Worker shortages due to the pandemic has obviously made it next to impossible to hire quality employees. The young adults that are hired do not have the emotional intelligence to succeed in customer service. If you correct them, they take it personally, no matter how polite the customer is.
All was going well with my order until the little girl at the window with claws for fingernails demanded that I pull up for my wild caught Alaskan fish. I moved up and waited. The customer behind me honked so that I would move to allow them to leave.
I circled around and waited in the parking lot. A young lady (who looked annoyed) brought the sandwich to the car. I thanked her. When I got home, I discovered I had a warm bun and a filet. No mayo, lettuce, pickles, nothing.
