no one used gloves, most employees were young teenagers and were messing around and laughing in the mic while i was trying to order, resulting in a messed up order and not only that but my food was cold and had barely anything on it, except for a long hair i pulled out

Ordered a salad they drive thru they gave me a spoon! We waited til lady came back to window and asked for fork. She said they didn’t have any. I searched our truck for a fork didn’t find one so took the salad into lobby and told them I couldn’t be expected to eat a salad in car w spoon and I would like something else or a refund.

They handed me back my $ and didn’t ask if I wanted anything else so I took my $ and went down road to arbys. You wud think if they didn’t have a fork they would tell you or go to the store down the road and buy some damn forks! Idiots

22 there was no one in the take line and I ordered food for me and my kids. We were told to pull ahead to get wait for our food, first we waited forever. Then I get all the way home & was charged for food I never received.

I called back complained about the service we received and was told first to come back to get coupons. I told the kid I do not want coupons so he stated to come back within the week to s/w the manager to get my money back.

I just went there today to get my money back to s/w the manager & he told me he could only give me coupons of free food. I want my money back & I will never go back to any Wendy's to eat nor do I want any coupons.

Then I almost slipped when leaving the stupid place. Clearly there was no wet floor sign up nor do they clearly clean the floor properly.

My husband and I went to the Wendy’s in CENTRE,Alabama and the cashier had no name tag ( older lady). She was putting sauce in a container when she handed it to a man she then started licking her fingers, then proceeded to walk back to the register and asked if she could help us!

I then asked her to wash her hands (she did) However I’d like to know where the sanitizer is and do they not wear gloves? She obviously doesn’t have a clue about sanitizing her work area or tables. She took a cloth off the counter and cleaned 5/6 tables with the same cloth with no rinsing!

What happened to having someone clean tables correctly? I’m in the medical field and we have to make sure we sanitize please make sure no one puts her fingers in their mouths and just wipes registers down also! Thank you,…

I VISITED WENDY'S AT THE CHICAGO MILWAUKEE AVE LOCATION AND WENT THE INSIDE AROUND 9:45-10:25 PM. "I DID NOT LOOK INTO MY BAG TO CHECK IF EVERYTHING WAS THERE, "ME AND MY WIFE JUST PULLED OFF WITHOUT CHECKING", I ORDERED 2DOUBLE BACON CHEESE BURGERS WITH TWO FRIES, 2CHICKEN NUGGET MEALS.

I WAS TRAVLING BACK HOME((SUNDAY 10/ 23/22 )WITH MY GIRLS, AFTER A 4HR ON THE ROAD WE TOOK EXIT 107 TO LEITCHFIELD KY. PULLED INTO THE SHELL GAS STATION AND WENDY'S (AROUND 1200-1230) TO GET A BITE AND USE THE RESTROOM.

Went to my local drive thru, to get a 6 piece nugget and a drink, received 6 nuggets, french fries, my drink and no dipping sauce as I had asked for. I had to go around a second time, had to tell the one girl what had happened, and of course wait in line for the traffic ahead !

When I get to the window, there was a heavy set blonde haired girl, with the microphone, on the right side of the window, and a thin Malotoe girl with face piercings on the right side. I learned into the window, and asked the Malotoe girl if she could grab up the fries, and toss them into the trash for me ?

The blonde girl grabs the fries, says they cannot be returned,,,,which I can understand, but I asked the unprofessional girl,, what I was supposed to do with them, since that location has removed ALL trash cans…

Went to Wendy's in Hickory,NC located on hwy 127. You can see 4 employee in side but the dinning room is closed. So pull to the driver thur and I'm greated with hold on I'm busy. 40 seconds I get mad and pull off.

When I do I see 1 car setting at the window with all 4 employee at the window shooting the shit with who ever was in the car. I will not come back.

I waited 30 minutes in a drive thru. Didn’t get all my food and fries I got were stone cold. Was so angry I left without all my four I PAID for. Girl taking orders kept saying computer was crashing.

My third visit to this store in a month.

First visit, person came out to drive thru as I pulled up to speaker said they had to close he had to take employee to hospital, she had cut her finger.

Second visit, waited at the drive thru window for twenty minutes, finally got food and it was cold. Tonight, got to speaker, young man ask me to hold on. I sat there 10 minutes, he came on After I ask if anyone was there.

He said I would have to use a credit card they couldn't take cash. Come on people, this place is a joke. If it can't open for inside sit down eating, close the joint down. Kids cannot run a business.

We went to the location at West sugar Creek rd in Charlotte nc to get dinner for our family of 4. Our order was not taken for 15 minutes for starters. Then we ordered 4 cheeseburgers,2 fries and a large chili.

but it was not our order. The food was cold and had chicken sandwiches salad and 3 baked potatoes. They did not include a receipt and when we asked the to fix the problem, they said " sorry but you need a receipt".

Needless to say, we were quite frustrated. We only wanted the order we paid for to be corrected.

I went to Wendy's October 20th. 97. 20 Long story short I called the manager. The manager said I needed my receipt. I eventually obliged and got my receipt from the trash. 00 in cash which I did not. The manager gave me $20 out his wallet.

Every time I come to Wendy’s to order food I always have to sit at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone comes to the speaker to take the order then I have to wait another 10- 15. minutes before the food is ready and then you get to the window and the guy picks up your food takes the order that he continues taking an order with your food in his hand I asked him what is he doing with my food praying over it and

he said no I was taking an order. The last time I came to this Wendy’s I had to wait 20 minutes before I ordered food I pulled out a line. I left. time before that I waited 10 minutes to get my food and it was wrong I will not be returning to this Wendy’s!

I was just recently an employee at the Flemingsburg Ky. This morning I was fired by an assistant manger for calling in and making a complaint on how they don’t give breaks. ” To me that’s very unprofessional. But I got fired because I was talking to my family by text message explaining to them what was taking place.

And got told if your going to bring drama into my work place, you can just clock out and leave. That is what I done. I want something done about this because I should have never been talked to by the assistant manger how I was and by another employee there as well.

I was embarrassed today in your McMinnville TN store. 00. 41. 75%. They augured stating that is what the register says. I said that you are trying to overcharge me. I asked for the manager. 41. She said that they start with the regular price then discount it to make the deal work. 98.

The employee asked if I wanted the order. 98. Once again argument that they've always done it this way. I was frustrated and this point and said you are screwing your customers. All of this was an embarrassment. Math doesn't lie and neither do I.

I am 73 and don't think that math has changed. I don't see how this can made right to my satisfaction. I guess that you've lost what a very good customer.

The local Wendy's restaurant in Sterling, Colorado is horrible. Problems that constantly occur are: constantly out of food items; unable to process credit cards; untrained employee's. This has been going on for months. I realize that supply chains sometimes are a problem but if the person responsible for placing orders can get ahead of what they may need in the near future it would help.

There's really no excuse for it. The credit card problem is mind blowing. This occurs quit often. The employee's just don't know how to process credit cards? The one person that does know how is just not there? Until I hear that this place has cleaned up it act, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I work near the Wendy’s in Hanover PA 17331 on Eisenhower dr. I often do not get a chance to eat at work and once in a blue moon I stop at this Wendy’s. The last 6 times I’ve gone after 10:30 they do not except cards.

I never carry cash on me and to be honest I’m probably not going to go here again. If it’s only cash at night. A lot of my co-workers have stopped going because of this as well. Just letting you know your loosing business.

First cashier was sitting and eating and said damn that's all yours? Rude and he has the wrong order.

Second window noticed many employees eating drinking and wearing ear pods while ringing up customers in the register. Got my food, no toy in my daughter's happy meal and didn't notice it didn't have her toy until we got home.

I can't imagine it's very sanitary for everyone to eat and drink while in full view of customers and helping them. So disappointed again. Just gets worse each time. University City Wendy's is not running well.

at the melrose park, ill location, I asked for 2 double stacks with lettuce only, what did I get? cheese on it!. lettuce only means only lettuce, plain english, their excuse: we're trained to put cheese on it anyways, & last time I checked double stacks don't come with cheese like let's say a dave's triple.

I want the manager (Karen) at the Wendy's on Elm Rd. in Warren, Ohio to be HARSHLY REPRIMANDED for EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lighted sign above the register showed a Jr. 79. 49 and that they couldn't change their sign until tomorrow. 79. 49!!! WHAT A CROCK!!!

Today at 1:09pm in Columbus, NC I ordered a “single hamburger with only mustard, onions and dill pickles.” The woman (only white woman I saw, a little older) (by the way, I’m white), asked me to repeat, which I did. Got to the table and cheese was on the burger. Back to the counter, she said, “it’s your fault because you didn’t say no cheese.” (I didn’t say no lettuce or tomato either). Another correct burger was made. She quickly shoved the wrong burger across the counter at me and said, “you throw the burger away. We can’t take food back here.” No please, no thank you, no sorry about that no will you please throw this away, this woman was downright mean.

I've made my last attempt at getting food from this Wendy's.

Last two times - Week of October 12 - 14th - Store looks open, but no one takes the order. When you drive around to the window, someone yells' we're not open - this morning it was 7:00 am.

Last week - No bisquits cooked!

Two weeks ago, I tried to order a salad around lunch time - (No Salads)

The Wendy’s Store #471 manager called my phone yelling at me and harassing me because I reached out to corporate. He insisted that the refund process takes 15 days, which that’s not what he stated before. He also decided to tell me that they’re a franchise, and every time I reach out to Wendy’s, they call him, so he “has” to call me.

I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t disrespectful. I even reminded him that I am not your enemy, I am your customer. I don’t know what side of the bed he woke up on but this wasn’t helping his customer service. This incident got so out of control over a $17 refund that he threatened to delete the transaction to make sure I don’t get a refund.

Then he proceeded to hang up on me.

, maybe a few minutes later. I ordered a taco salad. After paying and receiving my order I parked on the street to eat a late dinner There were no utensils, chips nor napkins. I pulled through the drive through again.

I was given an apology, the chips, napkins and a knife. After again parking on the street and realizing there was not a fork or spoon I gave up and drove home. I do not like to eat with my fingers.

I visited Wendy's at 6870 HWY 90, Longs, SC on 10/11/22. I ordered a milkshake and a 5 for 5 bag. I sat in the drive thru line for 14 minutes. She did not tell me they did not have milkshakes and gave me a small Frosty.

I had ordered 2 large Frostys as extras. There was more ice cream on the outside of the cup than there was inside. When I asked her to wipe it off, she and another girl acted mad and cleaned it off.

When I pulled out there was only three items in the bag, fries, double cheeseburger and nuggets. The only other time I have stopped at this Wendys was a week ago to get two frostys. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and decided to leave.

This would be a great location for a Fast Food Restaurant.

My sandwich had American cheese. I ask for no cheese. They forgot to give my coffee. I did not get a receipt. I ask for four cream. I got two sugar and 2 cream. My coffee cup was 3 quarter full.

Was in the drive thru at the Wendy’s in Bedford,IN on Oct 10,2022 at approx 5:05 pm. While I was waiting at the window for my food, just inside the drive thru window two employees were raising their voices and cussing at each other, loudly enough that I could hear the entire conversation.

I asked to speak to the manager. When he came to the window. I calmly told him what I had witnessed and that it was very unprofessional to being doing in front of customers. He quickly became very belligerent and talked over me and said “ yah they were fighting, why don’t you worry about your food and I’ll worry about my workers “ then he shut the window in my face and walked away.

Went to wendys on Washington rd in martinez ga 30907. Guy at window was a rude smart ass from the moment I pulled up. When I got to window to pay he kept asking if I ordered items I didn't order even though there was only one other person in line.

Would like to know why the Wendy’s in broomall, Pennsylvania does not have the dining room open? The drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever witnessed. Waited more than 40 minutes to order food when I was the 7th car in line.
