it is well known in town if you go to this Wendy's be prepared to wait for a very long time in the Drive-Thru and when receiving food check your order because either something is always missing or something is made wrong or it's just cold and if you mention this to managers they do not seem to care.
It feels like to me there is no respect for the customers which are the ones that spend the money to make sure somebody there has a job I don't understand and this is not a one-time complaint this happens over and over and over again I don't know how many times I've had to pull out of the drive-thru because of the wait time.
