Hi I went to your Wendys on harrisburg pike lancaster pa around 330 today the 20th of December. Complaint went thru drive thru no line big sign out of ice? How can a fast food be out of ice? Call someone to get it fixed your a chain or go to a store. Then on top of it $9 for a dried out terrible chicken sandwich no mayo brown piece of lettuce small and a small cold frie I said no drink since no ice. I’m tired of throwing money away for horrible food. I want this made right

Hello, I recently took my parents to the Wendy's in Carbondale Illinois for a bite to eat and we gave a specific detailed order and upon getting our food we found that it was made just the opposite of how we ordered it so I looked at my receipt to see if we were misunderstood but found that the young lady that took the order had been very specific and detailed also and that the problem was with the cook so

even though we had decided to just eat the food the way it came to us I did go complain to them so they knew that there is problems with their cook that needed to be addressed, before leaving I went to the restroom and found it in very bad condition, very uncleanlinèss and I even read the sign that was on the restroom door and decided that action must be taken in this restaurant…

The wendys at 3325 n causeway is turning away customers claiming the system is down due to the rain. There hasnt even been a hard rain in the area, only a light rain followed by a drizzle. In no way would this amount of rain impact the system.

I make this claim as a former internet technician.

Appalled at the dining area and general condition of this location in San Marcos, Texas on Hwy 80. Floor was so sticky and stained and littered, I thought a rush had just come through. EVERY single table was greasy and streaked and sticky with soda rings, smears, food on benches and floor…I said to my friend “Wow! ” Really? From when—all day?

” We came in at 4:00 —so our question—had the place been dirty all day, CLOSED?! Or gir how long had they been closed looking like this—trash in cans. When I worked for Wendy’s we cleaned every post rush. This place was so disgusting—bathrooms filthy, floor audibly sticky and dirty, floor littered, tables greasy…and people standing around in the kitchen.

They sure did close too—4:20 or so, some goth looking chick shuffled thru the dining room and…

Went to Wendy's in Oberlin OhioFriday evening wife and I, only one person inside eating and us all tables where dirty except one that we ate at.floors where dirty and soda machine was nasty dirty.at least six people where working and nobody cleaning fries where cold .very sad for it beening a newer one

I bought there online credit so when i ordered, i had money in there, i spent $25.00, i was around $11.00, i went to order and it showed zero. Wendys couldn't help. Anyways, I'm tired of waiting 30min in line behind only a couple cars and now the combo's are up from $7.00, and some change to $11.00, man, spend a dollar or 2 and get a steak dinner.

This is for Wendys in South West Little Rock 8901 Baseline rd. I don’t know what has happened but this place is the slowest Wendy’s in Little Rock and unfortunately it’s the only one closest to me. Every Sunday the wait is 10 minute plus in drive through which leads me to drive off every-time. It’s ridiculous

Yes this is in reference to the store on South Lindbergh in St. Louis Missouri. m. for dinner doing an Uber eats pickup. m. everyday of the week for a reason I cannot understand. In addition to this, the shake machine seems to be broken every day for the last year or two.

Now I sat in the drive-thru almost 45 minutes to pick up my delivery and when I got to the window the gentleman told me that I needed to pull around and wait on the side of the building as the food was not done yet. Completely unprofessional.

Staff seems to me nobody's following any type of protocol and it's cost me money

My wife saw the ad for the Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich decided she had to have she drove to the Wendy’s on Bardstown rd she tried to order a the mozzarella sandwich and fries for herself and a bourbon bacon burger for me with onion rings. They told her they were not selling the Italian mozzarella sandwich because they didn’t have the mozzarella inserts so she had to order something different.

Not sure why you would advertise something your store doesn’t have then on top of that no onion rings in the bag. A very disappointed customer

12-17-22 The right front fender of my vehicle was damaged this morning around 8:00am at 1928 W 6th Ave in Emporia Ks store from a piece of black metal square tubing sticking out from the curb.

Also it is a huge safety hazard, if someone was to trip over it and hurt themselves. I have contacted the store management but they won’t do anything about it. I really hope we can get this issue resolved.

New chicken parm sandwich was very disappointing. Stale garlic bread bun, very little sauce and barely warm. New peppermint frosty tastes like pepto bismal. Wendy’s used to be very good but the quality has consistently gone down hill . No longer a better choice than other chains

Sat in drive through for 10 min waiting To be served...no answer drove around the building to staff member outside talking and smoking a cig with the door open to the restaurant.... To see the staff inside just standing around no customers inside etc. Asked if they were taking orders was told " they should be" and then took the next car immediately. Out of all salads our of cheese for an item. No frostys no drpepper. No I'm sorry no please one moment. Was out of that/nope machine is down for the night/. What do y'all have ? Refused to I've receipts....out of paper too?

I went to Wendy's on Moody rd in Warner Robins, Ga . I went around 1:30 ish to get my grandkids some lunch since they got out of school early. The guy that wrong me up was very nice. He wrong me up for exactly what I asked for but that is not what I got.

I asked for fries no salt I got burnt fries cold hamburgers. I went right back to Wendy's and just told the manager my fries is burnt and nasty and my burger is pink in the middle. The manager was white she would not give me her name.

She said "Tony this your last time getting a refund I said why is that? If my food is not made right I need my money back. Then she gave me $13. dollars back out of $26 or $29 dollars she said i'm a charge you $13 for the drinks i said that is fine.

Then The manager started talking about my grandkids…

Ordered I ordered a Wendy’s cheeseburger combo. The burger was cold with an old piece of cheese and a new piece of cheese on the other side of it the french fries were not fresh either. I went in and got another burger it was better but it still wasn’t fresh and hot.

2 1/2 years ago I used to go to another Wendy’s frequently in Oregon and I got very good fresh food every time. The times I’ve gone to Wendy’s in Marshall And Longview Texas the food has been sub standard.

The Wendy’s on university city Blvd in Charlotte, NC is so slow!!! I have been sitting in line for approximately 40 minutes. It is ridiculous. I am able to look through the window and their employees laughing and horse playing . I hate this location!!!

I ordered a Single with Pickles/Ketchup only and 2 large fries from your Gastonia NC Union rd location at 10:40 pm on 12/14/22 at the drive thru. I stressed Single Burger with Pickles/Ketchup only and the woman taking my order repeated it back to me and the menu stated that as well%when I got home I received a single burger with lettuce/ketchup/mayo/pickles/onions and the fries were cold as I ate one from leaving the drive thru.

00 order it was not worth it. There are 3 other restaurants on that corner that I could have gone there but chose Wendy’s. I also didn’t receive a receipt because the lady said the printer was not working. I will no longer be visiting this location.

12-14-22 I just purchased to singles one no cheese one no mayo and a large chilli. The guy at the register said we are making it fresh so pull up and will bring it out to you. 25 minutes later another guy brings out my meal I get home.

Both burgers have cheese on them and the meat is pure pink on the inside, not even fully cooked.. I was so disgusted we could not even eat it. If this is the quality that Wendy’s is putting out, I will no longer be buying any Wendy’s food. Very very disappointed.

Address, 1973 East beltline, Grand Rapids mi. 49525. Pulled up to the drive through @ 4:17 pm 12/14/22. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes with no contact, a garbled voice almost unintelligible asks what I would like, I give the order, then I hear beeping of the computer?

Then mumbling followed by silence? I tried to explain that I could only hear beeping at the speaker, he shut the window on me...? He opened the window again and sharply asked what it is that I wanted? I just said never mind and left.

This whole thing took 14 mins. My phone had a call ring in as I drove up to the speaker so buy that I new the times. Please know that I wasn't in a hurry nor was I upset before this incident.

I live in East Greenbush NY, and recently twice visited the local Wendy’s. My first visit 1 week ago, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Both sausage patties were still cold in the middle. 2nd visit 3 days later was for lunch. The cost was $26+.

Both sandwiches rolls were hard as if they were stale or partially frozen and the fries were ice cold. Unacceptable. We have enjoyed Wendy’s for decades, but probably won’t ever go back.

The last three occasions I went to the Wendy’s located on Oregon Ave in Phila Pa my experience has not been good . Waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and each time never getting my order correct!

I never made it an issue hoping it would get better but never the less the service is still the same ! Never going back !

I am a Grubhub driver and I was instructed to go to your store yesterday to pick up an order. All right my order I was the only one in the store. Told woman behind the counter the name of the person she didn’t understand she said “”nombre” I showed her my phone so she could see the name.

She Said something to me in Spanish and I informed her that I do not speak Spanish I speak English. She gave me a very nasty look and said “wait”. Then proceeded to take care of two customers that came in while we were talking prepared their order and gave it to them.

I then asked again where my order was it was a very small order it should not have taken as long is it did. She once again started talking to me in Spanish and I said I don’t understand English get me someone that speaks English.

The store on 17th Street in Wilmington NC is horrible tonite to get a door dash order from window took 45 minutes and order was thrown at us basically your staff there is horrible also your store on Carolina Beach Rd in NC is horrendous one nite we sat in a drive thru line for 2 hours waiting for a uber eats order and there were barely no cars just to get someone to the box you order into was a task being a door dasher and an Uber eats employee I'm seeing more and

So me, my husband and mother in law went to wendy's threw the drive thru. I ordered that new mozzarella chicken sandwich, 10pc fresh chicken nuggets, a sour cream & chive baked potato, a small chili, a Dave's triple with cheese and a large fresh frie.

Paid for my order $30somthing dollars. I get all the way home and mouth watering, waiting to take a bite of my sandwich. When opening up my sandwich, which was the new mozzarella chicken sandwich yall have & to my surprise, my supposedly mozzarella chicken sandwich, came with 2 beef patties that was extremely dry and a piece of chicken.

I ALWAYS thought drive-thru was supposed to be faster and quicker than actually parking my car, going inside placing my order and then waiting for my food. Not the other way around where I go to the drive-thru and the service is slower than a turtle walking on a good day.

Secondly my BIGGEST complaint and issue is the lack thereof in quality of Wendy's Taco Salad. Once upon a time when it first came out the lettuce in the bowl went all the way to the edges of the bowl.

Then not to mention there were no tomatoes included, a VERY LITTLE BIT OF CHEESE that made me feel like it was coming out someone's check and I had to add more cheese to my salad when I got home; and no to mention that the salsa that I thought still came with the salad was not included.

Took 15 min to get waited on in warren wendys. Seen numerous poeple walk out because of slow service. Five orders were messed up in the time I was there. Forgetting food that poeple ordered and giving others wrong order.
