I visited the same Wendy's yesterday and today at different times, ordered baked potato and neither time was it available!!! if they can not make a few potatoes then it needs to be taken off the menu. this is a regular thing at the majority of the Wendy's in Richmond At least. very frustrating

I ate at this Wendy's last night around 6:30 pm and it was a very bad experience. I ordered the classic chicken meal (medium) . the chicken was dry and the sandwich was just thrown on a bun and served.

when I brought it back up to the counter to tell the manager she said they were ''out of mayonnaise'' ! and it cost 12 dollars by the way which I think is outrageous especially for awful food.

Ordered 2 combos, was told to pull around bya girl who acted like she didn't want to be there.

Finally got a bag after waiting, but the food belonged to another family that was waiting. There was only 2 cars in drive through. Got my meal finally, but it was incomplete. So I walked in to let them know it was incomplete.

I knew then I had made a mistake order there. The manager walked up to the counter, never looked me in the eye, nene said can I help you... nothing. Once I told her about my oder it was just shrugged off and athe missing items have to me with no word.

The manager was slipping on the floor but the emplyee were just standing around. It's a total shit show now with people. No pride in their work and it all starts with management.

Kept repeating order, when asked if sauces, I said, No,, sack was full.. gal tilted hand when gave change, change fell to ground.. She said nothing she could do, Me handicapped had to get out recover change ordered 6 piece nuggents,,ONLY got 5 No receipt.

I had went in to order and confirmed my order then they got my whole meal wrong then after I sat down and opened my food the food was not even wrapped then after a few mins of eating my arm got itchy then found myself with a bug bite then saw bugs on the floor next to the table and the place looked like it hadn’t been clean for a week or so

and the customer service was so bad I will never go back again the only thing good there was my drink bad tasting food I’m wondering how it is still opened

Stood at the front counter for over 15mins. , not one single employee acknowledged me or my family. Totally ignored us. There were 6 employees behind the counter, not one said "welcome to wendys " or Ill be with you in a minute.

They werent busy or stacked up at the drive thru. No excuse for bad behavior. Rude and unbusiness like. We will NOT be going back to that retaurant.

The guy that works at my local Wendy’s called me a stupid bitch because I asked for my food to be hot. His name is Roy and the Wendys is 1292 North Opdyke Rd Auburn Hills, MI 48341 the number is 248-340-9030.

We went to Wendy’s for a quick treat. Husband went in at approximately 4:30 pm, August 8, 2023. Hot building, sticky counters. Purchased two chocolate frosty’s and a large fry. Frosty’s were warm and runny. Fries were cold and tasted of fish.

Husband took the items back in immediately and said they were unacceptable. Girl behind counter offered no refund nor a replacement. Said. Well it happens.

Bad service and even worse food. We were not offered a receipt.

I went to Wendy's around 6:05 pm to order my dinner. I was asked to repeat my order three times because the person taking the order was talking to someone else. The third time I was giving my order, I was cut off before I could finish.

The employee then said something else, I'm not sure what it was. But I got frustrated at that point and didn't order anything. The people at the Wendy's restaurant on 4th street in Charlottesville VA 22903 are usually unprofessional. But this particular employee was very very unprofessional.

Point is, these ratchet people really need to be trained properly on Customer Service. I don't know who this employee is because I never made it to the window. I hope this situation is taken care of promptly. Thank you

wendys in salem sucks. they don’t have good mangers who handle personal problems well at all. Children are always in the dining room smoking, yelling and swearing making it uncomfortable to eat there for a lot of the customers. managers are never around someone always has to look for one because the employees are constantly making mistakes on my order for myself and doordash included.

I also do doordash regularly and i’ve come in multiple times and had bad customer service from the light skin curly head kid in a manger shirt while waiting for multiple orders i had coming in. It looks like they never have enough people working because everyone always look so tired and stressed out.

including the manger who i’ve dealt with on multiple occasions.

I went thru the drive thru today in kingston ny and the section right before u order to the spot u order . I got up to the window to pay and they was there also. Not as bad but u had to roll ur window up afraid they would come in.

I said to the girl has anyone told u had bad they are. She said yes. They I got to the window and mentioned it to him as I did they was in my car.. I got stung by one of them.

I think they need to get someone there to spray or something

Hamburger received at hazel green, al location wasn't fully cooked and tomatoes was bad as well. Did not want food poisioning! Will not be returning for a while to this location. You would think that waiting 15 min in drive thru would insure a cooked burger.

The restrooms were so dirty, the floor was so greasy I almost slide on the it. 00 order. And the second female so called manage brought her male friend and started to bad mouth my son in law and instigating when she raised her voice at my son in law for no reason what so ever.

While we were there as a family the order of 3 more customers were not correctly executed. One customer came back after what appear he got home to find out his order was not right. I witnessed a order delivery gentleman come to pick up an order that was not filled due to lack of ingredients and was frustrated calling the customer he was picking up for.

My next step would be calling the health department due to lack of hygiene all the table needed to be wiped down by the customers because they were not clean. Hope…

I just went to the Wendy’s on Redwood road and about 8900 so. I got up to the spreader in the drive through. 00 grab bag, added a small strawberry shake. I then tried to order a large caramel coffe drink.

Upon trying to order the coffe drink the lady taking the order could not understand what I was trying to order. She asked me to pull forward, so I did. When I got to the window she told me how much my order is.

I then said I need to order to coffee drink, she still could not understand what I was asking for. Someone else that was working there helped her with what I was asking for. She asked me to pull forward to wait for my order, so I did.

When the girl brought out my food the only thing she brought out was the bag with food and the coffee drink. I said hey im missing the strawberry…

Ordered baked potato which was clearly on the outdoor drive thru menu was told sorry we don’t have baked potato. This is the second time this Wendy’s has said that to me. Wendy’s on the other side of town lists on the menu and provides them when ordered.

Wendy’s on 36 in Marysville, OH won’t. Frustrating! If it’s on your menu you should provide to the customer what they want. If it isn’t then don’t have it listed and take it off! Grocery is right across the road to buy some potatoes!

went to Wendy's at 55 Powder Springs St. Marietta GA on 8/5/2023 I witness an employee spraying something in, on and around a machine. I then over heard the employees saying that they had to kill all these ants. they then poured my soda from that same machine and I asked if that was bug spray and the girl at the window told me that she didn't know.

I told her that she was standing right there when the other employee was spraying it. she then said that she would go get the other employee. when she came I asked her if she was the manager and she told me yes.

Went to Wendy's in Benton, AR 72015 today August 4, 2023. It was lunch time and they were busy, which is not uncommon for them at this time of day. There was a young woman working the counter with blonde hair tied back into a ponytail hanging out beneath her hat.

We had a large order and the drive thru was backed into the street so we decided to go inside. The young lady didn't have a name badge on but I was definitely looking for her name. Wendy's on green street in Henderson kentucky are not wearing gloves manager included and handling every food item on the make table if I see it again I will not hesitate to call the health dept and I will make it a point to stand across the street holding signs letting the public know how disccustong they are.

I went to the Wendy's at 111 WW White road in San Antonio Texas I was on my 30 minute lunch break and is it was my turn to be served the girl at the register walked away and started talking to the guy making the fries and I asked her if she could help me because I was on my break she told me she'd be right with me but

she never came to help me and there was three people behind me in line so I stood there and waited for her to help me but she never came to help me so I had to end up leaving and going somewhere else to eat.

I don't know why she ignored me all I wanted to do was eat a nice meal from Wendy's but this was bad service or no service at all!

Was treated badly at Wendy's in Altoona Iowa on August 1st at 11:02. Jonathan was my clerk. He never says hello,his response is "what do you want". Never any eye contact. Almost like he doesn't like elderly people. He treats my 80 year old friend the same.

We get free drink because we are seniors but he hates it. I never got my drink yesterday. This isn't the first time he has treated us this way.

Went to the Wendy’s on US 19 in Pinellas Park Florida through the drive thru and attempted to place an order proceeded to the window and was told the price was fourteen dollars and change. At that point I knew the order was screwed up.

I then received two sandwiches and a small strawberry shake. I told the kid who was the same that took my order it wasn’t right, I told him I wanted fries and another milk shake. He replied that I didn’t tell him that.

If you say supersize the order it should be common sense fries and a drink would come with it. I then parked my car and went in to get another milkshake and fries. I went to Wendy's on Broadway in North Little Rock, AR. At the drive Thru began to place my order, which would have been one #1 single with a coke, two $6 biggie bags and 3 Grilled chicken wraps. As I was placing my order.

I realized that I couldn't see what the $6 biggie bags that I was purchasing for my two grand daughters whom was with me at the time consisted of. " Then she replied If you can't see how are you driving!

I ordered food tonight. I had to 10 minutes before I could order my food and there was nobody in front of me through the drive thru. Get to the window and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food.

Which was the #1 Dave’s single medium combo and a jr cheesbruger kids meal. When I got my food I checked TJ make sure we got everything and of course after waiting all that time we still ended up with cold fries and both sandwiches weren’t all that hot either.

We went to the Wendy’s on Sunset Blvd in Steubenville Ohio. It was the filthiest Wendy’s I have ever been in. The floors were dirty and sticky. The restaurant smelled and I’m not talking about food aromas. Employees were standing out front smoking and one employee had a chronic cough.

The doors were filthy and the bathrooms. We decided not to eat there. I’m really not sure how they passed a health inspection.

I visit our local Wendys a lot. 75. Today our Dawsonville Ga. store lost so much business. They had both doors locked so it was drive through only and taking forever to get through the line as customers were complaining at the window.

1 star. Wendy’s on 8mile and mound In Detroit. I work nearby place order at drive through. Often have to wait for order and then it’s wrong. Today 7/28 I order a #10 home style a large chili and a Dr Pepper.

Wanted a salad didn’t have any salads at all. Chicken sandwich was spicy and not Asiago with bacon just spicy chicken. Not a Dr Pepper got Pepsi instead. Large chili was about half full, also ordered a frosty Wanda chocolate but only had strawberry. 56.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes and order was totally wrong. This has happened on more than one occasion here I’ve just had it. Or shopping here ever anymore. Terrible franchise and an insult to the Wendy brand.

Wendy's in Oakland, TN. Needs new management, had dinner inside the store on 7/27/23 about 5:30 in the evening. Followed employees in and they smell like Pot. Placed order, were out of baked potatoes, napkins, medium cups and the drink station was out of diet coke and tea.

Had to get drinks behind the counter. Drink station was nasty along with the store.

If I could give negative rating I would! The whole entire staff working the night of Friday July 28th 2023 from at least 10pm-1am! I am a Dasher and the lady's working intentionally over looked me after waiting an unbelievable amount of time in the drive thru with my 1yr old!

I have dealt with the employees working tonight several times and have had some trouble but was able to manage up until now at 12:20am and I'm extremely disappointed and offended! They cost me every single order I had tonight and I only made barely $10 and I still had change in my account smh!

They should have to pay me the difference in what I made and what I should have made! I wish I could sit here and go into detail about this situation but this is by far the absolute worst customer service I have EVER had and…

Went to the bardstown rd location, near hikes on in Louisville KY. Around 5, I went through the drive thru & was told the store will be closed for 15-20 minutes for “shift change”. I worked in fast food for MANY years of my life.

As a shift supervisor at that. & never in my 30 years of life have I heard of a “shift change” at a fast food restaurant. I find it should be against company policy to close the store in the middle of the day.

The wendys on 2845 kirby parkway memphis tn 38119. Is ridiculous we placed an mobile order and been in line for 30 minutes and for us to come to the window and still have to wait on in the mobile order parking .

They are making us wait at the speaker for at least 20 minutes as what it feels like it. I haven’t been to this location in about 5 months and today on 07/26/23 i decided to come here see new faces and the service is still the same

I went thru the drive thru today and set in line for 45 mins, 2 cars behind me actually left after ordering food! After paying for my food (over $50) and leaving I realized I had no straws, no bbq sauce and was missing 2 large orders of fries! Ordered buy one get one single. Ordered 2 get 2. Total of 4 burgers. Got only 2 When I asked why it wasn’t in the bag they said you will have to drive around and re order. So I left.

The burgers were cold and the fries. The meat was cooked earlier. Received only one frosty. Ordered 2 and 2 cokes. So attendants were not trained. The service was not friendly but confused. Texarkana new Boston rd location.

The Wendy's on L St in Omaha, Ne is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever walked into. I got in the drive thru just to grab a soda and waited at least 5 minutes and the car two cars in front of me still hadn't ordered.

I then decided to park in a spot and go inside. I walked in and it immediately looked really shabby. There was an employee getting himself a soda and he walked right past me without even greeting me and went to the kitchen area.

Another boy looked at me, didn't say a word and went to the drive thru area. I could see 3 employees at the back area and not one of them acknowledged me. I waited 5 minutes and then called to the back asking if someone could help me. No one acknowledged me.

I proceeded to wait a couple more minutes and was ready to walk out and go elsewhere…

My name is Victoria Johnson. I was offended. I am still puzzled as to what was so hilarious during my visit on July 23, 2023 @ 11:30pm on Rabon rd columbia sc. I ordered a # 1 single hot and juicy cheeseburger w/ lettuce, tomatoes, onion and no mustard or ketchup, laughter erupts from the crew and I was asked to repeat my order by 2 more staff and more laughter.

I couldn't figure what so funny and staff said it's going to be dry and I repeat why it should be hot and juicy as the description indicates. With all that laughter I got a dried up burger with cold cheese, tomatoes onion pickles.

Worse service ever from my late night drive thru crew. 0 stars

Been there 4 times in 4 weeks and still no ice you advertise open late but they take 1 order at a time pull you up you wait. Got 3 bacon cheese fries one made rite one half the bacon tore up the third they just layed it on top waited 5 min to order they made fries but throw it together after waiting and the managers rite there.
