5% (Platinum) Savings (as seen in the Lobby) - looked interesting. So we sat down with a "banker" last Friday and asked about the "deal". But it is only open to NEW Money Not from existing accounts. BUT if we used a cashiers check with funds from our existing checking account and returned on Monday we could open a Platinum Savings Account (our "banker" even checked with the rest of his team to make sure that this was OK.

I have been in contact with Wells Fargo over this and other things that have been happening with my account! Wells Fargo has been well aware of the extensive fraud I've experienced! 99 on my wells debit card. Waiting for new card takes 2-3 weeks every time , thank god I can atleast access my new card before that using Apple Pay on iPhone……. As I’ve done 100 times. What the hell ??????

I called Wells Fargo ref a cd that would expire while I was out of town for two weeks. I was told that nothing could be done until the maturity date. I was in Alaska and called after the maturity date and made my request for cd renewal but was connected to another banker to verify my identity.

One of her questions was to quote the license numbers on our three vehicles. I failed this test. Upon return I went immediately to the branch in Rockport to renew the cd. I was told that it had been renewed for six months at 2%. I found this unacceptable.

Wells Fargo solution was to cancel the cd but the penalty to cancel was $4600. With no other options I did cancel paying this huge hickey and moved the cd to another institution. This doesn’t seem to be good customer service.

You have a teller with a serious attitude problem. I recently went into the S. Nevada branch in Colorado Springs to cash a check and this woman acted like she could not stand her job or me. It was a black woman named Raqqa, I believe.

She mumbled and did not look me in the eye. She took her sweet time while eating a snack and had an angry expression on her face the whole time. I received crinkled bills which she did not bother to count out and she could not wait to put up her going on break sign.

With her piss poor attitude it really made me feel unwelcome there and I do not want to ever go back.

I have been for more than 38 years a customer of Wells Fargo bank without any problem, everything was satisfactory until 3 years ago when Wells Fargo hired the ENTERPRISE COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT. for 3 years now, Wells Fargo is been violating my privacy rights, my civil rights and my account preferences by refusing to use my mailing address and by refusing to contact me by phone.

The Wells Fargo location at 240 Peachtree Street in Atlanta is an extremely unfriendly place to visit. I tried to schedule an appointment with them by calling but no pick up the phone. Because the bank is closest to my work I thought visiting the bank by simply visiting the bank to open the account.

They will not let me open the account saying I do not have an appointment. I requested and pleaded that I really need to open the account but the bank staff was so unfriendly that they will not allow me to open the account (even though I was willing to wait).

Wells Fargo never processed my wire transfer by the date they confirmed they would do. In fact, Wells Fargo is still holding to my cash. If I could give a 0 star I would. I had a nasty rude rep named Lori in level 2 support today who I spoke to around 12:45 pm or so that LITERALLY told me to “F offf” and hung up the phone in my face. I’m disgusted and shocked.

I wanted to tell you about an experience that I recently had at Wells Fargo Bank at 12040 Colorado Blvd, Thornton, CO 80241.

My family and I travel a lot and for the first time, we decided to get Japanese currency before we left the USA. To do this we sought out Wells Fargo and opened accounts that we absolutely intended to keep for the long run, mainly because I THOUGHT, Wells Fargo was a top international banking corporation. I went into the branch at 3750 Oleander Drive in Wilmington,NC 28403 on 7/13/2023. My purpose was to cash a check written to me and the bank was Wells Fargo on the check and apparently I was wrong for asking to do this because I was told by the manager that I was wrong and

that I was not going to insult the teller at the bank. All I was asking for was to cash a check and then I got disrespected in front of other customers at the bank. I will never step foot in any other Wells Fargo banks ever again.

On June 9 I sent money via Bill Pay. My balance immediately showed the withdrawal of those funds. The check never arrived. On June 26 I requested a stop payment request on the check which was granted. On June 30 I called to ask when the funds would be returned and fortunately got through to someone who was at an overseas call center and he said the funds would be returned within 3 business days after the stop payment order had been issued.

m. appointment today at the location Fredericksburg and loop 410 here in San Antonio. The personal banker should get a five she was great. I was trying to get information on opening an annuity so she said she had to refer me to a premier banker.

The premier banker never called me all day so that tells me there's not much interest. I wish your personal bankers could be licensed to do the work. Now I'm going to go ahead and get my annuity through an insurance company and not wait around to see if the premier banker will call me.

On May 31st I deposited a check for $5,200, it was a 401K withdrawal issued by ADP, I deposited it through the ATM because the branch is open when I'm at work, so I had no choice. The amount was credited to my account, then taken out of my account, I called customer service at least 6 times to try and find out why the money wasn't in my account.

The answers that I received were anywhere form "I don't know" to "ADP wouldn't honor the check" to "Rita Dallas Gaiger isn't your name it's an alias", it's the only name I have. I was told by customer service that the check had been mailed back to me on June 1 and it should arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.

WellsFargo has lines out the door and very few tellers and account officers. They purposely down size their staff and have no regards for customer service. Their fraud dept has horrible customer svc skills. I asked them to wait to cancel my atm card before I receive my new ATM card.

Instead she cancelled my card and forced me to come to the bank and wait an hour for svc to withdrawal CASH. WellsFargo does not care about there customers.

I called Wells Fargo to close my personal credit card. I had it set up for automatic withdrawal So when I called to close it was in the morning. I spoke to someone who had it in her mind that I was talking about a business checking acct.

Wells Fargo took over accounts from Barclay Bank May 1st. I have tried numerous times to enroll in on-line banking but have been unsuccessful, I am told by Customer service that my cell phone is illegal and they cannot send me a code to verify who I am. While Wells Fargo has been ok managing our mortgage the last 5 years I received a letter from them today about selling our mortgage that is highly disturbing. I know that Wells Fargo is on the list of potential banks to go bankrupt so I can understand them selling mortgages for cash flow. My problem is who they sold this mortgage to as it all looks very shady. According to the documents they sold my mortgage to Mr. Cooper, no first name, no credentials, just Mr. Cooper. A check made payable to myself and my late husband for $151,000 was endorsed by someone other than myself, deposited without my knowledge, and the monies were put into a Wells Fargo account without my name on it. Every time you walk into the branch, people are twiddling their thumbs. No one steps up to talk to you or serve your needs. In this particular case, their manager Lorenzo Mata and business correspondent Mina Shah were just sitting there.

When asked, they both didn't want to help. Mina said she had an appointment in 10 minutes. She was doing absolutely nothing. All we needed was four pieces of information (beneficiary for an account set up) that would have taken a person of average intelligence less than 2 minutes to note on a piece of paper or a printout. But no!

These geniuses did not want to do the work. I'm not sure how these people get hired to work in customer service at these worthless banks.

Both Customer Service Reps I spoke to were terrible no courtesy or friendly tone on the phone dry and rude. One of the reps name was Cristian who was the worst I have ever had to deal with hung up on me.

My home branch at 702 N University Drive, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, has a serious customer service problem. I needed to access my safety deposit box, so I went online to make an appointment. There are none for any days or times.

Next step, a phone call. After a prolonged hold, I was disconnected. I then went to the branch to ask what was happening. The sole representative said she was working alone, and couldn't turn on the appointment system. I then asked for an appointment, and was denied that as well.

She did, however, grant me access to my box, but this is not acceptable. The need help, and they need to reactivate their appointment system and take phone calls.

I have been a long time loyal customer. I have the wells Fargo app on my phone in Wich I use very often. I for some reason can't log in no more. I can't even change my log in info because I can't receive a code, because my phone is broke and I'm using a old one with no service so I can't send or receive text messages and I can not make or receive calls.

I opened two accounts on 6/9/2020. Immediately after the account became compromised and I alerted the bank to the problem. They told me that they would suspend the account. Unfortunately it was too little and too late. The thieves had deposited fake checks into both accounts and withdrew their funds which the bank made available after the fake checks were deposited.

I had to contact police when I had the officer who took my report said that the bank should be able to verify that I did not deposit checks in the account. But after going and giving wellsfargo the police reports number they said they will investigate it.

We had a family member pass away and went into the local WF branch to remove the deceased persons name and add 2 other family members names to the account. it takes time. NEVER have seen such lack of caring or empathy for clients during a time like this and to tell us to "sit back and wait" while their system processes the change is RIDICULOUS.

WF personnel have given us different responses as to the amount of time it takes ~ we were originally told 2 business days, then 3-5 business days then it could take as long as 10 business days. Do not use Wells Fargo!! They closed a credit card account I had with them for 11+ years. No one can tell me why other than to refer to the generic letter I got in the email. The only reason I care about this is because that was my oldest credit account so now it is going to negatively impact my score.

I understand that they the right to make any changes on the account however, it is important that whatever changes are made won’t put their customers in a situation that can ruin their lives!

This account has been in good standing; No late payments, no going over the credit limit….Nothing!

I will pay the remaining balance on the account and never deal with this greedy bank!

Hello, My name is Eugeine and I am a I recently has closed out my account thru a Netspend and they mailed me my remaining balance and my tax refund was apart of that balance so it was a bit high, however it was my remaining balance. I opened an account thru with online banking with Wells Fargo March 8 with knowing my check may come and it did so I went into my local branch on 9th of March and

everything went smooth I didn’t have a psysical debit card from bank and money was made available time of deposit and teller sldo daid remaining will be available next day. Later that evening I get email about closure to account, and now also a hold on check I called they stated the money would be available March 15 2023, so I went into branch on that date with hopes of withdrawing my money.

EITHER I OVER PAID OR MY BANK OVER PAID ITS A few thousand dollars out of my account and it’s been 2 weeks now and i have heard 3 or 4 different reasons why it’s not been returned to me including they have to worry about fraud??? They are the fraudster i can’t get the same story from them as to why and when my money will be returned .

I’m out of money and everyone there said i understand ? understand by giving me back my money last thing i heard was i need to sign an affidavit but no one has sent me one so you tell me what is the real reason for their not returning my money if i owed them they would bug me charge me extra etc.

I love Wells Fargo because the employees are all wonderful. At all the branches I have been to, well all except one. I am talking about Eileen at Branch #0066253 23. This woman has been rude on every occasion I have been fortunate to end up with her for my service needs.

To the point that my child had sworn to never use Wells Fargo when she grows up! I stay with the bank because she is the only negative experiences I have in banking but I do not agree that she is a good person for the bank logo on customer service.

I dread the thought of having to do my banking with her but don't want to be rude and wait for another teller. My complaint is that she is a mean person. She has a bad attitude while serving your customers.
