The worst, rudest, most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered in 20 years of doing business with banks. Multiple calls for the same issue, was talked down to, sarcastically and not listened to whatsoever. It is like they have random untrained people doing the job.

At the Laguna Niguel, CA. Branch, one of your employees, Her name is Rama, has been rude and disrespectful to me and my wife, on several occasions. I left going to her branch in 2018 due to her attitude and rudeness, which I have found that several of the local branches are aware of. I thought I would give that branch another try, and she was her rude and disrespectful self again. I was sitting for several minutes and asked her if I'm in the right place. She was at her desk alone and she replied "Can't you see I'm busy" in a snappy defensive response. I asked well could you have at least acknowledge what I needed----another rude snappy remark.

I am business banking customer who came in the San Bernardino branch to deposit Complaint id 080222-7e34eb96227d to deposit a Cashiers Check which was verified by the branch manager. BRANDON I DECK So he placed an extended hold without advising me.

When I called the Business Customer advocate was advised it is not policy but the managers discretion. So they verify funds and then placed an extended hold on the account. But then changed the story when I questioned things. This is the most racist thing I have experienced banking why black.

If I could give Wells Fargo a negative number review I would be happy to do so. This is a synopsis of what I emailed them when they declined me again. They pulled credit on me which didn't help. For me to lower my credit card rate they would pull credit again. It is abuse of power.

I just received a phone call from your small business resolution person. What a wait of my time and energy to explain lending to her. She has no lending authority so the phone call was useless. She just recited why it was declined but didn’t have a clue about the lending aspect at all. As an ex-banker I feel I am uniquely qualified to mitigate what you folks have ultimately decided is the wrong decision.

After opening a credit card and transferring money via online, I was unable to cancel a transfer. I contacted Wells Fargo and they said I had the ability to stop the transfer, before the card was given to me. I had called customer service 3 other times and each time I was told something different.

Finally, after getting the balance transfer and paying the card off, they still refused to give me the fee back. What a waist of time.

The struggle is real for me financially ever since Covid my life has fallen apart because my job has been dissolved and the struggle has been beyond recognition. It’s unfortunate that I have become disabled this past year after banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years and never returning a payment ever until Covid and now I am able to get assistance thankfully from my 84-year-old cancer ridden dead in Florida.

I don’t know what happened to customer service but it went down the drain. I was out on hold and transferred around first time 46 minutes, another 47 minutes and still didn’t get my issue resolved. This bank used to be top notch, very disappointed.

im complaining about a bank in san diego, ca. I didnt didnt have an address and they found a way to get it to me. I was very thankful. A few weeks ago my purse went missing with my ID.

They allowed me a small withdrawal, but it didnt last long. this woman told me that as long as im trying to get an ID they would give me more of my money to last me until I got my ID.

I went back on July first get more money for food and gas. I didnt have any support, othervise. This other person that I hadnt seen before told me I couldnt get more money. she was not sensitive to the fact that I pay for food or gas.

I got an auto loan with Wells Fargo on Easley SC. For a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I purchased the car last January 2021. My cousin cosigned for me. She passed away in March 2022. I sent a cashier check for the full payoff.

Then suddenly come may after my cousin had passed away. They started sending out past due letters to her address and calling me 5 times a day trying to say I was behind on payments. Even though my bank statement showed they got the money.

Went to Wells Fargo to cash a check and also to close of business account I want to customer service first he told me I had to go withdraw the money out of the business account and then I can close the account so as I went to the cashier this withdraw the money and cash two other checks I went back to the customer service to ask him now to close account and

This location on Rialto is getting worst , They make you wait outside from 15 minutes to an hour then You still have to wait inside , I haven’t had any other issues with other locations service are always good , I haven’t seen any improvement for at least 3 months , no mangers outside to explain why the wait but I believe this location need more tellers . I dropped off some paperwork to add my name to a Business Account at the Wells Fargo Bank 1499 N Main St. in Walnut Creek, Ca. in April 2022. I follow-up with the branch on April 29, 2022, since I had not received my ATM card & was told the person I was working with had left that branch.

I was told that the branch manager would call me back that day which never happen & I left for my trip on May 9th, 2022, and returned on May 25, 2022. You can be third in line at the Wells Fargo on s commercial in Salem Oregon and wait forty minutes to cash a check. One time a 'banker lady' tripped thru the lobby saying so sorry the wait is always so long.

They have four people pouring over one transaction. The desk people, doing absolutely nothing don't respond. Drive thru changes their rules every week. I care take my 93 year old dad and cash my paychecks there. I can't leave him in the car for forty minutes.

Even in drive thru when I send my id, etc AND HIS, and copiously explain what's going on and that I have cashed these checks many times, they still have to have a committee approve the transaction. Then I get a lecture from a millennial hater that I didn't explain properly.

00 this morning, April 4, 2022 at approximately 9:10AM. The amount included several checks and a few money orders which represent rents paid from an apartment building that I manage in Elizabeth. The deposits are made every month at this branch for the building owner.

I do not have my own personal account at Wells Fargo. One tenant made a mistake on writing out her check. She started writing the amount on the "pay to the order of" line rather than the person's name. There were less than two full words written when she realized her mistake and crossed out the words and wrote in the correct name directly next to the the mistake.

I was making a deposit into my business account and asked the teller, Oscar, why I would only receive credit of $400 and there is a hold on the balance. He said all deposits are done that way. I tried to explain, in the past, when I was making such a deposit into my personal account there was no hold.

Then he proceeds to tell me if the check was not written on a Wells Fargo account there will always be a hold. I told him the checks were written from the same company and account as I was depositing today.

I have nothing but problems with the Menomonie Falls location. 1st went to drive thru and the person gave me my license and someone else? My fault cause I didn't check my receipt till I got home. WF case #06202112234903964 I was incapacitated in the ICU with ..... you know that bug. While on the inside with tubes stuck down my throat, Wells decided to take it upon themselves to pay some items and charge me 35.00 each. they give you 60 days to bring account current. I was released on 12/6 and called them on 12/7 and told them not to close/cancel my checking account because I had a few thousand dollars coming through on 12/20/21 and 1/3/22. the representitive in the recovery/collection department said thank you sir I have noted your account and your good to go. ...GREAT! ..HUH?? Computation errors within the Overdraft charges applied to balances not in overdraft. I've had the use of your program of withdrawing against my deposit for about 8 years. 00 overdraft fee would not be charged. An IRS agent advised me to audit my account since the program went into affect and see if the balances are correct or if a snowball effect happened.

I Know when I charge something or make a cash withdrawl that overdrafts my account. It's the charges that were applied on positive balances that need be given upmost attention and correction as is due. I have been trying since August 2021 to obtain a non spouse decedent IRA from my deceased mother’s estate. I completed the necessary paperwork three separate times, receiving incorrect information and paperwork multiple times. Each time I call, different paperwork and forms are requested. They constantly lose paperwork and documents and no one seems to understand the process required for a rather simple transaction. I am moving ahead with filing with appropriate federal agencies.

My husband and I applied online for a Refinance Loan on our home through Wells Fargo. We have had our home finance with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. Never been late or missed a payment. We wanted to get the lower interest rate and change the number of years of finance to 15 years.

My mother passed and I needed to close her account . I called snd was told no problem when receive death certificate back just come in and can get it cancelled . I’m crippled came in and was told I had to have snd appointment.

Due to suspicious activity, I had to cancel my debit card. I was told that I had to wait 7 to 10 days before I could get my new debt card. you no longer issue a temporary card, so I am not able to make purchases on my account until I get my new card.

Who ever came up with this stupid idea should be fired. I can not get gas, I can not do any online shopping. Re, grocery or pet food. I was told to use my online wallet, Zell, pay pal or venmo.

What if my vendors don't accept these forms of payment? I don't live in a town big enough for my vendors to accept these forms of payment. Your customer service reps tell me to use cash. I can't order online using cash.

Went to ATM after hours to get cash and card did not work. Card good thru 10/2021. Called customer service and learned card was cancelled 4/2021 for infrequent use. I've been an active customer since 1994 and got no notice of this phone, text. Email, or written. Unbelievably poor practice.

Good thing this was not a true emergency.
