Wayfair decided I could no longer be a customer. I had an issue with an order over a year ago. They continued to send me emails advertising items. I recently ordered an item. They cancelled the order. I ordered again because I didn’t understand why the cancelled.

They cancelled again and told me they would cancel any future orders. I spent significant money with them outfitting my home prior to the order I had issues with. It seems like they should have taken the totality of the relationship into consideration.

This is especially the case as the order that was the problem was because it was smaller than advertised. They had delivered a large item into my garage during COVID and then refused to come and pick it up for months saying it was too dangerous because of COVID.

The outdoor rug that I have looks soiled, it is the colors woven into the light blue that give that effect. I am delighted with the outdoor patio furniture that I purchased. The outdoor carpet is the only thing I have ever purchased from way that was disappointing.I have a picture I could send?

I purchased a cabinet from you because you offer assembly thru Handy. I paid dearly for that service but it was the only way I could get it assembled. My husband hates it when I buy something that needs assembled.

I downloaded the app and scheduled the service call. The first scheduled appointment was cancelled due to a “no show” by the assembler. I was inconvenienced because of the last minute cancellation but rescheduled for today.

Today I ran errands and rushed home prior to 2:00. By 2:30 I assumed he was not coming and contacted Handy. They confirmed “no show” status by the assembler. I was greatly inconvenienced so I asked for cancellation snd a refund. Now I have no one to assemble the cabinet.

I ordered a 4 piece bedroom set. In the order, it is clearly stated. I have not received the bed yet. They said it was shipped. It was shipped to the wrong address. When I called yesterday to let them know, they say that the bed was not included in my order and I have to pay separately.

Placed an order with wayfair on Aug 18 around 9am. The item was not going to arrive until sept 1. Tried to cancel the order at noon and was told I could not cancel and would have to go through the return process. Unacceptable customer service.

They messed up an order on a shower system, didn't help get a new one to me with any expediency whatsover, then we find out that the plumbing components were entirely different in the replacement box and any and all work and piping, along with time and money for contractors was useless.

We ahve to pull out all the work, and re do it. Their version of making it right is a 10% coupon. It has cost us HUNDREDS of dollars because of this mistake. It's the welp, we made it right, you finally got the right one comment that chaps me the most as you might imagine.

Hi Purchased some Plastic Adironda Chairs On July 2021 made by Dovecove. During my reserched saw that some one complain about the Squirls damaging the chairs but it was one complain out off 200 plus, put my chairs together they look great.I spend $over $600.00 dollars Set out side and in less than a month the squirls are eaten the chair. It was damaged when it arrived but I was going away and didn't have time to sort out returns, the holder for the draw was broken off no screws were in it do had to glue it back on, the top has marks on it so I will have to sand it down and repaint it so would like compensation for the damage

I purchased a kids bed a few weeks ago. I put it together and the third day my kid used it, the bed cracked. I am thankful my child did not get hurt. the bed is clearly not sturdy and a danger for kids. I called customer service.

At first they were very understanding and was offered a credit on my account for the bed. I was told to dispose of the bed, which I did. the following day, there was no credit on the account and I was told that no credit will be given because my kid broke the bed and the company is not at fault.

I spoke to a supervisor(Sue) that was very stern and borderline rude in her rejection to my request. I am about 700 out of pocket now(out of a job due to covid) on a bed that broke on the third day of use that could have easily hurt my child.

Noone at Wayfair seems to care…

I phoned wayfarer customer services on Friday 9th Aug to rearrange a delivery (I had received a text to say it was to arrive on 9th August when on order it had said 24th Aug- I was only moving in to the house on 13th August). I phoned to rearrange the date but I still got a call from the delivery driver on the 9th to say he was 10 minutes away from an address I didn't yet live at.

The person I spoke to on the phone (customer services) assured me the delivery day had been changed to the 14th August but clearly it wasn't. I got the delivery driver to come to my current address but clearly word did not get to the delivery company. order number 3578751264

Horrible customer service! I ordered a stroller/car seat combo and was only shipped the stroller. Initially I was guaranteed Wayfair would immediately ship the missing carseat. I gave this as a gift and assured my relatives the carseat would arrive shortly.

Nine days later I was notified that Wayfair would not be able to supply the missing carseat, I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor Matty, I explained that the stroller had been put together and the box thrown away. I asked for assistance returning the stroller, which he would not offer.

He suggested I go to local retailers such as Walmart and try to find a large box that they were disposing of. He refused the suggestion of having FedEx or UPS package it and covering the cost. He did not offer any type of call tag.…

Ordered a bed in May and it was delayed multiple times without an update email on why or when it was actually coming. The bed finally arrived and was the incorrect size (the headboard was one size and the actual bed frame was for a queen bed) with damage to the headboard upholstery. I called Wayfair customer service and was told they will send replacement parts (basically replacing every part except for one piece) instead of sending a new bed & frame. I was told I had to figure out what to do with the wrong and damaged product. Replacement parts would take too long, so I called to cancel and get a refund. I placed an order of a folded bike on Jun 14 and estimated delivery date was Jun 28. Got an email later said delay on delivery postponed to Jul 29. Then track my order further delayed to Jul 30. On Aug 5, got another email told me that the item was damaged and replaced a new order but the new delivery date will be Sep 21!

Wayfair, don’t fool around if you cannot commit your delivery for your clients! Customer service does not care customers at all!

I have been a Wayfair customer for many years. I have bought furniture, rugs, and household items on many occasions. I like ordering from them because I can look at reviews, there is a large selection, and I like the idea of being able to return an item if I did not like it.

I never wanted to return anything until recently. I got a coffee table I did not like. I contacted Wayfair and they sent me a return label noting the fee was $35. I printed the label and shipped the table back in the original box with Fedex, per their instructions.

Imagine my shock when I got a bill for $2800 from Fedex for the shipping. I immediately called Fedex. They are saying the fee is for the shipping based on how the label was written. I simply printed out the label as instructed.

I ordered a dressor and recieved a file cabinet instead. The assemblyman through wayfair couldn't put it together. There were parts missing. The second assemblyman put the cabinet together but it fell apart. The assemblyman is coming again for the third time to try and put this cabinet together.

The customer service representative was very nonchalant. The cabinet is of poor quality. I paid over $400 for this.

I keep getting the same form. Again, my sectional was not properly assembled. When I sat down the chaise back gave way on the right side, it fell backwards and pitched me back. I’ve just had a hip replacement and this sudden unexpected move caused me to sprain my neck and back.

When I sat down in the chaise section I was expecting a firm back. I fell backward immediately bc the chaise back wasn’t assembled correctly. Now I neck and back are a mess. I heard something pop in my back so I’ve at least pulled a ligament.

All of this pain bc of a stupid error in assembly. I thought the delivery men were professionals. Not so. I’m so mad I could chew nails. The right side wasn’t even connected, it just gave way and messed me up.

I’m quite disappointed in Wayfair as a company. I just moved into a new apartment and decided to order a nice blue velvet couch from Wayfair because I was under the impression that they’re reliable. Well, they clearly are not.

I ordered this couch on July 20th, it is not August 2nd, and I went to check on my order status only to find out that they cancelled the entire order. I wasn’t even notified of this and would have waited forever if I didn’t check my email for order status.

Then I called and their only explanation is that there were no more couches in stock!? Why would you list a product on a website, on sale at that, and let me go through the entire transaction only to notify me 12 days later that it’s cancelled?

Ordered cover roller spa cover removal system qty 2 on July 6. Delivery estimate July 19 no arrival no notifications for delay. Called Wayfair on 19th to get some info why no delivery said would be July 29th. Called July 29th as no delivery notice or delay email sent was told it looked like lost in transit??

I placed an order for Perfection floor tiles. The money came out of my account and I received and order that said the order was being processed. The estimated delivery date was last Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I called yesterday and today.

It is still in the warehouse. I was told today the new delivery date is this Friday, or possibly Sunday. It doesn't seem like you care very much. I hope this comes in by this Friday so I can have it installled.

We ordered a desk on June 2nd or so and Wayfair showed it should be delivered on around late June. We waited for until mid-July and didn't receive the item. We contacted Wayfair online customer service and he/she said there's an issue with FedEx so the item was lost. He/she asked if I wanted refund or get a replacement.

So it looks like Wayfair wouldn't notice that if I didn't initialize the complaint!

I can't give 0 stars so I clicked 1. I placed an order on June 24. I paid for expedited delivery for July 29. On July 26 I received an email that said because of my email the order will no longer be expedited.

I called and spoke to Rick and told him I did not email and I needed the order by July 29. He looked into it and assured me I would receive it. Then I received an email from Kim, early today July 27 stating she's sorry she missed my call stating I don't need expedited delivery and she would credit me.

We have ordered a patio table on 6/5/21. When it arrived damaged (see photos), a replacement table has been ordered. Apparently, it is on back order and never arrived when the company said it would. They keep moving the time estimate (no 08/09/21) with no guarantee that it will actually be delivered.

No communication from Waifair, just the "I know how you feel" comment. I understand they have supply management challenges but my plans for Summer entertaining and using my back patio have been ruined and there is no refund coming. I do not recommend dealing with this company if you can avoid it.

Customer Service Department does not give accurate information or advice to customer. I made a big purchase and ordered 4 counter stools for a large sum of money. The delivery address was incorrect. Not a big deal if it was to the same city and state..

The correct address is hundreds of miles away in another state. I noticed this within a few hours . Called customer service and was told they could not help me. They referred my to Fedex. After, literally, 2 hours worth of calling and being rerouted trying the delivery manager on Fedex ect.

We ordered two chests from Wayfair. The original arrival dates were July 4- July 11. On July 10th, we got an email saying the delivery would be on July 14th from 7am - 11am. We had plans with out-of-town friends, but delayed them to later in the day.

Then on July 11 I got a phone call from Wayfair. They left a message that was unclear and I called back to see what they wanted. The message was that the delivery was now still on the 14th, but from noon-4pm.

I purchased merchandise from Wayfair. I tried to use a gift card I was given and it wouldn't work. I contacted customer service several times about this. I even sent a picture of the gift card. I was told that someone would get back to me about it.

It has been almost a month and still nothing. I couldn't even cancel the order. I would not have bought the items had I known that I would not have been able to use the gift card. I even emailed someone from the business department and he said he would let the financial department know and still nothing.

I order a bedroom set, from wayfair and they delivered my items to a different address, I had to lift the heavy items form neighbors home. They were suppose to install the items and they canceled twice and came just before my guess arrived.

when they came told me I did not pay for the box spring that's separate from the bed. I called customer service to complain and a supervisor name Josh disconnected the line on me. I had to call back to speak with a manager name Amy and she was absolutely no help.

I ordered a bathtub from Wayfair because my house is being put up for sale and this was the fastest time period I could get a bathtub and the tub was on sale. The delivery date was between July 17-July 24.

I wanted the tub in black however it was out of stock so I ordered the white one with the assurance I could paint it. I just saw on the website my shipping date has been moved back to between July 25-Aug. 1.

I ordered a chair from Wayfair. My first order and it will be my last order. The order delivery date was delayed several times before the chair arrived. This did not make me upset, it is just the time we live in and we all have to adapt.

I ordered a gazebo in April noticed on update two were on invoice I cancelled one but they cancelled the whole order when I told them their mistake yesterday answer was if your order has been cancelled you have to send in a new one.
