Myself and my husband went to our local Wendy's on Monday, February 20, 2023 located at 25 Putnam Street, Staten Island, NY 10308. What we found was an abomination the floors were so dirty my shoes were sticking to it, the tables were filthy with food, barbecue sauce and ketchup were smeared on the glass separation, soda machines were very dirty and

what disturbed me the most was gnats were flying around while we were eating, that we threw away our food.

Also the instead of the staff taking caring of all the conditions they were to busy watching a basketball game. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I went to the Wendy's located at 1560 S Hamilton Cir, Olathe, KS 66061. I waited for 10 mins which is whatever but then I left and started to eat my food and it was ice cold the cheese wasn't melted and it tasted OLD.

Today around 6:25, pm, my husband and I drove to the drive in window at the Wendy's on 116th street in Carmel, 46033. The c was one car in front of us, who pulled up to the window. We pulled up them, and waited and waited for someone to take our order. I said "hello?", waited a few minutes, and said "hello" again, but no one answered. Since there was only 1 car in the parking lot, I thought the restaurant might be closed.

I drove to the window, and a very rude black man came to the window and said " was that you saying hello?." I told him it was. Just a couple of things about the Wendy's In Quincy Mass on the Southern Artery - First the place is filthy - Barrels outside over flowing with trash-- The ice machine for the soda machine never works - Half of the drink flavors never work - I will not complain about the help cause it's all the same everywhere you go .... But I think the place needs a little over haul -- I've lived in Quincy my whole life and there used to be a burger place in the same location called Howdy's Beef n Burger back in the 70's -- The place was always clean ... On February 20th of 2023 I placed an order on grubhub for a Wendy's order. It was large order and when it arrived the 9mile location in Eastpointe MI gave him the completely wrong order. Grubhub refunded my money but the Wendy's location never answered my phone calls to see if I could get my order.

I ended up going to another food chain.

I have been a customer of Wendy for over 25 years or more I don't understand why I can't get hot food especially fries,with the high cost of a small I even ask everytime and 90% of the time I have to return them just for them to mixed the cold fries with the hot this is ridiculous not to mention horrible customer service .Please something must be done. If I could go lower than a one, I would. 00 and I asked her if a single was the same price as a cheeseburger and she said yes. Then when I got my burger, the bun was cold like it had been in the cooler and when I bit into the sandwich, it was cold so I threw it away.

The food for everyone in the party came out lukewarm. The chicken nuggets were cooked way too long. They had no spoon for one of our guests to eat the chili with. They had no barbecue sauce. Fries, nuggets, burger we're all warm at best.

Staff here and friendly, and will not interact with guest and their needs. When we came in waiting, customers told us to leave and go somewhere else because the service is so poor. They have been waiting so long as did week.

Today I experienced one of the WORST experiences at a Wendy’s that I’ve ever had and because of it — will never be going back. Let me preface this by saying I downloaded your app the other day and tried to use it at the location on Washington Blvd in Elkridge, MD.

They had no record of my mobile order and the manager who came to the drive thru window didn’t even seem to know that you guys had an app or what a mobile order even is. I ended up leaving without food because the manager was incompetent but my kids really wanted Wendy’s so I tried the newly remodeled one on Dobbin Rd in Columbia, MD.

Service was very poor at location in baxter mn. Mainly due to lack of training and being short handed. The manager ended up locking doors so as to stop customers from coming in. Drive thru seemed to take priority then.

As I and a few others had to wait quite awhile to order and get our food that was no longer hot. I watched a new employee ended up walking out because he wasn't being helped and heard it was only his second day.

I assumed he quit when we saw him walk out of the restaurant. I will no longer go that location again. What a disgrace to you!!!!

Wendy’s at 1845 E Capitol Expy, San Jose, CA 95121 Tonight, February 19 at approximately 6:45pm. I waited in line much too long 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. I placed my order which is a number 10 combo a cheeseburger, bacon Nader, and a pub order fries also a chicken nuggets.

I just do not understand why the dining room still has not opened at our local wendys. I’ve used the app twice to pickup food to only realize that you can’t go inside and pickup. You have to wait in their drive thru which is always a ridiculously long wait whether one person or 10 .

I ordered a plain #2 baconator combo mentioning both to keep the bacon and cheese. My order was given to me as a plain spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it. Location: Lake ronkonkoma, around 5:30pm, drive through, 2/19/2023. No idea how that could have been misheard with the double verification of toppings and the #2 call out.

The order also included a kids meal and crispy chicken not which were correct. Only my order was completely wrong.

Ordered breakfast. Wanted honey butter chicken biscuit. When I got home all I had was a the biscuit. No chicken. I wnet to check receipt but they did not give me one. I heard the girl read it back to be correct.

Their chat associates don't help at all. All I wanted to do was update my phone number. I placed an order and noticed I put the wrong number for the last digit immediately after placing g the order. I contacted wendys chat support and was first in line but it took 15 minutes for someone to enter the chat.

Then when they entered the chat I let them know I needed to update my number. He said to go to the app settings. I let him know I went there first before contacting them and there are no options to update your number.

Then he said the exact same thing " go to the app settings". So I asked exactly where? And he said the same thing! So I asked to speak with a supervisor and he says please make sure the number is correct when placing the order.

First off I got my food and it had hair all over it. Then the manager Tiffany is very rude. She locked the doors and was wandering why customers were still getting in. She looked and said o a customer put a rock in the door so they can still get in.

Then proceeded back to the line and said to her employees I know it wasn't any of you because i would fire you. There are better ways to run a business when it gets busy. This was at the springboro location.

We visited Wendy’s at the Zion Crossroads Virginia location on Friday 17, 2023 around 7pm. We sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes. We could see workers inside walking around. One employee was outside smoking and drinking a drink just walking around.

He could see cars pulling out of the drive thru and leaving. We saw one lady go to the door and was unable to get in. After waiting some more they announced to people in the drive thru they were closed due staff shortages.

Four cars had left before the announcement. Im sorry but they had the placed locked up and new they were closed without informing the 10+ vehicles waiting. This Wendy has always had trouble with long wait time but tonight was uncalled for.

They need better worker and management. Thank you for your time.

Wendy's located at 4400 Sahara Las Vegas Nevada sold me an oldsingle daves burger around 3:15PM on February 15th 2023. I ordered the for $6. The bread was hard and the meat was dry and cheese was old tasting and looking. I threw it away.

I was really irritated that they did that. Dont serve something to customers you wouldn't want to eat yourself. I would like a refund also. I wish i did have a picture to send. Thank you

Ordered French toast sticks (6) thru drive thru, asked to be cooked to order. They were actually just dropped back into grease, bag full of grease, tasted horrible. I asked for refund and was told refund is not allowed because I was dissatisfied with the product.

I visited Wendy's today via the drive thru at 7:30 AM.

First, there wasn't a breakfast menu to select from. The only way I know what might be available was to select the sandwich that was flashing on one screen with a checken breast on a biscuit. The biscuit made me believe this might be for breakfast.

Was there any other options? I dont know either. The order taker was less than pleasant. When I go to the window, there was no "good morning", and no thank you. Just took my credit card, handed it back and closed the window.

Dave would not be happy. I wasnt.

The Fort Dodge,Iowa store employees need to be drugged screen. I myself have came in multiple times and saw both team workers and management with dilated eyes, smells more than cigarettes. On February 16 th it's no different. So I also found out on social media and how they rank website.

Other people including past employees are also confirming " management including the General Manager" as good time people. Even allowing some kind of deals going on. And one past employee mentioned on her media it's going on in management houses.

Along with prison inmates being in there homes. Wendy's used to be a good place,a good environment. I am switching to JMars or Tom Thumbs. You think upper management in there corporate office would do something. Considering customers complaining on there…

I have went last night on feb 15,2023… to the Wendys on 902 outlet collection way Auburn… at like around 12am… I ordered the 1 como with Jr burger, 4 pc nuggets… and a 2 10 piece spicy nuggets.. and the order was complete terrible!

The nuggets where not all the way cooked.. they were not crunchy at all. And not even the food was under cooked. The lady at the window lied to me. I have asked her if it was the spicy not regular nuggets and she confirmed that they were all spicy just like my ticket said.

Just to find out that they where not spicy at all… when I got home that’s when I noticed everything

I place several orders theough the Wendy's app... Every time I place a large order, it is NEVER right. There is always something missing- something incorrect about the order and I am never able to speak with someone to get my money back. This is riduculous.

I work hard for my money, and I try to support this chain because the food is great, but i have one more incorrect order before I am done with the chain completely. This is ridiculous. I need to have this issue corrected as soon as possible.

My wife and I had a doctor's appointment as a follow-up to her cancer treatment. I asked what she would like to eat after the appointment and she said Wendy"s. She looked up on her phone for the nearest place. We stopped and made our order of a baked potato, 2 large chili's and 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers.

We live across town from this store. We got home and found no sandwiches. I immediately called and asked for the manager. She said come back to get them. I said it was too far but we would be back in two weeks. She said she'd leave a note on the wall with my name to claim my food.

Last night we stopped and were told there was no note and since we had no receipt there was no way we would get the food, They said they have 8 managers so no one who I had talked with.

I ordered Wendy’s on DoorDash on 02/15/23. I ordered a Son of a Baconator and a 10pc Nugget meal with a Large Rootbeer. I received my order and it was completely wrong. I received a Double Pretzel Bacon Pub with a medium fry and a Large Unsweetened Tea.

I decided to replace my order because I really wanted Wendy’s. This time I got my order that I originally ordered time stamped at 9:08pm on the receipt and it is now 10:20pm. I now have cold food and of course my drink is still wrong.

I use to go to Wendy’s a lot . I have not been there in some time so I got a craven . I spent 41 dollars for dinner for my family’s . I got home and started eating and after a few bits of my sandwich I was like this is bad.

I mean it’s really terrace. So I decided to eat my chilly which I use to love. I took the first bite and thought oh no.

Second bite and that was it. My son had the same issue and he eats anything. Then my wife took a bite of here chicken sandwich and said why is there cheese on this. It was not cheese it was a big peice of hair.

At that point everything went in the garbage. What is going on here. Your company is in big trouble.. what did you do… why did you change so much.

There was already 3 pulled over 20 later still nothing the 3 cars ahead just left And after going in the restaurant 20 min later the said the we’re waiting on the chicken.

Place is always filthy. Tables are not clean. Always have to seat on a dirty table. No one bothers to come clean. Employees are just talking behind the counter with each other. Food is good and served fast. But the place needs a good cleaning.

Where we get our drinks there is a puddle on the floor always and it smells horrible. Manager needs to step up and manage his employees.

Good morning I’d like to make a complaint about the Wendy’s LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida, I was there this morning to buy a breakfast sandwich and a coffee.

While waiting for my breakfast meal to be served, the whole staff got into a boisterous conflict with some yelling screaming, and I waited 20 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich and coffee and had asked the manager twice who was also involved in this Mile that went on for 20 minutes, so I just wanted to make you aware that this is probably the most unprofessional customer service I have seen.

I am a Dasher for Doordash in Mason City, Iowa. I enter the restaurant from the west side door to get two order, prepaid orders. A lady came to me with rude attitude saying that the dining room was closed , that they will not be able to take my order inside the restaurant.

I told her that is not my fault that the door was open , there was no sing on that specific door. Is it policy that none of your employees wear gloves. They handled all food products with their bare hands. When questioned about this behavior they look at you like your crazy. I always go to Wendys to get a med season potatoes every morning. I always have a problem. I have to wait at the drive-thru at least 5 mins (no lie), then i drive to the window i see people in there they act like they don't see me, but looks straight to my face and say nothing.

So i go back to the drive-thru wait again NOTHING. I go back to the window there's always an excuses,but the one that got me yesterday is the manger said they were not open yet and it's was 9:00am. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THE ONE ON NORTHWEST HWY EVER AGAIN.
