i have bleeding ulcers and my bf went to wendys in bluefield va at around 1030 and ordered 2 10 piece nuggets a daves single and a spicy chicken sandwich but we recieved 2 10 pieces and 2 spicy chickens so i didnt get to eat tonight this isnt the first time they have messed up our order and the problem has never been corrected no matter how many times i contact the store i will not be going back here they do not value their customers if they did they would have at least tried to rectify the situation

I ate a baked potato with melted cheese and bacon bits from Wendy's. It was delicious ..... but about 18 hours later, when I went to the bathroom, all I could produce was liquid diahrrea, nothing solid AT ALL. I was totally shocked1 This is not usually my pattern, so suspected something I ate.

The only thing I ate that day that was different from the other two people I was with was that potato. I have enjoyed Wendy's and these potatoes for many years, but now .....? This is totally unacceptable, very poor customer service!

The Wendy’s located at 2060 Mogadore Rd, Akron, OH 44312 is the worst place to grab a bite to eat. Today 3/7/23 I went through the drive through at 6:30pm for dinner. The drive thru attendant told me that they’re not frying any food and they’re only accepting cards.

I order a burger since that’s all I was going to get there and proceed curiously to the window. I then saw majority of the workers (all female) sitting in the lounge area. A women came to take my card and I asked her why are they not frying anything and only accepting cards at the moment.

She proceeds to say I don’t know multiple times quick and closes the window. She follows up with that they’re out of food to fry and something is wrong with their machines to where it will only accept cards. I then waited 25 minutes for 1…

The Wendy’s at 40460 Murrieta hot springs, murrieta CA 92563, has horrendous costumer service. There were 4 employees including a very large (over weight) manager doing nothing, while the had a lady that barely spoke English running the drive through alone.

She wasn’t taking orders correctly. She wouldn’t listen when you try to politely repeat your order. Numerous people left with out ordering or without the food they ordered. After finally getting to the window (20 min and was 3rd in line) my order was so wrong it wasn’t even funny.

I have an autistic child that wanted fries but I spent so much time waiting in line that I couldn’t wait for them to drop a basket for her fries. If you know anything about autistic children then you know that lead to a horrific night and many melt downs.…

I went indise the Wendy's in Charlottesville on 4th street to order. I watch the person making my order and had to instructed them on how to make it. Then they forgot to give me my frosty. I also had a hair in my baked potatoes. I normally just forget about something like this but my paycheck doesn't go up but life keeps going up and up. I would just like a regular frosty and a baked potato without hair.

I ordered at Wendy's in Angola Indiana store#00008725, on 3-6-23 @ 6:47 pm. Order # 3219 drive thru. Host name is Rose. I ordered spicy and grilled sandwiches and nuggets. I asked for the tomato lettuce and mayo to be in a separate container.

We like to assemble them at home bc in the 25 min drive home the lettuce gets warm and wilted, the juice from tomato makes the bread get soggy, and the mayo gets warm and starts to separate. When eaten right away it is perfect but since I was bringing them home I wanted everything separate. "" I answer yes. ummmmm okkkaay???.

Good evening. I just wanted to voice my displeasure with a Wendy’s in Phoenix yesterday while we were traveling. We waited over 25 minutes for just a biggie bag and a chili. We only stopped to grab my son a cheeseburger before his football tournament.

Unfortunately it took so long he couldn’t even eat it prior to playing. When he finally got it after 2 games it was a nasty chicken sandwich with tons of Mayo. We literally waited 25 minutes and spent money to have to buy him something else afterwards because they messed it up.

I have eaten Wendy’s a ton over the years and this was by far the worse experience.

Visited this branch via Drive-Thru today as I was trying to place my order your employee was in such a hurry she gave me my food total before I was even finished ordering. Once I got to the second window you had at least four (4) employees just standing doing nothing.

Your employee was in so much of a hurry just to sit and wait for my order for approximately 4 minutes. Once I get my food home I noticed rotten tomatoes and old lettuce on everything that I purchased. But most of my complaint is with the rude employee(s).

I visited the Wendy's restaurant located at 2909 W. 28th Ave., Pine Bluff, AR during my lunch break. I was at the store between 12:45pm and 1:10pm.. I chose to go inside as I saw the drive thru was backed-up, so I thought going inside would be faster. I was wrong! When I walked inside, the lobby area was full with customers standing around with many who had already ordered. There was only one person working the front counter, Gerard, and he seemed very flustered, but he was polite.

My complaint is that it took too long for my order to be taken and then to receive my order. The fact that there was a crowd of people in lobby and a long line in the drive thru shows lack of effective management. This is an issue especially when you have limited time for lunch hour and you can't receive order…

I am writing this letter regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. I visited one of your drive-through locations and was assisted by one of your employees. During my transaction, the employee informed me that I was eligible for a 10% military discount on my purchase.

However, to my disappointment, when I received my receipt, I did not receive the promised military discount. I was disheartened by this as I had specifically asked for the discount and was told that I would receive it.

My 82 yr old mother went to the Collingwood Ont Canada location. did not pay attention to my Mom. She was charged $14+ for 2 med Frostys and a small fries. They were busy and quickly dismissed her to serve next person.

this location is staffed by non English speaking/ understanding staff who do not understand customer service. Please resolve this asap thank you

The service at this store is really bad. After they got their order I was asked to wait with no one in front of me. I ordered two sausage croissants with cheese no egg . One sausage biscuit a Lg wedge and small wedges.

When I opened the bag it was two bacon and cheese on a roll . Ithey also parked my order for another 3 minutes before I got my food

I used to love Wendy’s but it’s getting worse. The burgers are sloppy I waited one time 35 minutes and they’re not very friendly. If you want to keep Wendy’s open your prices are way too high. I’ve went three times strike three I’m all done and a lot of other people think the same thing!

You need to get better people working at Wendy’s if you want it to work! I wish you would like I said I used to love Wendy’s! Thank you!

My husband went to the Wendy’s Drive thru today (3/5/23) to be instructed to come inside to order because the speaker was broken. When we were at this same location 2 weeks ago, we were told the same thing! Regardless, he parked and went inside. He waited to be assisted. There were 3 people in line ahead of him. The cashier accepted the other 3 patrons order and then announced loudly that “they were no longer accepting orders so the kitchen could catch up because only 3 people were there”. Frustrated, my husband took our business elsewhere! Just don’t understand how one more order would have made a difference considering none of the employees had to work the drive thru and could devote their attention to dine-in customers??? We won’t bother going back!!

Wendys, Folsom, PA, Sunday 3/5 Store empty, employees standing in back talking, placed order, they had no change, burgers very red, couldn't get Frostys be ca use they had no change. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Asked for cloth to wipe it but had to add hand sanitizer to clean our table.

There was a bunch of teenage kids just standing around while I had to wait for my food which was cold by the time I got it and the woman that was behind the counter was holding an infant child. Wendy’s guarantee. FRESH HOT FRIES! What a joke. Waited outside for over 15 min. I was the only one there. Brought me out cold food. Took the food back inside and ask for my money back. Took them another 10 min to get a refund. No apology. No nothing.

R. visit with my son, we went to the Wendy's in E. Peoria, IL.

First off the lobby is not open, I assume due to being short staffed, so we had no choice but to go thru the drive thru. After 20 minutes we finally got to order our food. And then another 10 minutes to get to the pay window, and then another 5 or 6 minutes to get to the pick up window.

Not once was I greeted, or was it even acknowledged that we had to sit in line for so long. We get our food and drinks, I pay... still not a word was spoken to me. We Get home and the order is not up to par.

My co-worker and I placed our order. Others placed order after us and they were getting their food before us. Went and talked to employees 30 minutes later and they were looking for our order. Couldn’t find it and asked what was our name on order and still couldn’t find it.

Then they asked what did we order and finally got it five minutes after that. Horrible experience ever!

Approximately two weeks ago I went to your Wendy's restaurant located at 903 W Chipman Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64086 where Randy took my drive thru order. When I arrived at the window, I gave him my debit card and before I could ask for creamer, he hurriedly close the window.

When he came back with my food and coffee I asked for creamer, and he stated to me rudely " I asked if you wanted creamer, and you said nothing". I advised him that I did not hear him. I ordered 4 biggie bags through the drive thru. I asked for regular nuggets and they told me they were low on regular nuggets and if it was ok to give me half of them spicy. I said sure. Not only were the nuggets (all of them) cold and hard, but the food tasted stale. We got 0 sauces.

turns out there were 0 sauces in the bags. By the time I got home and realized the food was nasty it was too late to return to the restaurant. I ended up making my kids home made soup. I am very unhappy!

I recently placed a mobile order for 2 double stacks without ketchup, a crispy chicken sandwich, and a large fries. After a ridiculously long wait I received my food and foolishly drove off without checking, only to arrive home and find that they had actually given me a single Junior cheeseburger with ketchup, a crispy chicken sandwich, and two small fries.

Looking in the drive-thru window it is clear that this site is extraordinarily understaffed, which I suspect is why my order took forever and was more inspired by what I ordered than actually what I ordered. I frequent the store on 34St since I am in walking distance. I’m 85 yrs old and do carry out often. Many times this store is out of many menu items for instance ,in the last few weeks they have been out of Apple pecan salads at least two times They more often than not they are out of baked potatoes.

And employee I asked if they were going out of business since they were out of baked potatoes again he replied no we have potatoes but nobody bakes them.

Also last week they had a sign offering a 5 cookie bundle ,since they were out of baked potatoes i said that I will have the cookie special only to find out that they were out of cookies also. This location is a very poor representation of Wendy’s and I can’t believe it is earning money for corporate or Franchise.

The Sellersburg Indiana location is nothing but a playground ran by high school kids or the local meth addicts!!! The wait time is not under 30 minutes no matter when you go, I haven't had a correct order since the first week it opened, they're always out of something, the ones working all look lost and/or are too busy discussing their personal lives or standing around, the beans in the Chilli are white and

red with most being crunchy, and that's just a start!!! It's absolutely ridiculous!!! It really shouldn't be open until capable staff can be found. I know numerous people in Sellersburg that have been posting on our neighborhood site about the horrible service, food and excessive wait times.

I ordered 2 salads and was charged for 3. The Oberlin ohio wendys will not give a receipt ever! I have no way of knowing if my money was refunded. They also got an attitude and handed me the salads with the chicken uncut.

I would give no stars if I could. I love Wendy's but this particular location needs better management and staff. I went through the drive thru and ordered a medium milkshake and a small fry. 07. I was a little thrown off by my charge and then when i got my cold fries and a very tiny milkshake I told the lady at the drive thru window that i did not want the items to please keep the food and refund my debit card.

She told me that the only person that could do a refund on my debit card was the GM and that he was not there, and she does not know when he will return. I kindly told her I will be disputing the charges with my bank.
