My complaint is about your childish management at the Mathew drive location in Uniontown pa Kayla falitsky gets personally involved in the private lives of the teenage workers and takes action as in retaliation against them at work if they don't get along with her buddies and is talking out loud about my granddaughter s boyfriend who works at your other location in town and how he is trying to hook up with a girl there and how beautiful she is just to make my granddaughter also your employee upset who calls me crying on her breaks that is absolutely not professional your management was having a discussion similar about these same teens at a meeting they had recently not a work related topic she wrote my granddaughter up for calling off because she woke up very sick we all were in the house…

I had a home style chicken sandwich and found what appeared to be a wad of lint and hair in my mouth. See pictures below. It was disgusting and I will not eat at the Lafayette Ga, Wendy's again. Unfortunately I cannot stomach eating out at all now.

Please do something about it I don't know how your company handles these situations, but if something like that was in my sandwich then it could have been anything. Thank you

The other day on my way to work I was going to place an order online to pick up I was going to order 4 hamburgers which was supposed to be a little over $1.00 they were going to charge me a little over $22.00 I didn’t follow through with the order I won’t be ordering from you all if that’s what is going to happen

I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits at the drive-thru bin Poulsbo, Washington. She told me she only had one biscuit, would I like the other one on a croissant. I said okay. Then she tried to charge me 50 cents more.

Not my fault you were out of biscuits. When I said so, she said, Well, just go to McDonald's then and turned her microphone off. She was very rude and snippy when she said it. I've been patronizing this Wendy's several times a week for several years. BUT NO MORE!!

Every time we order through door dash. Our food is always messed up n not right.

Also our food is never really warm or overcooked. I. Always putting in complaints through the door dash app but I m having to do it almost everytime I order. It's not just wendyz inhale the problem eith its other places as well.

I asked for no salt on fries and for fresh burger. I wasn't even given a receipt. Fries were old cold and full of salt when I asked for fresh was told they just came up and they didn't put salt on them.

Went to Wendy's Cliffwood/Aberdeen ordered food at drive thru. Kid said he had no change of a $20, closed the window & put his back to me. Sat there for 5 minutes & realized he didn't care that I was still there so, I left!

I once used to work at the Wendy’s by the mall before I got fired for nothing, but I kept going there to order food because I love Wendy’s! When I went one morning around five (about a week ago), I saw that the back door was wide open but no one was there. (They were still closed).

I started to call the police but I tend to mind my business so I left and came back around 7/730 ish, and I ordered three breakfast meals. One was small and the other two were upsized to medium. I was given cold uncooked potatoes fries.

Then a few weeks before, around lunch time and I ordered 2 meals (regular size) and the meat wasn’t cooked fully and the cheese was orange. Isn’t the cheese suppose to be yellow? I also ordered a salad and the lettuce was soggy and brown, and the tomatoes in there looked like…

Went to your store in Lubbock Tx last night with my 3 children and upon getting our food out of the bag found a razor blade in our bag!!!!!!! When I took to it into your employees they were accusing ME of putting in my bag!!!!

I would have NOTHING to gain from doing this. All I kindly asked was for them to take the food back and refund my money and they would not. Started arguing with me in front of my children about it not being there’s.

It was actually shocking the way they were treating and taking to me and my kids. Absolutely absurd! They also would not provide me with the managers info to contact so that I could discuss it with them. I’m absolutely not trying to cause problems and have nothing to gain from this.

I didn’t feel it safe for my kids to eat the food with a razor blade…

Tried the New Wendy’s off Martin Road in Flowery Branch GA and was pleased with the layout. My complaint is they ran out of Chocolate Frostys! Why? This to me should have not happen to a new opening of only 3 weeks.

Google as well as your mobile app both show your hours of operation ending at 11:00PM on Sundays. When I arrived at your location at 9:55PM I was told you were closed by a young female voice. I kindly asked what time do you normally close and she responded very rudely "um now".

To which I responded that I was asking because it wasn't even 10pm yet. The female decided to ignore me. As someone who is pregnant, it's absolutely absurd to receive this type of customer service from your facility.

The drive thru cashier at the Holly Springs, MS location somewhat rude taking our order then upon reaching the window, she never spoke, took our money, gave back change and never said thank you or a word to even though I spoke and said thank you. We did not receive any spoons for our chili nor straws for our drinks.

We were the only ones in line. I have always received good for and service from Wendy’s, but needless to say I will not return to that location. I can take my business elsewhere. The owner/manager should be made aware of the behavior of the employee’s there if the business wants to thrive. Best wishes!

Was pickup an on line order was never acknowledged at the pick up window at Wendy’s 4014 Spencer hwy in pasadena by associate Andrea gave me an attitude when I ask to order a side of jalapeño that we forgot to order in the order that I was picking up at the window she told me I had to go around and get in line or get off and order them inside for a side of jalapeños gave me a attitude will not return to the restaurant any more we spend 25 dollars twice a week there not any more.

On March 12th 2023 this location has been closed with no explanation and then will re open for an hour before closing again. This location does this all the time. There is never regular service at this location.

I am a 90 percent disabled veteran and I was wanting to eat at your store in Raymore Mo. The first time I went there I could not understand what they were saying over the speaker either the speaker or they were not English speaking people and the 2nd time I went there they took the order of the car in front of me and

when I got to the speaker they said that they were not currently taking orders. I think that the people that you have working there do not like Americans and I will never eat there again unless you call me and explain what the problem is.

My cell number is 816 389-1511. I have worked at Wendy's when I was in the Air Force in Columbus Ms. and we never treated a customer that way.

Did a Mobil order for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Got here and waiting five minutes to get through the pickup line. Sat at the window for five more minutes. Then they tell me I have to pull up and wait because they’re having a problem.

Fifteen minutes later they gave me the order. I checked to see if it was right and it was not. I asked for no mayo, extra pickles. I was given mayonnaise and no pickles. Now I’m sitting in the store waiting to have my order redone. I’ve been sitting here for almost ten minute. Horrible service, intense confusion.

We went through the drive thru at 10:40pm on a Friday we saw workers inside Me and my daughter waited in drive thru for 8 mins no one answered we were totally echnored I even called and no one answered the phone we knew people were inside lights were on and people were there I have never seen something like that before Management should be corrected We knew they were there It's the Wendy's in Peru Illinois customer s should not be treated like that all we wanted was something to eat and

Ordered on the mobile App. When I arrived at the location #1131, they didn't have crescent buns, they were out of seasoned potatoes, they were out of orange juice, and they were out of hot coffee! This was at 8am on Saturday morning.

I didn't get anything I ordered. Very disappointed.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and couldn’t believe the meager slice of lettuce that came with it. Not only was it yellowed with a tinge of brown, but it was a half a leaf of head lettuce with the crunchy, gross vein intact.

I think it’s possible to do better. This was at the St. Cloud Minnesota store on 2nd Ave.

I ordered on Wendy's app. When I arrived at the restaurant on north Power rd Mesa AZ 85207 there were 3 employees standing in front of the entrance vaping. I entered and saw 3 more employees none acknowledged my presence.

I got home with my order to find I was shorted an item and fries were ice cold. I live less than a mile from the restaurant. Worst experience ever. This Wendy's location is in need of extensive training.

I had 4 Frosty Mini coupons I purchased . I live 1 hr. and 20 min from nearest Wendy’s . Today the gang was visiting a friend in the correct town with Wendy’s , with the 4 mini frosty s left we were going to use. It had been forever.

Well , forever was too long as I was informed at the window they were expired , then saw the expiration date once I put on glasses. I told both he and the manager that I was not irritated with them . The manager explains. I totally understood.

I was not happy that I could buy the sheet but then there had to be an expiration date. 00 about but really. Once this paper was purchased It should not need a deadline. The manager said it was Dave Thomas etc.

I told him I have 4 adopted kids and have foster several. My 2 cents..

Today we ordered Dave’s Singles at Wendy’s on Lake Murray Blvd, Irmo, SC, 29063, and received the absolute Worst burgers we have ever had. Wendy’s has always been our Favorite place but what we received today was way below standard.

It was Cold, bun and contents. It was sloppily made and there was no lettuce included. The French fries were cold & seemed like “left-overs”. There seemed to be only two (unskilled) workers in the bldg. Whoever hired those people did not train them as to how to make a decent burger or how to keep food warm.

I would hate to see this Wendy’s have to go out of business but with this type service we, and other customers, will not be patronizing this place again. Someone has to do better at hiring decent people to operate Wendy’s.

She didn't scan my coupon, so i paid full price. My order was wrong. I went back to get it corrected. I bit into the new sandwich and it was oddly mushy/rubbery. I turned on the light in my car and the chicken was completely RAW.

I am unable to attach files as they are too big. I will gladly send them via email. This is unacceptable. I am sickened by this.

Bought a taco salad, two singles and fries. The taco salad didn’t have chili or chips. The burgers were so wet with grease or water that they literally were dripping and had the wrong toppings all together. The fries, I believe were cooked back in 2022.

It’s always an issue with the Roanoke Street Wendy’s.

As a loyal customer of Wendy’s I drove across town at 5:30 PM to get a burger and chili. Upon arrival I was the number 6 car in line which didn’t move for 25 minutes.

Finally after waiting 30 minutes to place my order I was told they were cooking the chili. Blocked in for a few more minutes I was able to leave and go to Hardee’s where I received my burger in 3 minutes.

This is a common occurrence at the Selma, AL Wendy’s

Today I went to Wendy's when I ordered I payed but the cashier said I still owe. I was like no I couldn't so I said can you refund that what you charged. And I'll pay with some thing else.

(The reason was I was going to see what happened to my card at home online) right away she gave me attitude and said I can't the machine is down I was like but you took it and charged it. She was mad and said I can't.

Do that so I asked for a manager she said I am this lady could barely talk English right but enough to understand. So I said can you do that she's just ignore me then said nothing.

Finally I said can I get that receipt with your name. She gave me one and said her name is Monica but on it says Blanca. And I came home with nothing no food at all. And she would not refund my money back.…

99) and two sandwiches ($6) and a large fries. 93 At the drive through we only received one bag with two sandwiches and two chili's and no fries. We asked the server, Destiny, where our fries were. She told us they were not on the order.

We drove back around to get our receipt and it showed we paid for our large fries. We went inside the lobby and were immediately and very rudely met by the Manager Monica telling us they put the fries in our bag.

s in Southport NC I finally placed my order. Had to wait at least another 10 minutes to get to the 2nd window to pay, the first window was closed. So I am waiting at the 2nd window watching numerous employees standing around doing nothing, Finally another 5 minutes or so I get my bag of 4 items.

I get home fries ice cold and old tasting.

Second bite of my chicken bacon n cheese sandwich I come upon a huge hair. Have to spit it out. ~ A manager needs to be here and do something its absolutely horrible. I had not been back for several months as last time I had a similar situation but said let me give it a try.

So once again over $25 spent for teh 2nd time for us just to trash eveyrthing

The service wasn't bad itself. When I walked in to use the restroom at the Lincolnshire, IL location, on Half Day Rd, I noticed a Gender Neutral bathroom, AND a Women's bathroom! Sooo women are allowed to use both bathrooms while men are only allowed one?

That's kind of sexist toward men. Either make them both individual, or both gender neutral!

Gracie the manager has no customer service skills. I left my debit card there yesterday for lunch and I called all evening yesterday and all day today and no one picked up the phone. I finally went there for my lunch today and asked her about my card and she told me they ripped it up..

it took several times of me asking her to look in the safe because it was just yesterday for lunch and it was in the safe. she didn't apologize or anything, just handed me the debit card.

Also, Joran, the worker who took my order told me he didn't have anymore sour cream and when I asked him to please look in the back, he came out with 4. The Wendy’s restaurant on Penn Avenue in West Reading Pennsylvania store 825. Do not go there. It seems as though I have caught an employee digging in her pants and then handling food with no gloves.

Also, I saw with my eyes the manager Claire grabbing cups with her hands on the inside of the cup and then serving drinks that way to customers, I asked for a refund of my money and was told that I could not do that. She is the manager there told me to call corporate.

I strongly advise if you don’t want to get sick do not go to the Wendy’s on Penn Avenue in West Reading Pennsylvania.
