I'm disabled and I don't used ATM machine but always use drive through. The Wells Fargo Bank @ E. Berry St Fort Worth TX 76110 has 6 drive thru lane that closed for upgrade, but it been down for MONTHS!

this is a very inconvenient having to drive to another bank to used the drive thru, when will it reopen?

An employee at Wells Fargo by the name of Thea Diaz canceled my card, even after I told her not to, I recognized her voice, from. Canceling out my card before. I told her I was at the gas station, I'm not home, and will figure out the issue with another employee, she cut my card anyway and left me stranded for the 2nd time, I literally begged her not to cut my card off.

I had to beg a stranger to give me gas money for the second time... this is unacceptable 100% I cried for an hour looking for someone to lend me money, after 10:00 @ night.. you can hear my plea, on the recording, I said do you understand, do not cut my card off, you did that to me in the past...

I had loans, put 10 grand in your investment side (took it out after several years when it didn't make a dime), multiple people sent to Bal Bains for loans at the Folsom branch, and now you are telling me I have to go into a branch to get a new ATM card because my card and my checks say L David Hudson, instead if Louis David Hudson? Are you kidding me?

I don't live in California any more. I am 20 + miles from a branch and when I have been to a branch, only the drive through is open. Your so called Customer Service said this was to protect me? How?

Why do I need to disrupt my day for this?

I’ve banked with Wells Fargo since 2011. Opened a credit card with them in 2012. 11years I’ve had that card and I got a letter today Jan 5th that my CC was closed on Dec28th. When I called they said it’s in their terms of service that they can cancel card anytime. Ok fine.

But I’ve never had a late payment , my card is paid in full and there reasoning was the debt on my credit and history not long enough. Every single debt on my credit is either paid in full or says on time never late for payment.

They don’t call you and won’t according to the rep. They just close it and send a letter. Now being as I’m only 33 the 11 year credit card was in of my longest. So not only did they close a reliable members card, they screwed up my credit because it’s was one of my longest standing cards AND…

I have multiple complaints.

First, Wells Fargo allowed a creditor to freeze my account without any notice and when I asked for information, they could not trace the creditor’s written authorization from the judge or give me any further information. Then someone clearly has stolen my ATM card and tried to deposit checks and when I called to dispute this I was told that because whoever stole the card guessed or obtained my PIN number , they were closing ALL of my accounts and terminating business with me.

The representative was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for a corporate number. How am I punished for someone else stealing my information?! I was victimized by the criminal and now Wells Fargo! This is atrocious and I will take it higher up the ladder and to the news if so…

There were 3 tellers only one was working with a customer the other two were talking I had been standing there for over 10 mins. No one else was in the bank . It took over 20mins for me to get to the teller because the two women wouldn't do their job .

Please listen to the phone conversations of your employees all telling me different things I was on the phone from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on and off with Wells Fargo. They closed my account without notifying me. I opened another account and deposited my work checks into my son's account and they said that the checks were fraudulent. Wells Fargo once again put a hard hold on the account and closed my son's card. He was stuck over an hour away with no gas no money no nothing. I am f****** livid! Nobody could help because it was a Saturday and everything was closed. The checks were not fraudulent and my employer had called Wells Fargo to verify that. I have case or complaint number and was assured I would hear back but I can’t say I am surprised I haven’t. Wells Fargo customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Employees are not knowledgeable and caused serious issues by not following through with what they said they would do.

Employees need to have recurrent training or better training so they can better serve the customer and need to learn how important customer service is and how bad customer service can greatly affect the customer. The employed I spoke with were disrespectful and didn’t do their job.

I spoke with several managers and it was a waste of time. Very disappointed in Wells Fargo and the lack of respect they show their customers.

I have an online bill pay account with Wells Fargo. I have spent over 3 days trying to enter a new account number that I received from Capital One. The account number is not recognized and will not allow me to add it although I have multiple other CapitalOne accounts with the same billing address.

CapitalOne has assured me that my account is active and open and that my credit card and Capitalone statement reflect the same account number and there is nothing wrong with the account number. I was told by one of the associates that I have spoken to today after speaking with many others who are not able to help that if we change browser and enter the account number is manually that should work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrendous. My daughter had an auto loan with Wells Fargo. After she totaled her car an insurance was going to pay it off they refused to take the money.

They claimed that there was an issue with her Vin number. After several attempts to clear it all up they just don't want to communicate with us at all. Then we continue to get the run around. They refused to send us the forms they needed complete it.

They refused to send us completed forms. In one call they would say we never received anything From the insurance company but in the next call on the same exact day they said yeah we received it all 2 weeks ago.

I have two complaints. #1. Three weeks ago I filled out a form for a credit card. Since every time I open my account using online banking there is an advertisement inviting me to fill out an application not to mention the advertisements I get when I open my mail you have sent me, so I figured sure it will help boost my credit score.

I was promptly turned down in less than 30 seconds. Ok that's fine if you have any reason to turn me down that's fine I can live with that, after all it's your card your decision. What my problem is with it is that before I could finish reading the email you sent me denying me for said credit card you took 38 points away from my FICO score.

Wells Fargo credit card company keeps declining a purchase until I leave the store and I can't use my rewards points on my remaining balance. I was transferred 5 times today. The last time the person sent me back to the automated system and when I finally get a real person they want my card card number again.

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for about 25 years. Every once in a while, I have to go into the bank branch, which is in Glendale, California on Brand Boulevard, to do transactions that cannot be done either online or at the ATM.

This was a weekday and as always, there is a long line almost out the door. I waited 40 minutes to reach a teller of which there were only two and never do I ever seen an attempt to add another teller for the benefit of the customers time.

When I got to the window, I ask the teller why there don’t put more tellers at the window to help their customers who are by the way, the banks most important asset. She brushed me off with no answer, shrugs, her shoulders, and then just offered that we could go online and do our transactions.

I have tried many times to be added to my elderly parently account - with their permission. To no avail even though all document sent. Told to call person who exist and extensions that don't exist. Evenbranch managers are not willing to help just keep giving you other numbers to call.

Thjis spanned over 12 months. Documents faxed and recived but no one knows where they are. In one day 9 phone calls and run arounds. people say they are going to return calls but never do. Managers always in meetins and unable to come to phone.

after an initial 2 hours to correct a wrong phone number, comes the fiasco of trying to open an online account for my credit card. I was sent to about 10 different personnel and each one transferred me to someone else.

Tjhe last one put me on hold for t minutes. I hung up. New card holder and soon late card holder unless this problem(allowing me to sign in to my credit card account) can be solved with my having to speak to ONE person in a short time.

I am legally blind and 90 years old. How much frustration can I afford of

I am leaving US recently, and before I leave I need to set up online wire transfer in case I need to transfer money from my Wells Fargo account to other accounts. I called the banker in Florence and asked him, he told me I need to go to the bank in person to transfer money.

So the next day I went to the other branch of Wells Fargo in Decatur, AL (it is just on my way to the Huntsville airport). I told the banker I am leaving US and I need to be able to online wire transfer money when I am not in the US.

I asked her whether I should transfer in person to set up the online wire. She did not say anything. She just asked me how much I need to transfer. I told her I did not really want to transfer money, just to active the online wire.

I reported my debit card stolen on October 29, 2022. My wallet was pickpocketed from my purse, all my id taken, along with my Wells Fargo debit card. I called Wells Fargo customer service immediately, reported it stolen, and requested a new card be sent to my sons residence in Barcelona.

They refused saying they couldn’t confirm my identity, based on the contact phone numbers I had listed on my account. Since then, I have made numerous calls to Wells Fargo, with no solution. Each time I have tried to transfer online, I am given a message, must verify my identity.

70 I got from Luther Burbank Savings Bank. I have been told that I can use this amount ONLY on the 19 December 2022. That means that the compensation takes 11 days before I can use that money? IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL.

I have been a customer of your for 15 years. I needed a loan for purchase of house I called you twice to talk to loan person, but you did not call me back. So I went to 5 other places for loan.

I will be purchasing a home in South Carolina at the end of December 2022. Although I started the mortgage loan process with 2 other entities, I decided to complete an online mortgage application online while completing transactions in my Wells Fargo Checking/Savings accounts.

I stopped in to cash a check, and a teller named Vikiyah was incredibly rude throughout my transcaction. She did not greet me, said nothing the entire time I stood at the window, and no “thank you” or “have a nice day” when I finished. She made me feel as though I was unwelcome and I was bothering her. My attempt to open an account began yesterday (12/06/2022). I called the St. Joseph Street branch, Rapid City, South Dakota of Wells Fargo to schedule an appointment. The customer service requires you to take a test before being able to speak to an individual. Once you have PASSED the test you then get put on hold for a long time. Once an individual answers the call… they only can tell you I don’t know the answer. The system determines the method transactions are done.

Re: Loan 0079315115 Home Mortgage. Mr. Clifford Beck Jr passed away Jan. 10, 2022. The property was willed to each of his children, Clifford John Beck and Angela Francis. The property change was immediately recorded in Pasco County under both children's names.

Wells Fargo was contacted and the death certificate and change of property ownership was taken to a local branch to correct the Mortgage records. Months later, Clifford John Beck called to discuss the mortgage but could not be provided with any information because his name was not on the account.

Was a customer for over 25 years. Worst service I have ever experienced. Each time I called I got a different answer and none knew what they were talking about. Ended up closing out my credit card and asking for the overage to be transferred to my checking so I can close that account as well.

On top of the horrible service, I am being charged to close the accounts. I am ensuring that any of my family members close accounts with Wells Fargo as well.

My wife visited our local branch in San Tan Valley, AZ this morning. She was seeking to deposit 79 checks for a total of $2,959 payable to cash into our checking account so that she could pay a venue for an upcoming Christmas lunch.

The banker told her that the checks could only be used by the persons writing them and that she needed to return them to the 79 ladies for checks made out to her. My days in Compliance at Wells Fargo and my research on the internet both conclude that the checks are payable to the holder.

00 in 3 months. When I tried to sign up for online access to have this card paid via auto pay, I received a message that they could not process my request online. I made over 4 hours of phone calls only to be told that because I do not text, I would not be able to have an online account.

WF apparently wants me to call each month to give a rep my bank account information instead ? I was told that I could not be authenticated to set up a payment account, but I could alternatively go to a local branch, but there are none in the state of Ohio.

00 bonus, and I was told that I would have call each month. I am older and do not text, and this was not in their disclosure that texting is the only way to authenticate a person who wants online account access.

One of your clients who has 4 accounts with Wells Fargo including a retirement account, has been a victim of fraud EIN Mexico. While under sedation, client was charged over $1000 in Dental services that were not provided. Client returned to California and obtained an examination from an American dentist, that indeed 9 out of 10 services were not provided. Client disputes the charge, 3 months later she was informed that since the receipt was signed by the client, the charges stay.

The Office of Executive Complaints oversaw the complaint and informed the client that if she has any further complaints to open another case.

I went to use my business credit card today and it was denied. I called customer service on the back of the card and two calls were dropped. I went into a branch office in Fargo, ND, waited 45 minutes for a banker to find out it was cancelled because my wife had applied for the card in 2004.

Since she was the guarantor and she passed last month they cancelled it instead of letting me know and letting me take it over. I lost over 100000 points, my credit line, and my ability to do business with it.
