I ordered an outdoor umbrella on-line on 5/10/20. It arrived on 5/28 as scheduled.

However, when I opened the box, all I got was the metal skeleton of an umbrella. Thinking this was a simple mistake, I called customer service (844) 263 4868 and waited over 35 minutes for a team member. Rick was very polite.

I indicated that I was the umbrella cover canvas to be overnighted to me. When he indicated that would not be possible, he offered me a 10% discount then a 20% discount. I told him I was not looking for a discount--only the item I had purchased.

When he told me that was the best he could do, I asked to speak with a supervisor whose name was Becca. She told me the material I selected would not be available until July! So, this was NOT a mistake at all.

I ordered a sofa on February 18th. It was delayed multiple times and finally delivered 3 months after calling repeatedly for status updates. Received delivery today and the couch is broken in multiple places. I am currently on hold (have been now over 20 minutes waiting to speak with Wayfair, yet again, regarding this sofa order.

My past experience with Wayfair has always been good, but this has been over the top with very poor customer service. Not to mention that on one of my phone calls trying to determine the whereabouts of my order, Wayfair customer service had me call the vendor to deal directly with them (at which time the vendor tells me that the sofa has been sitting on their dock for more than a week waiting for Wayfair to pick up)! Unaccptable.

I would give this site zero stars if allowed. I placed my order on April 27 and waited a few days to get a tracking order number. After a week without a tracking I called wayfair and was told my item will be shipped the next day, I waited 2 more days and called back the CS rep said now it’s on back order and more are getting manufactured and will be shipped may 8th.

I called again on may 17th and they said my item is on the shipped doc and will be picked up may 18th. Called again may 19 with the shittiest rep on the planet , got loud and yelled at me saying the company didn’t lie to me and gave me the run around, so

I’ve tried calling several times and always busy. Chat is offline. No email available. I’ve had better luck a couple of years ago. My complaint is them using FEDEX, which has gone downhill. I paid for second day delivery and a week later I’m still waiting.

In a new home when virus hit so been trying to furnish our home from online. We received an expensive table from Wayfair which was damaged and poorly built. They are balking as taking it back and because of the virus it can't be returned. Yet they delivered it.

We were going to order a couch set and some outdoor furniture from them but that's not going to happen now as not a trustworthy company.

20. I canceled an order within minutes of placing it because I saw that when I checked out with Paypal, I was overcharged (the amount Paypal charged me was higher than my Wayfair shopping cart invoice that was passed through to Paypal).

Wayfair NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE CANCELED ORDER. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Wayfair sent me emails trying to create a false paper trail of my not responding to them (which I have, repeatedly); they blame Paypal, Paypal blames Wayfair. This is FRAUD.

Do not purchase from Wayfair.

Ordered this product along with a couple of other items. Spent a lot of money at your store with this order. The most expensive item has not come and it has March 26, 2020 as the new delivery date. Item has not moved in a long time don't know where it is, do they have it. I don't want a replacement or a refund because this was the one item I really needed. Would like your company to call the other company and find out what is going on.

ordered sample of allure flooring months ago never arrived and I got credit but then a few weeks ago it showed up but was not true to size sample so I ordered 2 boxes a few days ago so I could see what flooring actually looked. 49 a sq ft.

the boxes came today and after seeing what they looked like I decided to order another 33 boxes. 79 a sq ft. Apparently the price changed last night. The customer service guy was nice and took order but said he could not do anything about price change.

I have been a loyal customer overt the years and I cant believe you wont honor the price from yesterday. I am retired and it makes a difference to me. I am asking that you reconsider. It should not be a big deal to you but it is to me. Thank you

On January 10, 2020 I placed an order for a sectional. To my surprise, the next day I received an e-mail stating my order will ship on February 10, 2020 (30 days after my order was placed) and delivered by February 16, 2020.

I was not happy about the 30 day wait but because I like the sectional I decided to wait. Today, 02/11/2020, I received another e-mail from Wayfair stating my item has been delayed and now I can expect the deliver by March 6, 2020!!!

So now I have to wait almost 60 days for delivery. This is unacceptable! I have an empty living room and no guarantee that the 03/06 delivery will even happen. com should clearly state the item is not for immediate (5-7 business days) delivery.

I am one unhappy customer!

Please note in our file that our phone does NOT accept text messages. To contact us the best way is EMAIL. We also get voice mail but do not return phone calls. I tried to find a place on your order form to note that our phone does NOT accept text messages but the order form does not offer that option to customers.

Please give the customer an option to not accept text messages from your company.

I ordered 3 birdhouses, order #3225839765. 2 have been delivered. One last Friday. Email said 2 were delivered on Friday, but only one in box. Check weight of package and you will realize this. I did not receive the lighthouse birdhouse!

I have tried and tried to contact wayfair by email and customer service to no avail. I would appreciate some help with this and would certainly appreciate receiving the birdhouse I am being charged for. Would also be happy to hear from someone regarding this.

My complaint is about a wayfair driver ,who assaulted a 72 year old man,and used a barrage of abusive language, just because he asked the driver not to use his path or garden to deliver goods, that were being delivered to next door, it's outrageous that wayfair use men like him as delivery to customers absolutely disgraceful,then to add insult to injury,you can't speak to a manager or supervisor when you phone to complain, I've never heard the likes.So my advice to anyone is DO NOT use wayfair ever, as it's treatment of customers,and public is outrageous.

My husband & I "unlocked" our credit reports in order to apply for a Wayfair credit account and receive $40 off our first purchase. Our credit score is 845 so we were not surprised to receive a text notification that we had been approved; however, when we tried to order the item (recliner) the system could not find our credit card.

My husband spent the next 45 minutes talking to bankers and customer service reps attempting to discover what was holding up our approval (and our $40). immediately (with accompanying fees).. What kind of "bait and switch" tactics are these?? We can get IMMEDIATE approval for a credit card anywhere we go!

False ads listed. A friend of mine and I ordered rugs that were on sale. Turned out wayfair incorrectly listed price and they cancelled the orders the following day. When ordering other items a date range for delivery was listed.

Following day notified items were on hold. Within the same week my friend ordered couches and was given delivery day of Thursday. Arrangements made to have someone home for delivery. She was later notified couches were delayed (which made house warming party awkward).

This is why amazon is excelling. No false advertisements, guaranteed delivery. Wayfair needs to get their act together.

I ordered Metal Flower Open Vertical Wall Decor Invoice 2747482932 My cost $48.74

The reason I returned it was because it was not flushed against the wall. The nails to hold it up, would be seem. I am returning it, only be find out I am being charged shipping of $15.82 . I understand the cost of a reasonable price of returning.. Since I had to Pay $4.99 for shipping. It SHOULD be the same of shipping it back.

If I knew what the shipping of returning I would of never ordered it. I am very disappointed.

As a customer it is very disappointing to go with a experience such as the one I'm still having with Wayfair. On the first week of November I order a sectional( order# 3082153432) the guy showed up at my door with pictures of a completely destroyed couch asking if I still wanted it I had to ask him to take it back because I could not accept that.

I asked for a refund and ordered a new sectional (order#3124758162) and my experience has been a nightmare. I sent the certificate of insurance multiple times to Wayfair before the delivery day for them to send it to my building and they failed to do that.

An hour before the delivery team arrive at my building Wayfair sent me an email asking me to send the ceritificate of insurance to them knowing that it takes from 24 to 48 hours to be process…

00. 00. The set arrived with one broken chair and the serviceman drove a screw through the back of another while he was assembling it. I was told to contact the company to get two replacement chairs for the damaged ones.

I ordered the set before Christmas because I was having a family gathering and needed the seating for guests. Wayfair refused to replace the chairs and only wanted to send me parts to reassemble the chairs with. I wanted them expedited so I would have them before the holidays and the declined to ship them expedited.

I also feel that if I paid to have the set assembled and the serviceman was responsible for damaging the chair they should come back to reassemble the broken chairs when the parts come in, but Wayfair also declined to send them back to fix the damaged chairs.…

I am moving December 1st, so I am selling and purchasing new items. I purchased two couches from Wayfair, not super expensive maybe $800 each they were on sale. On October 31st I get a call at 6:15 am from FED EX saying they have a large delivery for me FOUR couches.

Kaitlyn Mates Capitans Bed order 3063094132. After delivering and unpacking the boxes, it turned out that two different pieces of furniture were damaged. I called the customer service and they helped me solve the problem, a new part of the furniture was ordered Oct 20, sent Now 7.

Today is Now 22 and no one with costumer service can determine what is happening with the shipment But its been one month and I still haven't received the replacement part. I was offered a discount but I am still waiting one month for replacement !!!.

Customer service is trying to help me but its an annoying situation to call and wait for the good part to be delivered

I’m a brand new credit card holder and I opened the account so I can order my sister’s baby shower gift. I was expecting the gift to arrived on a certain day for the shower but it didn’t come. When I called Wayfair they said it was on Hold because of certain confusion (they didn’t even care calling or emailing me to let me know) I had to call them and sadly the gift will arrive after the shower :(

I ordered a recliner which was advertised as "will ship within 24 hours" and was told in the purchase confirmation that I would receive it on October 31. It is now OCTOBER 29 and the recliner has NOT even been shipped!

The status remains, "preparing for shipment". I MUST have this recliner on Oct. 31 as promised in order to sleep in it post-surgery.

I purchased a memory foam mattress order number 2890112453 it had a strong smell like chemicals so I returned it. I purchased a new mattress wayfair pillow top double size mattress to replace it. 65 Wayfair sent me a twin not a double.

I called and then they sent me another twin again. By this time, I had a horrible time sleeping on a air mattress with Truman my dog. I am 72 years old trying to get on and off the air mattress on the floor.

I just want my money back! Wayfair isn't refunding my money back to my bank telling me the money was on a Wayfair account and couldn't be refunded. The money does not belong to Wayfair. I spoke with a supervisor who told me she could override this and refund my money back to my bank.

I understand you're probably going to stick up for your employee, but I did nothing but listen and so she kept going on and on and on and accusing me pretty much of saying that my story made no sense? I was supposed to meet a friend for dinner today, and I was waiting for my package to come because I was told it was coming. I was basically lied to and then got a bad attitude from one of your employees. I am not a dumb person, I know the difference. this weighs heavy on me doing later business affairs with Wayfair.

I am a seventy-four year old citizen who has an account with Wayfair, I am trying to pay the bill down and eventually out. 00 which was the minimum amount due. I always go to the website and enter the bill pay section and pay my bill.

44, the total amount due to pay off the account. I called and spoke to a Supervisor by the name of Karima, I explained to her that I only paid the minimum and that what Wayfair did depleted my bank account, preventing me from paying my mortgage or allowing me to purchase needed medication or food.

44 dollars would be returned to my checking account in seven to ten business days. Now I am getting more than anxious as when I have tried to call to check on the progress and I cannot get any answer at all.

I have a item delivered 18th July 2019 not on the agreed delivery date there was no one home as delivery was arranged for 1st August 2019. Delivery men actually broke by gate away from the wall to get into the back of my cottage and left the items balancing against the back door.

They did not have the decency to text me or leave a note in my mailbox to advise what had happened. They left the gate so it looks like it was closed this is total disrespect from these people to treat my home like this, In fact you could class it as breaking in as the gate was blocked behind for a reason there is no need for people to use that gate.

Okay so this was my 3rd order placed for 8 panels burnt orange rod pocket order number 2579917353 1. Panels were 1 week late arriving 2. when they finally arrived they were the wrong panels they were supposed to be rod pocket. 3.
