I went through Wendy's drive through 6970 Ridge Rd, in Parma this morning, 9/13/2022 around 7:35 am. I ordered a Honey Chicken Biscuit Combo with a coffee - Cream and Sugar. The food was ok, but the coffee cup had a hole in it, and after getting to the VA, I checked the bag, and there were no cream or sugar.

Concerning Store #33557 Hawthorne Ave, Abbotsford bc. To whom it may concern, I'm sending a email that I hope gets read, and action will follow through. I have been a customer of this Wendy's since it opened. Recently I have noticed a change in employees and General Manager Harpinder Kaur. Since when has Wendy's decided to only employ ethnic race! I have watched this General Manager be verbally abusive too the staff, as well as customers. In this day and age, people No matter colour or race deserve to be told too F -off. The Restaurant is so fithly, that the Health Inspectors should be called in. I do hope you can get better management, or train General Manager's. Sad to say I won't be making this Wendy's my favorite restaurant anymore.

Your Turner McCall Blvd. and Martha Berry locations in Rome, Ga SUCK to say the least. 13 just over the summer. The Martha Berry location has been closed inside all summer. What is your problem.. Trust me I sure wish there was a McDonalds on Martha Berry Blvd. at Turner McCall Blvd.

I visited the Wendy's #1607 on veterans. We asked for fries w/ no salt. The food was bagged and the fries already up was placed in our bag. My husband said he thinks it's the ones with salt and they were cold.

I asked the girl to please give me the other fries and the guy working told her " No, she only asked for no salt cause she wants hot fries and ain't nothing wrong with the fries you gave her". He proceeded to go back and forth using profanity and bracing up to me.

" My husband is licensed to carry a gun so I pushed him back before things turned out worse. The Manager Jamar NEVER said anything to him about his behavior as he just stood there smiling. 2 ladies witness this and beg my husband not to go behind counter because the worker kept swearing at us.

Came to this location once again and around 8-10 the staff always says the system is down because they do not want to work this has been going on almost a year now and it is very fustrating that they do this. Customers complain about this all the time.

If they’re not saying the system is down they will turn off the lights and act as if the store is closed. So many of the door dash orders had to be cancelled. This needs to be addressed and new management should be there

I order a hamburger with ketchup and onion only. That's a hamburger not a cheese burger. I can't tell you how many times I had to throw my sandwich out because I was to far down the road or didn't have time to turn around ,get out of my car and speak with the manager, note I am handicapped.

How can this be fixed!! Management has never been kind but remade burger. This whole thing results in lose to me, to the company, and cost me valuable time of which I don't have, that's why I went fast food in the first place.

Sometimes I even mention no cheese and get it any way. In order to keep me as a returning customer please teach your staff to listen and read better!

I ordered a Baconator combo online. I received my order from DoorDash and when I open the bag there was no meat, cheese, or bacon. I only received a bun. The fries and drink was correct but I didn’t order a literal nothing burger. This is completely inexcusable! Please see attached pictures.

Was traveling from NY and stopped at the Wendy’s location at 6666 Richmond Rd Williamsburg Va 23188 on 9/10/2022 and had the worse experience ever in a Wendy. Let’s start in the bathrooms they were dirty and the hand dryer was stuck on so bathroom was extremely hot, the dinning room floors were so sticky then let’s talk about the unfriendly girl working at the register that clearly couldn’t handle a busy lunch crowd, every order that was sent out before came back because it was wrong they had a lady stuffing the kids bags when she clearly could have been helping out because it was really busy, the food was really cold, I asked for salt because there was none out on the floor and

The service, the food, the worker was playing with her hair around the food with "NO" gloves on, our food was not prepared the way it was suppose to have been. I took it all back in and showed them.

I was told that there was "NO" lettuce and that they have been out of lettuce for over a month, flies were all over.. I get home and the food looked like it has been sitting out all day. They were very rude and disrespectful.

I seriously want this Wendy's looked at. They need to be fired!

Wendy charges $2 or more for menu prices when it is delivered by Door Dash. Original Receipt for food was $49.29 but it cost me $69.44 from Door Dash. I have a Dash membership which eliminates delivery charges and only adds a minimum service charge. I pay a monthly membership feel all for the convenience of having it delivered. I called Door Dash and they said that Wendy's sets their own Door Dash prices. For a $20 difference, what am I paying for and to whom am I paying it? It's very unethical to not let your customers know what they are really paying in increased prices versus menu prices.

Example: SW Avocado salad, one size cost me $16.49 through Door Dash and regular menu price is $7.99, A Large Combo Double Big Bacon classic cost me $16.49 through Door Dash and the regular menu price…

The Wendy’s located in Albemarle NC is the worst one I’ve ever visited. The drive they line is outrageous (usually takes 30-45 to get to the speaker) and the wait for food is excessive. I wouldn’t give them one star.

I visited a Wendy's in Southern CA yesterday 9/6/2022. 14. I gave the cashier a $20 bill. 86 she would have to give me pennies. In the moment, with how busy the place was, I found myself thinking that I did not want to make her count out 86 pennies at the moment, but also how it is not fair that I would not get my exact change.

I had a terrible experience in the drive through at this Wendy’s. I was not told they were out of grilled chicken when I ordered the Apple Walnut salad, or when I paid at the window. After I reached the pick up window there were three or four young people inside talking and laughing, never looking toward the window..

I waited 10 minutes then began to try to get someone’s attention but no luck.

My wife and I went into Wendys in Ozark Missouri today 9-3-22 about 3:30 pm. The very first thing I noticed was how dirty, filthy the floor was, spills and food particles all over the floor. We wnt up to the counter to order the girl took our order and I saw that there were no employees that had protective gloves on that were working and preparing the food, no hairnets either.

We ordered our food for dine in. We got our food and were going to find a table to sit at, again every table we went to was filthy dirty, we then took our food to our car and ate it in the car.

I will not eat at Wendys again. There are several issues that need to be addressed at Wendys in Ozark Missouri. Sincerely, Reggie Cole

Went to Auburn, NY Wendy's on 9/3/22 at 7pm. Waited over 20 minutes with only 3 other cars ahead of me. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger with no cheese, when I got home all three burgers had cheese on them.

I live to far away to go back to get my order corrected. This has happend before so I made sure I was very clear and said no cheese.

Also, the hamburgers were disgusting. The store is totally incompetent and really should be shut down. The worst service ever!! Never received a receipt either, and I paid by credit card! I made a huge mistake going there. Should have went to Burger King or McDonalds!!

Every time I go there they mess up my food. 00 worth of food it was rung up correctly and when I got home my sandwiches which were suppose to be two big BACON classics no tomato also didn't have bacon or lettuce on them I paid for these sandwiches and

On 9/3/2022 I went thru the drive thru and was told to come inside. I went in side and ordered 2 Baked Potatoes and was told they had none. I ordered a strawberry frostie And was told they had none.

-They ran out of syrup but sold the frenchtoast anyway? That comes out to $4 for strips of bread? Probablyshpuld have checked with the customer -Apparently there is a difference between coldbrew and iced coffee. If you order iced coffee you get a soft drink glass with coffee and ice.

My family and I went into the Wendy’s on Oil Well Rd in Jackson TN. We stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes. Nobody but us and 3 employees were in there. One employee was sitting in the back of the dining room and was on the phone.

The other 2 employees kept walking around in the back and talking. Nobody yes nobody came to the counter to get our order. They definitely saw us and even stared at us.

Finally one of the 2 walked outside to make a phone call. Nobody said nothing to us so we left.

Two different times I have gotten horrible french fries there. The first time I was comped with a meal. So I gave them another try. The second time I was told I could get a refund on my French fries or get a new order. Are you kidding me?

I have boycotted Burger King for many years due to a hairy fresh sandwich and will continue to not go to Burger King. Now I won't go to Wendy's anymore either. McDonald's I guess you're still number one!

My local Wendy’s continues to not put all the ingredients listed on their menus in the Southwest avocado chicken salad I order. Often times it’s the bacon. One time I returned to work on my lunch break without the chicken or the avocado.

Today I ordered the pretzel but bacon cheese Berger and received the pretzel bun chicken sandwich. I know better thanks o pull off without checking but did it today only to be disappointed. New Wendy’s building terrible service.

Store 13141, Angie was the "hostess " I ordered 1 lg baconator meal with coke to drink. 1 lg double w cheese meal with diet coke. 1 single cheeseburger. Angie, tried to hand ne two small diet cokes. I told her they were supposed to be lg. 1 diet coke. 1 coke.

She proceeds to slam the window. She comes back with two large drinks that were filled about 2/3rd full. I let that go. and they had small fries in them. have a good afternoon, to which she once again slams the window on me.

Drive in window refused to take my order, said come inside. During 10-minutes inside no one would come forward to take my order. The customer ahead of me said "Good luck" and left. " An employee in back with shoulder length braided hair was constantly running her fingers through it while chatting with someone in the office.

She started up front, looked at us, then turned around and returned to resume her conversation in back. By then I had decided I didn't want food served by her anyway. About 3:00p, Aug 30, 2022, 12911 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville FL.

Ordered a Sour Cream and Chives Baked Potato. Upon receiving it at the window I asked for sour cream because none was in the bag and was told that they didn't have any.

After I arrived at home I noticed that there was no sour cream or chives only butter and cheese.

Pure garbage. It wasn't even hot (cooked thoroughly)

I bought a 4 for 4 and the fries were hard and the nuggets were hard. I gave my cheeseburger to a co-worker and she said the bread on the burger was cold. I threw the fries in the trash.

My name is Nevaeh and I am 16. I worked at the Wendy’s in Smithfield Virginia. Me and my friend who are the two youngest workers there, were sexually harassed on multiple occasions by one of the managers named Clifford Hamilton.

We decided to report him to the manager that was on duty that night and he laughed in our faces. So I decided to tell a parent. My parent contacted the boss of Wendy’s and he contacted me and asked me and my friend what happened, while he was on the phone with my friend it sounded like he was trying to convince her to think that the things that Clifford did was an accident.

My daughter who is allergic to ketchup went to the Franklin Ave , Belleville nj location tonight at 10pm. They waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes to get her food and once she got home realized she couldn’t eat it.

99 $1 increase worth four piece chicken nugget doubled in price that's a little ridiculous. My second complaint is I just got a potato from the Rolla Missouri location that has obviously been sitting there since they open this morning or even the way it looks maybe even the day before.

I'm tired of giving my money to restaurants and then they just slap some food together that's been sitting for hours or all day and serve it to the customers as if it's actually edible. So call me a Karen I guess but when I give my money that I worked hard for I expect to get a decent product served to me in return ,not a leather shoe and chicken nuggets that are doubled in price.

There are signs directing mobile customers beginning at the entrance and all the way around the building to the mobile customer parking. After parking there for 10 minutes I drove up to the non- busy window where the cashier instructed me to go around again, no other customers within sight.

My order had been placed for 45 minutes. Drove around and saw line at speaker backed up to entrance. Canceled order online and will never return to this Dayton blvd, Red Bank tn or any other Wendy’s again.
