Am quite upset with how I was treated by a manager at Wells Fargo Bank on Hudson Rd. An African American in her 20s was only nice to specific types of people I observed esp who appears to have money.
She wouldn't acknowledge me; a red head was very nice to me while in the background this black woman made assumptions based on appearances. I have never been so rudely. She started her shift in a bad attitude and she progressively got worse.
Please put her in a position where she doesn't have contact with the public. She was acting highly unprofessional. I've been doing business with your bank for over 40 years and I know that is not your policy to treat anyone like that.

I currently have 5 accounts at your bank, with over $65,000 in total in these accounts. I will be closing them out after the abysmal service I received today. My sister tried to zelle me money and was told my phone number was suspended from my zelle account. I called twice. After waiting on hold 10 minutes the first time, the first person said that my number is still attached to my account. My sister tried again and sent me screen shots of the messages she was getting, with my correct phone number, so your person was wrong. When I called back and waited 15 minutes to speak to someone, I was told my sister would have to delete me as a recipient and enter me as a new recipient. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I just deposited a check for $6,400 and two days later I get an alert letting me know the check was on hold until 03/16. That’s a week and a half later due to “unusual activity” bullshit this is not the first time that Wells Fargo has had system issues.

Cust Serv, I’m an unhappy customer who made a ton of calls to the Apple Cash experts and Wells Fargo for a restricted Apple Cash acct since Dec that I only use once a month. I sent two emails to the Apple Cash disputes group with the closure letter from the bank, no response on either email that I sent months ago.
To summarize I had a debit card with a strange charge of $225 that Wells Fargo said was a bank error and they reimbursed me and sent me a new debit card and a letter of closure. Ever since my Apple Cash icon is restricted.
From what I gather I have to send my $225 back to the bank and they will send a different letter to the Apple Cash group to take the restriction off. My Complaint is that once I do that, I will lose my $225 credit and they will NOT reimburse me another $225…
Wells Fargo changed account charging rules without notification. Local branch person thinks wells complaint will try to blame me for not paying attention. Business checking account went from a minimum of 100 dollars to 500 dollars. No personal notice given.
They have been charging me ten dollars a month.
On February 8, 2023 I inquired about a business account I needed to open. Ms. Naomi Bajovi, Wells Fargo Branch Manager, NMLS: 1145909 she proceeded to tell me what docs I needed, I submitted them to her. On February 14 I inquired about the business account had not received any communication from her. On March 2 she emailed saying I had an appointment with her personal banker Ms. Melanie on March 8 at 2pm. Today I went to my appointment was informed Ms. Melanie was out sick. No one informed me nor cancelled my appointment. I sent a message to Mrs. Bajovic today at 2:40 and she has not had the decency to contact me to apologize for her ineptitude.
I have 3 accounts' with Wells Fargo since 2014, I do not want to go to another bank. But the service or lack there of, has been substantial.
Customer service is the worst. 3 different experiences and each time was horrible. We pay our card off every month, but the payment is still pending after twenty days. We were unable to use the card while traveling even after the payment cleared the bank.
We closed the account, using only AX now. Stay away from Wells Fargo.
I was transferred to casey when I needed help getting account information to start my new business. She was very unprofessional as well as rude. She would not tell me what I needed to do it, but instead kind of giggled it off and told me she couldn’t help me.

I did a mobile deposit on Feb 25 the check was cleared because I spoke with the bank of the check. When I call with a problem, I don’t want to hear my account balance, last four deposits, or any other information I did not request - I want my issue resolved - not at your convenience, but mine. Don’t tell me misinformation, especially when it costs me money, then when I call, apologize and say you can’t do anything about it.

I want to express just how horrific my experiences have been at this location.
1. There is always a line to the door and not enough tellers.
2. There are 4 drive thru lanes and only 1 open most of the time.
3. You need to pack a lunch if you plan on doing any kind of banking at this branch. It will take at least an hour.
4. The tellers do not go above and beyond and they don’t use common sense.
5. When you complain to management they always say there is nothing they can do about it and that it is is UPPER managements fault because they were at 8 tellers and now they are at 4 and that they took away the computers.

The branch manager on Georgia Street in North Augusta South Carolina told me that if he did it for me he would have to do it for the 18-year-old who just open up an account as well.

I contacted Wells Fargo, Tom Corbett about a renovation remodel loan. Was told it was what WF does put application in and submitted all paperwork. Was emailed by Toni who said she helps Tom Sent everything she asked for to include paying fees that were slightly under $500.

I have a complaint against your employee at the Ossining NY branch. I needed documentation of 5 years for a Medicaid application. I called and your employee told me I didn’t need appointment and could come in. I did so the following day where he was busy with appointments.

I am the trustee on an estate. I wanted to provide a death certificate and documentation to close an equity line and change the address. The representative never introduced himself and wanted me to call the 1-800 line. I knew they would need documentation for my authority to do this.

I had to spend two hours and visiting four branches before I was able to find someone who would send a bank wire without a prior appointment. It isn't that they were short staffed, it is that management has decided only certain people can be trusted to do a bank wire, and that their bank wiring process is so convoluted.
I was able to do a wire for the first time in about 3 minutes, but they had a limit on the amount that you can wire online. Can you imagine working for a company that thinks of its employees that way, while the CEO makes $24 million a year in salary, offers 1% interest for deposits while the lending rate is at 6%. Simply criminal.
