Your location on Jonestown Road in Winston-Salem, NC was extremely rude to an old man picking up an order (DoorDash). They spoke to him like he was a child and refused to serve him until they took an employment application from someone at the counter, then they waited on someone else, as if to teach the old man a lesson.

Customer service drives business, as I’m sure you are aware. Behaving in any way below respectable is not the way to go when so many businesses are closing stores because customers aren’t patronizing them as much. There’s a right and a wrong way to handle a situation.

I went to the Port Clinton Ohio restaurant. And ordered 45 dollars worth of food. I went to the drive through and when I went to get my food the employee name is Adam. Started talking crap to my children in the car about kids now a days are lazy and don’t work using the f word every other word.

Ok has a 20 yr old daughter and also my 13 year old daughter in the car. I don’t appreciate that. He should be fired You don’t talk to customers like that. I will never go there again.

I placed an order through the app for delivery, over 2 hours and 2 phone calls I ordered McDonald's. Every time I plane an order though the app I have issues, either I don't get all of my food or in today's scenario I never got my order at all.

This was extremely inconvenient, the whole ordeal. The 1st order I placed we waited over a half an hour and then it updated and said my order was canceled so I called the store to see if they could tell me why and

the lady that answered the phone was very kind and empathetic but there was someone in the background that was saying "they weren't remaking our $65 order, that's just retarded", they claimed that our order was picked up but the app never updated with a driver so I can't verify that.

I went thru the drive-in at your 3135 store. I ordered Iced Tea with lemon - when she handed it to me, I said, this looks like a coke, she said, no, its iced tea - that was her perfect opportunity to tell me I was given the sugared tea - not what I ordered.

I am a diabetic & this drink could have sent me into shock or God knows what. Your employees need to ask: sweetened or regular - why didn't she? I'm very upset as I spent over $10 for the combo & can't drink the drink.

I called the store & Monique said she could give me the regular drink - what a hassle. I'd have to drive over 5 miles to get this corrected. Your managers should be training people better than this! ps - the food in general was simply adequate.

40 minute wait, wrong food, then when I pointed out that my fries were cold after sitting on the counter for the past 15minutes, she angrily grabbed the bags (that still had the wrong food in them) and I waited another 10 or so minutes to get handed the same bags!

This “manager” has no place being in service anywhere. I had to stop at Burger King on the way home to get hot fries. Wendy’s has hit an all time low. It’s been going on for a while now and the excuse that “we just can’t find people to work” has gotten really old as other fast food places seem to do fine.

Burger King was professional, fast, and the food was hot. 5 minutes compared to Wendy’s 30. Won’t be back.

I have ordered the new Italian chicken sandwich 4 times. The first 2 times it had hardly any marinara sauce on it and was tasty but dry. I liked it enough to try it again and have ordered it 2 more times, paying $1 more for extra marinara (which is too much in my opinion) but I was willing to do it anyway...

But both of those times I just paid an extra dollar and it still had a drop of marinara on it, and I was just charged more. I have seen the commercial a million times and I don't think it is supposed to be this way. Is there a reason?

Are you telling your franchisees to only put a miminal amount on the sandwich? It is an "italian" chicken sandwich. Without the marinara it is not "italian" in any way. What do I have to do to get it to look like the commercial?

I came in to order my food and the front counter girl was texting and told me when you finished that she would take my order. Other employees were in the food station eating and had other people that were not employed there running back in the back of food station then back to lobby.

I was so taken how dirty the store was kept and everyone was so distracted that orders on front counter was told to wait. This store is definitely not up to the reputation of a Wendy's at all. I'm just not sure if I can return here.

The store is in my town of ozark al and needs some help from you guys soon.

I order Wendy's through UberEATS 3-5 times a week. This will definitely be my last visit to Wendy’s. I am at the Eisenhower Drive one in Hanover Pa. A few weeks ago I stopped here on afternoon. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Everyone working just ignored me. Finally I walked out. Today I stopped.

For a while they ignored me.

Finally a gentlemen waited on me but he seemed very agitated by the fact that he had to wait on me. Then he got my order wrong. The lady that gave me the food also seemed agitated. I could not get the ketchup to work.

Our sandwiches were made with the wrong cheese. That happens I guess, so I simply asked to have the sandwiches remade. The manager then informs me that the correct cheese is out of stock and offered no solution until I pressed her for one.

This occurred at the Wendy's located on route 46 in Parsippany New Jersey. I went to order a breakfast and when I went to pay they attempted to charge me considerably more than the correct price. When I called this to their attention the individual, a woman, was rude nasty, incoherent, and dishonest.

On Saturday December 18, 2022 at 5:54 pm i placed a online order using the app for 2 chili and 2 burgers, upon arrival i was informed that chili was sold out, i asked for a alternate menu item baked potatoes and i was informed that this was also not ready for at least 1 1/2 hours, i asked the employee why chili seems to be sold out just about every weekend except weekdays, they employee said chili is a hot item and

We stopped to get something to eat at the Wendy’s on St. Matthew Road in Orangeburg, SC on Tuesday, December 27. This store us an embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. The dining and cooking areas are dirty. The staff is very unfriendly.

It took a longer than necessary time to make a grilled chicken sandwich. The French fries and chicken nuggets were cold. Apparently, many people know this is not a good place to stop as there was very little business in the drive thru line and no one in the dining room.

Wendy’s is the only fast food chain we like when we are traveling but we will never stop at this location again!

I majority of the time visit this Wendy's location at 1175 E. Ridge Rd, Rochester NY, because of the location of where I live. I always go inside to place my order. I do not go through the drive threw, because your order may come back incorrect, and you may wind up having to go inside anyway.

Every time I place an order, I always communicate and ask for fresh fries and nugget to be dropped, hot out of the fryer. Do I receive my food that way, No I do not, and I'm standing at the counter watching them.

It so frustrating when you are already waiting and then you have to wait some more. The crew members that are preparing the food seem to have an attitude when you special request your order. It's not good customer service.

The Wendy's location at Southside Dothan Alabama has horrible customer service, especially the Manger Kay and payee Quan. Actually this location is costing Wendy's revenue throughout the year. They simply will tell a customer in drive thru that system is rebooting and it will be about 15-20 before they can take an order.
