OK I went to the one on Main Street in Norman Oklahoma and I hate to say it but it was the most disgusting meal that I have ever had from fast food place. The french fries were ice cold the hamburger was so cold that the cheese didn’t even melt the lettuce was wilted I don’t know how because the hamburger wasn’t hot.

The hamburger bun was so dry that it just crumbled all over I’m sorry, but there is no excuse for this type of service. I will never ever go back to another Wendy .

I was given two moldy frosty’s. Im disgusted and I don’t ever want to go to the Wendy’s at 1753 Macland Rd SW Marietta, GA 30064 United States. Clearly the frosty machine does NOT get cleaned as much as it should as seen I bit into a clump of blue cheese texture piece.

Luckily I stopped my special needs client before he could eat his which also had mold bits in them.

I needed to leave my truck today in the Wendy's parking lot on Division at the Y. It needs towing and the driver cant get it until tomorrow. I told the manager, Ashley, and she stopped everything and came outside with me.

She moved her car to accommodate mine to make sure it would be under the surveillance camera. She locked my truck keys in the store safe giving all managers notice regarding the tow driver. She invited me inside to wait for my ride if i wanted.

On top of that she said that she would be there in the morning at 4 AM if needed. I seldom encounter people with so much character and graciousness. If possible, please make sure someone higher up knows how to best utilize this review.

I plan to thank her personally as soon as my truck gets repaired!

only accepting cash because their card reader is down. This has been going on forever now, just waited in a huge line, only to get to the window and be told this, the lady was extremely rude, yelling at me.

Put a big sign out or something, maybe come outside and tell customers what's going on, instead of having us sit for 5 minutes for nothing!! obviously you do not care about your customers at all!! Went to Culver's, the most nicest professional people every single time!! central time.

I recently visited the Northlake location in Charlotte NC. I appreciate Wendy's offering service via Drive Thru in spite of the dining room renovations. I went out to lunch Wednesday 5/17/23 before a meeting and was very disappointed in the service.

There were numerous customers walking back to the window with complaints and incorrect orders. I order a Daves Single and it as well as the fries was uneatable. I understand we have to hire the youth but the crew you had there showed no professionalism or Customer Focused service.

I tossed the entire meal including the tea. I would have a discussion with that sites manager and get that turned around. There are a lot of corporate customers in that area. After returning to the office, I was told by my staff that if known I was going to that…

I purchased a grilled chicken wrap combo at #00010466 at the take-out window. The sandwich was very sparse, the lettuce appeared old and it all fell-apart after opening. It felt more like a $.99 taco from Taco Bell then a $9.99 combo from Wendy's.

I just finished my sweet tea that I got with my combo this afternoon. I heard something at the bottom, knowing it couldn’t be ice, because it has been sitting on the counter and end table all afternoon. I looked at the bottom and I saw the screw. I am absolutely appalled!

I just got through checking the other two drinks that I purchased this afternoon. There is nothing in the bottom of them. My one year old grandson could have gotten a hold of that drink, taken the top off and swallowed that screw!! Thank God he didn’t!

Went to the Wendy's in Cadiz OH last night and ordered a chicken wrap. It was more of a tiny snack! A tortilla with about a tablespoon of chicken with maybe an eighth of a leaf of lettuce. 99 you'd expect a wrap!

What I got was far from a wrap. It was more of a tiny snack that should be offered on the sides menu.

Location in Grenada Ms soap dispenser in bathroom not working and hasn’t for a while. Full of soap but unable to use soap dispenser. Manager laughed when employee reported. Unsanitary not to be able to use soap after using restroom and no way for employees to appropriately wash their hands. Poor management.

Hello yesterday my husband and I were vacationing in Kingston and decided to go to nearby Wendy on Warren St Kingston,. I ordered the tacos salad like I had done many time before. This was the worse meal I ever had.

The lettuce had so much brown inedible lettuce and it had cheese that had been grated fora few days as it was slimmy. I was not given any dressing. The chili was not up to standard either. It was obviously made with precooked burger paddies as they had big pieces, a can of pork and bean and I was lucky if I had 4 kidney beans.

It was horrible and I would not consider returning. My hubby had two junior cheeseburgers and a baked potato and he said they were not bad. I just believe that since as a customer you pay so for food these days that it should at least meet a edible…

My 16 year old daughter works at a Wendy's. She works from 5 pm to 10 pm throughout the week, and 9 until 5 on the weekends. Her manager only gives her one day off. She's been there for two week and she's still not set in the system so she can clock in.

I spoke with the manager last night when I did pick up to ask her why she doesn't give my daughter a break. She was so rude and sarcastic when she said "the only thing your daughter do is work the back window.

For the past FOUR (4) times that I have visited this Wendy's, my order has been WRONG! This has happened every time I go through that drive-thru! Either an item or items are missing, or the order is inaccurate! Each time I have had to go into the restaurant to FIX their error.

The lights were out, pulled up to the order speaker, was told that their card reader was down. This seems like an excuse not to serve customers. The person at the window claimed not to know that their lights were off.

I have been a Wendy's customer for over 40 years and this is not the type of service that I have been given in the past. This is the second time this location has had an excuse not to serve customers.

I went by another time and the supply truck was there, they said they could not serve me. Both of these incidents occurred at night. This one was at 840pm est. This location is in the Winn Dixie shopping center off baymeadows near 295.

We placed our order it came we sat down to eat and everything was cold! Out cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers the buns were cold and spongy and the fries were maybe Luke warm! So I took the sandwiches back up to the counter ter and ask if they could please warm these up enough the cheese would melt they took our burgers and then brought us new ones in just a few minutes, and they were just like the first ones. So, you probably do t care but we won't be eating at Wendy's any more because this has happened the last five or six times we have eaten here . Also the attendant rolled her eyes at me when I took them back.

We went to the Wendy's drive thru in Marion Va. And order 1 $5 biggie bag and 1 $6 biggie bag total came over $14. When we ask the cashier why it was so high she said her district manager told her to ring it up as a medium fry and drink if we do not specifically tell them the small. This is false advertisement.

This is the last time we will go to Wendy's. If we want a medium fry and drink that's what we would have order.

Went to Wendys 4:40 pm sat there 3 to 5 minutes needed to get quick supper and go. No one ask what I wanted I drove to the pickup window and there they all were. No one seemed busy. They said I would have to go back to the window to order. Sounds stupid right?

If I was like that at my job I would not have lasted 26 yrs. I would have been written up.. They are not as good as the Clemmons Wendys. I'm sure they will cover themselves. I refused to drive around again because she just couldn't do the order there.

I drove to McDonald's and got right through. Yes I paid more but they were at their post ready to work. The guy at the window said yea we've heard. You should do a surprise inspection. I give them no star at all.

Ordered online for a family of 7 so it was a bigger order. Waited 40 minutes for it to be completely filled. Cashier made a rude comment. Called and complained to the manager at the time and she could have cared less.

Got food home, fries were cold and soggy, burgers and chicken all tasted as if they sat in the warmers to long. Chicken was hard and chewy. Awful awful experience after spending $50+ to get out. Which we do not do often.

The night before leaving on vacation, 4/4/23, I visited the Wendy’s Store at 5771 Maxtown Rd. I ordered 2 Salads for carry out, 1 Apple Pecan and 1 Parm Caesar. When I got home I discovered that neither of them had Chicken.

I called the store and only received a voice recording asking me to leave a msg. I did so and left my number for a return call; which, I never received. Back from vacation now and looking for my Chicken.

Today Sunday we went to eat a couple of sandwiches at Wendy's on Linton Blvd Delray Beach FL. It is the worst experience of our lives. We felt dirty at that place. We are not going back there soon. This Wendy's is the worst fast food restaurant in Delray Beach. What a pitty!

Drive thru in Lexington, NC. The only Wendy’s in the area. Sat in line 20 minutes.

Finally got to speaker and waited another five minutes to be told by employee that they were closed. Drove up to window and asked why they were closed and was told for personal reasons. PERSONAL not PERSONNEL. The last three times we have been to this Wendy’s the service in the drive thru has been awful.

The wait times are long. It seems as though management must be lacking. I should have known better than to try to get food there. I won’t waste my time again will be telling everyone I know about the horrible no service you receive there.

Your Store in Enfield, CT (294) Tried denying me my Doordash Orders that were already paid for and prepared, because I wouldn't move up out of the drivethrough, even though I couldnt even do so because they had already moved up other vehicles so as to not exceed their 600 second timer per car.

Even though nobody had their orders yet and all were waiting. The Manager John and a young Hispanic Looking Employee were yelling obscenities at me telling me I wasnt going to get my orders unless I left.. mind you, Wendy's is contractually obligated through their affiliation with doordash to provide the orders which were already Paid for.

The Manager and the young employee made me feel very threatened by their language and tones. And this isnt the first similar incident I've had with this store.…

Ordered a #4 - chicken sandwich Ali g with a Cobb salad. 76! Did not receive the fries, the sandwich was cooked too long, no napkins and a spoon given to eat the salad. Did not return because we were to far from restaurant before realizing.

I went to Wendy’s (45 Commerce Way, Plymouth MA) with my husband to purchase four double cheese burgers with sides. I never in my LIFE saw burgers so thin. Two burgers should have equaled one in width in one sandwich.

When I say thin I mean paper thin. Why are you making them so small and don’t say it’s the fad. Not even enough to feed your grandchildren who likes just the meat alone. What in gods name are you thinking.

This past week we went to Burger King and McDonalds to compare. Burger King wins! At least you can taste the burger. I purchased Wendy’s gift cards for my husband for birthdays and holidays because he says Wendy’s is his favorite place to eat and to have the gift cards in his wallet.

We just both retired now and love to go out for long rides to get out and we always stop…

I’d give the Wendy’s in Somerset Pa a 0 if it were an option for their continuous poor service. Friday at 6:00 in the evening I ordered via the app for pickup. When I got there they had 3 cars waiting in online pickup spots and 4 cars ahead of me moving at a snails pace.

They had at least 7 people inside looking clueless and apparently they were! Both of our sandwiches were wrong, and I ordered regular chicken nuggets and got hot and spicy! This is a fiasco every time we go there! One of the most Mis- managed fast food places ever!! Get your crap together!!

I've made a call to customer service about the local Wendy's in Brazil Indiana they told me that management would get back a hold of me from that store it's been 3 days now and nothing from them I am not satisfied with the service I got there I'm not satisfied with a customer service this is been an ongoing battle with that local store the closest other one is 20 some miles away and

I'm not a big fan of Hardee's McDonald's or other style restaurants locally so after trying to call the customer service number again and again I almost feel that my number has been blocked by them

I went to Wendy`s in north dartrmouth, ma on wednesday 4-26-23 at about 6 PM. After placing my order, I as a senior citizen asked for the free soda. The person taking my order gave me a miniature cup. I asked for the small cup and was told that is what he gave me. I asked for the manager and she claimed that was the correct size. She said that she has been there for 8 years and that is the size they give for a senior citizen. I said that it was not true.

I have been going to Wendy`s since the 80`s or early 90`s. I asked if they had started using a smaller cup, and she said that is the size it has always been. That would be a lie. I have for at least 10 years been given a free small size drink for free, and I have never seen the size of the cup I was given. It looked like something better…

At the east Peoria,il. 61611 Main st. Location,the service is HORRIBLE and it's been going on for months.

First,the dining room is closed. Always. Then you wait up to 45 minutes to finally get to the drive up to order. Then you wait longer to FINALLY be asked what you want. Then you WAIT some more. They are actually taking one cars order and taking their sweet time to complete that cars order before they Finally take the next cars order.

And again they are in absolute NO hurry either. Tonight while I played the wait game,no less than 7 cars drove away without ordering. And if all if that isn't bad enough they ALWAYS screw up the order. Tonight, no coke, 4 small frosties instead of the 4 mediums I ordered.

On Tuesday April 25, 2023 between 4pm and 4:30pm While waiting on our food, we witnessed an employee get very rude with a customer, the customer had an older lady and 2 small children with her. The older lady and the children were seated at a table while the younger lady went to get their food, we heard an employee very loudly tell the customer "TAKE YOUR FOOD AND GO" It was said loud enough that everyone in the lobby could hear it.

Ì ordered at the drive thru location on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Houma, LA. on 4/26/23 around 1:10pm. I asked the drive-thru worker a question about my order and he answered rudely. Then when he went to give me my change, he didn't make it to my hand and the coins fell outside under my vehicle.

They intentionally commit fraud by charging for items they knowingly are out of stock and then refuse to refund you. They often mess up online and drive thru orders, usually it’s small, but after arriving home with a family order and saw they forgot part of the order, I called the manager for a refund. He stated they were out of that sandwich, yet still charged me for it and refused to refund me.

I just purchased two baconator burgers from Wendy’s in baker Louisiana. I am totally dissatisfied. My double baconator didn’t have the bacon nor the extras that I ordered.
