Ordered French toast combo 10/2. 40 for coffee, which I thought was part of combo. French toast sticks were JUST greasy fried bread, no egg batter, cinnamon, or powdered sugar. I was so very disappointed. TV AD IS DECEPTIVE... My 1st AND last time going to Wendy's for breakfast...

A few days ago, I ordered 4 large chilis... chili's... I got home, we noticed the chili had no meat in and very little beans. I contacted the store (located in muncie on Jackson st). I explained the situation and they offered to replace 2 of them. I explained I wanted all 4 replaced because I bought 4 and all for were primarily broth. They agreed and took my name and said I could pick them up anytime.

Today around 2:30p, I went through the drive through and explained the situation and gave my name. The lady said the manager said I had to come in the store to get the chili. Waited forever in line before I could place my order at the rte 5, Colonie, ny store. Walk in Sitting area not open main door glass smashed and taped. Place looks like a dump. Several items not available. Menu not up to date.

Breakfast items listed at lunchtime. Frosty machine never working. Orders are always screwed up. Went there for convenience. The store at rte 5 near rte 155 is farther but so much better. Even the workers are better. total waste of time.

In the time it took me to get my order at fuller Rd store I could have gone to 155 store and back home with the right order. Close this store your killing your overall reputation. This store used to be excellent. What happened?

The Wendy's on big hollow in Peoria Illinois must really be hurting for workers!!! They are terribly slow!! Only 1 car ahead of me and there was only me and that one car in the whole drive thru. I don't understand why it took forever for the car in front of me to give their order.

When my turn came I had to wait to order. What in heavens name is wrong with the employees? Or is it that the managers only have 2 or 3 ppl working per shift? Is it because you don't like paying the $12 min wage?

So you only have 2 or 3 ppl working per shift? If it is this bad now I hate to think about how bad it will be after the 1st of the year when min wage in Illinois goes up to $13 per hour.

After sitting in takeout line for long time, finally ordered a cheeseburger with no meat, small fries and coke. Received cold fries, double meat on a hard bun, and flat coke. Went inside to fix my order after standing (on crutches) and being ignored threw the order out and left. Atrocious food and service.

I know times are hard and the restaurant servers are struggling. 00 of food is unacceptable.

Wendy's East Peoria. Really bad experience. 00 for me n my husband to eat. Took 45 minutes to get our food. The whole place was sticky,dirty. Soda machine didn't work. There were 5 other people going through the same thing as us.

Two of em walked out. Had 6 plus people working behind the counter and couldn't get orders together or right! Some kind of compensation would be great,but wasn't about to wait even longer to get it. That store needs serious help!!

We love wendy's,but not sure if we'll be going back. So please,if you would do anything to make it better for us,coupons, anything,that'd definitely help us decide if we're going back to eat there. Thank you for listening...

I bought a large chilli that was burnt and half full also got a baconnater frie and the cheese was not melted and had no sauce on it.It was very dry..Also the 2 baconnater jr's that I got were not done.This is poor service also the lady at drive through window was to busy on her phone to pay attention..

Approximately at 5pm yesterday October 2,2022 the Wendy’s off “ Ft. Worth 4741 Golden Triangle Blvd “ went through the drive through to place an order with your staff and was told that it would be a 15mins on loaded potatoes and

I went to the Wendy's on Union Deposit Road - I was between 2 jobs that day so I went through the drive through to get my daughter and grandson dinner. We picked up our food and my daughter advised me she was missing the extra 4 pc nugget, extra bacon on her burger and that the fries were burnt.

I pulled into a parking space so she could run it in and they could fix it however, the doors were locked (this was around 7:30pm on a Saturday 9/17/2022) we had to drive around and wait in the long line again. I get to the speaker, the lady said she'd be with us in a moment.

Tonight at 8:30 pm, I drove 5 miles to get a hamburger at Wendy's restaurant on Dirksen Parkway in Springfield, Illinois. The last time I was there I was told to park my car and my order would be carried out. Well, it wasn't.

I waited for several minutes, got out of my parked vehicle, and approached the drive-up window to ask why my order hadn't been brought out. The girl at the window said she didn't know what I was talking about. I returned to my car and drove away without the order I had already paid for.

Went to the Newcomerstown, Ohio Wendy's. no potatoes. Ended up with a small Chili. No crackers.. Girl on the line complaining about not working a shift for someone loudly. Gentlemean that waited on us had hair out a foot. No hairnet .

The manager was so extremely rude. I went thru the drive thru, it took 5 min for them to decide if they were out of baked potatoes. Then the manager proceeded to talk with a other employee about how she would attack a customer, they were talking about another incident and the manager was holding my order but was more concerned with talking than handing my order out to me.

I went to Wendys drive thru on 10/1/22 at 2:45pm. There were 8 cars in line b4 me and after me. The line moved extremely slow. I saw several cars leave. I was one car behind the car giving her order at 3:15 by now.

No one came on to take her order!!! I waited till 3:30 and then i left. She was still sitting there waiting for someone to ask for her order. This is not the first time this has happened.

On September 30, 2022 at the Wendy's in Clarksdale, MS. I received poor service. I bought a frosty from there. And one of the girl employee with black colorful dreads cursed me out. She called me s bitch, because I told her what a guy said at McDonald's to tell her.

He told me to ask her do she have a boyfriend and she said to me yes she had a boyfriend and she called me a bitch and said don't be harassing her on her job. So I called her a bitch and a whore.

I wasn't harassing her I was just delivering the message for a guy that likes her. The manager was also rude there. It's bad attitudes and poor customer service at the Wendy's in Clarksdale, MS. I'll never return there again!

My husband went thru drive thru to pick up our dinner. We are a family of five and frequent this restaurant very often. After placing our order, and moving to the window to pay, my husband had pulled out his military ID to receive the discount as usual.

However, after waiting a few minutes the cashier comes back and tells my husband that they cannot honor his military discount at that time. Evidently, a manager was not free to approve it on the register so he was not allowed to get it.

00 or more food. Tonight did it for me. Double cheese barely warm, fries were terrible - cold and wimpy. The chicken nuggets were hard and not warm. If you go at lunch time it's pretty good. I would be embarrassed to say they were Wendy's fries.

Good afternoon, I patronized the Wendy's on 31st and Main street across from Gates BBQ. Horrible experience. I ordered my via drive through; my order was not specular . I ordered four piece nugget, a small French fry, and a chicken sandwich adding bacon.

My French fries were cold so I asked the young ady at window two, if she could remake my French fries and not re heat in the grease; I wanted fresh French fries. " She didn't respond and closed the door.

One night a week every week I pick up a Wendy’s salad for dinner. For the last three weeks, I have been served salad condiments that have expired. (April 2022 and July 22 exp dates). I have returned them to the cashier and made her aware of the issue.

It has happened for three weeks. Tonight the cashier was actually rude when I told her. This is the Wendy’s on Airport Blvd in Mobile ALabama. Serving expired food of any kind is not acceptable. Please train your personnel on food service and customer relations. Thank you.

Very rude staff wendys Conyers, Dogwood Rd. When I complai Ed to manager, she was ruder than the staff, acted like she wanted to fight me. I was returning Chilli because of a hair it it. I explained to her I didn't have a receipt, because they didn't give me one.

Her reply so what do you want me to do. Refused my refund, also lied, said I was rude to her, I'm 67 years old. She was disgusting I've never been treated so badly in my life. Refused to provide her name.

This was about 6:30 pm. I think the staff is afraid of her. She is out of control. Called her on the phone real nasty, hung up on me, lied said I cursed her. Very sad, she calls herself a manager and is abusive to the customers.

What the heck is going on with Wendy's all over the country???? In reading the Complaints from numerous people from everywhere, it seems as though Wendy's is on their way OUT!! If you go inside, it takes forever to get waited on, & or you have to leave after no one wants to wait on you.

Why do even have Wendy's Restaurants open if you cannot supply good customer service??? I stopped going to Burger King for the same reason, I have never seen people be treated in a drive-thru lane the way some people are being treated.

Also, they have signs on their Drive thru after sitting in line for 30 mins, saying we are NOT serving in the drive-thru. If no body wants to work-you might as well just shut down. Very disappointed in WENDY'S

The Wendy's store located at 15400 Chrysler Dr., Upper Marlboro MD (Crain Hwy / Hwy 301) this particular Wendy's store is absolutely pathetic, it sucks. Unprofessional is an understatement to describe this Wendy's. Why this Wendy's is allowed to continue to operate under its current franchisee-owner/management is a disgrace to the Wendy's franchise name.

The hours posted clearly read, OPENED, dining inside open, yet the doors are locked during business lunch time hours, and customers' only choice is the drive-thru. (this has happened to me several times in 2022 for just a Frosty) Staff can be seen standing right outside the door smoking, directing customers who have gotten out of their vehicles headed for the door to go use the drive-thru. At my last three visits to Wendy's I was told that I would not be getting g a receipt because the machine was broken. On all visits, after repeatedly requesting a receipt, they provided the receipt. Not sure why the hassle and being told that I was ignorant, just to get a receipt for the money they debited from my credit card. Same location each time.

Employees at window are rude.. They cuss at, and threaten the customers. They throw things at the cars while disrespecting them. They take people's money, pull them up,and we have to go inside to get our food. I then hear them disrespecting other employees.

For the 4th time in two weeks I have pulled into this drive through late before they close and have been told that it is cash only. Very suspicious. Odd timing. I knew how things work and am pretty sure there is at least one other card reader in the restaurant.

I also don't believe that the store card service has been down for two weeks + So that only leaves one possibility. Your store employees are stealing from the store. Just letting you know. I will not be visiting this restaurant any more

We arrived at the Wendy's in Piqua, Ohio and greeted with a very unwelcome experience. We did arrive 5 minutes before the dinning room closed but the drive thru would still be open past but Regina the Wendy's worker on the cash register did nothing but

complain about our presence, we got a to go order and she still complained asking if she could refuse our order. She then asked the manager if she's in trouble, the manager said "you'll just get written up" Regina then proceeded to ask how many write ups she can have until she loses her job. Very unprofessional.

Our order was also wrong but that's the least of our worries.

I have been to the Wendy's on Wayne Avenue in Chambersburg Pa 3 times. And all 3 times they have messed up my order. Tonight I ordered online to be picked up. They were not busy at all. In fact I seen no one in the restaurant.

My order was missing my LG Chili with extra cheese. I went in and talked to the manager. He got me a LG Chili.

However he didn't put any cheese on it at all and the container was a complete mess with chili all over it. Mind you this was from the manager and no customers in the store. I can tell you I will never go to this particular store again.

After 3 screwups they need serious training.

On Thursday September 15 at 9:40 pm I went through the drive through at Wendy’s on Lexington Ave in Mansfield Oh. I specifically called about hours of operation and was told they were open until 10:00 pm. When I drove up to order board I was told the were closed, I stated I just called and was told you were open until 10:00.

They never acknowledged me or said anything, I began to leave as obviously they were just going to ignore me, as I approached the drive through window a female yells at me “Are you fucking kidding me”. I never engaged them I simply left the premises.

This is totally unacceptable for two reasons; 1) closed 20 minutes early and 2) Being screamed at with profanity. I know nothing will happen with this complaint but at least I did my part
