Sat in the Colorado Springs Wells Fargo lobby for an hour with no service. Went to lunch and came back. Have been in the lobby for another hour with no service. Branch bankers walking around like their lost while customers sit and watch them.

I booked a hotel night through EXPEDIA. I arrived at the hotel 20 minutes later, but the hotel could not find my booking for the night. They had been having problems with their on-line booking, and I never did get a confirmation.

They finally found that the booking had glitched to the following week. Since they had no rooms for the night, they cancelled the reservation as well as I cancelled it online. But my Wells Fargo Credit card was still hit with a $106 charge!

When I made a formal complaint, I was told by Wells Fargo that when I placed the reservation I agreed it was not cancellable. Therefore they would not make a credit for the erroneous charge. I tried to speak to EXPEDIA, but could not reach them directly.

I HAD AN APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY CHARGE MY CARD FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED. THEY FURNISHED WELLS FARGO WITH A RECEIPT. I WAS SENT A TEXT. THE COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO CHARGE FOR SERVICE CALL ONLY. I HAVE FILED AND CALLED IN COMPLAINTS.

BUT WELLS FARGO SIDES WITH THE CONSUMER. I HAVE BEEN A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER AND THE ONE TIME I NEED HELP I AM DENIED THAT. I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GET ANOTHER DEBIT CARD DUE TO FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY.

My 90-year-old client has been back to The downtown Fort Pierce branch three times trying to get a credit card. We have been dealing with a woman named Cassandra was absolutely useless. I have never seen someone work so hard to try their best Not to help a client.

My client left two times in tears. If you do you as Wells Fargo stay away from the downtown Orange Avenue branch Fort Pierce.

This bank has steadily declined over the last fifteen years. Fraudulent practices, poor leadership, understaffing, etc.

I give them one star because even with all of the scandals there are still a few good branches and employees I have encountered.

I have banked here (actually through a bank acquired) since 1979. My frustration has gone on long enough. Leaving Wells Fargo.

The Wells Fargo executive complaint division assigned case # 06202106213623952 some months ago and the issue is still not resolved. Beck in March 2021, I rec'd a letter from WF addressed to my daughter Jane Golden (who is also on my account).

The letter was sent to 3344 Quaker Spring Road, Augusta, GA 30907 where I live for nine months of the year as WF had no other address. I immediately called WF and gave them her correct address, PO Box 606, South China, ME 04358, tel 207 512-0l93 and requested they mail the same letter to her.

Believing it was done, I told Jane to be on the lookout for the letter. The letter never came. Since then, I have called WF 23 (yes, twenty three) times, each worker understood the issue and said they would take care of it.

In July 2016, Wells Fargo branch located at 908 S Fisk St, Green Bay, WI 54304 froze 3 business accounts without reasonable justification. I received ZERO assistance as well as NO reasonable explanation regarding this matter! I was however, told that this type of situation was above the pay grade of this branch's employees including the managers!

At the time, I was operating 3 business locations with 12 employees on payroll that I could not accommodate due to this matter because all of my accounts were locked. With Wells Fargo as my only financial institution at that time, this caused my business, employees and personal matters in a complete devastation!

On July 24 , 2021 around 10:00 am I experienced racism by Donna Rinker at the branch 2227 South Broad Street Philadelphia, Pa 19148 . I drove up to the drive-in teller and there was one person in front of me .

I waited for that person to finish so within a few minutes the person was gone I waited, waited, and waited still waiting about 5 minutes or less then a black car with a young white girl pull in the other lane next to me and within 1 minute or less she was wait on so I said to myself what's going on.

I went into the bank and ask for a manger but Anthony Spina was not there. Ms Donna Rinker shouldn't be dealing with the public if she prejudice against any types of people who does look like her.

Customer for over 20 years. 840-850 current FICO score. Deposit "large" amounts at least 6 times per year in the last 5 years ($2000 to $7500 each). These are checks from TDAmeritrade and State Street retirement services. They usually take a couple of days to clear.

My current deposit of a check from one of my TDAmeritrade accounts has been placed on a 10 day hold WF employees including their advocacy group tell me I have to provide proof that the check will be cleared and not returned for non-payment. TDAmeritrade laughed at me as they well should.

WFB tells me essentially too bad. They can't help. That along with the cancellation of my very small personal loan account are telling me that WELLS FARGO customers aren't worth much consideration in Wells Fargo's opinion.

Every 3 to 4 months Wells Fargo will skip sending out statement on loan payments. These are non interest loans witch the receive no interest. It just happened again. no statement for me to pay for June, as I said just like clockwork every 3 to for months this happens.

I will call it out that this is a Wells Forgo SCAM! this happened in February and many times in the past. I HATE dealing with Wells Fargo for this reason HissingKitty received this same complaint from me a few months ago.

I have many credit card payments a month and have a 800 plus credit score. I do not have any problems getting my statements from any of them. WELLS FARGO IS A SCAM!

This bank had all of my assets, 401K, mortgage and savings. Mortgage 100% paid on time record. They refused a small $10,000 personal loan and even refused a $10,000 lime of credit. Whyyyyy? Because an account THEY CREATED FOR ME when I received a corporate PCard, an account I never watched or cared about became overdrawn because of their fees!!!

This marked me as too high a risk to qualify for a loan. Now two years later I have moved my 401K, my mortgage and savings and severed all ties with this toxic brand!

I deposited a check into my account on June 29, 2021 via the atm and received a receipt assuring my funds would be available the following day, June 30, 2021. I get a notification on the morning of the 30th saying my funds would not be available until July 9, 2021! Which is unacceptable.

I feel like I was bamboozled. I have bills to pay and holding my funds that long is detrimental to my family. I cashed in funds from my 401K through Securian which is a financial corporation. There is a pandemic going on and I don't like to be played with.

This branch located at Clovis Ave. and Kings Canyon Ave in Fresno, CA is the slowest I have ever seen in 50 plus years of business banking! One teller working for both the business and regular service at 1:30PM. The manager sits in his glass office staring at his computer screen with a magnifying glass.

He is either clueless or just doesn’t care about how long customers wait. why would you expect the associates to be any different! This branch makes DMV and their poor customer service looks good! At least help the manager turn his computer where he is facing his Lobby verses his back.

Help him write a work schedule for his staff. And get the entire team into some remedial customer service training!

The branch in Pueblo Colorado on 8th and Main street Has to be the worst bank in America. There is only one Customer service representative. She spent 3hours with one customer while 3other customers were waiting, laughing and showing pictures of her trip.

I am the Treasurer at Global Technology Assurance Inc. today, June 25th, I called several of your branches to make an appointment to open a business checking account. The first left me on hold until I hung up; the second couldn't give an appointment until July 6th but was kind enough to list those items to open a corporate account.

The Fallon Nevada branch has recently had consistent poor access to services. m. pm. leaving only one drive-up teller available. I have encountered up to 30 minute wait times at the drive-up. Now their lobby is closed "until further notice" with only one teller at the drive-up.

This creates substantial hardship for retail customers and especially for business who may make daily deposits. Under the current service scenario they may encounter over 1 hour wait times to make daily deposits. this not only creates time hardships but also increases robbery risk to businesses who may be waiting in line with large cash deposits. This is untenable.

On 11 May my brother wired $6000 from a Winston Salem branch of Wells Fargo bank to my Santander bank in Portugal (where I live). The woman who wired the money typed in an incorrect account number. My brother was told he would have to pay for her mistake if nobody returned the money.

Fortunately the money was returned. Now, however, I am being billed for the service (wiring to an incorrect number) as well as $60 for some other fee (employee compensation, no doubt). Needless to say, I am not happy. Do you blame me if I look for another bank?

On 11 May my brother went to wire me $6000 from my account in NC to my Santander account in Portugal(where I live). The girl wiring it wrote down an incorrect account number and it was sent off. Fortunately, the money was returned.

This bank is horrendous to the "little" guy. If you don't have some kind of fancy checking account, forget about getting any of your money available to you for up to 2 days. Because my employer does not allow direct deposit, I mobile banked my check and it is being held hostage in my bank account as "pending".

6 months since my father suddenly passed leaving two adult children as Co-trustees, neither of us has access to his accounts and the account remains frozen as it has since November of 2020.

It is my neighborhood bank. I used to be so pleased with the attention and service, I recommended that branch to my many roommates. ) Yesterday, I needed to get help with disputing a charge. I know what it's called because I was so graciously helped in that (my) branch before.

I have been trying to apply for my 2nd round of PPP with Wells Fargo which is also by business bank. The first time around last year went well. This time I have applied 3 times and 3 times they have declined me because they cannot see the documents.

I printed out my app and I can see the documents I attached but not them. I have been told that many people had the same problem, yet after a month WF has not fixed the problem, nor do they ever give me an alternate way to submit the documents.

I am frustrated and next stop is the SBA. I will say my banker has tried to help but she is unable to make decisions for the team that handles PPP.

I searched on the Wells Fargo website (after logging in) for my routing number to enter ony tax return document and the information I was shown was not for direct deposit! I was given ONLY ONE routing number that apparently was for wire transactions.

This account has been in Forbearance since March, due to the Pandemic. My credit report is getting destroyed by the information you are putting on my credit report. I have researched and when loans are in Forbearance they are not to affect your credit.

This option of Forbearance was offered from your facility and was told it would be put on hold. Not oh by he way your scores now are in the 800's and once you do this Forbearance your score will go down to 573 and 600.

There should be no mention of late payment on my report this is incorrect and it's fraudulent. As you can see the credit I have had has been quite outstanding, and now due to your error all the work I do and did to get the credit I had is, just dropped.

I received an email instructing me to call 1-866-212-8956 to furnish additional information via a secure sight . The email asked me to call and your company and I would be given instructions concerning how to send the documents through secure email.

I was on the line for one hour and 59 minutes when a gentleman answered and he said he could not hear me (although I could hear him) and asked me to hang up and he would call me back. I did and he did not call.

I then redialed and was on hold for another hour and 33 minutes and a woman answered and she said she did not hear me so she said she was hanging up due to no response on the line. I am now on my third call waiting for some response.

Several transactions issues, I will only name most recent. I made a transaction(purchase) Rite-Aid . Not having my bankcard with me I wrote a check. I called the bank to ask where was the transaction as the automated system didn't list it.

I was told that the transaction is posted. I I asked for a copy of the check image and they said they didn't have it because it was done electronically. I then made inquiry about two other checks-was told the same thing when I asked for image of test.

One transaction was not showing anywhere on my statement. then I discovered others. A suborndinate(Wells) said the transactions was there(counted) but didn't show up yet( it's been two months.

My online access ability has been stopped. I am 79 years & was trying to access and forgot my password & after several try's my access was denied and I couldn't get into my account. I was trying to find out why my auto pay was changed.

My husband died recently. I was told that I had to close my checking account and open a completely different one due to regulations in the trust instructions. This was on October 25 at Spruce Hills Office. The banker assured me that she would order checks for me.

On 11/11, I called as no checks had arrived. The bank was closed on Veteran's Day but I called the 800 number and the phone person told me that checks were never ordered, She assured me she would get the order placed and expedite the checks.

I have a checking account with Wells and Fargo for more than 5 years. 5 weeks ago I realized that my payment to Duke Energy didn't go through. After several conversation with Duke Energy agents as well as Wells and Fargo bankers the situation is not resolved.

More than two week ago I have filed an official complaint that was supposed to be resolved within 10 days. Still nothing was done, no email, no phone, no contacting Duke Energy [I asked them]. I called Wells and Fargo again today and after lengthy conversation, communicating with complaint department, giving them my credit card number, day of birth, expiry date, pin number I have choked on one question about the last transaction on my account which was yesterday.

The banker told me that he was cut off from my account due to my wrong…

I was given a hard time about my name. I've been using this branch for a month and a half. I have never had an issue. Today I tell I have never had. Wouldn't be clear with me on why I couldn't cash my check.

After the management told him to cash my check. Management then gave me hard time about my name. Because this took over 30 minutes. I got a parking ticket cause my meter ran out. The managers name is Alana Swepson.
