My aunt Angelina is 89 years old. The whirlpool refrigerator was purchased in February 2023 it only worked for 6 months and stopped cooling. We have been in contact with customers service we have had 4 service calls and the refrigerator still is not working.

It is now 4 months since her refrigerator broke and has been without a refrigerator. I don’t know what kind of company you are running that you cannot make your customers happy and fix or replace their whirlpool appliance. I think it’s very unfair that you don’t care that my aunt has been without a refrigerator especially when it was purchased brand new.

Well Not a happy customer here!! Got a brand new refrigerator back in March 2023 and it quit working ! Called Whirlpool and passed over to Home Depot which passed me back to warranty which passed me back to Whirlpool!!!!

sooooo on and so forth!!! well 3 weeks later still on the pass me back and forth ride to no fixed Refrigerator!! I tried to call and make a complaint to corp office which I keep getting told doesn't exist.

00 of food on this stupid thing... And cant replace food ... The sad part to all this is neither Whirlpool nor Home Depot give a rats ass!! I will never buy anything Whirlpool or Home Depot AGAIN You can bet your sweet ass on that!!!

In 2018 I upgraded All my appliances; refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Since that time, I have had the repair man out twice for the refrigerator because the freezer quit working and the ice maker quit making ice. that was $300. 00.

( ice maker still does not work) Then my dishwasher went out. He said I should just replace it because the price to fix it would cost as much a a replacement. So I did replace it with a Frigidaire.

Now, my microwave has quit working. When I turn it on, it makes an odd noise and no longer heats up. This started yesterday September 17, 2023. The digital lights on my stove are burnt out, not all but a couple.

We bought a kitchen Aid dishwasher (top of line) from Home Depot about 7-8 weeks ago. It has NEVER worked. We have had service here twice and a part is on order and well as a computer panel. We spoke to Whirlpool yesterday and they basically said tough. DO NOT BUY ANY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS at all. They believe they can sell you an appliance that does not work and it is OK. DO NOT MAKE the same mistake we made.

I had booked the service for my Whirlpool AC via service center. One technician came to do the service but while doing it, I don;t know what he did that my AC motor and display got damaged. Now my AC is complete dead.

And on top of that, I am following their customer support team from last 10 days, everyday they are just giving me fake assurance and promises. My old parents are suffering because of them from last 10 days. Pathetic Service, Pathetic people, Pathetic Campany.

I've had issues with my barwly 6 month old washer for 2 weeks now. After having a previous service completed right in the middle of a load it started giving me an error that I never got before they came about a drainage malfunction.

I called Maytag customer care and they are unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. There is literally one company that comes up on the Maytag warranty list that services my area and they always claim to be backed up and can't come for a week or two.

They have many appointments listed on the website but they always call and schedule at least a week out. The woman at the company Pauls Appliances told me they only have 2 technicians and they only come once or twice a week.

So why is this the only company available that service my area?? I'm stuck with stinky water…

Ordered refrigerator in October 2022,didn't get delivered until December 2022. In May of 2023 starting dripping water and freezing food at back of fridge. By the time we had someone come look at it ,it was not cooling at all in the fridge and freezer had frost.

He adjusted doors and rubber stripping,said if that doesn't work you will need new doors. Had him come again because that didn't fix the issue. So he ordered new doors. Called to see if we're coming anytime soon because my daughter is diabetic and we have no working fridge.

She said they would put a rush on it. But was told it takes up to 12 weeks! Called on 8/16/2023 said they would be delivered today by FedEx. Only the freezer door delivered and already damaged. Called them back and explained the situation.

We bought a maytag refrigerator in April 2017. We had problems immediately with it freezing up and not cooling properly. We had repairman fix it 4 times in 3 years costing us additional 1200 in expense. It still does NOT work.

What are you going to do to fix this lemon that NEVER worked properly. 3,000 for junk supposedly fixed 5 times still doesn’t cool only 45 degrees. You need to recall these refrigerators. I am thinking about reporting this to Mn attorney general BBB because this is fraud.

We paid $3,000 on sale (Lowe’s) for a top of the line Whirlpool French door refrigerator. , we’ve ever heard. So loud we hear it while trying to sleep. Whirlpool has sent a repairman five times in 3 months but refuses to replace it.

The next thing they will do is replace the compressor but it is on back order. We want a new refrigerator and they are refusing. The warranty is a joke. I’m filing a complaint with our states Attorney General department of consumer affairs.

We have a Whirlpool Washer that has been junk since it was purchased, we got it on Jan.7 th 2023 and it has been broken for 2 weeks, the agitator doesn't work and the entire machine has stopped, I have had a lot of washers in my time, this is the bottom of the barrel, I called repair service and can't have it repaired until next Tuesday the 18th, that is unacceptable, the machine needs to be replaced.

Washer Model#: WTW5000DW3, Serial#: CA1500792 purchased October 2021 stopped functioning January 2022. The Whirlpool authorized repair technician came on 2/16/23 and replaced the "defective" shifter. This product was NOT broken. I still have it. The technician replaced it with the "original" shifter Whirlpool had adopted the first place.

He explained that Whirlpool should never have changed the original model but it did; and the new product has a "soft" semi-lucent plastic product that proved not strong enough to bear the force of revolution. Again, the "defective" product is NOT broken.

Thus, Whirlpool should have recalled the model had it done so. Thus, I deserve refund of parts and labor.

model WTW5057LW0 Lowes really wish I would have done more research before I bought this machine. It was on sale and it was a Whirlpool, so I thought I couldn't go wrong. Wrong! This machine does not clean clothes. My clothes come out with the original dirt on them, still smelling worn.

I can even smell the cologne on them from the last time they were worn. In addition, no matter how I load the washer, every single load gets off balance. I have to re-balance the load and run the spin and drain cycle.

I have had clothes come out so wrinkled that even after another wash they are still wrinkled and I have had clothes come out with detergent stains on them (they are so poorly washed that the detergent isn't even washed off). I absolutely do not recommend this machine.

I have been asking for months to speak with a live person (NOT EMAIL or TEXT) with a high level of authority above a supervisor about my dishwasher situation that I have been dealing with since sept 2023 till now. Trying to speak with a live person in the corporate office is IMPOSSIBLE!

Even when I called the corporate switchboard she couldn’t put me through. Just seems to me everyone at the corporate is very insulated from the public. I would hope this form gets into the right hands so I can resolve my issue once and for all!!!

I purchased a brand new whirlpool stove from Loews a little over a year ago and now the control board went bad . I was told by the whirlpool technician the price would be $809 to repair/replace ( doubled the amount of the original price) .

I’m requesting a concession to offset the price of the repair. I’m very disappointed and angry that this happened.

I bought a washer on Jan. 13, 2023. I got maybe 3 or 4 loads out if it. I would not spin out. Contacted Whirlpool customer service. They sent out Kauffman Appliance. Says no code shows even though I left the lights flashing so he could see.

Then says the model was known to have bad capacitator. Ordered part came back roughly 2 weeks later and replaced part. Told me to raise drain up to height of washer and left. Still did not spin clothes out and I raised the drain.

Called customer service again and told them I should NOT be having these issues with a brand NEW washer. And told them it was a lemon and it needed to be switched with a WORKING one. Said no and sent Kaufmann out again.

I bought refrigerator in June of last year. In November it started freezing all of the produce, milk and juice. So I turned it down. Not only did it keep freezing everything in the fridge part but, the freezer quit freezing.

It took hours to report the issue to Whirlpool and then weeks to get a repairman. He said we needed parts and he ordered them. This was in January. He just got the part 2 days ago and came here today.

The parts were not the issue, so he called to tell them we needed a replacement. Now it has to go to a committee to see if we are allowed to get a new one and they won't decide for another 7-10 business days. REALLY!

I purchased a washer 12/26/18. Along with that I purchased a 5 year warranty. The Amana washer has broke 3 times and now my repair has been denied. I have asked for a replacement, which as per your contract you can do.

It refrigerator broke and they could find no one to repair it, so they said they elevated our car and would be contacted. We were never contacted. The fridge was re diagnosed as broken and not able to fix abc they are saying that they have seven days to tell us what we already know... That it's unfixable...

After 7 service calls, starting just after delivery, we have a real lemon that makes the loudest, weird noises I have ever heard from a refrigerator. Many replacement parts installed, no luck. I have been with customer service for hours, with no results.

I have a refrigerator that is not cooling on refrigerator or freezer side. I have had it less than a year and it is still under warranty. A little over three weeks ago I called the furniture store where I purchased it to report the problem. Martinsville, Va).

They gave me the telephone number to contact their technician for repair. Three days later a technician came to my home to check my refrigerator. He said it needed a relay switch & installed it. About an hour later it stopped working again.

We purchased a new whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes 2 years ago. At that time we also purchased a 3 year warranty. On December 15 the refrigerator and freezer both quit cooling. It was just diagnosed on January 6 that the compressor is out.

We are now waiting for the claims department to decide is they are going to replace the compressor or a new refrigerator. My husband and I are elderly and are living out of a cooler. I understand that things take time but I believe this is simply ridiculous.

My dishwasher screen filter has warped and is allowing debris to pass by the warped area. Glad i noticed it. This could cause major issues. This is not a wear and tear part. Whirlpool refuses to replace an inferior part that they supply in their dishwashers.

As a major appliance distributor, I would think they would stand by their product and do the right thing and replace it when it has warped due to no fault of the buyer. Shame on you, Whirlpool.

I bought a Whirlpool washer 4 months ago and it stopped working 3 weeks ago. I called customer service and they couldn't get a repair person to my house for another 2 weeks. The repairman finally came but couldn't fix it because the control board was fried.

He gave me the parts number and told me to call customer service but warned me that the parts I need are on back order for months. He told me that I needed to tell them to get the parts in a timely manner or to replace the washer.

To make a long story short, I called customer service and talked to three people and no one would tell me how long it would take to receive these parts and they wouldn't replace it. I refused to accept that answer.

Contacted Singappre service center 5 days ago as my washing machine has been giving repeated problems. The customer rep tags my request urgent. But no one called me back to fix an appointment. I have been calling (and the call center is busy.

Held line for 40+ mins twice). Sent an email and got no response: super frustrated at team not taking requests seriously on faulty products they sell

Have a 3 year old Whirlpool refrigerator whose freezer light (led) has gone out. To replace the assembly whirlpool charges $130 plus a minimum of $90 for labor plus parts. So to change a light that they will only guarantee for a year will cost a minimum of more than $250!!!

How is this possible? LED bulbs are generally guaranteed for 10 years.

Dear sirs, on 6/17/21 we purchased a new Maytag washer (model MHW5630HC2) and dryer (model MED5630HC2) from Lowe’s in Springfield IL. We also purchased the 3 year extended warranty plan. On 10/28/22 the washer stopped working. There was no power at all and we had wet clothes in the machine that we could not get out due to the door not being able to open.

Luckily I contacted a serviceman who told me over the phone how to manually open the door so we could get the wet clothes out since we were leaving the next day on a cruise. I called around and no service companies were available for at least two weeks.

When we got back from the cruise we were able to get a serviceman to come out and troubleshoot the problem. It turned out to be the complete control board had to be replaced, and of course,…
