After many failed attempts to place an online order I went inside to place my order. I told them the problem I had placing my order online and asked them to match the online price. After many more failed attempts the manager said there was nothing they could do.

Picking up my dinner yesterday June 21 around 6:30 pm and the young girl at the window (64th and Meyer Blvd. Kansas City 64131) mixed up my order and instead of apologizing she scolded me (a 70 yr. old man) saying I needed to pay more attention when she repeated my order.

I said I'm so sorry and saw the manager laugh. Totally rude and disrespectful. I have been a very longtime customer and certainly think the employees at this location are way out of line.

On June 14th I was hired went in for orientation the manager tells me to sit down then says to me in the dinning room you have a felony. We don't hire those. I was so insulted and embarrassed I said ok and walked out.

The Wendy’s restaurant on Taylor Road in Port Orange is so disorganized, some mornings not even open. The menu board is never changed to breakfast. One employee threw the coffee pot at another employee and broke it and there was no coffee for five days.

Employees are rude management is non-existent Took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through with only one car ahead of me. I really enjoy all of Wendy’s food, but I will not be returning again. The salads are not prepared on time for lunch.

I can’t imagine the amount of income Wendy’s is losing from this restaurant.

My husband and i visited Wendy's in Powdersprings Ga. The Wendy's off Powderspring Rd 1110, i beleive the address was. Associates eating out of fries while in front of customer, associate cursing in front of customer. No ice in machine sodas were flat, but yet they stand around laughing and joking and cursing.

I saw the score was a 96 the reason we stopped but this will be the last time I eat at this Wendy's. There is saying you got time to lean u got time to clean.

I went to your location in Powder Springs and ordered a asiago chicken club. They did not put the bacon on it so I went around the second time which took about a total of 15 minutes in line. They made another sandwich with the bacon when I’ve been into the sandwich, I looked down.

My daughter, age 16, works for the Putnam Ct Wendy. She worked today- June 17 2023 for a visiting manager from Plainfield Ct. My daughter came down w a stomach bug- vomiting 8 times- was told she was not allowed to leave and she was not permitted to throw up in the bathroom.

Instead she was given a cup to vomit in. The manager asked her to stay for an extended shift, when she declined, the manager then told her she had poor work ethic and would make sure to get her fired.

Besides the blatant health code violations- this woman created a hostile work environment and created relational aggression. This being my daughters first job- I’m absolutely horrified with how this manager interacted with her impressional and novice staff and made her feel unsafe and unworthy.

My husband and I have been going to our locale Wendy’s almost daily seeing if the frosty machine is up and running because we are craving one and every time we go we are treated rudely by teenage staff at the drive-through or we are given food that is burnt deliberately (the entire bun). We take our food back in and it is made wrong again! We both worked for Wendy’s in the past and this is not acceptable for employees to be so rude and downright nasty to your customers!

Every time I go to the Wendy's on diverse and Narragansett in Chicago I wait in line just to get up to the window and every time they tell me they cannot take my Wendy's gift cards I've asked them several times to put a sign by the ordering station they say they will they never do make me wait in line for nothing.

I tried to order food but the men were doing the yard work around wendys and put grass and dirt all over me. I cleaned up and ordered when the man was weed eating and shot a rock into my windshield.

I received my food which the order was wrong. Had to go back in and still they gave me the wrong food. I asked for a receipt but they gave me the wrong receipt. I went back in again for the correct receipt and was covered again with dirt and grass.

Finally received the correct receipt, but the burgers had cheese on them when I requested no cheese. I was picking up food for my office and here I was with dirt and grass all over me and in my hair that I had just had done at the stylist.

Cooked kids meal chicken nuggets with Buffalo spicy chicken. Granddaughter couldn't eat because her nuggets were too spicy. Would only give a refund if I gave her toy back, so they could throw it in the trash in front of her crying.

All went through rhe drive through on my work lunch break at 11:45pm. I ordered a baked potato, a large chili, a bacon pretzel burger an a small coke. The woman told me that they were out of baked potoes and instead asked me if I wanted to do the combo meal with my large chili and cherry coke since there aas no regular coke.

I only had 30 minutes for lunch so I said yes. When I got back to work, all that was given to me was the small cherry coke and a small bacon pretzel burger with NO bacon on it. 94.

I wouldn't even give this group 1 star. This was the worst service I have ever had. In Bellefontaine ohio store 2837. They know they didn't give me my 10 burger in the drive thru. All of the associates were rude and demanding I bring my bags in.

But that's OK that's the last $25 I will ever spend at wendys

We went into the Wendy's in Minooka and not only was the place disgusting. The service was horrible. The crew acted as if they didn't care. And we're so rude. We left there with cold fries and I specifically said no onions on both our biggie bag due to I'm very allergic to onions.

And what do you know. BOTH HAVE ONIONS!! I can't eat my food... I try to call and complain and no answer.

I visited Wendy’s located on Centerville hwy in Snellville, GA at approximately 6:20 pm on Sunday June 11th. I ordered a #1 single and asked for no onions. When I received my burger, it seemed as if someone took the burger from the trash and attempted to take the onions off to no avail. It was extremely gross.

No lettuce and a borage of mayonnaise. Disgusting.

My wife and I get a Cobb salad at the drive-thru every Sunday after church... EXCELLENT salad! No comparison to the salad we used to get at Dairy Queen for about the same price. , Fishers, IN 46038 I only file this "complaint" to inform you that the associate who serves at the drive thru has no smile... no thank you... just a blank stare....

zero personality for a position where he meets the public. I figured you would like to know... as would any other business. It is amazing how far a smile and a "thank you" go to making good customer relations. Today I thanked him and smiled as usual... no recognition or response.

59 for the baconator seemed high considering I got one tiny patty and one strip of bacon. The fries were old and cold too. This is the third try for this wendys and YOUR OUT! I really like wendys and this is close to my house but I will go a further distance to Mcdonalds or taco bell for correct orders and good customer service.

I had a drive through mobile order today at Wendy’s located at 8524 s university, Denver CO, 80210. This my 3rd or 4th time at this store. We used the do Chick fill a on Fridays for my little daughter, and a few weeks ago she wanted to change to Wendy’s.

In the last times I drove through to the pickup window and took my order. I never noticed that there is a speaker that I should check in at first, and no one at the pick up window told me that I needed to check in before arriving to the pickup window.

Today around 4:00 when I arrived to the pickup point, I was told that I need to go inside for this order! I was confused and had my little one in the car, so I told them can I know why?

Host: Juana Store: 3275 6333 W Eight Mile Rd, Detroit, MI I purchased 3 large chili (that were only partially filled) and 3 ten piece orders of chicken nuggets. I asked for hot mustard dipping sauce (6) and received none.

I asked at the window for hot sauce for my chili and was advised that they were out. When I spend more than $30 to feed 3 people, I expect better service and consideration than that! I am extremely disappointed with that particular location.

Currently sitting at Wendy’s now in Hendersonville TN. My mom fell in the bathroom and cut her fingers pretty bad. I asked for a band aide and they refused. They said we could say we found it in the food. That is absolutely absurd.

I am a nurse and constantly helping people. Who knew giving a bandaid to help someone would ever be against the rules. We will not be back here. Not because of the food , but because decent human beings including the general manager who refused to come talk to me, could not help.

Long wait for food while watching 3 male employees walking around and talking. One male got himself a drink while I was waiting for my order (mobile app order). I told him I needed my drinks and frostys. He told the one employee that was working and said “chica tripp’n” where I could hear it.

I went to the Wendy’s on Michigan Avenue and Venoy, in Wayne Michigan and had a very unpleasant experience. I placed my Oder via the drive thru. I ordered a boho chicken biscuit, with extra butter and the three dollar breakfast special.

Upon receiving my order, I checked and saw there were three sandwiches and proceeded to drive home. I discovered then that the chicken biscuit were bread only. I drove back, went unsaid to complain. The manager corrected the ordered, but threw the bag on the counter with an angry attitude.

Waited at the drive thru 20 minutes and never got to the speaker. Only 3 cars in front of us when we started We finally drove off. We always have to wait extremely too long You need to fire this entire crew and start over.

This location is BY FAR one of the worst wendys out there. From the wait times to food quality, to the customer service, they deserve ZERO stars. I am posting this complaint in regards to an incident that occurred today. I was in line at the Harshman Wendy's, and they seemed to be having problems with the drive thru. The drive thru clerk asked for our order 5 times and we would hear him talking to someone else over top of us so it took a long time to order. At the window he had our order wrong 4x and it wasn't remotely what we wanted, we ordered son of baconator meal & junior bacon double stack.

He gave double stack finally i bit it and it was SPICY TOO HOT he wouldnt take it back and give what i ordered then told us to park and wait. Its been 12 minutes now we still dont have food and i can't eat this peppery burger my husband is diabetic needs to eat fries are cold the clerk is high on something and we are from Oregon.

Its closing it's midnight we paid twice and no food. My mouth wont stop burning I'm hungrt for the night. Thanks wendys. We spent $20 & for what. worst place ever.

LSt week we went to Wendy’s and ordered a chicken nugget kids meal. When we paid I thought the price was too low. 79 more. I said no problem. We paid they forgot to put the French fries in and I said I payed for a kids meal.

She snatched the bag out of my hand and thru in the fries. We left forgot the pop so I went back and the manager topped her eyes and seemed mad. We went today orday and they messed up our order again.

Horrible Service @ store #12188: 2668 Windy Hill Rd, South (770)984-9766 Bought $14.26 worth of food, and it was horrible, called spoke with Jordan the manager he told me to come back he will refund money, went back up to the store he had left and the manager that was on shift would not refund it. This will be my last time ever as a customer of this establishment going back / I was served hard chicken nuggets the jr. cheeseburger had nothing but bread and meat, no condiments, and French fries was salty! I work overnight I order a biggie bag and I order an cheese fries. The fries was cold. It looks like somebody throws on she's there. It was not even melt the Coke tasted more like water than nothing else when I told her something about it she was with a little attitude also I.

Always buy the biggie bag in order to pay the difference for the cheesy Fries And the lady told me that that they find the whole purpose of the big bag and she was not gonna do it. I never had problem with you guys.

I'm Pregnant and I always like my cheese melt in the fries. But that's kind of sad that She was without it too.
