I’m not sure you to contact but the Wendy’s store in Peru,IN is bad. It’s dirty! Trash on the floor. Tables all dirty. Counters dirty. Rude staff. Gnats on the food when served! Staff cussing the running out the front door then not even 10 mins later another staff doing the same!

They need shut down with how bad it is! The manger was also sitting in the dining room with his feet kicked up while staff was cussing and running out.

The Wendy’s located at 912 W Galbraith rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231 say they are open @ 630am but every time I pull up at 7am they aren’t open always saying they are short staffed and need more time to get ready. I really love y’all breakfast but most mornings I have to go to Burger King. Not ok.

All I ask is for this location to be open and ready to serve at the time posted.

Went to Wendy’s in Peru Illinois on September 8th around 6 pm. Lisa took my order, which was just a $5 biggie bag. 65. She ripped us off with $10. They didn’t give us a receipt & said they were to bust to count the drawer. We waited an hour.

The supervisor didn’t help or care when we told her what happened. We aren’t returning there anymore after getting ripped off twice!

The Wendys location in Lillington have had a non operating catsup pump for over 3 months now.. I visit once a week with my son in law. It reflects badly on the store manager. Other than that everything is top notch! Thank you

Most of the time the store and the personnel are very good. How ever on thursday evening may have a different manager on duty, Inside the store when ordering they always want a card or exact change for the meal. 00 bill.

If one goes through the drive thru no problem taking your money and giving change back.

I ordered 2 Baconators and large fries. The Baconators were overcooked and the fries were barely lukewarm. When I complained about the fries, Doris, the service host and looking quite annoyed, said they were just cooked. Not so. She did exchange them for freshly cooked ones.

The Baconator meat was overcooked and dried out. They were probably made quite a while ago and were served to us when ordered. The attitude of the service host left a lot to be desired. She appeared disgruntled that I returned the fries for fresh, hot ones.

I should have also returned the Baconators as they were hard to chew and digest. The soda machine was not working and when it finally was fixed, the choices we wanted displayed 'not available'.

I purchased food at Wendys and ended up with Salmonella. I was in the hospital for a week. The doctors did state that it is what i ate. I purchased the strawberry salad. I feel that it is Wendy's responsibility to take care of my medical bills and the lose of wages and pain and suffering.

I went to pick up an order for my customer today and There was this woman all by herself handling the drive thru.. It took probably 20 minutes. I felt bad for her. This is not fair to her! Why can't Wendy's keep employees and get better help.

I give her a 5 star for doing that job by herself. Pay your employees better so you can keep them!

My name is Angie Lebron and unfortunately this is something I have never done, which is place a formal complaint against hard working workers who serve and try to due their due diligence. I have previously had manager experience in my younger years and know how complicated and difficult it may be. How ever, as I went to visit a Wendy's that I always go to, I had a terrible experience with the Manager that was on duty. Your store in Rapid City, SD on East North street was absolutely horrible. First of all we waited so long that cars drove off, and when we got to the window the girl was extremely rude. She dropped a bag on the floor picked it up and literally threw our food in the bag Al but threw it out the window then slammed the window.

We stopped at a wendys in fulton, ms. It took the lady at least 5 minutes to get to the register to take our order. She gave us our drink cups and got over to the drink machine and there was piles of "colored" ice dumped out to the point where I couldn't get my cup in there without touching the dirty ice.

Only to find out after 3 attempts to get three different drinks that the machine was out of syrup and a very pale colored drink came out that was nothing but carbonated water, hence the big pile of ice. Went to get tea and there was no cover on the top of the tea dispensers and they were also empty.

Then we get our order after about 10-15 minutes later and guess what, they didn't have any Ketchup to give out and didn't even offer to get us Ketchup from their cooking area. So today we…

So I ordered the 6 piece spicy chicken nugget with ghost pepper ranch sauce, Ghost pepper fries, and a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. The burger was delicious but I did not get the sauce for the nuggets. And my ghost pepper fries were just regular fries.

They did not have the sauce on it at all. The situation with the ghost pepper fries has happened more than once. The employees need to stop forgetting to put the sauce on the fries or at least put it on the side so I can put it on myself.

And they need to remember the sauce for nuggets. When people order something, they expect to get it.

2nd sheet. They would not sell me frosties at the advertised price even though the signs were still on the counter and in the windows. Said the offer must have gone off. They could have done something to remedy the situation since it was advertised on and in the bldg.

He took the ad off the counter right in front of me. This was after I ordered. I told him that it was illegal to advertise and not fulfill. He walked away saying have a good day. This denotes poor management here and a chance that there could be problems with the public etc.

On August 29, 2023, at 8:15pm, I stopped by Wendy’s, 3887 Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109 for chili. ” Although the dining room advertised as being open until 10pm, I was told they were only taking drive through orders.

First, I don’t understand if someone was on break, where was their replacement?

Second, if the person approached me was working at Wendy’s why couldn’t they take my order? I don’t consider this type of treatment encouraging me to return to Wendy’s when there are other fast-food restaurants in the area. I went back to my car and went through the drive through for the chili.

I am bringing this to your attention because this is a case where the customer service was poor, and I believe management should be aware of this situation.

I have been a frequent customer of Wendy's for years, but in recent years I noticed the burgers have been making me sick. I went to a location in Selden, NY about a year ago, ordered a Dave's double burger and within a couple of hours I ended up getting diarrhea. I thought it was me until a few months ago wanted to try eating it again. The same result, the mgr gave me a refund. I don't know what kind of meat is used, but it's not beef.

I recently went to Wendy's in Cranberry Twp. PA and had a bad experience. A friend and I went to the drive-thru around 8:30 pm. We were in line for about 40 minutes which we thought was ridiculous for fast food.

Then, after all the waiting, we finally received our food and it was cold. Needless to say, we were very unhappy and haven't gone back since. Thank you.

Why do your stores always shut down breakfast early this is the 5th time in-between 10 and 1030 and breakfast was changed or changing over I've been in line 3 of those times when it changed your breakfast fries are the best thing on your menu and your stores should keep breakfast going till time advertised

Came to wendys at 10am they didn't want to cook my breakfast baconator instead they tell me they are out of sausages which they were not. They were very unprofessional and this is often because I go there often. The food always take a long time to come out and when it does fries are burnt and dry.

Ordered 4 combo meals which I thought was simple the person at the drive thru kept repeating the wrong order I told her no 5 times and repeated my order again she said if I was go to be this difficult I should have went somewhere else. She told me to pull up and repeated the wrong order again I corrected her and told her what I wanted she handed me my order and closed the window I paid for a order I didn't want she gave me what she wanted me to have and

It took me at least 30 minutes to get thru the line. When I got to the window there were at least 5 employees just walking around. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich only with a large tea. The chicken sandwich appeared to have been fried and refried .

It was tough as leather. You would be doing yourself a favor and close this store. No matter what time you go you have a long wait. Some times the dining room is closed some times the drive thru is closed.

Today they could only take cash. This is the worst Wendys for service!!!

I went to my local Wendy’s expecting to get a pretzel pub cheese burger. To my surprise it has been replaced by the new loaded nacho cheese burger. I find the nacho burger much to spicy for my taste! I think that that switch was a poor decision on on Wendy’s part.

The promo I saw said that the nacho burger is supposed to be competition for Taco Bell. There is a Taco Bell very close to my local Wendy’s. If I want spicy food I could have gone there. I miss the pretzel pub burger very much!!!

The manger named Jeff and the employee named Christy Honaker in Lebanon Virginia are sneaking around dating and hooking up when it is against company rules. This is not the first time the Christy Honaker has done this she also was going and sleeping with the manager named tye.

I spent a half hour today in Wendy's drive thur and left because the line was not moving, not at one but two Wendy's I called the second Wendy's while I was sitting in line and ask if they were working today. She replied yes.

I ask her why the line was not moving and she hung up on me. Now that's customer service! This is not the first time I have left a drive thur at Wendy's but it will be the last time! I am not returning!

Sunday night there were no outside lights on at 10 pm . The menu board was even dark the place appeared closed. Tonight, they had no baked potatoes When asked, I was told they had lots of help, but no one put any potatoes in the cook This was at Warrenton MO

Sumter SC Wendy’s on broad st last 3 times I have been their employees were fighting and cursing each other. This makes service slow and a little scary. I like the food but I am done will never go back.

At store#5446 which is in Ellenton,Fl. I ordered 3 meals and had to repeat myself several times. They still got the orders wrong. I ordered a baked potato and they said they were out of potatoes. That may be true.

Since Doug left that store it has gone downhill slowly. You need to get Doug back in that store instead of having him fix all the problems all over Bradenton.

I will hold up the line and check my sandwich’s from now on. Thank you for your patience and time.

I ordered and I asked for the one dollar add-on to agave single I made sure that it was recognized by the staff politely I got rung up and the man didn’t put it on so I offered to pay for it. The manager had to be called in and the manager said very rudely I doubt you even ask twice I was offended.

It’s the Wendy’s in Florida at the loves truckstop off. I 75 in Bayshore at 4:00 PM. I’m going to call and complain.

Hello I had to leave this review for Wendys location that's in Portsmouth Virginia on Victory Blvd by the Casino. Well that's the most nastiest WENDYS I ever went to especially for a area that has a casino near it.

This Wendy's need knew management need knew good employees that care about customers and the food that they serve. I went to Wendy's on Victory Blvd near Victory Crossing and the service was horrible. Food was cold burger and fries soda machine not working.

The cashier scanner was not working for me to use my app. Could not use the bathroom because they did not want to give me a code to the woman's bathroom but the men bathroom was freely to be used by men only. Employees so disrespectful l.

Location on Tarentum Bridge Road, New Kensington, PA. Order on app for drive thru. When I spoke that into the speaker I was told I have to come inside. When I asked why she got pissed at me and said pull to the 1st window and speak to my mgr.

as I got to the window all I hear was shit talk about me. Mgr said girl thought it was door dash. She never asked and I even told her I wasn’t dressed to come inside. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my food while 6 employees stood around and laughed and joked around.

At least 2 cars behind me left. didn’t say a word and shut the window! I yelled that she needs to learn what communication! Disgusting lack of communication and customer service.

the wendys on cap. cir. nw in tallahassee, fla. never has chili when we go there, so they say. they are suppose to keep chili made fresh daily. this needs to be checked into and problem solved. the last 3 times hubby and I have been there in the last 3 wks they say they don't have any chili. I don't know the store number just their address at cap. cir. nw tallahassee, fla. Just left from Wendy's on poplar n Perkins in Memphis. and still no answer skip i went around. To the window.. seen the employees just lookin at me crazy n continued there conversations not any concern of serving . response.

specifically asked for warm/fresh chicken nuggets, said i didn't mind waiting. ordered 2 10 piece. cashier said nothing, no customer service, no nothing. some other guy came to window to ask about sauce. waited a few more minutes, food sitting in bag behind cashier, nothing.

finally the same other guy came to window and I asked for my food. nuggets were cold and tough again. is it too much to ask to get freshly prepared food? it is the same as the one I go to in Raleigh, nc on six forks rd.

I was a restaurant Mgr for twenty years and would never have allowed my restaurant to put out such an inferior product with such deplorable customer service. time to go somewhere else. no more of my money!

The Wendy’s in Nanakuli, Oahu was the worse experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant. Slow order, long wait, wrong order, no ice, no cup covers, no straws , wrong dressing, dirty tables and dirty restrooms and trash not emptied.

If you have made it through the 3 rd. grade in school, you are way overqualified to work for Wendy's. I placed an order at the drive thru. The person was in a real hurry not pleasant or welcoming at all.

I got to the window and paid for my order, I did not check my order but I should have. I went home 8 miles away. When I got home all of my order was not there. So I called the Wendy's when I was just at, and the person that answered the phone did not want to hear about my problem.

He was at lunch and ask if I could call back around 3 PM they would not be as busy and would have time to talk to me. The item was for my wife. Needless to say I was NOT HAPPY.

This call was made about 20 minutes after I got the order. I am on medication for a nervous condition and after this call I just lost…

I just went through the drive-through at Wendy’s and I ordered the biggie five meal deal. I was then asked if I wanted a medium or large. I said medium not really understanding the question. 10. 10 when I ordered the five dollar biggie meal.

Shouldn’t my subtotal be five dollars? 10. I told her I was only offered a medium or a large. I asked her if the small was five dollars and she said yes. I then said that they should offer small, medium or large not just medium or large.

My daughter went to Wendy's today at lunch time and ordered a family size chili. When it was handed out the drive through window it was so full it poured on her burning her hand. Stomach, and leg. She told the manager and she proceeded to curse at the help, told my daughter to pull forward and she would bring her chili another chili to her after taking hers back in the window.

When she brought it out all she did was just wipe off the excess from the container. She did not apologize or anything. She was very rude and did not even ask my daughter if she was ok. Her name on her name badge was Princess.
