I have been using the sore 8680 W hwy 98 since it opened. The last two visits were bad.

Firstly the inside is not open. Of the two visits,I have spent almost two hours in total. That includes waiting to place order and waiting at the pick up window. My visit today I was giving the wrong order. That's my last visit to Wendy's.

This is the 2nd time this year I have gone to this same Wendy's for breakfast ordering the same #1 combo and the sandwich was horrible @store #3009. My season potatoes were delicious nice and hot but my maple bacon chicken croissant the chicken was horrible cooked the chicken was burnt.

I stop at this Wendys offen and order the same combo for breakfast. Ordered the chicken classic on a pretzel bun and it was a disaster. By the time it was delivered it looked like someone had sat on it, there was so much sauce on it the bun was soggy and it looked gross and not much on the appetite. May never order Wendy’s again.

I went to Wendy’s at. 5100 block of Dixie Highway Louisville Ky on 4/23/23 at 7:00 pm they said that they wasn’t taking debit cards and have to have exact amount that they wasn’t given out change …this place needs to close down if there not going to at least attempt to serve customers ..

I pass by here 2/3 times a day and at night they turn off all the lights to make it look closed .. people pull up to order and nobody even acknowledge that they are there .. not even busy ….

No management at all guess I’ll have to go to McDonald’s with my grand kids …. I’ve been in customer service for 30yrs and this not how it’s done … I know that this is not an concern for a big company like Wendy’s but I’ll be waiting for the closing of this restaurant….

Worker shortages due to the pandemic has obviously made it next to impossible to hire quality employees. The young adults that are hired do not have the emotional intelligence to succeed in customer service. If you correct them, they take it personally, no matter how polite the customer is.

All was going well with my order until the little girl at the window with claws for fingernails demanded that I pull up for my wild caught Alaskan fish. I moved up and waited. The customer behind me honked so that I would move to allow them to leave.

I circled around and waited in the parking lot. A young lady (who looked annoyed) brought the sandwich to the car. I thanked her. When I got home, I discovered I had a warm bun and a filet. No mayo, lettuce, pickles, nothing.

We live near south side bethlehem wendys. It's in our backyard. The door to come in the lobby is ALWAYS locked. You need to walk through the drive through. Employees leave with BOXES of merchandise. Drugs deals are done on the regular between the workers and vehicles.

Last summer, they had a man set up to be jumped by the webdys employees, even yelling there's no cameras here. Since then is whe. They've kept the doors locked a d blamed the poor man who was walking past doing nothing wrong.

If I could rate 0 I would. Sat in wendys drive thru with a mobile order for 45 minutes tonight and pulled up to the speaker at 10:54 pm after waiting in line. No one came to speaker so I pulled to window and was told that they were out of food and I could come back tomorrow and get my order knowing that I had sat there that long.

The order was mango lemonade and a 10 piece nugget only. Nothing extreme. The people were very rude as they snapped at me to come back tomorrow and slammed the window. It was taking them forever with each vehicle which seemed intentional, but I had been the last car in line since 10:24 pm so to refuse to serve me with a preorder from the mobile app is very unprofessional.

This is by far the worst place I have ever worked, and I’ve worked through the military the last seven years before this. The general manager is mad because I stopped working for them and she kept my last paycheck. The store constantly floods. Floors are dirts.

Bathrooms smell and nothing is ever done to fix equipment that is needed to be fixed. They’ve got roaches and flies everywhere inside.

Store # 00009393 Host : Keyshun Cashier: Tiara I went to the drive thru, someone asked to take my order. There was a lot of talking in the background and I was not finished giving my order someone else came after a couple of minutes and I started to give my order the cashier said “I already told her the price” I told them my order was not finished.

They took the rest of the order and just said drive forward. On getting to the window I was told what the cost was. I got the food but not my frostys. I sat waiting for the frostys and had to ask for them twice also for my receipt.

I’m writing this complaint a year after I had to go emergency room. I’m not one to write complaints, but I got a second degree burn close to be third degree burn from piping hot coffee from the Wendy’s on Columbia in Springfield, Ohio.

I had enough common sense to know I order hot coffee and it was going to be warm. I’m this case the coffee was definitely too hot to be as full as it was because filled to the very top of the lid.

I thought the interaction with the worker was decent but I don’t know if it was intentional or not. I think it was absurd to fill a very hot coffee cup that full.

I want to submit a complete on the Wendy’s in North Ridgeville, Ohio on Center Ridge Rd. I am tired of my order be incorrect 99% of the time and that is no exaggeration. I place a mobile order so there should be no miscommunication with the way the order is placed.

My son can not have cheese do to a dairy allergy and yet they put cheese on his burgers almost every time which when melted I can’t just remove it. I have even reminded them when I pickup my order and again cheese still gets put on the burger!

Also, sides and/or condiments are forgotten about most of the time. What is the point of me taking the time to select things in the app if I don’t receive them. I have 2 intensive/special needs kids and I have to have order certain things for them or they will not eat the food. This is…

On 4/16/23 ,around. 1:30 pm We went through the drive thru at the store located on 2815 Raleigh Rd in Wilson nc. The girl was rude. We placed our order and she seem to get confused and agitated. We repeated the order.

We ordered biggie bags at which time we indicated our drinks. We went on to order our next order and gave our drinks. Somehow she went back to the biggie bag order and assumed that we were changing our order.

At the window we expected 4 drinks when we only got 2. Anyway at the window she arrogantly announced that she was the manager and that she had repeated our order twice and that we needed to learn how to place an order.

If she is the one that suppose to set an example for the other employees… heaven help & She didn’t even give us a receipt

I went through drive through about 1 pm 130pm I ordered 3 kids meals they kept repeating back the wrong order I set up four five times and they wasn't listening I finally yelled it and when I got up to the drive-thru they only gave me two not three and the lady that was working there with the people she was extremely rude she kept shutting the window on me and

Went to the Wendy's on north why 371 Brained Mn the restaurant was filthy inside garbage cans running over. I went to one of your stores on 168th and Broadway in New York City. I purchased a substantial order complete with two drinks. s. I tried to explain because I’m wheelchair bound that’s the only way I can carry the drinks..

When they tried to put the drinks in a tray and a regular bag the drinks spilled. If given the bag I would have. the d the bag tight and hung it on the arm of my chair.. They suggested a tray and a regular bag ; after several spillages I gave up and just asked for a total refund.

I then just paid for a baked potato and chili to take to my girlfriend who happens to be very sick in the hospital. This was the worst experience I can image and will never go into that store again.

My daughter ate a uncooked hamburger from the Wendy's on Allen Street in Springfield massachusetts. Her hamburger was red inside. I am not happy her stomach was hurting the very next day. I don't care for other fast-food restaurants but if I had to pick it's Wendy's.

Hi, My co worker and I were working down the street from this Wendy’s. I have been there several times. This time we got the $6 bag. Lady asked what drinks we wanted. I said a coke and friend Sylvia said I think some kind of orange drink.

We were refused service because they were "too busy inside" when there was 1 car and a worker smoking outside. We were refused service the day before because their "system was down". We were then told "look at where you're trying to eat".

This is for the Davis Street Moosic Pennsylvania location. My husband and I pulled into the drive-thru to order food. m. , two other cars drove away due to lack of service and answer at the drive-thru window. My husband and I pulled around the building.

A young boy rolled his eyes that he didn't want to take care of our order. An African-American woman with long dark dreads let us know that they were closed due to short staff. There were several people in the alcove.

It did not look like they were short-staffed at all. It is highly illegal for you to close before your hours listed on google. Please correct this. I would like compensation for time and gas wasted, not to mention I am diabetic and needed to eat.

I just left the location and experienced the most horrible Supervisor. As I waited in line, a NEW employee was doing orders. The Supervisor degraded the new employee so bad. Everyone in line witnessed it and was appalled. He treated him like a child, spelling out the name of the food as if the guy couldn't read. Just horrible. Spoke to another employee named Chris who was kind and apologized for the other's behavior!!! the supervisor pants kept falling down. He should not be in charge. He should not be a representative of any organization. People were actually walking out of the place!

Every time I go to any Wendy's location and want to scan the rewards app none. Of them work. What is the symptom having it? If you're not gonna make sure they work I also went to the Texas City texas location and paid 99 cent.

For cheese in my chili get to work and guess what no cheese it's? Then I go to kima texas Location another day and not Only do none of the employees understand English. Well they also didn't understand anything in regards to the rewards system that lauren behold didn't work.

Again I order the chili with cheese and onions paying 99 cents extra for cheese and I kid you not? I might have gotten a pitch of cheese if there was any cheese in it at all. They charge for extras.

But then they don't want to give you extra and it. Doesn't come with cheese to begin with so…

Location 15020 drive-through window purchased a four for fours upgraded it to a large asked for sauce. I got one sauce asked for second sauce said we had purchased a second size and we were not allowed to receive a second sauce for the hamburger on the four for four we went inside with a lady kindly, just refunded the money and

threw our food in the trash. I felt so disrespected. I immediately got on the phone and called corporate office to make my complaint down.

I went to the Wendy's location in Pine Bluff, AR store number 8438 at 2909 West 28th Street and purchased a breakfast combo (number 8) with a coke. I enjoy those potatoes, especially with ketchup. I had to ask for ketchup and the worker stated "they were out of ketchup".

How are Wendy's out of ketchup at 8 in the morning????????? Now I cannot eat the potatoes because they are going to be dry. ughhhhhhhhh! Yesterday, I ordered a baconator that evening and it did not have any bacon on it.

However, I paid that expensive amount of money and they kept the bacon. I'm having a bad experience with Wendy's Restaurant.

When purchasing our meals I have always been able to purchase just a hamburger patty for our dogs. Most recently I went to our local Wendy's and was told that I could no longer purchase just the hamburger patty. " I was told if I want a hamburger patty I must order an entire burger and ask that it be "no bun, no condiments". 00. No thanks.

If that is what Wendy's is resorting to, we can go to our local McDonalds, purchase our food, and purchase just the hamburger patty for our dog(s) and not be charged for an entire burger. We have always preferred Wendy's over McDonalds, but if this is how Wendy's is going to do their business, my husband and I would prefer to do business with someone that doesn't gouge us for a hamburger patty.

Asked to make four sandwiches of jr bacon cheese burger to have 3 tomatoes lettuce pickle and onion mayo mustard and ketchup. Lady who took our order went back and told the cook and he refused to make them that way.

This happened on Monday Apr10 at 345 pm just as the new shift came on and changed the drawer of money. The cashier was great the cook was not so our sandwiches were not what we ordered. And she told him not to make the fifth sandwich we just wanted to pay for one because last time we drove three we ordered two but received three so we wanted to pay for it.

I would like to know why Wendy’s was falsely claiming on national television that their fries were always hot and crispy. This is a flat out fucking lie. One of two things is going on here either the cocksuckers who are responsible for this ad campaign are lying or have never eaten at Wendy’s before.

Bad service . I was in drive thru for over an 1hour from 7- 8 pm. I told them I was contacting headquarters , This is not he First time that Wendy has been this slow but Tonight was ridiculous at least 5 cars got out of line, when I did get my Food it was warm .

Tea was unsweetened with little ice. I didn’t eat the food because of how they was looking at me I did not get a receipt. I work on a restaurant for many years and I know customers service and tonight was customer services.

Went to your Taylor location stood at the counter for over ten minutes one of the employees made eye contact with me several times and didn’t say a word ! The young man cleaning the dining room finally came over to ask if they have helped me yet and I said no he asked what I wanted and started my order.

She asked him what he was doing and he told her I’ve been standing there for a long time he was trying to help me . The staff there is extremely rude with the exception of this young man .

The young lady was also on her personal phone ! The manager came out and asked if I’ve been helped as I was telling her of my experience told her that her staff was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to take care of people !
