Wayfair made an unauthorized withdrawal of $3602.17 on 10/19/2020 from my bank account. On 10/26/2020, they tried it again In the meantime and beyond, my debit card was canceled, my bank account was frozen and I was accruing NSF and handling fees.
Companies that I autopay were not being paid and cheques returned.
The WORST RESULT WAS THAT MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED OVER 60 POINTS.
I kept calling Wayfair Customer Service and they were horrible.
They said it was not their fault and they would not fix it, or write a letter stating what they did, so that I could get my credit rating back.
They wouldn't do it and they wouldn't provide their employee ID's.
I am trying to buy a home, and they damaged my credit rating BADLY.
Please help me get this resolved!
