Wayfair decided I could no longer be a customer. I had an issue with an order over a year ago. They continued to send me emails advertising items. I recently ordered an item. They cancelled the order. I ordered again because I didn’t understand why the cancelled.
They cancelled again and told me they would cancel any future orders. I spent significant money with them outfitting my home prior to the order I had issues with. It seems like they should have taken the totality of the relationship into consideration.
This is especially the case as the order that was the problem was because it was smaller than advertised. They had delivered a large item into my garage during COVID and then refused to come and pick it up for months saying it was too dangerous because of COVID.
