it is well known in town if you go to this Wendy's be prepared to wait for a very long time in the Drive-Thru and when receiving food check your order because either something is always missing or something is made wrong or it's just cold and if you mention this to managers they do not seem to care.

It feels like to me there is no respect for the customers which are the ones that spend the money to make sure somebody there has a job I don't understand and this is not a one-time complaint this happens over and over and over again I don't know how many times I've had to pull out of the drive-thru because of the wait time.

Hello, I go to Wendy's Kilmarnock, Va. When McDonald's is overly busy. I'm very disappointed with them always giving me cold sandwiches, leaving stuff out of my bag and not giving me what I order. I'm very disappointed with them and I do plan on returning there.

I use the drive thru so I'm gone before I notice the problem, but it's not long after I get the food I eat it so it's not where it sits for a long period of time...

I hate to complain but today was unneceptable. We took 3 minutes to order and waited 35 minutes for our food they gave us the wrong amount of fries and forgot our nuggets. When they asked if we wanted to be refunded we were like ofcourse and she walked up to us and told us she'll only refund us for our nuggets.

And we still didn't get the full price back that we paid for them.

I love Wendy’s, esp breakfast from Wendy’s! This morning my friend and I went to Wendy’s because I insisted we go here! You have to go thru the drive thru and when your done ordering they don’t give you a total or anything normal!

They bark at you to drive to the window! Then I was attempting to use a 3 dollar off from my Wendy’s app and the girl working the window had no clue how to do the 3 off so she asked her manager.

I asked if I should upload it and they said huh. So she scans the bar code and tells me it did nothing. I explained I asked if I had to upload it and then she says I don’t know anything about it!

Then I asked to use the tap to pay and she informs me they don’t have any of that stuff. No signs or anything. So I had to go to the gas station then come back in order to get…

I had stopped at the Wendy's on Rt 72 in Manahawkin,New Jersey 08050 on 11/21/22 after 10:00PM to get something to eat. There was no one else in front of me and no one behind me. I pulled up to the drive through to order my food and the woman had told me to hold on a moment.

After waiting about 10 minutes I beeped my horn to find out what was going on. She told me with an attitude that there was only her and another female working and that they were cooking. Who were they cooking for because they sure we're not cooking for me and there was no one else in the drive through and then she said if I didn't like it I could leave.

Went to the Wendy’s at 2560 Skokie valley rd first the cashier Rosa no customer service and then when I got my food Mariana was even worse she practically threw the straw at me. I will never go to a Wendy’s again it’s not the first time this has happen.

What kind of employees do you hire. About a mile down the road is a Burger King my business is going to them and I will make sure to let everybody know what kind of employees you have there!!

I just left Wendy's drive thru in Gilford, NH completely disgusted. Of the people that I could see, three of them had long hair. The female had her hair pulled back; however, neither of the two men did. One had long dirty hair and a full beard and the other had very long hair that was just hanging loosely down his back.

This will be my last time going there.

Edwardsville, Pa store. Son of Baconator was terrible. Patty was overcooked and as hard as the overdone bacon. Person waiting on patrons had Bo uniform and kept wiping her nose on her sweater sleeve. Very disappointed. Threw meal away. What a waste

We went to the Wendy’s at Yemasee South Carolina. It was disgusting. We walked into the store there was garbage all over the outside entryway the restrooms were filthy. We were fortunate that they wouldn’t give us any service only if we order it through the drive-through 5:15 PM We cannot imagine that this is the image you’re looking to get this place needs to be closed down

Let me please give you the date, time and address of Wendy's I often visit, 2600 Murfreesboro Road, Antioch, Tennessee 37013. m. Got home with my order #3175. I emptied the bag with Chili, nuggets, fries and frosty. To my amazement there was a dirty band aid that must have fallen off someone's finger at the bottom of the bag.

Instead of calling the health department I called Wendy's at 615-915-1327, just to let the manage know of what I have found in my order. The person who finally answered the phone would not let me speak to the manager nor give me her name.

I tried to explain to her what I found in the bag, her response was come and get your money back. I know it is difficult to hire people with integrity and respect, unfortunately this trend at all fast food restaurants.

My husband and I went to Wendy’s in Salem, we were in the area for a cardiologist appointment. We waited on our order for 40 minutes and only got it due to complaints or we would have been there at closing, by the way we were there for lunch!

Many orders were filled before us and they ate and left while we still waiting. It was by far the worst service we have ever had!!!! Upon completing the order after 40 minutes they said (sorry). We will never go back!

I believe you should check it out before you have to close the store! Sorry was NOT good enough!!

On 11/14/22 I entered the Wendy's on 752 Rt 113, Souderton, Pa 18964 to order food. Upon entering I noticed the floor was dirty, ketchup on tables and trash around the tables. All of the staff were under the age of 20.

I asked for service and all the employees stared at me. No one knew how to work the register, or made an effort to take my order. After 5 minutes waiting for service, I walked out. I will "Never" return there again.

Also, there was no manager on site. I would appreciate someone looking into this situation. Thank you.

I am elderly with medical issues and have to have my food delivered. They have never sent me the correct salad dressing, pomegranate, making my salad worthless. This causes me medical and emotional rage. It is a complete waste of my limited income.

See the crap they keep sending me. I demand my money back. I have complained to Wendy's and to the Dasher. They are all stupid or doing it on purpose. Do something immediately. This is elderly abuse.

I went to the Wendy's on Cherokee in Catoosa Ok on 11/13/2022. I ordered 2 Dave's singles an older of French fries-medium and s bowl of chili. The hamburgers were pink inside and they did not give me a spoon for my chili. Please address this situation.

I went back thru the drive thru and told the lady working and she asked me to have my hamburgers thru the drive thru window - WITH COVID still on everyone's mind! PLEASE ADDRESS THIS SITUATION. I left with 2 hamburgers that were pink in the middle and a bowl of chili I could not eat until I got home.

I live in Salina OK and it quite a drive from there to Catoosa OK.

I went to Wendy’s for breakfast that was a mistake. I got a half cup of lukewarm coffee. I got lukewarm food with hard bread. It was just a big disappointment. There was poor customer service. The workers just acted like they didn’t want to be there.

Wendys in Overland Park/Lenexa served me fries with cheese and a BUG. They also wouldn't replace them because they were closed at 7:30 pm. Online it states closing at midnight. I want my money sent back and I will NEVER GO BACK THERE.

My online order was completely wrong even down to the type of drink. I ordered the baconator meal with cherry coke what I got to drink was mt dew or something yellow. I ordered the apple and chicken salad meal and did not get my orange juice or the fries.

When my husband got home with the salad I opened it up and there was blue cheese on it and I ordered it without. The salad had mold and liquid lettuce in places. I have tried to attache pictures but it wouldn't let me, I do have the pictures though.

I went to the wendy’s in Franklin ma today and was screamed at at the drive through for not having enough money on my card. I told them I just transferred money to my account. The short guy with a high pitched voice and glasses.

Screamed at me at the top of his lungs stating. Do you not understand English. YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED. 41. He called me a liar. Then kept my card for 10 minutes to keep swiping my card. Once he realizes he was wrong he proceeded to be extremely rude.

My friend and I both veterans stoped at Wendy’s in Sinking Spring Pa. For the Veterans Day breakfast special that was advertised. When we went to place the order and we told them we were Veterans they said “ NO “ very loud.

First off I’m not one to complain especially when it comes to fast food but I’m very disappointed in Wendy’s. This was my first time trying breakfast with Wendy’s and was I very disappointed with my biscuit. I got the combo and I did enjoy the fries but not the biscuit.

I deliver with doordash in my spare time. Tonight I had the worst experience. I was accosted by an older gentleman working the drive-thru. As I pulled up to the speaker he placed me on hold. I decided since there was only one car ahead of me I would just drive to the window.

He didn't appreciate that at all. He was visibly irate because of it. I showed him my phone and told him I was there to pick up a couple orders from doordash. He gave me the first order and when I told him there was a second he began yelling, and cursing at me.

Your latest commercial on TV uses language that is NOT appropriate for children. The actors use the word “bitch” at the end of the commercial. This is on TV during daytime hours. A different commercial is aired later in the evening, which the term is not used at all.

My husband and i pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 10:15 am to order three baconator breakfast sandwiches, 6 French toast sticks, egg and cheese croissant along with this meal were breakfast fries im not sure of the exact name of those. A young man respond to our order speaking very fast claiming to have had our order and told us to pull around.

we get to the following window to pay and receive our food. As we collected the purchase we noticed the order wa completely wrong and most of the food was cold. We pull into the parking lot where i take the food back inside and let the young lady at the register know about the mistake, she tells her staff and they proceed to give me the remainder of the meal that i never recieved.
