PayPal withdrew money from my empty checking account instead of the Visa card that I had opened for this purchase. Bank let money go to wayfair anyway and shown overdraft and fees. I immediately cancelled my order but it still coming.

It sat in pending cancellation for 5 days and yet I never have received my money back. And FedEx says it’s still on its way.

I paid extra for next day delivery of a sink I needed immediately. It's day 3. I haven't received it and they can't tell me when it will arrive. I was told I can't cancel the order. Customer service reps showed no concern that I paid extra for a service I didn't receive or the inconvenience it has caused.

Wayfair and Fedex have some ongoing shipping issues, and the customer suffers! Called Support helpdesk for both, and each one points to the other and asks customer to followup up! This is 2022 and so wrong - why would a customer waste time to follow up & coordinate their system issues!

Ordered furniture from wayfair well in advance of the event, and only some pieces delivered, and remaining are marked as lost by Fedex, and wayfair says it needs to wait a certain number of days before they can act on it. I purchased a supposedly easy to build 8x6 shed that was manufactured in China from Wayfair. It came with mainly picture instructions and I discovered that some of the critical parts to support the siding and roofing were not properly prepared (undrilled holes).

Since I needed to get this shed completed before winter weather set in, I had to create my own roof and siding supports using 2x3s. That resulted in a difficult build which took 6 days instead of the suggested 2-3 hours.

My filed complaint with pictures took weeks to get a paltry $72 refund from you and in spite of my insistance that replacement parts were too late and now unusable, but I still got a replacement part.

I bought a mattress topper for my bed and it is the absolute worst purchase I've made in years. It does not make the surface firmer. In fact, it sags where the mattress was sagging. It slides off the bed and is difficult to move around on it.

My cats can't even walk on it. The description surely does not portray the flimsy inadequate mattress topper. Highly disappointed. It's been over 30 days but since it is a piece of crap I'd like my money back. You can destroy the topper as it is terrible. False advertising, etc.

I have purchased many items from Wayfair and have always been accommodated whenever I ran into issues.

However, I have had issues with three of my latest orders. And, it's been all downhill since. I have emailed and been ignored.... then after getting a reply, I have replied with questions or concerns and have been ignored. At one point, I was given a direct # for someone named Herschelle.

And, she has ignored my last two voicemail messages. I used to recommend Wayfair to absolutely everyone.

However, I can no longer do that after the aggravation and stress that I have experienced.

Also, one of the most frustrating things is when I receive messages that simply say you have a return policy for damaged items (or if there are missing parts)! I live alone!!! I drag the boxes into my foyer…

Worst web page and worst customer service. You can't ever get anybody to talk to. I tried to email their customer service line and they email address is not legit. Virtual assistance just keeps taking me in circles. I can't get somebody to actually talk to.

There are several issues that are the basis for the complaint I am lodging. 3 cu. ft. refrigerator. Included along with this order was a 2500W 24" Indoor/Outdoor Use Countertop Electric Grill. The name of the salesperson that took the order is Ms. Lisa.

Each item was to be delivered to different and separate location. The Countertop Electric Grill to be delivered to 6160 W. Columbia Avenue which is my primary residence. The refrigerator was to be delivered to 513 Cypress Street, Yeadon, PA 19050 and the existing refrigerator at the property was to be hauled away.

This is a rental property. 00 fee for this service. I placed a call to Wayfair on 11/21/22 to see if it was possible to get the refrigerator delivered sooner because the tenant informed me their refrigerator stopped working…

Your return policy is NOT customer friendly! Between my husband & I, we have spent several thousand dollars on Wafair when building a new house. We live in Southwest Florida & have been devastated by Hurricane Ian & therefore need to buy quite a lot of replacement items & furniture.

We bought 2 repplacement outdoor lights from Wayfair. They arrived late and were NOT the color shown on your website. When we called to return them, we were told it would cost us almost $37 in shipping & they make no exceptions!

Would not transfer us to a supervisor! This is NOT acceptable! I had many more items to purchase but they will not be from Wayfair! Amazon returns are free as well as other major retailers. We had just returned a $1,100 generator to Walmart with no questions asked & no shipping…
