No complaint. This is a compliment but couldn't find anywhere else to post. In the last month, I have gone to the Wendys on Collins Road in Cedar Rapids, Iowa three times. Every time, my Single was made perfectly. No slopping over the edges, the right proportions of condiments, and it was hot.

The last time I went (1/28 in the eve), I was just checking to see if this was the norm. Again, perfect. As I was leaving, I mentioned to a young female employee that they made a nice neat sandwich.

" Loved that ownership and unexpected in an entry-level job. I think your food is the healthiest fast food out there. Bravo.

I've stopped at several Wendy's in western PA in the past week for my 96 yr old mother. She loves chocolate frosties! All of your locations are always mysteriously out of chocolate only! Why? All my stops are around 7 pm EST Again why 7 pm? Please advise Larry J

Window attendant refused to give correct change, said only on a $6.48 purchase fo which I gave her $20.50. Change due was $14.02. She handed back $14 and said, 2 cents short. I asked her if she had 2 cents, and she said no. Asked if she had a nickel, since I had 3 cents. She said no. Very cavalier, unapologetic. I don’t care about the 2 cents, I care that Wendy’s would allow this “oh, well”. approach to their customers. Can’t believe that there ws no change. Sounds like the day’s tip jar will be receiving all the change that Wendy’s could not provide correctly.

Worst Wendy’s i have ever been in , wanted to use the drive thru, and nobody came sat for ten minutes went inside just to be ignored by 5 people standing in front of the counter touching things, and touching other products, than peoples food. The older poor lady at the counter doing everybody else’s job, and in the correct uniform was so stressed out, and you can tell but still kept a smile! Where IS THE MANAGEMENT?

These employees need some help! They need to be taught how to properly work in this area of job! Food was also disgusting, and cold! I will never come here again.

While waiting on my mobile order to be ready, I needed to use the restroom. At that moment just about all the other employees were very buy either taking, making, or bagging orders. I noticed a Manager at the register so I politely waited for her to finish what she was doing at that moment.

Once she was done, I asked her if she had the key for the restroom. " She continued to act like she didn't hear or understand me. Not once the entire time I was in there did she acknowledge me.

So I grabbed my food and left. On the Bright side at least Chick-fil-A let me use their restroom!

I went to a Wendy's store #3291 Palm Desert Ca. ,Before I went I looked at the menu on the computer. the Wendy's menu at that store is completely different from the menu on the computer. 1. They do not have strawberry swirl frosty only chocolate and vanilla 2.

They have Parmesan Caesar Salad no mention of Chicken. The menu on the computer says Caesar Chicken Salad. The Host didn't understand What I asked for. 3. The store only has small and large Frosty's, the computer menu has junior, regular and large Frosty's. 4.

The drive up menu was dark (not lite up) and hard to read, the order taker just said we know. This is the second time I've gone to this store the last time was 2 weeks ago and the menu sign was out at that time.

You have a manager located at 3541 S Meridian Ave, Wichita, KS 67217. His name is Kyle. I was in your restaurant today 1/25/23 when he was given a young lady an interview and rudely asked her if she was as stupid as Natasha, who was another employee at that store.

I am sorry but Kyle has been rude to many customers as I am there quite often. If he is speaking to his employees that way I am not sure how that store even has people working under that man!

I am unimpressed by his lack of manager duties. I will contact anyone I can if this man does not get reprimanded for his rude mouth and behavior.

So this is another visit where I had asked for no ketchup they repeated it back to me and they STILL put ketchup on my burger so I had to wipe it off my burger AGAIN. AFTER I asked for no ketchup.

And occasionally I understand mistakes happen but so frequently almost every other time my girlfriend and I usually have a wrong order, a mistake or just missing food in general. Or the food is cold. The cashiers are most times rude and or ignore me at the window.

They had almost dropped my drinks tonight. And I would really appreciate some sort of acknowledgment about my complaint and somebody please make it right. This particular Wendy's in Southfield mi is the only one closest to me wen I get off from work coming and going and I feel it's wrong for them not to honor your app what's the point of having it wen ever time u go they always say there gun isn't working so I'm missing out on all my free stuff I have previously earned during visits from other locations in the past this location management is terrible I am very disappointed in Wendy's it's been at least 6 months that they have been saying the same o thing about they can't scan your app because there gun isn't working that's not fair to your customers then

I went thru the drive thru at Wendy's on 6240 S Gun Club Rd, Aurora, CO 80016 and ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. When I got home to eat it I did not discover the chicken was raw until I was almost done eating it. I called the restaurant and was told that I needed to bring what was left to receive a refund. The manager did apologize and gave me a refund. I hope I don't get sick, simonella is a real thing. To drive to the restaurant for $6.?? it was a 20+ minute round trip. I am not happy and I know that I will be be returning.

I hope my complaint is not ignored and it is addressed. I am ssuming it's a training issue but it's a mistake that could harm people.

went to wendys on 1/19/2023 with wife and granddaughter, 4245 pony express parkway in eagle mountain there was a truck 2 vehicles in front of me it took forever for this person to place order than when they went to window it took at least 10-15 minutes to sort out thier order mistakes were being made they never asked the person to move out of line which is typical if there order is taking a while 15 minutes for a hamburger is ridiculous, my granddaughter was crying becase it took so long than they didn't give any straws or condiments for our food it was a horrible experience

Ordered on line via the Wendy's App. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time. Waited 15 minutes for my order. Food was ice cold, just basic burgers and French fries for my wife and I. Our trash can was the lucky recipient of the garbage we purchased here at the Wendy's restaurant located on Lehigh Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania, 18103.

I went with two of my teenage nieces to the Wendy's at 1102 Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree City Georgia on 1/21/23. Once we were inside we were told that the inside were closed due to short staffing . A group of white teenagers came in they were told that they were ok.

I stopped at the door and the same employee turned and said tell them the same thing. Another employee joking told them but they were allowed to order food

I’m writing this because of the location on main st in orange nj. This location drive thru had a few cars ahead of me and didn’t seem crazy busy. No receipt was given and it’s happens often. But it doesn’t matter there has been times where I have been the only car and some how something always is wrong.

I this time ordered three sugar cookies with my order and the girl repeaters it back to me twice and the girl looked in the bag at the window and I asked is everything there. She said yes I drive off and there was only 2 cookies.

I don’t have time to run back when I’m going to Wendy’s because it’s usually before work. So I now have to pay the person for the cookie that was missing from the order. This has happened too many times and it makes no sense.

I got attacked by an employee that called me racial slurs and I'm a woman. A woman who runs an establishment on the same side of town. Which is well known. I have a problem when your employee tries to follow me outside and fight me and management does nothing.

Upon calling after I left. Trying to speak with the operating manager. He refused to give me his name and hung up on me! m. On July 19 I do expect an immediate response! Or I'll be pursuing other avenues! Thank you, Angel

I order an avocado and an apple pecan salad.. My avocado salad did not have any avocados on it. I was on my lunch break, so I was not able to return back to the store. It is not too often Derek and I eat out anymore. Yes it’s expensive, but customer service stinks. Went to Wendy’s on West 12th. Ordered 2 potatoes with extra cheese. Notice on the receipt that they made sure they charged me accordingly.

Now look at the potatoes. 1 has barely any cheese and 2 has just the normal amount of cheese. I asked the associate if they remembered the extra cheese and her reply was “yes I watched them”. Well I think she needs to get her eyes checked.

So tired of being charged for things and not getting them.

Hi. I ordered double Dave's combo and everything was cold burger and fries. I ordered chilli and a bacon cheeseburger. The chilli was cold and taste did my taste like chilli and burger was cold as was the bacon. I really want my money back.

00 I spent for cold food. I ended up throwing all it away. The location was on 97th Lyndale Ave south between 630pm -7pm.

stopped on Jan 14, 2023 around 3:20 pm. Ordered a single combo and two 5 dollar biggie bags plus a baconator fry. Did not get fries with one of biggie bags or our sauces and had to ask for fork.

If the girl taking and bagging order would have been doing her job vs. Socializing our order may have been correct.

I go through the drive thru to order my food, they ask if you would like to donate two dollars to the Dave Thomas ,children fund you get a key tag for a free small frosty for the year , I say yes , twice I did this No Key Tag Given, If You Say No …. Waited at the menu board for ten minutes before I was asked my order and thst was only after blowing my horn and saying hello over and over then had to wait almost another 15 minutes at the window for my food that was cold not hot not warm but cold and the rudeness from the employees just added to my great experience!! Wendy's in Englewood Ohio SUCKS! Somehow they get worse every time! Always super slow sloppy mess sometimes dry and old hard buns the next time. Today I got 3 of the worse burgers EVER had. 1 nasty piece of lettuce 2 dry next to nothing on it 3rd was dripping even inside wrapper was swimming in ketchup and mustard all 3 were very old and cold all buns dry and hard outside.

I used to like Wendy's but enough is enough never again will I get anything from there or any Wendy's. I work hard for my money might as well burn my cash than give it to you!!!

Hi,I purchased the new pub pretzel burger for carry out only to get home to find out it would have been nice if they put it on and actual pretzel roll instead of a standard hamburger roll the hold point of the burger the burger itself was correct but seriously how do you forget to put it on a correct roll of I had a dollar for every time a fast food restaurants screw up my order I could retire now

My family loves Wendy's and we live on the opposite side of town but we go there frequently. We have been very disappointed by the services and twice now they have been out of chili which we love and always order with our sandwiches.

Hopefully the service will improve and they stop running out of chili. The restaurant we go to is on the east side of Richmond in Indiana.
