I ordered a set of round planter(3) that were described as clay planters. What I received are plastic planters with an outer shell of clay-looking substance. They look pretty but are definitely overpriced. I paid approximately $87 and feel that they are worth about half that.

The merchandise I received was not what I anticipated since the quality does not match the description.

Has been over 2 weeks I did a return and I have not received my money. I tracked the return so I know it was returned to warehouse. When I call they act dumb and put me on hold. About 5 times now.

I irdered a lot of furniture. Three of the pieces I ordered with installation. The installer was sent unprepared (they needed two installers for that unit) , the othe 2 pieces were both missing parts and not in great condition.

When you order installation they don't take into regard that Condo's have rules that have to be obeyed. My whole experience has been negative. Now I am responsible for disposing of the furniture that is ruined. I also have to miss another day of work waiting to see if things come and get installed.

We ordered a 3 seater settee and an arm chair, no armchair arrived phoned customers services for the last 3 days to be told each day we would receive an email by 7pm no emails and still no chair, today I was told by Lorraine they will get back to me by 5pm the customer service department have no clue of what's going on but can't put you through to someone who does and if I didn't ring them we still wouldn't know and I still don't know what's going on which I find absolutely disgusting

This is almost too funny if I weren't so angry. This delivery you ask about never happened. This was try number 2 to get the bathroom vanity delivered.

First ordered 5-22, shipped 5-25, scheduled for delivery 6-4. Called a day before to tell me they were not delivering because they found a crack in the sink. Ok, well glad they found it before it was delivered. Person on phone asked did I want to reorder. I said yes, but asked why so late in telling me it was broken. I ordered a couch through Wayfair 2 weeks ago. The item still hasn't shipped. I emailed Wayfair to cancel the order and I got a confirmation number. I was emailed by a customer representative who didn't even acknowledge my cancelation.

She said the item would ship soon. I told her I already canceled the order. She said I can't cancel and I'd have to wait until the couch arrived and pay hefty shipping costs to send return it. I told her I wanted to see it in writing where it says I can't cancel my order especially if it hasn't even shipped yet.

Sitting on chair purchased 3 months ago. I weigh 125. So no reason that it it collapsed While sitting on it. Hurt my back and damaged my newly done wood floor. So not happy with customer service. Could not send with the app they sent me for photo.

Called several times asking for a email address to send photo. Broken chair is wasting space. They are lucky I don’t sue since I hurt my back in the fall. Very very unhappy with wayfair

I purchased a bunk bed in the beginning of March. At the end of March I received one package and it was the top half of the bunk bed. When I report the missing half, I then got explained that the bunk bed color I chose was no longer available.

It's mid June and I'm STILL waiting for the other half of the bunk bed. I just keep getting emails stating the expected delivery is longer than expected. This was my first experience with Wayfair and I will not be a returning customer.

ordered a l shaped desk - it was shipped on time = then we had hired through Wayfair Handy.com to do the installation.

They contacted us and set up a date to come assemble the product - and confirmed the appointment 3 times. one time 1/2 hour before the time. The person never showed up and never contacted us. They offered to reschedule some time in the future. I had to hire on my own to install in a timely fashion

I am so disappointed in this service. Wayfair SHOULD NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM

I purchased a couch from wayfair and delivery was scheduled for June 10th my delivery window was 1pm-5pm. I did receive a call letting me know that there delayed and now it will be from 6pm-7pm. No one showed up and didn’t receive another call.

So around 7:40pm I called the delivery team to see what happened and the response was the drivers ran out of duty time and that was around 5:30 pm. So don’t you keep up with how long your drivers are working and why do you not have a recovery team because on my email it said delivery can be up til 9pm.

I waited here all day 7 hrs and I didn’t receive my couch. Just can’t believe they wasted my valuable time that I took off work to make sure I was here because I opted for inside entry delivery and what was really upsetting is that now I have to…

I have placed numerous orders with Wayfair for the last five years, however my last product order and shipping has been a nothing less than horrible. My order was shipped in two part packaging with UPS and after two weeks have not received the secondary package to put together the item.

Order number SKU w002977757 Steel Porch Swing with Stand by OutSunny. I continually get tracking numbers for the next day and this has been the methods of acknowledgement for two weeks. I have decided if Wayfair will use UPS for deliveries I can no long order for the future as they are unreliable.

The chair was ordered to seat people at a special event. In speaking with reps, very kind however not knowledgable.

I purchased a washer and dryer over 6 weeks ago and it still has not been delivered or installed Your representative RyanV has been disingenuous, and absolutely no help. He directs me to call Samsung. As I have explained to him numerous times, I am the consumer.

After waiting for nearly a year for a dresser to be available to purchase, I purchased it immediately as I did not want to loose the opportunity to get the matching dresser to the chest I had previously purchased. I have yet to receive the dresser and had been told I’ll be receiving in in a few weeks.

I just received an e-mail which is advertising the same dresser for much less. I requested the price difference and they declined. All stores do this. This is not price matching. It is customer appreciation. This customer will shop elsewhere from now on!

I placed an order in May 2020 for 5 sets of 12 boxwood hedge tiles (order #3328497302). When the shipment was received, only 30 tiles were included in the package. I contacted Customer Service and they placed a replacement parts order for the 30 missing tiles. On 5/28/20, I was notified that the order for the 30 missing/replacement tiles was delayed until 11/27/20 so I cancelled the replacement parts order and requested and received a full refund and was told to discard the 30 tiles received as the warehouse did not want them back.

I purchased a living room “set” according to the listing. Even read the Q & A which stayed not once but two times you got BOTH pieces. When just one piece came, I called and was told I only ordered one piece and I was welcome to purchase the “set” for an additional $1400.

The listing is deceptive and completely intended to confuse the consumer. It also clearly says the legs aren’t removable how wet why came removed, in a snag and had to be assembled!

If I could give -5 I would. I ordered the Tevrat 6 drawer and the instructional manual was NOT included. I called and spoke with a VERY rude step whi advised he could not email the manual, it could only be mailed.

I NEVER received the manual in the mail, so I called back, only to speak to another rep that stated the 1st option is to mail out a missing manual. I have waited over two weeks to fix up my house due the incompetence of these workers

Me at8:29 AM Order #3586649921. Before I placed the order it said estimated delivery June 5. I have screen shots of this promised date. After I entered my credit card it said estimated delivery June 12. I immediately tried to cancel the order & it said request pending.

I called customer service & they told me the item may have already been shipped. Please CANCEL THIS ORDER SINCE IT WAS FRAUDULENT TO CHANGE THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE IMMEDIATELY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. 00 sofa on May 3 which was supposedly shipped on May 4. Three weeks later, Wayfair will not tell me where my sofa is, when it might deliver or even the carrier name. Customer service would not supply a bill of lading showing that it had shipped or allow me to speak with anyone else.

When I asked for the phone number or email address of the shipping department I was told they didn’t have phones. Wonder how they contact freight lines.

My complaint has to do with substandard materials used in the chairs AND how the refund was NEVER given. The chair that was purchased lasted a week. The wood underneath the arm rest broke within a weeks use. This chair was not used hard, nor was it a huge adult using this chair.

When I contacted customer service it was promptly dealt with, but the rep was pushy, wanted a decision made while i was on the phone. when i explained the situation of the chair being located on a remote island, she said to reply to the email.

The email was offering a $100 refund for a $450+ chair. This is unacceptable and i replied back to wayfair with that response. It is now months later and still have yet to have heard ANYTHING! NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN!

Hi there, I've tried contacting Wayfair previously but I haven't gotten a response yet. I would like to return an item that I'm really really unhappy with. The quality inst there and the back support inst great at all. I'm aware that the return policy states no returns after assembly, however, how am I supposed to see what it looks like, how stable it is (which its not) and how comfortable it is to sit on (which its not).

I would really appreciate it if someone would get back to me regarding this issue with a plan, not just a "no" response. There's a solution for everything especially for customer satisfaction... which you pride yourself on. I expect that I wont get my full refund back but I feel I should get at least something in return.

I was slowly shipped two (out of three) boxes, with the advice that Handy (an assembler) would come an put it all together for me for just $253. 96 MORE. I got the 2 boxes, which were useless without the third.

I called Wayfair and was fortunate to reach Kevin Sullivan, who worked in our behalf to get the warehouse to ship the third box. AGAIN, USELESS! I learned this sad fact from the young, bright gentleman, Chris Puente, sent by Handy to assemble our set. Chris was wonderful.

Hello- I was told my delivery would be be from 10-2 on May 15th. I then received a phone call indicating the delivery would be delayed and they could not tell me the time but it would be delivered. I called at 4pm and spoke with a representative who said the tablet died but the delivery was still on for today but the time was unknown.

At 6pm I went online and saw my delivery was cancelled. I called customer service again and was told they left me a message indicated it was cancelled at 3pm which is a bold faced lie. I have the message on my phone and it states the delivery was delayed but still coming.

I have waited from 10 -6 pm only to be lied to and see the notes online are updated with lies... I am now scheduled for Tuesday May 18th and wonder what that will bring. Very poor customer…

I ordered two Stonehenge side tables which arrived intact. I received the tables on 3/26/21. I realized that one table was sufficient and contacted Wayfair for a pickup on 4/27 and spoke to a representative. She stated that it was the policy of the company to not accept returns after 30 days.

I understand the policy but do not understand the inflexibility for a matter of two days. These are unusual times and I have been busy caring for my 93 year old mother and a brother with health issues after a stroke.

On 12/20/2020 I placed an order for an Versailles Executive Desk with Hutch and Chair Set from Colour Tree. I received confirmation of my order #3462710529 and waited. I did NOT receive the Desk, Chair and Hutch; instead I received a small package of some type of material.

I contacted Wayfair and they told me there was a mistake on their website. THEIR mistake -- not mine. I contacted them again and was totally ignored. I even sent a letter with all of the information to the office in Boston and have still not heard from them.

I'm trying to return a bed to Wayfair but they are giving me the run-around. Wayfair said that I could return the bed. I was given an option to have FedEx pick it up from my house or they would send labels to me through email.

The labels were for me to bring the bed to FedEx. Long story short I chose to have the bed brought to FedEx. Wayfair never sent me the labels. They are giving me all kinds of excuses about why they can't email the labels to me.

Please help me with this problem. It has already been over 30 days. Wayfair said that they would disregard the time period because it was their fault.

I ordered a rug. The delivery date was changed immediately after order the was placed. On the day I was to have received it I get yet another email stating it’s going to be another eight weeks late. Late communication and overall poor vendor coordination on their part.
