Wayfairt Card! I would rate a negative star rating if possible! paid off the total LARGE amount on March 11th. They charged me a $29 late fee for 1 day. Called customer care, they were not helpful! They just regurgitated the rules, one day late you have to pay the late fee. to no avail. " NO GRACE PERIOD.

They report to the credit agencies immediately.

Wayfair made an unauthorized withdrawal of $3602.17 on 10/19/2020 from my bank account. On 10/26/2020, they tried it again In the meantime and beyond, my debit card was canceled, my bank account was frozen and I was accruing NSF and handling fees.

Companies that I autopay were not being paid and cheques returned.

The WORST RESULT WAS THAT MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED OVER 60 POINTS.

I kept calling Wayfair Customer Service and they were horrible.

They said it was not their fault and they would not fix it, or write a letter stating what they did, so that I could get my credit rating back.

They wouldn't do it and they wouldn't provide their employee ID's.

I am trying to buy a home, and they damaged my credit rating BADLY.

Please help me get this resolved!

Wayfair CAUSED MY CREDIT SCORE TO DROP OVER 60 POINTS!!!

THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 ITEMS THAT I NEVER ORDERED TOTALLING OVER $3,600.00!

This caused Bank of America to have to cancel my debit card and freeze my account! This occurred on 19 October, 2020.

BECAUSE Wayfair DID THIS, I WAS LEFT WITH NO AVAILABLE CASH AND IT CAUSED A RIPPLE EFFECT WITH MY AUTOPAY TRANSACTIONS BECAUSE OF NSF and HANDLING FEES!!

I called time after time and the Customer Service Representatives were EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I asked for their Name and Employee Numbers and they refused - nor could I speak to a Department Manager.

I requested a letter stating what they had done and how it had negatively affected my Credit Score, BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED.

I needed to order something that could get to me quick, possibly 1 or 2 day shipping. It was perfect that the item I chose (a tv stand) was eligible for FREE 2 Day Shipping. It is clearly stated on the Wayfair website that 2 Day Shipping means once the order is fulfilled, it is to be delivered within 2 business days by noon.

No such luck in my case. My package was not sent out to FedEx Express, it was actually sent to FedEx Ground where it has sat in a facility for three days (and counting). Not only has it sat there but it has been “pending” and has no estimated arrival date at this time.

I’m still in limbo with Wayfair who is pointing the finger at FedEx, and FedEx is pointing the finger at Wayfair saying that the package was never sent with 2 Day Shipping. It is without a doubt that…

I scheduled a return with Wayfair over the phone for a dining set on March 4, 2021. I received instructions by email. In the instructions it said for me to contact Estes to schedule a pick up. I called the 1-800 number Estes said we only pick up commercial let me give you another number for residential.

I called that number told them I have a bill of ladding from Wayfair. They couldn’t find my order said they couldn’t help me after 20 minutes of being on the phone. I contacted Wayfair, spoke to Brooke she apologized said she would look into it. no answer.

Yesterday 3-17-2021 Katie emails me says the delivery service is going to be in contact. It has been two weeks. I buy everything from Wayfair. I need more furniture for my new house but now I’m scared to order anything.

I called last week to place a price hold on a bedroom set. I was told that it would be held until this Friday the 19 of March. I paid this morning at 4:30 am eastern time. About 30 or 60 minutes later they canceled the order.

The problem is that it was an open box item, they sold it to someone this weekend. I feel that they should have told the other customer that it had a hold until Friday. I used PayPal now my money is being held for a couple of days.

I bought a couch last year. Just paid it off this month and am regretting buying it. The wood underneath is completely split and will not hold weight. Spent 800 on this piece of crap and am not happy. I guess thats what I get for not spending 200 on a warranty. Will not be spending anymore money on Wayfairs overpriced garbage.

I am now on my 3rd delivery attempt for my dining set I ordered through Wayfair. The first delivery attempt: called by the delivery driver that there was only 1 box on the truck, and gave me the option of waiting for the other pieces and having them all delivered at once.

I followed up with customer service, and was assured that my complete delivery (6 boxes) would be soon arriving. The second delivery attempt; The driver said he could not find the house, and we were rescheduled again. For at least a 100 days I have tried to correct your billing. I am a responsible and educated accountant. I paid your account balance in November and and it cleared my account in late Nov. 2020. The amount was $35.76. I never received credit for that payment. I sent proof of payment from my bank. The statement today says I owe $119.76. If you credit me $35.76 that I paid and two late charges and interest $84.00. My account will be zero balance. I would so love to hear from you.

I January I ordered a blanket ladder from you online. When I received it, the installation hardware was missing so I contacted customer service and was advised that they would send replacement hardware. It is now March 15 and I am still waiting.

Two phone calls later and the original replacement hardware has been sitting in Florence Kentucky since February 11. I called customer service again, they sent a second replacement package of hardware and that has been in - you guessed it - Florence Kentucky- since March 8.

This is completely unacceptably poor service and if the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction in the very near future, consoderme a FORMER customer.

I have been very happy with past purchases however, the desk I ordered was a major disappointment. The package was badly damaged and appeared to have been previously opened. The instructions were barely legible and most of the parts were not labeled.

The desktop has a large chip in the corner and one shelf is gouged. All in all the overall quality is very poor.

Additionally, I purchased the insurance on this product and feel I should be compensated.

Last March, 2020, my partner and I ordered 2 new stools from Wayfair. The order delivery date kept being pushed back but we were patient, understanding that the pandemic and other factors would cause problems. In June, we finally got our order but quickly realized we were missing the actual seat to one of the stools.

So in June we had one stool and one big box filled with the useless bottom of a stool that we didn't know what to do with other than have it take up space in our small urban home. We spent over an hour trying to get ahold of customer service and they informed us they could only offer 10% off.

Ordered a couch on June 9th. Shipped on June 23rd.

First delivery in late july included 3 of 6 pieces. Few days later, 2 additional pieces arrive. As of 8/18, I am still waiting for the final piece. The process to locate and receive the final piece has been incredibly frustrating.

Wayfair informed me that I would have to track the delivery by calling the freight companies myself. After 2 weeks of hunting down the final piece on my own - equating to HOURS upon HOURS on hold with 2 different companies - I learned the missing piece was returned to Wayfair.

I purchased so many items this year. Unfortunately I got sick and some of the items have not been utilized and end up in the storage. After my treatment I saw these items to make a return. I wrote so many emails to the Way Fair staff about the situation and requested to email me the return labels for them. They refused and now I am end up to keep these items. I placed an order for a product on July 26th that was supposed to deliver by no later than August 4th. It still has not arrived. I called Wayfair's customer support on August 5th to get tracking information and was told that my purchase hadn't left the warehouse.

I called Wayfair's customer service phone number again today August 10th, (the one offered in the "contact us" section 1-844-263-4868) and listened to an endless loop of music for over 35 minutes waiting for someone from customer service to pick up the call. I am going to go out of my way to ensure that anytime anyone asks me about Wayfair, they're going to hear how bad the customer service is - once they have your money they don't care about filling orders.

COVID-19 is no excuse for not picking up the phone. Excuses only…

I never received the carpet as it was received by at corporate office, Since then I am writing hundred times for my money return. They always said that you will receive money in 3 to 5 working days, but since 6 months I never got order. Hello there. This has been my first and probably the last time I will ever use Wayfair to order anything. I have a small remodel happening in my house. A bathroom remodel. I started my online purchases back on July 23rd, 2020.

I used your chat feature and spoke to numerous agents before placing the order making a point that time was of the essence. I took the estimated dates of delivery to schedule my remodel. And I also used the latest date that was given to me and padded it by a couple of days more.

Low and behold, I check every day online and nothing changes, my 4 items are always in processing. I finally call in to talk to a Wayfair representative to just find out that there was a hold up on my credit card and no one had told me that there was.

Order a couch and sofa. Never received the sofa. After contacting Wayfair multiple times (and waiting on hold for periods from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours) I finally cancelled the delivery. Now, they are telling me that there is a technical problem with returning my $2500 and that their finance department is about 2 weeks behind.

I ordered the couch on 5/14 and was told initially that it would arrive around 6/15. I received the chair only July 10. For all the trouble and inconvenience Wayfair offered me a whooping 10% off coupon on my next purchase.

Since I already told them that I would never buy anything from them again, not really a great offer. They still charged me $40 to come get the chair which I returned (after being told the fee would be waived).

I bought patio furniture set on July 3rd, completely unassembled. After assembling 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, 1table, and 1/2 of the sofa, we realized that the seat and right arm piece could not be attached due to misalignment of the metal pieces.

Called Birch Lane customer service on July 8. They put in request for replacement parts. It is now July 28 and still no parts. ). I called my credit card company to dispute the charge until I get the parts.

I wrote to Wayfair and told them this, and that since I’m not paying for the furniture without the parts, if they want the furniture back they’ll have to pick it up from my house already assembled. I am not going through the work to unassemble the already assembled furniture.

I ordered merchandise in May and was told it was back ordered a couple weeks later. I checked the status every couple days and it showed ready to ship with a delivery date of July 29. I called and confirmed this delivery date with a representative and was assured it was ready to ship.

Today it showed a back order status and a delivery date of October. When I called customer service all they could do was apologize and tell me the communication with the warehouse got crossed. From May to October and no real guarantee I will ever get the product.

This is one poor customer experience with a company already on shaky ground.

I ordered two fans and had a promo code. When placing the order, I either missed, or never had a chance to put in the code. I called customer service immediately and was on hold for 50 minutes with no answer! After that, I tried writing customer service and after explaining my predicament, received this very irritating and unprofessional response below. That response from Courtney was no way to answer my concern and has since turned me off from ever using your company again. Plus, it starts out by saying "We're ready to help". Really, you are really to help, but you don't?

I ordered a nice fancy comforter I get a wrong comforter instead, send it back and exchange it for new one same price, but after looking at reviews about it no one likes it so I cancelled it and asked for refund..10 days later still don't have refund BK on my credit card and no nice new comforter either...the return policy is 3-5 business days and it's been be well over that. I would give a 0 if I could. this is now the third time I have had an issue with the company. Recently ordered a new table last month 2 1/2 weeks in it gets discontinued a week before it was supposed to arrive.

Order new table supposed to be delivered today between 10-2. They call my husband after 10am and tell us it won’t fit on the truck and I have to wait additional 2 weeks to get it. I now have no table for my son to eat off of.

I’m getting my money back and I will no Longer be ordering from this company again. Everybody warned me about the service with Wayfair and to not order from them now I know why. This is the worst company to EVER get anything From.

I have not had one good experience from them.

I ordered a chair and ottoman and chose it in the color black. It was called black linen to be exact. There is a picture of it and it was definitely black. When it arrived it was not black at all but an ughly grey color. 00 for the return.

I was astounded and told the customer rep that that was crazy and that why should I have to pay a return fee for something that was not what I ordered and that they show it in black ,not grey, and it is not my fault if they are doing false advertising.

I also went through some other reviews and saw that people who ordered it in the color white, were receiving it in a creme color. I will never order from them again.

My order was a disaster from the beginning. Ordered May 23 and was to have the item by June 8. It’s June 30 and still waiting. Was on hold for customer service for 1 hour 47 minutes with no help.

After 3 weeks I tried to cancel because the item never left the origin. I want to return it if I ever get it because now I don’t want anything from you but my money back and your website says I can only get store credit.

I have been a customer of Wayfair for a long time and have spent thousands of dollars with you. I have also had a problem with almost every order, and typically I do not complain, but this time the experience has been bad enough that I might not ever shop with you all again.

I ordered a fire pit that said it did not come with a screen but I see now that there are comments that other people received a package with a screen and poker. I was calling to see if we could return the one we ordered separately because it is too big, inquire about the potential package and order one that fits in its' place.

Non-existent customer service. Zero interest in resolving customer's issues/problems. Very frustrating sitting on hold for over an hour every single time you need to speak to a human being. I tried to get ahead of it and change it but they made it impossible.

This company is great except a few bad apples that make your shopping experience really bad to the point I closed my account. 00 service charge is waved. 00 fee. I told him I needed the payment fast cause I wanted to buy a 4000 sofa. 00 fee.

What I've experienced while using Wayfair's services is unlike anything I've dealt with in 31 years of spending money on things.

Long story short, I took advantage of a great Memorial Day deal on a sectional sofa, which ended up being $900. Excited, I applied for a Wayfair credit card, was approved, and clicked purchase.

A month later, I decided to check in on my purchase seeing that I had not received any notification or update via email, phone, or through my order summary. I was told via a human (who was very sweet and helpful) that the order was on hold because Wayfair had not confirmed a supplier for the couch. On Tuesday 06/16/2020 @ 10am eastern I received a call from Comenity concerning my Wayfair account. A customer service representative informed me that I was two payments behind . I said that wasn't correct because in April I called Comnetiy and informed of my hardship because of Covid-19 epidemic which led to reduced hours at my job.

The representative informed me that he would offer me a relief package for all 4 of my accounts Wayfair, C21,NY & Company and Ulta. As he looked further he noticed that for my Wayfair account was paid up until August and that I would not be able to get relief until August for that account.

I purchased three items for my new office May 29th and have only received one. I show that the chair shipped and was suppose to arrive June 4th but Fedex says the label was created but never shipped. I have called several times to Wayfair and after an hour or TWO on hold I do not have any information on either item.

00 dollars on these items and I would like my product but I am wondering if I should cancel my order all together. I do not understand how a company with such poor customer service could be in business.

I ordered a 4 piece bedroom set on May 9, 2020 and I still have not received it yet. it was scheduled to be delivered on June 5, and the delivery was not completed because the driver was late so they rescheduled it for June 9th but then said that was not going to happen because the original driver never scanned my products back into the system (whatever that means) so

We purchased a glass panel for our bathroom. when we were measuring for installation the panel spontaneously exploded. My wife and I both took shrapnel to include damage to our new free standing tub.

We sent an e-mail through their customer care website with pictures of the damage. They claim they would respond within 24 hours....it has been four days to date with no response. Furthermore we have called their customer care for the past four days and have been placed on hold. The longest we stayed on the line was an hour before we got frustrated and hung up. As of this writing I have been on hold for 45 min.

My order # 2673048842. I ordered a bathroom vanity that was supposed to be delivered on June 1st which was then rescheduled to June 5th. It is June 9th and it hasn't been delivered nor has any order update been provided by Wayfair.

I have called three times and been on very long holds without anyone answering. I have emailed Wayfair on three separate occasions to try to get an update on my order. When I check with FedEx on delivery they tell me that they have not received the item from Wayfair.

I ordered a dresser on 5/12, It shipped on 5/18. It was expected to deliver on or before June 4th. It is now 6/9 and it has not delivered.. There are no further updates on the site. I have called 1/2 dozen times and been on hold for over 30 minutes until I had to hang up - due to moving on with life.

I ordered 3 pieces on 5/23. 2 pcs were wrong color. returned items, while waiting on 3rd item. reordered the other 2pcs. on 5/29. I rec them, the( reordered items) on 6/4. I still have not rec my 3rd item on original order.

account says labeled ready for shipment. ups says its been delivered, but that was the reorder on the mistake that was sent to me. order # is 3258162599. The order not delivered is Jeip Ultra Absorbant Bath Mats, color "linen".
