Two weeks ago my brother seen on wayfair website an advertisement of an 11ft x 23ft Tallis metal shed he phoned them up and asked if that was correct and the size is that size he was told yes so he ordered one. When it arrived the label states 11 x 23 ft what he received was a 9ft x 4ft they are taking it back and sending him another one, he called today to find out why he is not receiving the 11ft x 23ft that he originally ordered and

was told that there was a misprint on the website and he will not be getting it. They have now changed website product detail to show 4ft x 9ft I am so angry.

I ordered a Loveseat on Dec 30th and realized that the shipping address was incorrect, so I called to inform the company that the address was wrong. Thought it would be taken care of but it was not. So I emailed to let them know it was still wrong on the invoice.

Still was not fixed so I called again on 01/01/22 and spoke with a woman who was very helpful and she sent an email to inform that the address needed to be corrected. When I checked my account online, the address was still wrong so I emailed again on 01/02/22.

On January 7th, I got notice that my item was delivered, which it was not! Not to my address. It was actually delivered to the wrong address which had been listed originally! My address is 10052 Kenilworth Way, San Jose, Ca 95127.

The incorrect address was listed as 10050…

I spoke to a service supervisor in regards to receiving the wrong colour bed twice. She has made my experience with Wayfair extremely horrible. She has been rude and unhelpful. She has refused to escalate my call saying that she is the highest level at Wayfair and that I can only deal with her.

She has not been able to help in any way. Instead, she has said that Wayfair warehouse is busy and that she has no control over getting the right colour bed over to me. I have been waiting for the right colour bed for over a month without any resolution.

This has caused me a lot of anxiety.

I ordered a product and quickly cancelled it minutes later, and also recieved a notice that ''the order has been cancelled''. But for some unknown reason the product will still be shipped to our address. Since we will be out of country we phoned in multiple times to try to explain the situation.

The response was: ''our supplier is still shipping the product'', and you still will be charged''. This is absurd and unprofessional. I had cancelled that order minutes later, so why ship it and charge a client? This is not good business practice.

Wayfair in this case is not cooperative whatsoever, this is NOT a way to treat a client.

I bought a dryer from Wayfair over a mo ago. Since that time I have been lied to contacted 4 times with emails that they wiuid be here between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM when I asked for afternoon appts from the beginning as I am extremely ill.

I am on oxygen and have a very long list of auto immune diseases because a surgeon illegally put Veteranarian’s supply titanium staples in me that I am deathly allergic too. Plus they put toxic mesh in me. 3 yrs ago that I haven’t hit removed yet because of the pandemic.

They dont want me near the hospital. When I dont get enough sleep it bakes the pain much more severe. I am on oxygen, RA, Fybromyalgia, diabetes on & on. The last two they sent here claimed they did not speak English.

Broke all of your Covid rules. Got in my face with his cellphone. ”…

I had spoken to a representative prior because I received a text message the delivery date need to change for the wardrobe I ordered. It was changed to Jan 2, however when I arrived home today I found a 200+lb box 15 feet from my door that I could not even move.

I called Wayfair customer service to complain. I paid to have the wardrobe assembled and believed it would arrive with the assemblers. We are going away at the end of the week and the representative said she could not schedule someone to come out sooner.

It is due to sleet, snow and rain tonight. My husband, who has arthritis in his back and heart trouble, and me had to bring it in after he worked all day. I am very dissatisfied

Terrible customer service! Ordered over $1300 worth of furniture and ask them to have fed ex put a vacation hold on it bc no one would be there. Well that didn't work - it was delivered 5 days too early. Left on porch. " Really?

After several emails with the person who was SUPPOSE to notify FED EX same thing - no control over the situation. Should have just gone to a local furniture store and had it delivered. NEVER AGAIN WAYFAIR! I would stay away from this company.

I am having a disturbing problem with an order placed on Wayfair. I purchased two woolen rugs and entered a promo code of “SAVE15” in the order which supposedly would give me 15% back. 36 which Wayfair website asked if I wanted to apply them to my order at checkout. I checked yes.

When my invoice was emailed me later in the day, it had denied me the 15% off coupon and only applied the rewards. I spoke with several employees (5) and got several different answers. No consensus on why or what happened. But supervisor Renee S.

Assured me that I could not use a promo code and the Wayfair credit card rewards. I asked her to send me where in the terms and conditions this is mentioned. She has not provided a logical or legitimate answer.

I just experienced absolutely HORRIBLE customer experience. I received a gift card for the Holidays and when I redeemed it, it pulled the $'s to the account of the person who sent it to me. Not wanting to bother the gift recipient I called the # for gift card issues.

After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I decide to try the chat box. Mechelle S. was the person who responded. And after my explaining the issue, this agent referred me back to the phone #. I explained I was on hold and not able to get through and she doubled down with that being the only way I could get my issue resolved.

I told her how upset I was and that I'd prefer to resolve the issue on chat and why did they offer chat if they couldn't really resolve things via that channel and then she just proceeded to ignore me.…

Ordered a combo tv stand / fireplace. Delivery confirmed for 12-18-21 7:00 to 11:00. Got an email asking me to confirm delivery for 12/23/21. Truck wouldn’t start. I then told them if they couldn’t deliver it before 12/23/21 I would cancel order.

They cancelled order and charged me a return fee of $122. How can I get charged a return fee for something I never received? Beware of this tactic to rob people of money for their incompetence. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

I have exhausted my patience dealing with this company since December 4, 2021 when I placed an order for two floor vases for the holidays. The first vase came December 7, 2021 covered in dust and the bamboo bottom torn away.

It was refunded when I sent pictures of the dirt and damage. It looked so bad they said to discard it. The other metal vase I decided immediately to cancel December 7th, the same day and they placed it on hold for cancellation.

I heard on December 13, 2021 the item couldn't be cancelled. It was scheduled to be delivered on December 13, 2021 the same day I was told it couldn't be cancelled. They rescheduled deliver for December 17, 2021. The carrier misdelivered the order and I did not get it.

I ordered a mattress on 11.29.21 and paid for expedited shipping. The merchandise did not arrive on time and when I talked to Wayfair customer service I was told to contact Fed Ex. I did and Fed Ex said they no longer guarantee second day shipping, which I paid for, and that wording was in their fine print. I called back to Wayfair customer service and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. I paid $59.99 for expedited shipping and want this money refunded.

Hello Im not sure that someone will read this but I hope it gets to the right person. I had bought this desk. I wasn’t satisfied, multiple issues (quality, drawer doesn’t close, top is scratched, Instructions not clear, holes not pre-drilled).

I went on the site to have it reimbursed. I was told to await a call. Susanne calls me and then we end up exchanging by email. She ends up offering 10% saying that’s the best she can do… The Wayfair website offers 20% lol 3days later no news..

I send another email, I get call from her saying that’s the policy, there’s nothing I can do. I processed the 10% have a nice day.. almost as if she was telling me “shut up, and stop bothering me, what’s else do you want”… seriously for 170$..

My order clearly says 3 items, I believe it is false advertising and very misleading for you to show a picture of 2 barstools and say 3 items in order when it's 2 items. While this was on sale, it is definitely not worth the price for only one barstool! Wayfair sold me a 3-year Extra Protection Warranty, but failed to put that correctly in writing. The dates as well as the duration of the Warranty are incorrect and they refuse to correct it. They just tell me that it's all fine. 00.

I am looking at ways to pursue the issue legally because that it the only way that these people will understand that people are nit happy with their company.

Want to have your Christmas ruined? Order something through Wayfair. I ordered a mattress and adjustable bed, which was over $1000, as a Christmas present for a family member. I put the shipping address to my job to ensure that it didn't go to my house. Then, I printed the invoice, which shows the shipping address I wanted to go to to ensure everything was correct. Today, I learned that the surprise Christmas present was sent directly to my house, and the individual who would receive it accepted the packages.

I called Wayfair's customer service, and all they could say was it must have been an error in the Shipping Department and that there was nothing that they could do. So now I have to send back the Christmas present and find something else.

I recently purchased a bed from wayfair in Germany . The bed was delivered and put together by a team of contractors that were kitting out the apartment I had just bought. They mentioned to me that the slats for the bed were missing and when I contacted wayfair they have responded by saying after much delay they would do nothing as it was outside the 14 day return period and

also it was on their site that the bed came with out slats. This was not true as I wouldn’t have purchased half a bed and it’s oblivious the have tried to unload old stock. Honestly the worst behavior I have experienced Or come across.

Never will I ever buy anything from this outfit again!

I was charged $110 shipping charges when I specifically ordered from Wayfair because they advertised free shipping. They insisted that I added expedited shipping but I most definitely did not. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the additional charges until after the chairs were delivered and now they won’t refund my money.

I emailed them 3 times and 3 different people sent the “exact” form comment back saying they’re not authorized to refund my money. Obviously this is a common issue. Never ever again. I will advise others not to shop here either.

I had an assembly scheduled for 8:30am. The rep, Jeremiah, contacted me at 8:08am to see if I was available. I texted him back at 8:14 and told him yes. What he didn’t tell me is that he decided to do another job because he contacted another customer on his list, even though it was still a FULL 15 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME, claiming that I never answered. I ordered a 44" Arezzo ducted insert range hood in early September 2021. Wayfair charged my credit card $2400 plus tax. The unit failed to show up, and after numerous contacts with Wayfair, they advised it was lost in transit.

They reordered the same unit and some three weeks later, the same thing happened - lost in transit. At this point, mid-October 2021, Wayfair had $2,800 of my money since the beginning of September and no product arrived. I also noticed that the range hood was listed on their website now on sale - $1,700 Canadian!

I contacted Wayfair with a view to securing the sale price in light of their having secured benefit of my money for almost two months and the delayed arrival. I was advised they could not do this full stop. At this point, my kitchen ceiling had a 44" x 27"…

during that time we witnessed a drop in price of some $700. from its original price as advertised through Wayfair. We demanded a refund and received it. having incurred a significant loss with our contract due to delays we proceed to purchase at the the price demanded and drove for some 7 hours to pick up the unit...

we are particularly disturbed over the "extra" cost we believe should not have been added to the reduced price. that will end unless a remedy is discovered.

I have ordered from Wayfair back in October a Lazy Boy reclining sofa with an expected delivery date of November 10 to 17, 2021. I was informed today by a case manager with Wayfair that the sofa I had ordered was damaged in shipment and they are ordering a replacement sofa for me with an anticipated delivery date of December 4, 2021.

I had hoped to be able to enjoy my new sofa over the Thanksgiving holiday and now I won't be able to do that. The purchase price of this sofa is over $1,900. 36 on 11/9. They’re a set of barn doors from Homacer. The original delivery date was scheduled for Mon. 11/22 and showed available, but on 11/11 I received a notification advising a delay in shipment and new delivery date was changed to 2/3/22.

The email also advised if that weren’t acceptable to cancel order, so I cancelled the order. On 11/12 I received another email advising my order could not be canceled and I would be responsible to return the items minus a return shipping fee.

Since I’ve been going back and forth with Wayfair customer service to receive a refund and advise that I no longer want/need the items. I was told several times there was nothing that could be done and they had to follow policy.

However, the parcel has yet to be shipped.

I ordered a TV stand on November 9 and the total cost was $389 I checked every day to see when it was going to ship on November 11 at about 4 o’clock I got a text saying that my item shipped I went to see the item in person again and clicked on the picture and it was down to $200 I called customer service and I waited online for over an hour for them to tell me that they could not help me and

that if I wanted to return the item to get it for the cheaper price I would have to pay for shipping back and then re-order the same item for the cheaper price

The worst customer service and cancellation policy ever. I placed an order, and literally in 3 minutes I cancelled it but somehow it does not get cancelled and its the supplier that determines if the item can be cancelled. WTF.

But the customer service agent tells me that once i receive the item I can take the pain to resend it for a refund. I am like, so you take the pain to ship it to me, and I take the pain to resend it but you cannot cancel it within 3 minutes of placing my order?

Does it even make sense? this is a scam to milk money from customers. I would never order from this website. They do not care about their customer experience but only how to squeeze money from customers. Do not buy, I warn you.

Every time I place an order with Wayfair Financing, the finance company (Katapult) approves the order and processes it. Wayfair for some reason doesn't receive the order although it's done on Wayfair's site. Then I have to contact Wayfair and speak with a supervisor to have a 3-way call with Katapult to cancel finance agreement and refund my initial deposit. literally!!

I'm told by Wayfair Management, Katapult Management and both respective IT departments that it will be fixed in 1-3 days, then 2 weeks, then another month. This is RIDICULOUS!! I've been told that over 100 people have been affected. Then I see it's a blame game with Wayfair and Katapult.

I want the issue RESOLVED and IMMEDIATELY!!

checked status says delay in order called says tomorrow shipping check status is now on back order call shipping set for oct 21 the last rep I talked to went out of her way to explain what was happening I want to commend her for her ability in trying to appease the consumer she is a credit to ur company

I ordered a dinning room set from Wayfair. I was given a date and time slot for delivery. The week of my delivery date, I called to confirm the date. Since I was assured that my dinning room set would be delivered, I decided to plan a dinner party the day after delivery.

The day of delivery I called three times and was given three different times. I sat home waiting and they never showed up. To make matters worst, Wayfair didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that the delivery would not be happening.

I had to call them. When I called I was told that now I would have to wait five days for the next delivery. Now I have to cancel my plans BECAUSE I HAVE NO TABLE! I rate this company a zero and will NEVER shop with them again.

I bought a bed and an writing desk from Wayfair a few months back for my son's bedroom. The head board & the wooden sleets of the bed are already damaged & the bed has now to be put in garbage.

The writing desk is very low in quality that it can't even hold our chromebooks properly. I'm really unsatisfied with your products & my hard earned money got wasted on two useless products. I'm going to put two reviews for the two particular items as well as a general review. The worst furniture company I've ever dealt with, sorry to say that, but I have no option. Thanks

I purchased a guestbook and pen for an upcoming wedding. I found a beautiful guestbook with matching pen so I purchased it. I did not receive the pen. I called customer service 3 times over this issue. Two of those times I was told the pen would be shipped to me.

The third time I was told that the pen was a separate item that I would have to purchase. The pen is very prominent in the guestbook ad and it does not state the pen isn't included. That is false advertising.

We ordered a dinning table and chairs from this corrupt company, we were told that it would take 3 weeks to get the order, so 3 days later we found a table and chair dinning set that was available now and took it, then the LIES from this thieving company begins, they say that there is a $150.00 restocking fee, which made no since, no such charge was indicated in the cancellation policy, then when we were charged, it increased to $360.00 to cancel a order not due for weeks, and only there word it was being packed up for shipment! If that were the case, they completely lied about the delivery time frame!!! Mayfair is a rip off at best, do not trust this company with your hard earned money!

I ordered my item on September 27, 2021. I have not received my item yet because it shows that wayfair ran my bank card for my order but did not take the money out and never advised me just kept telling me to wait for my item to arrive.

Then I finally went to the bank after they attempted to take the money out of my bank 5 times and now today I am still being hassled I asked for corporate office phone number and a supervisor Marcus told me that we are not going to so this he told me there is no corporate office and then proceed to be unprofessional towards me and told me he would not let me speak to someone else hirer than him because he was not handling this properly.

If I could give a half star I would. I ordered 8 items over 2k one happened to be a chair. Took weeks for them to even ship it. it left. 5 weeks later I call they say the chair is at delivery agent.

After numerous calls & inquiries they told me various accounts of where the chair was(all untrue). After a week of this they order me a new chair because it was lost in transit. I canceled the chair. Well my other item.

They scheduled a delivery date. I take off to be home. Item never arrived & customer service is an absolute joke. I'll never order from them again. At least w Amazon you get your stuff.

We ordered a couch and chair on July 14. Wayfair promised a delivery date October 6-12. While we patiently awaited this order, we bought matching pillows and accessories amounting to 100s of dollars. October 2 we checked the status of our order and found that it had been “cancelled “, with no notice whatsoever.

Wayfair, very generously, agreed to refund what we paid months ago. They claim the product was discontinued but didn’t explain why it took three months to figure that out. Don’t expect to get anything you order from Wayfair.

I called the customer service to ask why the carrier didn’t pick up my return item. I initiated the return one month ago and still didn’t get my money back. I spoke to the customer service agent, I believe her name is Amber, and she just hang up on me IMMEDIATELY!

That’s so rude and I will NEVER buy anything on Wayfair again.

I was placing this order which was in my cart. I was asked if I wanted a credit card from your company as a first time purchaser I would get $40 off my first purchase. I was in the process of filling out that part of the information on line the price of the bar stools already in my cart went up by $20.

This was while I was filling out the requested information. I feel ripped off by your company. I have a credit card I didn't need and only saved $20 not $40 as advertised. I will send a complaint to the better business and the FCC since I was on line if I do not hear from your company.

This was totally a rip off. An awful first experience on All Modern site when this happened. I called customer service they said call Chase if I want to cancel the card that was all they could do. REALLY is…

Order took2 weeks! 2 days ago I canceled order, it was still not here. Titus in Utah supposedly canceled! This am I noticed it WAS NOT CANCELED! Again I contacted customer service, was assured it was canceled with FedEx. Just got home to find it on my front porch!!!

Several hours of MY TIME WASTED!! I want FedEx to pick it up TODAY!! I also want an email confirming. What a terrible company!

Horrible return experience. Because I had issued with past orders they put me on their "list". They tried to spin it as their "Executive Customer Service" team but really I'm being penalized for having more than 3 returns. With those returns I had offered to return the items but the Wayfair representative told me to keep the item and either donate it to charity or give it away.

Now when I had a return today and tried to print out a return label because I'm now on their "list" I can't make the return label. Now I have to wait 3 days for one of their awesome "Executive Customer Service" team members to communicate to me.

( May 11,2021 ) Invoice 3424713072 cell 416-873-0529 I purchase a Rebello Sun Lounger c0024440957 Grey and it been used 4 times and it collapse with my mother ( 85 years old & 95 lbs) in it .... she was not inquired the back bar Broke to hold that hold up legs up ???

I thought I would have these for years to come spent $734.49

I do have pictures of the .... lounger I could forward

I am hoping you will replace the lounger at the least I can send the Broken one back
