The wendys at 34450 Plymouth rd Livonia mi… has the worst service.. sat in line for at least 1/2 hr… got to window very rude employee after 8 more minutes of waiting for my food , when handed my food I asked why they were so slow I got a very snooty look and they slammed the window… u can hear them in the establishment laughing and messing around… very horrible service…

Worst burger ever today could only take 3 bites . It as cold , tasted funky like it sat out for awhile , meat looked odd a pale blanched color , bread was soggy ,tasted like there was chemicals on it .

Made my mouth numb and my stomach sick after afew bites I tossed the burger in the trash . There was something definitely wrong with my bourbon burger . Used to be my favorite burger but now I don't want it no more..

I recently moved to Tampa, Florida from Philadelphia PA While I was living in Philadelphia, I loved eating at Wendy's I never had a complaint I ate at Wendy's at least three times a week, Recently, I passed a Wendy's on Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater, Florida. I wanted to try the Baconator.

" When I bit into the sandwich, the cheese was not melted I told the manager the cheese was not melted He did not apologize The personnel were not friendly I can see why no one was eating at the restaurant I was so very disappointed with this Wendy's This restaurant lost a customer

Young black girl making drinks was rude. There wasn’t suppose to be ice in them and one of this was full of ice. I asked her if they had ice in them and she said”one of them do” I told her it was no ice she slammed the window, and went and looked at order(I was holding the receipt), we were told they only had small fries, when we got home the 4 chicken nuggets were burned, their grease needs to be changed.

Stopped at Wendy’s on ford road in Dearborn at 920pm on3/28/23, I stop weekly. This is 3rd week chocolate frosty machine doesn’t work. They are not able to give receipt because receipt machine doesn’t work. There are no apologies just attitude like it’s the customers fault.

I would attach a receipt as proof but receipt machine doesn’t work.

Went to the drive through at Wendy’s on Maysville Zanesville Ohio. When I got home I did not have two sandwiches and sm. fries. When I went back and c/o they did give me my miss order BUT while waiting a young boy working there was talking and as he did so he used the “F” word several times while I was there.

I asked for the manager but no one knew where or who it was. I told another young boy and lady what I thought about the word being use and said he should be fired or learn to watch his mouth.

No one said anything so I walked out. I am a retired nurse and I have worked in public service for years and that’s uncalled for.

I went to do the official Wendy's review and got the error message you will see at the bottom. But I will try to leave it here instead. I use to love Wendy's apple, pecan, chicken salad. It had a nice seasoned chicken breast on top that they use in their sandwiches but cut up for the salad.

Today I got one and it was cubed brined chicken. SO AWFUL. Like it had been freeze dried and remoistened, not to mention the awful fake texture of brined chicken product. ) No more Wendy's salad for me. Looks like the product is going downhill to save cost. What a shame.

I stopped at a Wendy's in Saginaw, mi. On bay rd. We ordered are food wich they had no chocolate frosty, no spicey chicken, and no root beer. Not sure what else they didn't have. So I settled for what they had.

I waited 33 minutes for my take out order. I will never visit this location again. Very poor service and the employees complaining about when they have to work and how many employees are aloud at that time. Very disappointed.

I am making a complaint about the Wendy’s at 4892 Princess Anne Road Virginia Beach VA 23462. I went through drive through because lobby was closed at 8:20 pm. 00 and 2 small fries. 02. When I got to the window 1 to pay, I told the guy I wanted the sandwiches and fries in separate bags.

He said he will let them know. To reinterate, I told him again. He said that he let them know that. I pulled to window 2, a young lady with red braids gave me 1 bag of food. So I am looking and then she hands me receipt.

I told her that I requested my food be in separate bags. She said well I don’t have a headset in so I didn’t know. Her facial expressions showed that she was irritated. I pulled stopped and looked at my food.

Wendy's on lake Mead in Rock springs has the worst customer service ever they're slow they're disrespectful the managers are disrespectful they care nothing about their customers It's really sad they need a whole new management right here at this Wendy's cuz this is ridiculous you get a lot of complaints about this place because of the customer service It really sucks. They make you wait in the drive-thru for 40 minutes.

I got to Wendy's at 714 W Poplar Ave Collerville TN 38017 and placed an order at 9:02 pm. I sat for 20 minutes waiting on mine and my husbands food. I asked my husband to check on our food and he came back and told me the employee said "shit we totally forgot about your order" and then said "it didn't pop up on the screen" and then proceeded to read it off the screen to another employee.

We sat for a total of 30 minutes waiting for our food. While we were waiting we heard the same employee say "it's my last day so I don't give a fuck" when we finally got our food it was cold and not very good.

While we were eating we heard a lot of VERY loud talk and foul language and there were CHILDREN present. Not too happy with the service.

My husband and I ordered two biggie bags in the drive-through at the Brighton, Michigan grand River Avenue location. We were asked to pull forward it would be a minute. After 10 minutes in five cars, getting their orders and going around us my husband decided to go in and find out where our order was.

Corrine who said she was the GM became very rude when we asked why five other cars went around and we were still waiting. We asked for our money back and returned our drinks. 60). She was very loud and rude and unprofessional.

The chicken in my salad was cold/hard/inedible. The manager at the Bluffton,IN Wendy's on Main St. was VERY RUDE. This was at 6 PM on 3/25/23. She explained the chicken has changed and they would replace my salad;however, she was extremely rude.

I have had previous experience with a rude manager at this same store. I DO NOT like the new chicken. I will not buy it again.

On March 24 @ 7:15, we ordered a Dave's Double meal with only lettuce, tomato and cheese with a large root beer, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a bacon and cheese potato with a large red Fanta at the drive thru. We were told to pull around not giving us a total or verifying order.

Our order was not on screen. Get to first window and hand card, handed back card with no receipt and closed window. Get to window, drinks are in window. Mgr opens window with a couple employees already at window, to give us our order.

He begins to close window but I told him that we still haven't received our drinks. After getting our drinks, we head home. Upon opening our bags, we find an extra double cheeseburger with just ketchup, which we didn't order, my Dave's double missing the tomato and no receipt…

I ordered a classic chicken combo with mayo pickles onions lettuce mustard. I received a sloppy made sandwich no pickles. It was said the store was out of pickles. At this point I didn't want the meal only wanted a refund.

Was told no refunds are given and my order could be remade. And it was remade with an extremely high salt content. It is my assumption the salt was punishment for my complaints. I failed to mention it was a to go order.

I did not taste it before I left the store. Shame on me. That meal cost 10 dollars and change. And inedible. I did not receive a receipt. Very disappointed.

I am an Uber Eats driver and I went to pick up my order at 6:40 am at Wendy's #2558 on Wilmington Pike in Kettering, and it took them 2 min to come to the speaker and then they said we are closed. I then I identified myself as an Uber delivery driver and said I have an order that should be ready, and then they got rude with me and said we are closed!

This store opens at 6:00 am. I called Uber and Uber called them and they said the restaurant hung up on them as soon as they identified themselves. As I was leaving they turned all of the lights off. It's 7:00 am now and the lights are still off.

There is no reason to be rude to Uber drivers.

Windy's main selling point is their Ingredients . Why does their packet of Chili Hot sauce have Zero Chili only chili flavor? Ordered a potato with Butter and Siur cream. Why does their packet labeled Buttery Spread contain No Butter? Only Hydro palm veg oil with butter flavor?

The food was terrible. I waited 30 mins for a drive thru pick up order. I received the wrong frosty. I'm highly allergic to chocolate and would've sued if I had an attack. The fries were old and cold. Employees were playing around instead of preparing food. The nuggets were hard.

The burger was poorly prepared and was missing lettuce.

I went to the Gurnee Illinois store at 9:00pm tonight, Tues March 21st 2023 and ordered a fish sandwich combo. My fish was reheated, dry, rubbery, no taste and cold in the middle after I waited 27 minutes for it.

That store Always has terrible food and service. Only reason I go there is because it's close to my job. But I will Not be back

Wendys in Hilliard near 270 is awful. Could not understand the woman taking orders and she was extremely rude. There were very few drinks in the machines, nothing without sugar. One machine was totally overflowing and no one cared when we pointed that out.

Junior bacon cheeseburger and fries were cold. Bacon undercooked. Will never go to that Wendy's again. The chain seems to be getting worse. Trash cans overflowing. Never got receipt

Wendys worker at store in hannibal mo 63401 sent order missing items and Doordarshan Amy Sims very professional went back to get them and wendys assc. Very rude and threw food at driver Driver above and beyond and someone that puts a good light on Doordarshan and wendys.

Paid lit of money for order should be correct first time, and if not should correct order and be professional. Wendy assc was loud and angry I would not order again from this store. But Amy Sims has made me have trust in Doordarshan she should be complimented

My second visit to your Quakertown location where I was given the wrong change. The first time I did go back and complain to the manager and she argued with me telling me I was wrong.

Second trip tonight and wrong change again. The receipt clearly says $12 and received $6. I wasn’t going back for $6 because I was beraded the first time. Terrible and will not return

Went to Wendy’s in Waite Park by Home Depot on 3/17/2023at 4pm to order the fish sandwich. Service was extremely slow however the lady at the drive through window was very friendly and kept apologizing for how long it was taking.

She again apologized and said he had dropped the fish when it was done and had to start over, I was asked to move forward and they would bring it out. When I pulled around I noticed the sidewalk was very ice covered so I pulled in at an angle closer to the door.

Two employees yelled out at me for the way I was parked, I told them was waiting for my order, the guy yelled at me to park my car correctly and that I needed to come in and pick up my food, I could not do that as I use a walker and the sidewalk was ice covered, yes I did swear at him for his extreme…

I went to Wendy's to dine in. There was only one other customer at the counter, and he seemed to be an off duty employee. He'd already been helped. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order.

The staff were standing around laughing and talking with the off duty employee, and they completely ignored me. I finally left and went to McDonald's, where I was helped immediately. Very poor service Wendy's. I won't be going to Wendy's in the near future.

hello I went the location in Westland mi yesterday I bought 2 Dave's singles and I have to say that they were the worst burgers I have ever bought at your stores and bad customer service also they ned to be trained on how fix your product they were burnt up would have taken them back I was too far away I thru them in trash its not about the money I just feel like you need to take a better look at this location these burgers are your signature brands they knew that was bad food but

, I went to Wendy’s on Walden Avenue, in drive thru, to purchase a small hamburger, with the condiments on the side, along with a small chocolate Frosty. While waiting, a young lady walking through the parking lot to the front door asked the employee at the window why the door was locked.

She explained she was waiting for more staff. The young lady then asked another employee for a light. ” The employee waiting on me asked her to stop yelling in my face. She gave me my order, I left, went to take the purchase to my Dad, in the nursing home, less than five minutes away on Bennett Road.

I opened the bag to a very dried up hamburger with a container of just ketchup. No mustard, no pickles. I am very surprised at this facility!

I placed a mobile order on February 6th at the location in Minooka Illinois. When I got to the drive thru, they had 2 orders for me. I told them, there should only be one but they could not refund me and told me I needed to call customer service which was closed.

When I got home, I realized they screwed up my order and I called and the manager was rude to me and told me he already told me to call customer service so I waited til Monday the 6th and called and requested a refund for both orders. They were like no problem, give it 5-7 days to show up.

Last night, I purchased two chicken sandwich meals, and upon eating a large bite of one and swallowing it. I came to find my sandwich was completely raw after about four hours I began vomiting with diarrhea. Today i have stomach cramps and pains and cannot eat and had to call out of work.

Now your neglect has cost me money. I’d really like to speak to somebody about this issue I have stomach issues, and this can become a very large problem for me healthwise. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

And i would like this matter to be taken seriously and not just swept away. Thank you for your time.

3 days ago I went through drive-thru at the Hermitage, Tn Lebanon Rd. location. I ordered the $5.00 Biggie bag and was told it would be $6.56!!

I had to come up with the extra money in change as I onlyhad a $5.00 bill and the usual change. I handed the girl at the window the $5 and a handful of small change. After I left, I looked at the receipt and it read $5.46. I went back to get my change. The manager counted her drawer in the back, but came and told me the drawer came up correct. I'd like to know what happened to the rest of the money I gave her.

Also, they kept my receipt which I gave them when I went back.

This is a matter of principle at this point and I'd just like my money back.

Picked up an APPLE PECAN CHICKEN SALAD FOR MY DINNER AT CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP , PA Wendy’s. Drove home (30 minutes ) opened my bag—- no chicken on my salad. Drove back, reprimanded by manager for speaking harshly to her Minor Staff.

Yes I spoke loudly, I spent an extra hour driving because her “Minor Staff” are having too much fun to do their jobs correctly. Sloppy work and certainly no ways close to an apology for my inconvenience. Not my idea of good management or appropriate customer service.
