To Whom it may concern;Today at 12:12pm, we placed an order online for delivery from your restaurant #00001902. Of the last 10 orders we've placed, curiously 9 of them have been incorrect or missing items. Today was different, only in that when I called the restaurant to explain that there was an entire meal, including the drink, missing.

The first man that answered the phone identified himself as BJ and that he was a manager. After explaining the situation, he told me he packed the bags himself and everything was there. There were the stickers that sealed the bags and they were intact on delivery.

He said that he personally packed the order and that my Door Dash driver had apparently taken our order. When I was explaining that was not possible as he said he had himself packed the order,…

They don't accept multiple coupons, takes them but doesn't apply all. 18 for the combo meals, wendys math is not matching here and the manager says it was correct. Basically I tipped them and their fine with ripping off costumers.

I went thru the drive thru Wendy’s store number 3132 address 1200 east sibley blvd, dolton il. on Nov 5 24. My cashier was trice.

First of all when I get to the pick up window to pay. They were too concerned with me backing my car up in order for the wait time to decrease. Upon getting my drinks I asked which one was a diet and they’re response was I don’t know I didn’t make it and tried to push the order to me..

after I asked if they could find out, I noticed my drink was not correct and they got very defensive and demanded to see my receipt and clearly showed they gave me the wrong drink. My whole experience was very rude customer service!

Ballard location at 2:32 pm male drive thru person works at Wendy’s was yelling and barely spoke English and then pulled up to window and he slammed window in my face and didn’t want to accept my money and asked for different money. When nothing was wrong with it.

I’m terminal and dying of cancer stage 4 lymphoma and he treated me absolutely poorly! And even the cars behind me he did same thing too. UNACCEPTABLE rude behavior.!!! ’

I have never felt so ripped off as did after ordering the new crabby patty for my child. He expected it to be special and something Sponge Bob yet no it was nothing more than an overly priced single burger and small fries and then that frosty.

How could you prey on children like that and then charge $15 for that crap. Really these are kids and thinking something special they are getting. I will never and I mean never spend another penny at Wendy’s again. Preying on kids like that is a down right crime.

Me and my brother showed up at your Ormond beach Florida location at 7:00pm Thursday the 29th of August. We wanted to order dinner and dessert for 4 people to go. They kicked us out if the lobby saying they were short staffed and couldn’t take our order unless we went through the drive through.

There were 5 employees in the kitchen. Upon going thru the drive thru after being refused service inside and both bathrooms out of service we were denied service at the window because they didn’t want to make food and said we could have a cookie?? Never again!

Absolute worst customer service at drive thru Wendy’s in Manistee. Around 6:10pm on 8-28-24 Blonde girl working drive thru was horrible. Maybe they just finished a rush I don’t know but there were not many cars at that time. She literally one handed almost tossed the food and salad into our car.

Over filled the water so it was spilling g out the top while tossing it out the window. Then it of course spills onto child. Food was spilled all over in the bag from being tossed. And don’t get me started on her lack of customer service.

The tone was rude she was very short not a hint of friendliness at all. Now I get why the other places had longer lines than them.

everyone that came up for food had tp go elsewhere. Not the proper thing to do but i was treated very poorly so i took action and cost a few customers to go to another store. Am not happy about the situation but was treated unfairly and did not think this was right.

Employee told me it was my fault that i got wrong food but they were very busy and had to keep line moving. i eat at this shore drive store 3 times a week and never had a problem until tonight.

I just visited the Wendy’s in Palmyra Pennsylvania on Main Street. Unfortunately, I do not have the store number as I threw my receipt out before I took my food to my car, as I didn’t think I would need it I bought a double stack biggie bag and four Frosty’s.

When I got to the car I gave each of my three great nieces, a frosty and got my food situated before heading down the road. I’m not exaggerating when I say the only thing edible out of all it was the french fries.

I will give you credit for that and they were very hot and tasty. Unfortunately, that’s all the positive I have to say. The double stack was literally cold, not even look warm. It must’ve been cooked sometime I go, and it was so hard that it actually crunched when I bit into it.

Yesterday, I ordered and received a kids meal at the Indian Trail, NC Wendy’s restaurant (13810 Independence Blvd). I paid with my debit card. When I arrived at home, I saw where the restaurant charged me $41.25 and it was for someone else’s food. I include a picture of the receipt and the kids meal bag.

I want a refund for this.

I just visited the location in Dunmore Pa and what a disaster it was! Went through the drive through and first they forgot the kids meal. No problem went back through and picked up. Drove home, everyone starts eating. Husband had no bacon on his sandwich. The fries were hours old and hard even still whatever it happens. Then my 6 year old daughter started screaming crying I run over to see her face to beat red and her tongue was starting to swell. They put spicy nuggets in her kids meal and she is extremely intolerance to most spices.

So after 2 Benadryl here we sit still hungry and a bit traumatized. 0 stars we will not be back

Seriously I’m not sure how this particular Wendy’s location is still open, great area AWFUL store. It takes over an hour to place order in drive thru line, I don’t feel they ever have enough workers working or fast enough for it to be a fast food restaurant.

I literally have ran out of gas twice waiting in line. They’re always inside playing around instead of getting their jobs done. This place has been an issue for years, someone really need to step in.

Franchisee doing poor job of management. They were out of tomatos and out of mustard, and the bathrooms were closed due to drain problems and had been closed for over a week, per employee. The food was OK, not great,.... the bathrooms were important as we had been driving for over two hours. The owner/manager needs corporate visits to insure it operates to Wendy's standards....it is not now.

I'd like to speak with someone about several of my experiences over the last couple months at Wendy's in Ellsworth, Maine.

1. No toilet paper in bathroom 2. Wrong food given to me several times 3. Attitude of 'new employees' lousy 4. Attitude of manager terrible 5. One consistent employee at drive thru which is where I get my food

Store #3017 in Camden SC . I wasn’t going to complain but this has happened twice. They don’t say thank you or even acknowledge you. My order was not correct and one of the ladies got an attitude. I understand mistakes happen but don’t be nasty to me.

I told the two ladies that I hope they had a better day because of their nasty attitude. They laughed at me. I’m not the only one complaining about the customer service. Wendy’s used to be great! What happened .

On June 8th, I went to Wendy’s on fire tower rd. In Winterville/Greenville NC. I saw that the doors was closed and employees where waiting to get in. One of the employee said they was waiting for the management to come and open up the doors.

This is unacceptable by management staff and this not the first time. Please fix the problem.

I was at the establishment for five days for breakfast hoping each time i went it would get beete. No!! , muffin soaked in oul shining like the Sun. Poor customer serve and I only Got a receipt one time and I had to ask for that.

I ordered the single #1, asked for extra pickles and mayonnaise. They gave me a burger with No Lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions and No Ketchup. I had to go inside (was in drive through) to have them remake my sandwich.

Went through he carryout line at Wendy's in Willis on leave line road and ordered small chili, junior bacon cheeseburger, bacon and cheese potato, and chives and sour cream potato. Did not get chives and sour cream potato and was given a junior cheeseburger with no bacon, also did not get a receipt.

I just ordered through the drive-through at Wendy’s in Wayne West Virginia. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit when I received my order. It was a sausage and cheese biscuit at least twice a week. My order gets messed up at this location.

I wanted to bring attention to the poor experience I had tonight at one of your restaurants. It started when I was in the drive-thru and was looking over the menu. When I pulled up the employee working asked what I wanted to order and I asked for a moment to read the menu.

Before I had the chance to finish looking over the menu (maybe 15 seconds), the employee began to pressure me to order using phrases such as "let's go", and "hurry up". I quickly ordered for my son and myself and pulled forward.

I went to Wendy's on Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster at 4 pm. There went through the drive through. I ordered a biggie bag with a bacon cheese burger and had a little 2024 frosty which allowed me to get a free baby frosty. First after I placed by order I paid and the guy said he needed by 2024 frosty, He said it would be returned in my bag. I then was told to park and someone who bring me my order. My order came 20 minutes later. There was 8 of us in our cars all waiting. The manager (a lady with purple hair) said the wait was because the new guys were slow. I got my food and same home to eat it. First it was a cheese burger, not a bacon cheese burger and 2nd my frosty tag was not returned to me.

I want a coupon for a free bacon cheeseburger and another frosty tag.

I bought a salad at Wendys and the lettuce was brown and nasty. I will never eat there again.

The manager and other employees were talking negatively and inappropriately about customers inside the drive thru line. They talked about me and the customer behind me making fun of and saying crude things.

I picked up to go food on Monday from the Wendy's in Lawrenceville even though the burgers are always great the fries not so much . The fries are usually o.k but not great when I ordered them on Monday with my four burgers the were literally raw..I was already running late for work so we just threw them out ..This is with most Wendy's that I go to..Fries would be nice but I'm done ordering them a waste of money..

The drive through was closed. I had to go in. The biggie baf for $5 was $6. The sign outside is wrong/misleading.

I just pulled into the Wendy’s drive-through on N. Main St. in Summerville South Carolina it’s it was just before midnight when I pulled in I waited in line for a couple minutes till about five after 12 and then the guy came on and

said we don’t we’re not taking anything except cash because our credit card machine is broken I said fine I have cash so I went ahead and said my order and then nothing nobody was there so then somebody else came on and said we’re only taking cash and I said that’s fine.

I have Ben 2 the Wendy’s on Randall in Algonquin 2 times in the last 3 weeks and both times I was charged for a Double Baconator combo but did not receive what I ordered. Today was one of this days.

Both times the same girl handle my order and said the order correctly but I did not receive what she said. Both times I didn’t realize it until I was all home.

Also both times I got less than what I was charged for! I got the smaller version the first time and a completely different burger the second with all the condiments I said to hold! It will be a ver long time if ever I go back!!!

I am a former employee. I have worked for the company off & on approximately 6 years. I loved working for Wendy’s. I loved my job, I loved my customers & overall I loved my colleagues. I however feel that the store I worked at has major issues & it is showing in the stores overall General performance.

The issue with this store I can tell you with 100% accuracy is the General Manager of this store. If you look at this particular stores down fall for the last couple of years compared to where it was 10 years ago you will see during the time the current GM has been in position this store has gone down the tube in multiple ways.

This store can’t keep good workers because of the GM in the store. Therefore this store is left with lackey employees who simply work to earn a check & whom are not…

This is not a complaint! I want to brag on the person working the window at the Wendy’s in Liberty, MO. I don’t know his name but he had red hair and he was a breath of fresh air! It is Wednesday February 21st at 6:50 pm.

He was very personable and polite and encompassed what customer service is all about!!

I went and ordered a chicken sandwhich. I asked for no mayonnaise twice. I get home there was Mayo and ketchup on it. I went back to the restaurant, they admitted to making a mistake and then they make me another one.

I get home again there is ketchup on a chicken sandwich which I never asked for. I went back and just asked for my money back, which they gave me but didn’t offer to fix it. The one guy just looked at the other and said why are you putting ketchup on these sandwiches. SMH

Walked into store smelled like weed. Took my 2 young kids in the bathroom someone was smoking weed in this store. Sickening.

I order two ten piece nugget meals and one extra large fry. I did not receive my extra large fry even though I was charge and asked if my order was complete.

Ordered at Wendy’s in east main st Meriden Ct 06450 and it was terrible the fries were soggy and cold and the burger was also cold and the bread was stale the only good thing was the beverage

I’m tired of going through the drive-through and being shorted. Last month I got the Apple pecan salad and didn’t get the pecans. This past week I got the salad and no dressing and when you go back and get it they don’t even apologize.

If I could give a zero stars I would. The white lady taking money at the first window is UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE AND NOT TO MENTION A DAMN LIAR! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE! They won't give you a receipt even when asked, they say it's at window two and still won't give you one!

They gave me a medium drink when I asked for a large and even asked the rude lady taking payments at window one if she heard me about it needs to be a large and she lied and said yes. Get to window two and they want to argue and say u ordered a medium because of the lazy employee taking orders.

The customer service here is very poor compared to recent visits.

I tried to use a $3 reward with my mobile order today (1.10.24) paid by debit card. When I put my CCV# in your system did not let me process my card. I had to go back to checkout and remove the $3 reward and then my card worked.

Well Me and my Wife went to your establishment on South Monroe in Tallahassee, Florida and this is the Second time that your manager was very roude and assumed that we were homeless and I hate being profiled of being homeless when we work to damn hard to buy our food.
