An employee at Wells Fargo by the name of Thea Diaz canceled my card, even after I told her not to, I recognized her voice, from. Canceling out my card before. I told her I was at the gas station, I'm not home, and will figure out the issue with another employee, she cut my card anyway and left me stranded for the 2nd time, I literally begged her not to cut my card off.
I had to beg a stranger to give me gas money for the second time... this is unacceptable 100% I cried for an hour looking for someone to lend me money, after 10:00 @ night.. you can hear my plea, on the recording, I said do you understand, do not cut my card off, you did that to me in the past...
