I put in a mobile order. It was PAID . Went to Wendy’s as they were OPEN NOONE answered at drive thru. Held on for a while I even honked the horn but no one answered. I pulled around to the drive thru window honked horn and knocked on window.
It was 15 minutes before someone came to the drive thru window since I had put in my order. She was rude didn’t even apologize. She said Go ahead with your order. Didn’t acknowledge me or just what happened. At this I didn’t even want my food for the way I was treated.
I feel she may have done something to my food. She not once apologized had attitude came back said Here you go. Is that really the way a customer should be treated. I’m sure you guys have Video. Please play it. This is so ridiculous.

We went to our local Wendy's on highland blvd Wilkes barre and they do not give military discount. I am a disabled veteran who served for your freedom and you don't even give veterans a measley percent off you should be ashamed it stated Wendy's gives discount to military nationwide but they stated they only give SENIOR CITIZENS discounts unreal!

I stopped at Wendy's Southside location, 3150 Irvin Cobb Dr. Paducah, KY this morning and ordered breakfast in the drive-thru. There was only 1 car in front of me, which was already asked to pull up from the window to wait for their food, and I was asked to do the same.

Prices increase as quality decreases. 10pc nugget meal is $2 more than McDonald’s. Place was filthy. Soda machine was covered in goo, condiment area had dried ketchup smeared everywhere even on the napkins. Half the tables were dirty, floors covered in food.
My double stack was inedible because it was so cold. I think they used frozen cheese, it never melted. The burger was more bread than meat. I avoided Wendy’s for years due to lack of service during Covid, often never seeing more than 1 person working.

11/19th I went through the drive thru at approximately 7:20pm and ordered the Chicken sandwich meal, #6 I believe. I asked that my fries be fresh and that I was willing to wait. I used a coupon off my Wendy’s app. When I got home my soda was completely flat (no syrup) and my fries were limp and cold. She didn’t provide me a receipt but I did you a coupon on my Wendy’s account so you might be able to pull it up. I usually meet with friends every Friday at store #00011077. The last couple times the lobby has been cold, 58 degrees. The staff said the heating has been down for all of two weeks and they are looking at getting some temporary heaters in the next week or so.

The local Wendy’s in my area ((Erwin North Carolina) is out g it’s signature chili before prime dining hours even start. For the last three times I have dined there t urchase cili have been told they are it. Yesterday my family went around 5:00 pm and since it was a vol evening, They really looked forward to chili but was told they were it.

I ordered a big bacon double meat burger and a sour cream and chives potato. I had this delivered through Uber Eats. I received a small single meat hamburger with nothing on it and a plain potato with no sour cream.

I placed my order inside, for take out, after I did I handed the clerk my coupon, she didn't know how to use it, so she called over to someone else for assistance. He looked at the coupon and said it had expired, I stated that you put coupons on every order, every time, and that you would prefer to have no sale than some sale? So I left without purchasing anything. I will think twice about going to a Wendy's again in the near future.

I ordered 2 orders of biscuits and gravy with an egg added. When I got them home I discovered that the eggs had been left out and the servings were in the middle of the container with the gravy stopped on top not covering the biscuits very well with a lot of space between the entre and

I have the Wendys App and employees do not know how to access or punch in the code for payment. I had reminaning balance on a gift card, and I have been in two wendys and they do not know how to do it.
THe last Wendys I went, I ordered 2 salads and used a coupon and the reminaing balance I wanted to pay from my gift card loaded in my app. They could not figure it out. I told them training was needed.

I don’t like the odor & it should not be smoked by the employees in the bathroom. A couple other employees were sitting in the dining room and I could smell it on their clothing. When you got the French fries from the girl behind cash register gives your change & with no gloves, turned and stick her finger in the French fry box to hand it to me.

To Whom It May Concern: I recently returned from a trip from Jacksonville, FL to Kentucky. On September 18, 2023 I bought food from the Wendy's on I-95 North in Ridgeland, GA. Trying to stay on a budget, I ordered a single hamburger and a cup of water.
The cashier asked what size, and I said Large. NO mention was made of any cost, for any size of water. In some restaurants I have been charged perhaps 50 cents, for the cup. Period. 00. That is OUTRAGEOUS. Rather than waste the water and a plastic (don't like plastic, bad for the environment), I took the water and paid the ridiculous price.
