Ordered some curtains that are faulty paid over £100 for them i do understand the policy of returning items but I was decorating the living room so I didn't open the packaging for over a month I am so ANNOYED I expected the the curtains to be usable and obviously checked for faults so now i have wasted over £100 for faulty curtains because of the manufacturers fault not MINE will never shop at wayfair again total rip off!!!!! tried to download a picture but keeps saying file to big

Hey,

I ordered a table, what came today. I've built the table for it to have marks all over the top and also a massive crack down one side off the legs, the table is awful condition to be fair. Not happy at all, as I've paid £199 for this.

Can someone contact me to sort this out please, has it isn't on at all and a lot off money to spend for it to be in the condition its in.

Horrible customer care. Ordered a product that said 30+ weeks to deliver. After 30 weeks they said well it is 30+ (PLUS) weeks that means anytime after 30 weeks, that could mean 1 year or 20 years after 30 weeks. That is ridiculous !

I have all that in recording! Never doing business again with Wayfair or any affiliated businesses with Wayfair. Spoke to David on May 5th from Wayfair UK branch. @ 1.45. Number 0800 169 0423.

I asked to speak to a manager given the continuing delays on delivery. David denied that request.

David's first response was to issue a refund. When I asked to have a refund later in the conversation he became argumentative and stated 'why are you making an enemy out of me?'

David continued to raise his voice with his condescending approach.

The wayfair supply chain is flawed. David said this outright. The system takes days to update. All delivery dates are estimated. After the first delivery never arrived, the company does not have the product in stock anymore, yet I received 2 delivery dates which are now over 2 months after the initial order.

I wish I read the reviws before I purchased from Wayfair. It seems that they delay shipping of the furniture to everyone. My story is a bit differnet. I had my oudoor furniture deliverrd to me only to be taken away stating that it was damaged, They did not even give me achoice to accept it or to decline the merchandice.

When I called Wayfair letting them know what happened, they toldme that they cannot tell the truck to come back because they were on route to other deliviries. Mind you that we called right away, it was not even 15 minutes.

I purchased two lights at the end of February for an install on a remodel. Well everything is delayed due to the pandemic and the contractor did not get to the install of the lights until after the 30 day return policy.

But it was within 60 days. These were not even unboxed. The contractor knew that it was not enough light for the rooms that I was putting them in. I asked for a store credit (not even for the money back) but Wayfair refuses.

I would think they’d understand that during this time of the pandemic that construction is slowed. I’m very disappointed.

Placed an order waited in for delivery which was then delayed the van finally pulled up hours later only to drive off saying problem with address , the morning after phoned wayfair customer services to see if they could sort something as can only speak to robots at Hermes and they send back to depot after 3 attempts , the gentleman spoke for a while then put phone down looks like I won’t be using this service again after spending hundreds in the past and on this order

Was to receive a floor lamp on Tuesday April 21, called wayfair and the agent called FedEx. There has not been a scan or movement on this item since Tuesday. Now wayfair tells me that they have to wait 6 days to redeliver the item or give my money back. Wait that long when I needed this by Friday, ridiculous! Will not shop with you / wayfair ever again.

This new delivery date of the replacement is unacceptable. We ordered early enough to ensure we would have it by now. It is not our fault it was damaged at rhe cross docks. the delivery date of January is totally unacceptable for something I should have now be putting together this week. Can this missing box not be shipped express so we receive it quicker? Were the items damaged at the cross docks or just the box. Either way we need this right away as I am having my gender reveal for my daughter's baby on our new deck June 5th and it is really important to receive this with time to install before that weekend. I am really upset as this is my 1st time using wayfair. And don't think I will order again from wayfair. I had high hopes and have been let down

I placed an order for a trampoline and an accessory for it and it stated 2 weeks delivery. Then I get an email stating it will be 8 months so I canceled the orders. I got an email that the accessory would ship the next day so u called to cancel and tell them the accessory wouldn't do any good if I didn't have the trampoline and told them NOT to ship.

Now I have calls to pay for the accessory plus late fees and it's ruining my credit and fighting to not pay for what I didn't get. I do NOT RECOMMEND WAYFAIR OR GENESIS CREDIT.

I ordered a sectional couch from Wayfair. I received the couch on Sat 4/10. My husband just put the couch together and we realized it has several defects. The pillows they sent are wrong. The couch is extremely uncomfortable, the back of the couch is leaning more frontwards than normal so the pillows don't come together correctly and the biggest defect of all is the corner part does not fit correctly.

Instead of the fox facing out it faces opposite toward the back and doesn't align correctly. The sectional was incredibly easy to put together but is really defected. I've ordered products from your company for years and have always been very satisfied.

I've even recommended wayfair to friends and family and of course my book club members. We would like to have another set that we can use…

2 armchairs ordered and paid for. Delivery due by Xpd on 21st April. two packages delivered. One was correct chair but the other was flat pack furniture for some one else but bearing the second chairs delivery details. Complaint via live chat to WAyfair on 19th.

Xpd could not be contacted. Told they would forward the complaint to Xpd but no acknowledgement from anyone s was heather my armchair has been located let alone a new delivery date. In the meantime someone else is without their parcel which should have been collected immediately.

It can’t be stored indoors and is uninsured. Failure to inform me what is happening is very concerning. Looks like by the end of today I have a failure if contract by WAyfair.

Ordered and received the Dawsonville Twin Daybed last month. Sent an e-mail April 6 AND called Wayfair to report missing pieces: 1) Screws 4x30mm 20 pieces 2) Kenlin glide (+) 2 pieces 3) Kenlin glide (-) 2 pieces. Received a “How We’ll Make It Right” confirmation response.

NINE BUSINESS DAYS LATER we received a large bag of screws! NO RAILS! TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED WITH Wayfair! We have an unfinished bed with no resolution. Today called and spoke with Nelson. He is putting in another “missing pieces” order for us!

Hi , my purchase with wayfair in a motorized awning that is being installed by Handy. In regards to my installation at 6 Howard st, hicksville, ny, 11801. Saturday April 17th will be the 3rd attempt at getting this done.

My 1st installation of April 10th was canceled by the installer 1 hour before the install appointment time. My 2nd installation was yesterday, April 14th which didn't happen because 1 installer didn't want to do the job but 1 wanted to.

1 installer showed up half hour late to the 4pm appointment while the 2nd installer showed up 1 hour late to the 4pm appointment. Yesterday I had to leave work 2 hours early. As you can imagine this process has not been a pleasant experience so far.

I ordered a Hall way table in December due for delivery 1st of February, this passed no one contacted me I had to chase and no one knew where it was. Customer service were getting back to me but not saying anything.

I then rang up, they cancelled the order and re-ordered for end of April. I have just received an email to say that they have cancelled my ordered. I have emailed and instead of a full refund to the card I paid off they have credited the account which is unacceptable had I again not chased them they may have got away with it.

I would give 0!!! I was about to process an order for a bookshelf I had pending in my cart as it was lowered to $68 from it’s original price of over $100. I was very happy to see such a great deal.

Now when I check out items I always do a quick review and realized in the seconds it took for me to hit “check out” the item went from $67 to $189!!!!!!!!!!!! 99 as in picture as now the item is a full $189!!!

Thank God I caught it as I now realize their return/refund policy TOTALLY SUCKS! I even took and still have the screenshot of thrbitem at $67! It was not labeled in red as an “open box” like they have sometimes (as they claimed when I called customer service that it must have been open boxehishbit WAS NOT).

I purchased two sectional sofas on 4/10 and within 4 hours I canceled the transaction. I received an email on Monday morning saying that the order was unable to be canceled. There is no tracking number yet, so FedEx told me that Wayfair is able to stop the shipment from being delivered, however your customer service Kylie claims that Wayfair is unwilling to assist me.

This is the second time I've had trouble with returns from Wayfair. I will never purchase anything through your site again as your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased a kitchen island from Wayfair/Birch Lane about one year ago. We opened an account to make our payments like we do with our other bankcard accounts. Because we are retired most of our accounts are on autopay. We have had so much trouble making our monthly payments to our account with your company since our purchase.

We had set up autopay when it became available to do so and then it didn't work and they apologized and helped us and waived the extra fee and it happened again and this time customer service would not waive the fee even though we assumed our automatic payment would go through and when we saw that our payment did not go out of our account we called to discuss our displeasure.

Awful policies!!! The items they push quickly into a shipped status... even thought they have not shipped from their warehouse, so they can quickly charge you a re route fee! Ans this is after WEEKS of delays. They promise/estimate items to be delivered and the. Keep pushing them out..

further and further and won’t offer any resolution- other than wait or pay a large fee to re route the item.. that hasn’t even legitimately shipped.

I ordered an air conditioner last year. It just happened to go on back order when it was to be delivered. I was told several times it was on back order again. I have yet to recieve item. I have made a couple payments because I was told too.

I have bought things from Wayfair eight times. Of the eight, four orders have had significant problems. Seriously inaccurate website descriptions, and refusals to honor the the descriptions have been the worst problems, occurring in two of the four orders. The most recent example is still incorrect on the website-- a wallpaper roll described as covering 788 square feet, when it only covers 63. Customer service will not honor the description, and will not correct the error, which tells me that they are still trapping buyers in this bait-and-switch plot.

Further evidence that my comments are not welcome lie in the fact that my purchase is not listed in my orders, meaning that I cannot leave a review on the website!

I placed an order and the wrong item was sent. I had to repeatedly call Wayfair regarding incorrect item. They never reached out to me, I had to constantly call. Each time I called I had to repeat the same information - about 5 times over the course of the issue.

Was told Jacob Campbell from the Customer Management Team, ext. 2762723, would be taking care of my order. He never called me, I left a message on his phone, still never called me. I called AGAIN, and explained the situation AGAIN and was told the distribution company sent the right item but that information on the Wayfair website was incorrect.

Wayfair delivered my sofa today and left it on the street instead of Brigitte inside my building. I called 3 times and they just don’t care. They first told me they would send UPS back to bring it off the street and in the building but no one showed up.

My account has been debited various times in the last two months for an item that I have yet to receive and with two (2) delayed shipping to boot. It’s understandable that companies need to insure that they are paid for item(s) and hold monetary value before shipping but this procedure in place by Wayfair is unfair.

The times I’ve been charged are as follows: 1st 2/24, 2nd-3/10, 3rd-3/17 and 3/24 2xs. I received a delayed shipping notice from Wayfair on 3/23 while being charged 2 twice on the same day 3/24? This is a nightmare as far as the bouncing of checks and my credit standing goes, so why is their debit automotive system set up to debit ones account repeatedly before insuring that an item will be shipped a day or two after.

This is the only company I’ve come across with this policy…

I purchased a bathroom vanity on a Friday night March 12. After talking with the person renovating my bathroom I realized the vanity would not work. I tried to cancel and found I couldn't. I emailed Wayfair 2 hours after the purchase explaining what happened and was told I would have to wait until it arrived and then return it. When it arrived March 20 I sent it back. Wayfair deducted $336 from my refund for shipping it back. I called to complain and was basically told too bad. I asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to a Supervisor. She told me best she could do was give me $50 back.

Last time I order from Wayfair, stick to Amazon.

Because it took Wayfair 4 months to issue me a credit on a piece of junk TV stand that I returned, I have accrued late fees and finance charges. I have called Wayfair and Comenity bank dozens of times and neither one will remove the charges from my account. So this account has affected my credit and Wayfair has in no way helped me with this problem.
