While visiting Branson Missouri, Me and my wife stopped by the Drive through at Wendy’s restaurant at 3504 W Highway 76, Branson, we ordered a Dave’s triple cheeseburger with everything and extra pickles, and a Dave’s single cheeseburger with everything and extra pickles also, when we got back to where we were staying and open up our order the burgers were not fixed right not a thing on the burger not even mayonnaise or mustard, and

Hello my grandmother made an order at Wendy's the addresses is 1550 Mt hope Ave my grandmother order a cheeseburger I do t know the exact details about what she asked for on her burger but one of the workers gave her the wrong order they gave a chicken sandwich instead of what she had currently ordered my grandmother is really mad and furious for how they got her order wrong my grandmother tried calling them but

I’m 81 years old and live on the ocean in indalantic fla . I have a Wendy’s near my condo on S miramar Everyday I go out and pick up trash by the boardwalk . Most of the trash 100 yards both ways is Wendy’s cups ,bags and rappers .

I ask for nothing i just consider it a privledge . Today I picked up several broken beer bottles and 5 cans and 4 water bottles and 2 pennies . A smart mouth Young Garrone American told mrs I was stealing .

I will like to report a Wendy’s in Birmingham Alabama 7th Ave South . The other day it was we don’t have a cashier so they can’t take orders Kane around the building and instead of them saying something people where just sitting at the intercoms.

They very rude from time to time . Your order may not be cooked fresh so today I get around to order the lady say we only doing door dash orders like really is this how you conduct a business?

The inside always closed this is really pathetic and something needs to be done about it. Like how do you turn down money at a business like that .

I stopped at a Wendy's after some shopping errands, Nov 4th 2022 at 3pm. Not a car in the drive thru: I sat there so long that I was beginning to think that the Intercom was broken. It was not until after another car pulled up behind me and sat for a while did any response come thru the speaker.

At that time I did say "It was about time " to the male employee that spoke: and before an order could be placed a raspy voiced female started to shout over the outside loud speakers. I did manage to make out a few of the words and what followed was not the actions of a rational person.

been to Wendy's King George Rd site 3 times in last 3 months. Twice I have been shortchanged irtems even after the attendant read off the items to me . This was in the drive thru. I will always use the inside pickup from now on so I can see what I am getting.

I bought 2 -4 four $4 and the number 7 and the burgers were totally burnt, all of them, too far to go back. we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. We really enjoy your hamburgers, big disappoint.

Waiting for our food in drive thru 33rd st cedar rapids iowa oct 30 th around 11pm , the employee not only is she on her phone but she had her hand all in our cup when she was handling the drinks . we did not drink those drinks especially with Covid and other diseases out.

this is not accep[table on sopo many levels i dont understand why drive thru and the courteousness has changed drastically people get talked to not professional when taken orders and such its unheard of had it not been for us being hungry and other restaurants was closed we would have drove off.

This store's lobby does not open until 9:00AM. I went there yesterday around 11:30AM and the lobby was closed. I can walk to Wendy's from my job to get breakfast and lunch. May days the lobby is locked. There are three people on my floor who have walked there this week and could not order because the lobby was locked.

This is not a good business practice nor is it good customer service.

Customer Service and Food Quality Insatisfactory. Placed Order For Wendy's Singke with Chees Combo with Baked Potatoe. Was given a Fried Chicken Sandwich. Then when informed Maria Cashier she took back and gave Sandwich maker the order and the Order still was not correct as ordered.

Was Lettuce,, Tomato, Onion, mayonnaise. It was wrong again. Baked Potatoe Cheese was diluted with water, bacon was the crumbs of left over at bottom. Bottom Line is The Quality in the Store is a Reflection of the People who work there now.

Bottom of the Barrel 3rd World People who do not want to work hard to provide Quality of Service American's are used to. But they wanted to Come to America! They just do not want to be American's. Will not go there Again!

Maybe that is their ploy all along to shutdown…

I was cost out by the manager while I was picking up a DoorDash order for the second time at 5505 W. Broad Street Wendy’s it’s by far the rudest customer service restaurant I’ve ever been to are used to go up there and buy cokes every day for years they chased me away basically by being so rude every time I was there picking up food, refusing to give drink carriers and things like that by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to

Location at 3465 Union Blvd, St. Louis, MO. On 1 November 2022 @ 6:00 pm CST, after waiting in drive thru for about 30 minutes (4 cars were ahead of me). Proceeded to place my order and the sales associate repeatedly used profanity when addressing me to answer the questions I had regarding my order.

hello, I currently live in Akron, Ohio and I will never again go to the Wendy,s on Mogadore road in Akron Ohio. this place is most disguising place that I have ever ate in. When my husband and I went there a few weeks ago for lunch the restaurant was so nasty and dirty that I wanted to throw up.

The staff was dress horrible, no uniforms, pants past there butts and the store itself was out of a lot of items. Then my husband and I went there again on 10-31-2022 at about 1pm and thought we give it a try again.

Well that was a very upsetting experience again but even worse this time. The dinning room floor was dirty and very sticky, the tables were dirty and the grill area was disgusting that i didn't even want to eat my sandwich.

m. on 10/31/2022, on FM 1382, Cedar Hill, TX and was there for 30 mins. There were 4 cars on the parking lot a Mitsibishi, a Honda Accord, Honda Civic, and an Infinitii G37. We got out of line and drove to the front of building after we knocked on door.

Someone ran to the register but never took orders or at least before we decided to leave and by the time we left there were 5 cars in the drive through. People were there just wasting gas as our cars were running. A total disservice.

Every time I say "no cheese" they still put cheese on my burger. It's annoying!!! Also at the drive thru the person taking the order doesn't listen, they cut you off instead of hearing what you have to say.

The location on Craig and MLK is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They immediately run down a plethora of things they don't have like no chili, no lemonade, no potatoes, no bacon, no frosties and the list goes on, yet it's everything that people come to Wendy's for. The staff is literally a bunch of KIDS!!! The manager is a ripe 22 year old KID!!! There's ALOT of playing going on and ALOT of indirection. Nobody has a clue of what's going on. They are beyond SLOW and SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. This store is an embarrassment to the Wendy's brand. I'll NEVER ever go there again.

My and my wife were trying to order food and got the worst possible service. We could not even finish a sentence or complete our order and we’re trying to be as courteous as possible. The cashier gave us torn bills and was upset with us asking for a refund and asked if we were bitching about that too.

There were only 2 employees who tried to handle the situation with any kind of pride for their work. We love Wendy’s and we’re so disappointed with our experience.

I sat in line 20 mins ordered a jr Burger & medium frosty. It came to $4.86, Went to the window the food was handed to me, the window shut! I had in meantime set my frosty in my cup holder (not realizing it was not a medium but a small), the guy finally acknowledges I'm still sitting there,opens the window says "you waiting for change" I said yes, he says "we don't have any, I only have quarters, your change is 14 cents" & closed the window, I didn't get a receipt,napkin OR thank you!

We waited made a mobile order and then showed up to pick it up. And the workers haven't even started the order yet. Employees did not wear gloves or hair nets while making food. And got our order wrong, also forgetting drinks.

Wendy’s at seventh Street and maiden Lane in Joplin Missouri is the worst winters I have ever been. Every time I go there I spend 20 to 30 minutes in the drive-through and my order is always wrong. I went in today to complain to the manager and they were seven people standing around I know that they are not understaffed they have horrible horrible management that need to be dealt with.

The service is terrile, workers eating at the drive thru window, talking on their phones making a fast food order a 25 plun min wait. Where are the ADULT managers overlooking the worksers? This is absolutely unacceptable. There is not one reason that can excuse the running of the restaurant in this manner.

After placing my order, I drove up to the pick up window. I gave the cashier my Wendy's app barcode to scan to earn points and to also receive an offer of $3 off $15. The woman said that it went through.

However, when I left, I checked my bank account and I was not honored the discount. I checked my app and I wasn't given any points either. I asked for a receipt which was not in the bag. I was also missing honey mustard and a straw for my large drink.

It was a disappointing visit.

We have a Wendy’s in New Port Richey, Florida who during the day and during regular business hours not once but twice we have tried to go to this location but to find the doors locked with no notice on the doors. When trying to go through the drive through and we were the only car, we were told we would hav3 to wait.

On another occasion we went tried to order a family size chili and paid for it only to be told they do not have enough chili to give us that quantity. We ordered a 4 for $4 and they forgot our drink and we had to go back.

Service at this location is awful and we plan to NEVER return to this location if the do not care enough to unlock their doors for customers to come in.

The Wendy's location at 6955 Theodore Dawes Rd in Theodore, AL 36582 has to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The service was slow, and the quality of the food was deplorable!!!! The manager at the time was anything but nice a professional.

The management, speed, and professionalism were not shown at all tonight. The manager had put a lady on front line tonight that had only been there for two days and seemed very confused about so much. It took her almost 5 minutes just to take my order.

There was a bag of food and two drinks on the counter already when I got there. I ordered a 4 for $4 with a strawberry lemonade and a small chocolate frosty. I waited 15 minutes just for my bag of food to come out.

10/28/2022 I got an advertisement from the Wendy's App on iOS and it advertised "free delivery" for orders, as long as you made a purchase. It even offered a free drink. I even used 300 points of my rewards to get a doublestack.

Since I am filling this out, I don't have to tell you just how much they screwed up.

No drink No doublestack DELIVERY CHARGES HIDDEN IN THE TAX COLUMN $2 tip FOR LOUSY SERVICE

The Barnesville, ohio store is probably the worst one within the wendys. Food is always cold or not right .employees always on there phones.the 5 years custom service has been terrible.we used to eat there at least 3 times a week an in the past 5 years we are stupid enough to keep going at least once a month. hello me and my grandkids love wendys we go there often..... we have been having to order our french fries without salt so they would be fresh latley even the unsalted fries are either way over cooked or so soggy. been very disappointed lately. we dont want to really go anymore the kids love the four for four meals and the frosties. they just built a wendys in mount vernon wa which we used to go to was good at first now unhappy with the fries ....thankyou

Absolutely the worst service in the drive through. Female worker who took order was unprofessional, rude and awful. I ordered a baked potato with 2 cheese sauces. After I arrived at my office. The cheese sauces were placed upside down and there was cheese everywhere.

She raised her voice at the window and was honestly, the most miserable employee I have seen in a long while. While, I know, nothing will be done this is definitely the last time I go to Wendy's. It is a bad area and I suppose you get what you get.

I surely hope others don't have to waste their time going to that Wendy's. This happened on Oct 27th at about 420p. Taking a pic of that disaster she served it not worth my time.
