My family went to Wendy’s and poor service. We had ordered our food and one was a baked potato and the cashier said they had some. But nope. So we paid for our food then she tells us no baked potatoes are ready and that’s fine but just asked for money back.

Our order was still on counter so we hadn’t touched it. She says sorry no refunds. She said only manager can give refunds and that person wasn’t there. But you had assisted manager and not able to give refunds and she was right there listening and did nothing. Poor business

This complaint is about your store in crittenden ky this is the 3rd time I've stopped in at around 5pm and they never have baked potatoes and they automatically substitute french fries without telling you this is getting old. Apple juice in a bottle was purchase today by my Husband for me by going into restaurant. When he brought it out to the vehicle I noticed right off something was wrong with it. It was more than just cloudy it looked like swamp water.

Greenish, grayish ,whitish darkest muck. /Expired May2033. The worst was when he returned and politely explained the problem he was told they would not take it back or return any money. That was that, my husband was pissed . This entire mess took all of 2 minutes and yet they would not return it.

He just left it there unfortunately. This needs to be checked into, expired apple JUICE in this condition can make a person very sick. As can attitudes and rudeness. This is the second incident we have endured at this location while traveling thru North Bay. Never…

I went to your Wendy's restaurant on 7/23/23 @ approximately 2:45pm. The drive/ -thru had about 8-9 cars in front of me and about 4-5 behind me. When I finally got to the drive-thru speaker I was told by the employee "they were very busy between the drive-thru and lobby and she was told to suggest that I go somewhere else because the wait will be long". Are you kidding me?

The car in front of me, with an entire family inside from Georgia, was told the same thing. Is Wendy's making that much money to turn customers away? Who is the manager that can't manage some volume? They need to be fired.

The franchise owner should lose his license with Wendy's. Very, very sad. I never experienced anything like this.

I recently worked for this company. At first I was very thankful for the opportunity until I began to see that the "OLD" goat at the Paintsville, Ky location is nothing but mean, rude and very disrespectful of anyone that's not over her or kissing her behind.

If she doesn't like you there's no satisfying her no matter how hard you work. I worked very hard and got several compliments from others but never got a good word from her. I feel sorry for those younger people and teenagers that start out at that place, they're going to think all managers are mean and treat others like garbage "unless she knows your family" or you kiss her behind you don't have a chance.

She kept me so nervous that I couldn't do anything right when she was around because I knew she was going to scream and complain…

Completed a mobile order once there the order wasn’t ready so I was instructed to park in a parking space. Once he brought out the food and drinks the soda wasn’t properly in the drink holder and the sodas spilled everywhere in my car and on me.

Went to look in the bag for napkins there wasn’t any in there. Noticed I was missing food items he went back in to get them. I paid extra for a strawberry lemonade that I never received. Once I was home look like they just threw the burgers in a wrapper, the Pattie’s wasn’t on the bun.

Placed an order on the Wendy’s app. Went to pickup and I was at the wrong location apparently. The manager I quest got on the speaker and told me they didn’t have my order. She tells me the address at the location I was currently at.

The manager got an attitude w me when I asked her for the address of the location I needed to go to and she told me to Google it.

Store #9316 on 2301 Marietta blvd NW needs to be closed down.

So I take my son to Wendy’s Saturday morning to grab a quick bit to eat and I ordered two chicken biscuits. I asked them could they make my order fresh and the man who took my order say yes. So I pull up to the next window, where the guy who took my order, then took my payment method, and proceeded to give me my order. Some African American women comes around the corner with the bag and he proceeds to hand me the bag. I checked my order because I know how it is at Wendy’s, so when I look at my order it look like the chicken had been sitting there all morning and all they did was drown it with honey butter sauce. I will rate a 2 because I dash at this store at night and the customer service is always horrible. Now as a customer I get the same service from the same person who is the manager. She has an attitude every encounter I have with her.

I just tried to use my rewards points to redeem for a baconator that she refused to honor she told me no and that I could not use it. Not because the system was down but because it was me.

This new Wendy’s will not last with horrible customer service like this.

I stopped at exit 100 in Marshfield mo and got chili at Wendy’s. As I ate the chili I ate a piece of plastic that was in the spoon I was eating. I called Wendy’s several times and no answer.

This is not acceptable and I have no way to get in contact with anyone at that restaurant to express my concern of plastic being inside of my chili.

I went to the Wendy's in Natalia, Texas store 48 address 21548 FM 471 South on July 15th at 11:15 pm and went to the drive thru only to be told they were closed but I could come in and order which made no sense but anyway I went in and placed my $35 dollar order and when I got home I was missing the Asiago chicken ranch burger and

a double baconator and a large fry I tried calling but there was no answer and I tried calling the next day several times throughout the day and still no answer I need either my money refunded for these items or given my burgers and fries that I was cheated out of so I hope you make this right.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning, bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. No cheese, small piece of egg, so hard you could not get your teeth threw it and the bacon was so crispy, when you went to eat it, it fell apart. Will never buy another sandwich from that location again.

Ordered a strawberry shake. Buy one get another for a dollar. Small shake and the one for a dollar was about 75% smaller. Add leads you believe the additional item will be the same size as the one you ordered.

Can't get ahold of anyone from the speak out hotline. No phone number directly to human resources. My mother is being harassed and her boss is blackmailed to stay when she asked for a transfer to get away from the drama.

She doesnt want to leave the company shes been there maybe 20 yesrs. Im encouraging her to leave cuz I also worked at wendys and made a complaint of sexual assault and harassment (when i was under age) only to be told nothing can be done and have the man informed that I made a complaint.

I am very unhappy about an experience that happened at one of your stores the other day. I paid online and did not get food or a refund! I also put money into a Wendy’s account and it will not let me use it!

I called customer service to get my money back and he tells me that he can’t tell me when it will be returned because it has to go through about 5 levels of management. 00+ change and it sounds like you could keep it indefinitely.

I sat on the phone for over 30 minutes to get a Customer Care Manager that spoke so soft you could barely hear him , and didn’t seem to care about making my awful experience right. You pay online and go to get your food and the guy there says the computer is down, so he can’t give you food or your money back!

There were a lot of angry customers there…

My husband and I visited the Tiffin, Ohio Wendy's around 9:30pm on July 7, 2023. 00 worth of food ( 2 single combos). Price is ridiculous by the way... We hadn't eaten all day and Wendy's sounded good. We went through the drive-thru and took our meals home.

When I began to eat my single I couldn't chew it. It was dried out and burnt. My husbands was a bit better but not by much. I threw the rest of my sandwich away. I began not feeling well the next morning.

I have never had a bad meal at Wendy's until this happened. Wendy's will not be my first choice the next time we go out to eat!!

My husband and I stopped by the Wendy’s drive thru for 2 frosty’s around 9:30pm on Sunday night. We pull in parking lot and there were right at 10 cars ahead of us. We looked inside and saw 1 employee sleeping on a bench in the dining room.

1 man was mopping behind the counter, 1 young man playing on his phone, propped on the deep fryer, 1 young man standing talking on his phone, 1 young lady trying to take orders and 1 young lady dropping food in deep fryer with no gloves. Customers started to pull out of line and leave.

We timed it from the second we got in line till we placed our order was 10 minutes also, we ordered chocolate frosty but they were out of all flavors except Strawberry. The total time in the drive thru was 30 minutes! That is unacceptable!

When I ask you to make a burger, a specific way, then do it! Specific people and children want their sandwiches a specific way! Is this too much to ask?? I went to Wendy's on Annapolis Rd in Enterprise shopping center in Lanham MD. The drive thru person/manager was not customer service friendly. I ordered 2 #9's , a medium seasoned potatos and frosty vanilla coffee. When I got my coffee it was very little vanilla, she said that's how it comes.

I went inside and she remade, now it taste like watered down coffee. My next complaints is all of the meals were cold and stale tasting like they had been sitting on a warmer for hours. My coke was straight syrup no carbonate.

This was a very awful breakfast experience. No thank you for eating here again. Would like a refund but never received a receipt so that I can send it in.

This is not the first time i have had really bad service at this Wendy's ..over the months i have given them a 2nd 3rd even 4th chance. .. they do not have some of the most popular item or even the new ones. today the excuse for not being able to get Chile was ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,they did not make any,.,, who decides what food to make or not make,.,. especially on a Holiday.. Something has to be done about getting poor service and food that is supposed to be on menu when the place is open for service.. OH i can go to the Wendy's on 34th st but it is about 4 miles away.. I have not ever had issues with that location.

The food is why I go to Wendys always great never had a problem but I have to say going mobile isn’t the way to getting it fast! I waited in Line for over 20 minutes then when I get to the window the woman said it wasn’t t ready & I waited while 4 more cars ordered & received. We ordered our food, drove to the windiw and proceeded to have an issue with instructing window employee on how to do the tap system to pay our tab. I finally had to go inside where i encountered the manager.

I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger & a lg do w/ extra ice. I was not told how much my order was at the speaker or at the window nor was I given a receipt. The lady working at the window was very rude.

Had to make my drink twice before she got it right. The food was cold as usual. She handed me everything including my card at once & said here’s your stuff. Not a thank you, have a nice day,, come back, kiss my ass, go to hell, or nothing.

Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, they prove me right! Won’t ever be back. Probably won’t be in business long. If I was the owner, I would be ashamed.

Today in a conversation with a friend I was told Wendy's has the best breakfast I will never go to McDonald's again . I have never had Wendy's breakfast so I had to give it a try. Went through ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich combo with no sausage so when I pay the lady hands me my sprite and ask that I pull forward and I did.

It must have been five minutes or so she walks out with my food and because I ordered a special sandwich I thought nothing of it. When I arrived at work one block from this location I pulled it out of the bag and it was cold as ice the potatoes were as hard as if they were potatoe chips .

My husband and I stopped at Wendy’s on our way out of town. Neither one of us had eaten all day and wanted to put something on our stomachs. Wendy’s was right by the highway ant it would be three or more hours before we would have dinner.

My husband’s order was ok, I ordered a Jr Cheeseburger with no ketchup. I got a burger patty on an ice cold bun , with a slice of cold cheese that wasn’t going to melt because the burger was only lukewarm.

My husband tried to take it back but all the doors were locked. This was at 12:30 in the after 6/25/23. It was the Wendy’s on M99 right by the speedway. My husband was so angry. I just told him don’t worry about it.

He was frustrated with them and concern about me eating. This was truly a disappointment. Not sure about returning to your store anytime…

I would like to place a complaint against the manager at the Erie, PA Buffalo rd Wendys. I was in this restaurant on Sunday June 25, 2023. The drive thru was a little busy but so was the lobby. I myself waited 45 minutes for my meal because they were more concerned about the drive thru.

The young gentleman that was working the lobby was by himself and there were at least 3 people over in drive thru. The young gentleman was doing the best he could taking orders and at one point the manager called him away from the register and yelled at him and dropped the "f" bomb where it could be heard in the lobby.

00 I worked 12 hours was taking home to my family bought 3 baked potatoes was smashed and brown the only thing these potatoes was worthy of was the trash can . Dave’s double Lettuce was old and wilted cheese was hard burger under cooked tomatoes was nasty.
