This was a terrible terrible experience at this Wendy's in Statesboro Georgia on Northside drive the workers there are horrific they don't want to wait on people and that was terrible service that disgraced and hurt my whole day they wouldn't even take care of me then they will laughing the girl gave me a finger at the window and they don't even have a name tag on they can't get anyone nice to work there I will tell many people about this. Is this how Wendy's holds up to their name

It was Disgusting in the inside of the store the Workers were arguing and so unorganized. This is a disgrace to the community literally the grill guy was putting the burgers on the grill ungloved it was the worst experience of my life.

I went to Wendy’s in Westfield ma 010185 today 4-6-23 and ordered 7 biggie bags. 5 with jr bacon cheeseburgers and stated the burgers only have ketchup cheese and bacon and the two biggie bags with chicken blt. Ordered 1/2 barbecue sauce /ranch and a baked potato with butter cheese and sour cream.

Also a frosty and all sprites to drink. I got all the way home and all the cheeseburgers had lettuce and tomato on them, I never got the frosty and never got the butter or sour cream potato. Oh and only got 3 bbq sauces in total for 7 biggie bags and no ranch.

I spent a lot of money and this was so inconvenient that they could not get the order right and then not give me what I asked for. I feel I should be compensated in someway for all the mistakes after I spent all the money I have.

For a year now the wendys here in worcester on park st. Only had the dining room open from maybe 6-730 am then 11 to 1 pm then if we are lucky they open doors again for maybe an hr at most the reat of there hrs open.

I've asked about hrs of operation and was told we only open Dorrs on cooperates mandate. And its not there fault I don't drive because I need to use the drive through.. I'm disabled and can't drive 1st off.. how do you comply with the rights of the disabled if we can't go in to order food. We have our rights.

3 diffrent times I did goto the drive through window when there was only 1 or 2 cars there and asked if I could come into order. There response was we can't open the dining room were under staffed.. with 5 people standing around doing nothing there under staffed.. well…

I went to Wendy's here in Elizabethton and purchased my family some food and my order was big I got home and our food tasted bad and I called the store and I asked for a manager and I talked with Alyssa and she made me fill like it was my fault that our food tasted bad she said that she was not placing my whole order because they didn't mess up my order but

it was not our fault that the deep fryer made our food taste so bad that we all had a bad after taste I was not asking her to replace the whole order any way but it was not our fault and she should not make the customer feel like it is I we just starting going back there to eat again and thanks to this may stop going again

I sat in drive Thru for over 45 mins waiting on a door dash order. They store is completely locked up and they would not allow me to enter to get the food. Then after getting to the window was asked to pull up because none of the order was ready.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. And it is costing me money as door dash is my job. This store is in Auburndale fl across from race track and beside midflorida and walmart

Debra, that works at Wendy's on 2117 W. Evans St. in Florence SC is very rude. She's always yelling and saying "what" and you are ordering. She snatches your debit card out of your hand. I understand that the work force today is tiring and stressful.

I myself work in a restaurant but would never treat my customers as she does. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, and after getting home, I found my sandwich filled with cheese. I called and the manager said I would not be compensated for my time or gas but I needed to bring the sandwich back to get a refund.

I am a disabled Army veteran that really does not have the luxury or ability to just move about from place to place without difficulty and paying someone. I know this store makes comps, for my wife, who happens to be white, has been compensated before, but when the manager saw I was black it was like her entire demeanor changed.

Attempted to purchase breakfast at least 5 times. Every time no one came to the drive thru. I work early so I was there at 6:45AM. I can’t even bring myself to turn into that place. It on Whitehall Rd in Maryland by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Very unprofessional.

Circleville oh Wendy's I was at the drive thru window with 3 young children in the car when an employee came to the window annoyed about someone “out front” who was “in violation” and called this person a MF. Only saying the words loudly.

I asked for her name and the manager shut the window and talked to her then opened it and said Ashley. I did not receive a receipt to call district office and when I called and asked for it they refused to give me a name or number I found District number but have been on hold 11 mins now.

Also I believe she lied about the name of the employee.

Hello I’m writing a complaint about your rivers ave location, this is my second encounter at this location. I went here tonight and was advise that the system was down at 11:15 everyone was just standing around. No one had no care at all. No apologies or not.

Significant, persistent problems with the Grosse Pointe, MI store located at 18800 Mack Avenue, 48236! Long before the COVID pandemic, this store has been A MESS! The employees are rude, abrupt and VERY UNFRIENDLY, and have been for as long as I can remember! It’s totally uncalled for!

They get 3 out 5 orders WRONG! ” No matter, the fries went straight into the TRASH anyway! I ordered a small soda, and was given and charged for a bucket of pop (large)! This store is miserably managed and has been for many, many years.

I pulled into Wendy’s parking lot with the line backed up all the way to the street. I waited 11 minutes in line with no movement. Then when it finally did move it only moved up just a little bit at a time for another 15 minutes. ridiculous.

I ordered a Dave's Double with a Frosty to drink, a 4for4 and a Large Chocolate Frosty. When I pulled to the window the cashier told me my total was like $21 dollars and some change. A friend of mine had offered to pay for the food and I went to get it.

He had given me $20 dollars. I didn't want to spend more than $20 dollars and I thought I had stayed within my budget so when he said my total was a little over $21 dollars I asked him to take the 4for4 off. 52.

I payed him and asked for my receipt when he handed me my change. He got a weird look on his face and said huh? Like he didn't hear what I had said. So I asked him again. A few minutes later he returned and said very rudely "here you go" and handed me my receipt.

I went into your store in Columbia Tennessee at the intersection of 31 and Highway 43 and 99 I got there at 1:30 in the afternoon noticed it was at least eight people standing around waiting and when I followed in the line after 20 minutes of watching these people move like ants like no didn't have no problem no worries about any of us standing out there waiting to order finally a couple of us walked out and do not plan to ever go back there again

Went to the Wendy’s on Park Ave in West Springfield Massachusetts on April 2, 2023 at about 6:30 pm. Ordered a Dave’s double meal with tomato, cheese and mayo. Was told that there was no mayo available in the store, I told them I would take it without mayo as I was driving back home to eat it.

I also ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger for my elderly mother who loves them. 5 miles away. We sat down to eat and when I opened the bag the jr bacon cheeseburger was not in the bag, the French fries were cold and the Dave’s double had no tomato and had lettuce on it instead which I despise.

I drove back to the store to have them fix my order and the lead person (I assume) then told me there was no tomato in the store along with no mayo. She did make both burgers fresh and this time the fries while…

Today at your Eastland Texas location their was a complete meltdown of order placement. I did NOT note on my watch the exact time I walked in but it was apx. 15 pm. it I received my food at 12:50 and the order was wrong and cold.

The staff was so confused the manager told the staff to completely disregard the existing orders and to grab existing tickets and to start filling the orders per the tickets. The only way I can describe the place was a complete meltdown of management.

Once my name came up on the order screen and disappeared. I am sure you will be able to to confirm this via computer order data. My name is Sam and my order was for a Son of a Baconator and Baconator french fries, when I did receive my burger it was cold with regular fries.

Multiple times I have been in line at this Wendy’s at 9301 Knights drive Punta Gorda. You wait in the drive through line line 40 minutes plus. The inside isn’t open. They never have anything! The lady’s are rude. It’s absolutely horrible not to mention from the drive through it looks filthy and needs to be demolished!

You should really look into this location and fix the issue of them not having the right doors and the wait times!

I ordered from Wendy’s last night April 1st through doordash, when my food arrived it was all wrong. The biggie bag was missing nuggets & the drink. the jr bacon had NO bacon on it. I got my drink order and the cashier went in the back, as she must have been the only one there. My diet coke was nothing but soda and I told her her the diet coke was low on syrup.

She looked at me as though I had told her her best friend just died, and I asked for a tea instead. She fixed the drink and said HERE and I took my drink and left. As someone who is always on the road, I appreciate a friendly face at drive thru.

This was not the case. I regret going to Wendy's and wish I would have taken the time and went into waffle house.

m. As I was walking to go inside a lady, through the drive-thru window informs me that they are not open I asked why, she said we're just not open I said why, she said we are short-handed. Now if you're shorthanded and cannot open the store then why are you there most assuredly on the clock taking money from the company but yet refusing customer service?

Since when was it okay for these managers to decide when to open and when not to open. I think Wendy's corporate needs to get on the ball before they lose their chain which used to be the best chain but now poor Dave his legacy is going down the toilet

Ordered biscuits and gravy and a large coffee with two sugars. Got up to the window paid, after I paid. I was told it will be a couple minutes because we are still making biscuits. OK no problem. 35 minutes go by.

I finally get my biscuits and gravy. Could not leave the line because of a berm you cannot drive over the berm, Biscuits and gravy, ice cold like they were frozen. Coffee cold. And all I could say was well sorry about the delay would not make it right would not make it better.

I will never never stop at Wendy’s on Princeton Road in Hamilton Ohio again.

I’ve been to this windy in big Spring Texas many time, the service is horrible and the manager is not any better. There’s absolutely no one in the restaurant and it takes them a good 20 to 30 minutes just to make my meal. They just seem like they have the I don’t care attitude.

I bought 2 single small fry and large frosty the meal came out cold. I asked to redo the single then they came out warm but missing the key, Mus,mayo. I asked the manager to add it and she said you only asked for plain burger so I gave her my whole meal fry half gone 3/4 frosty .

I am a regular customer of Wendy`s both in Canada and the United States! I live in Zephyrhills Florida from November to April! Once a week we visit the Wendy`s in downtown Zephyrhills Florida, for Lunch! I have to say this is the most dirty restaurant we ever go to!

Also, the service is terrible, as they seem to serve the drive throw customers first, and leave the lineup customers standing in line! After I waited for my order, I was told that the salad wasn`t available, the Frosty machine wouldn`t be ready for 20 minutes, and the soda machine was out of ice I re-ordered the Cobb Salad that was excellent!

I ordered the Taco Salad at your Los Alamitos Store for $8.39. I received a carton/plate full of Iceberg lettuce with a little sprinkle of cheddar cheese, a few raisin size pieces of tomato, a packet of dark brown salsa and a very small packet of sour cream {the size of a small ketchup packet].. That is not a taco salad. I am outraged. This is exceptionally poor food. Not a taco salad.

Store Wendys store 960 e Liberty at york sc 29745.

Took my wife and kids in here last night after an Easter egg hunt at church. Waited about 15-20 mins in line. Along with 6 people ahead of me, 4 hadn't even placed an order. Just spent $32.00 on 2 #1's, bacon and cheese potatoe , chili & kiddie cheeseburger. Ordered cokes but they had no coke. So ordered dr. pepper. Got home only had one fry. Dr. Pepper was diet. No utensils for potato or chili. No butter, sour cream, or crackers for chili. And was not given my receipt.

I went to the location on NW Eider in Portland Oregon this morning 3/31/23. I got there at 6:25am and waited until 6:30am until they opened for breakfast. I saw 2 employees inside. Nobody came on to take my order so, I drove up to the window.

The female employee saw me but she didn’t approach the window. I honked, they didn’t acknowledge me. 2 other cars drive thru the order line and they drove off. I waited until 6:45 without anybody coming to take my order.

I just went to the Wendy's on west esplanade in Metairie Louisiana #3103 They were rude as hell cursing at each other in the store while I am in the driv thru My order was completely disgusting the fries were greasy horrible the sandwich bread was hard.

Also would not give me a receipt with the price of anything I have a piece of paper with no amount next to anything. That is the worst one I have ever been to . Two times a week nobody will even take your order because they are laughing with each other in the store while people drive off in the drive thru.

I ordered a baconator combo from store #2577. It was the worst burger I have ever had in my life. There was not even a whole piece of bacon on the burger and no sauce at all. The fries were cold and dry they took absolutely no care preparing my meal.

1403 E 71st St, Tulsa, OK 74136 is the Wendy's store. I decided to walk from the Quick Trip to Wendy's to buy my son a soda. I noticed a huge argument between a female worker and two black men yelling derogatory racial remarks and threatening to kill her.

She attempted to walk away and was screaming for them to leave her alone. They assaulted her by throwing cups of soda on her. I was completely shocked by the manager yelling at her to "take it somewhere else" and not seeing to his employees.

I called the Police and ask them to come. They sped off before the Police could come. I have been in that store in the past, the managers do not seem to care at night. The employees are on the phones and playing instead of getting the orders correct.
