I went to ridge road in west Seneca on Monday around 6:00 pm for my lunch and the Puerto Rican guy had a bad attitude and gave me the wrong order. I couldn't come back to get it switched with the right order. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE I WAS GIVING.

I order 4/singles w/o onions asked for a receipt said machine was broken order came with onions told the woman @ the drive-thru very rude, dirty uniform they remade the order I waited 10 minutes and what they re-made was terrible I ate one and threw the other 3 away. The Wendy’s in midfield , Al never open on time. Never have lunch ready in time, and now the only serve through the drive thru. I understand sometimes things happen, but this has been an ongoing issue for at least 3 months. Thank you

Wendy’s on G and Huntington Park, I have a complaint about, the customer services; the manager or just the worker, works with her street clothes on and no hair net, and when I said something about it to one of the other employees I was given a attitude. Which caused I believe my food to mess up.

I was at your store approximately 8:10 on 02/28/2023 when walked in there was loud music playing employees were dancing, singing out loud and really having a good time I would have thought I was at the club and what appeared to be a manager,she sneezed on her hand and didn't wash them I stood at the counter at least 5 minutes before I was waited on.I ordered a medium frosty but she gave me a small I took it so I could go ahead and leave this environment everything was so unprofessional.

I’m tired of spending my money on your Wendy’s in Louisville, Ohio! Always wrong food! Spent 25 dollars tonight, and the food was wrong like always! Should of stayed a Burger King! Never again! Teach your employees how to follow directions!!! Lost Costumer!

I live in Topeka Kansas. I went to eat at your wendys on wanamaker rd. Roughly at 11 pm. I ordered a number 1 and a 4 for 4 and baconator meal. I waa asked to pull forward after paying.

It took 30 minutes to get our food. We wete told because of the time it was they had to start cleaning at same time. This store closes at 12am. There were 2 employees eating in dining room and tleast 3 i saw in the back and a 4 who brought our food out eventually. It was ice cold.

I will not be returning to this wendys. It was a terrible experience

I entered the Wendy' store located at363 West Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385. I talked the employee that I was din in on this visit but she put it has I was doing a carry out. The restroom was dirty, had water, and hand soap all over the place.

Everytime I come to Wendy's on Colerain in cincinnati their doors is always locked it states on the door that they open the doors at 9am it's 1030am and they are not open this is a inconvenience for people that don't drive and want to sit in and eat.

Wendy's on hwy 56 Clinton SC 29325 I visited Sunday February 26, 2023. The man that was cooking was raising his voice to the other employees. He was very argumentative I was next in line I started texting my husband to let him know what was going on.

Then the employee, the man that was cooking, started accusing me of videoing him, He came out from behind the grill and told me I had no right in videoing him. I told him I was testing my husband. Then he said he was calling the law on me and if I did not leave he was leaving. I felt threaten.

So I left, I had paid for my food but I did not receive any of my food. I walked out the door. He followed me out the door and said he was going to get my tag number and call the law.

I went to the location on US1 in Port Saint Lucie and I asked for a sweet tea, I was given a tea with lemon in it, that I am allergic to. Spoke to a manager while the cashier and her spoke she is laughing about the situation. Very unprofessional and could have cost my life, if indeed I would have really drunk a lot of it.

My girlfriend works for Wendy’s in Sheboygan wi and every single time she works and I get her from work in the middle of the night she tells me what’s happening at work and how she’s being bullied and harassed by her colleagues. She’s repeatedly reported it to her managers and they don’t do anything about it. She loves working there but it’s the coworkers that harass her.

I have many years of food service and obtain patience as I understand short staffing and new employees however, I waited ten minutes for them to even take my order as well as waiting another twenty mins for my order. When I did get my order it was ok cold . Once again I don’t like to complain because I understand circumstances but this was just over the top I simply ordered two meals and it took over a half hour and it was cold .

I went to the Wendys" at Baxter Road in Virginia Beach, VA. at approximately 6:30 pm on 2/26/23. I wanted to order a baked potato and was told they were out. I then ordered a taco salad and after paying for it was told they had no chips.

This was disappointing but what really bothered me was the uncaring attitude of the staff. I have encountered this several times. I had to wait several minutes before someone took my order. I noticed the drive in person flip off her headset and put it on someone elses' head and state: " there's a customer on the line- take the order"- the other person was caught off guard and told the original person to take the order.

This took place on Sunday, 2/26/2023 at the location on 1331 W. Wade Hampton Blvd Greer, SC 29650. Our family (two adults, three kids) went through the drive thru to make a small order. We were the only car in the drive thru except for one other vehicle.

When I pulled up to order the young lady on the speaker was friendly. I ordered a single with cheese, lettuce, and tomato (minus the bun) and a baked potato. I was about to say that was the end of my order but my husband remembered that we had a survey coupon for a free single if you ordered a single.

I very kindly asked if I could use the coupon and add a single with only cheese. Suddenly another voice (an older woman who was EXTREMELY RUDE) came over the speaker. She told me I couldn’t use the coupon since I had ordered a combo.

finally got it at 7:13. When I placed my order I asked for both my burgers plain and no cheese. They came with cheese. Went back up and waited another 5 minutes until they came up to me. I told them they were to be plain and no cheese.

Got them back and guess what yes they had cheese for the 2nd time. After standing up there waiting my food was getting cold. I was so irritated I was taking them back up for the third time.

I used to go to Wendy's 2 or 3 times per week. I LOVED Wendy's. Now, i go maybe once per month... you can verify what I'm saying. I'm nearly 53 and in my lifetime, Wendy's has made at least 2 large changes to their french fries.

The first was going from "steak fries" to medium cut fries with some potato skin on them. going to the current "coated fries"... The coating keeping the fries warm longer (for deliveries) as well as retaining a crispiness. not like potatoes at all.

and they suck there too. bring back either of the old fries. then you should probably start using frozen patties and other garbage ingredients . Thank you, drive thru

The male workers were inside the drive through window hitting on the female workers. Which made me very uncomfortable as I sat there waiting for my food for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional. They also told me my card declined. I had the funds needed for food I am certain.

The cashier never tried the card again. Insisted I use another form of payment. My girlfriends order was supposed to be plain. It was not. I guess I messed up getting Wendy’s at 11:30 PM

In the last three months, I have been to the Wendy’s in Dunedin Florida on main street approximately three times. The first of these three experiences left me sitting in a line of cars. I was the fourth car and I waited 40 minutes in the car line for my food, I would’ve gotten out of the line but there was no way to get out.

I was just at the Wendy’s on Livernois in the drive thru line placing my order when the lady who was taking orders didn’t take my full order than got loud with me at the window when I tried to explain to her that she didn’t get the full order. The customer service is very terrible there and it should be closed down because nobody should be yelling at me when she didn’t get the order right

Worker named Pam at the restaurant in Bettendorf IA 2435 Spruce Hills Drive needs to be fired. She is constantly rude and short with customers. My daughter and myself we to the drive through this am and Pam would not allow my daughter to finish her sentence while ordering her food.

I called previously about a member of management knowingly being involved with a subordinate that was selling drugs to his fellow crew members. He is a sex offender that was left alone with underage workers (management knew this as well).

This specific manager even when to court and testified on his behalf. She believes that they are in a relationship even though he is married. She is still working at the store even though I was assured by the regional and district management that the situation would be rectified.

Today I came to the location and she immediately stated whispering to her crew and they began staring at me. This is now begonias harassment.

Location Wilson boulevard and Firestone in Jacksonville. I ordered a grilled chicken a Dave's double and two medium fries freshly made. The girl behind the counter says these are fresh speaking of the fries. I made the comment of it takes 15 minutes for fresh grilled chicken.

Can I please get them all made at the same time. All I did was come attitude and act like it was a problem to have that done.

My wife and I stopped at Wendy’s in Princeton Wv at 5:45 on 2/23/23 and placed an order on chili, taco salad small frosty and medium drink at 6:05 we left without food or a refund! Upon exiting we noticed two employees at the rear of building playing with what appeared to be a RAT. The service was bad as other people waited longer than us!

My complaint is I love Wendy’s but the worse franchise is at Houston Texas airport. I have gone there many times but every experience stinks. Breakfast cold, dinner hamburger’s cold. I traveled just recently in February 2023. I know for airport Wendy’s is the least inexpensive but double the price if going to outside airport. No problem if fresh and good but not double price for cold and terrible. If needed can send receipts.

Went to Coos bay store, the young girl was rude the forgot 1 of my sandwich and 1 of my burgers had two bottom buns. Tryed calling store serval times and no one answer.. they need to make this right.

Visited a Wendy’s in Ironton Ohio this evening February 23, the conditions inside were appalling , floors were covered with trash that had been there for quite some time. One person was handling food while wearing a filthy ball cap, the same person was cursing very loudly, I had my 8 year old grandson with me , I was totally shocked by the experience. I most likely never visit there again, and will let friends and neighbors know the conditions there.

So the Wendy's on hikton head island south Carolin is in need of some help. I'm not sending a complaint in I just want to let you all know that they have a sign at the front door that says open for pick up or delivery.

Dining room is open but the registers are closed. What does that even mean. You can go in and sit down but you can't order food. I can only hope your company will send them some help.

I order the pub burger thru drive thru, on the Board it says $ 6.49 but they charge me $7.99. I ask for a Manager and they say Manager not there. this happened LAST MONTH. Today asked why board STILL says $6.49 but you charge me $7.99,. Ask for Manager, once again said not here!!!!! The first window where they take the cash, said Manager not there and slammed window closed. I WILL NO LONGER GO THERE. This is a small town, word spreads fast. Please train your employees and Managers better. Horrible service.

The location on rout 23 north Wayne NJ is horrible, I just had a burger with lettuce and tomatoes, it tasted like the dirty wet rag they used to clean tabletops or wear they prep the vegetables. Very disappointed, I had one bite and threw it out and got sick

Went to visit Wendys on Congress Street, Saratoga Springts, NY. Service was horrible!!!! (god bless i'm an independent contractor but not the point). Was charged for the sandwiches i ordered but didn't receive what i ordered. I should had looked before leaving; but after waiting for the half hour i was already pissed waiting this long.

I understand they probably were a bit overwhelmed during lunch hour; and most likely short staffed I'm sure.

However for someone who's worked in retail; to the public and to serve the public; the service should have been good. It was not. I will NOT be going back to this Wendys now!!!
