Bought a stove a whirlpool glasstop, issue was electronic control board, i had to wait over 6 months, had a part from mexico shipped to me, the installer came installed it, checked the oven but he never checked the glasstop, the glass top got extremely hot and cracked from side to side crappy product, had a different tech check it, he saw the control board he checked the wire job andnthe wore were not out on correctly wasted over 600 dollars for a stove, that worked for 3months.
Never again will i purchase and i will make sure alot of my freinds dont buy whirlpool as well.

I've had a whirlpool refrigerator for one year now . It has been defective since day one. I've taken off from work 6 times already, 2 times they never showed up. Their final conclusion of the problem is the fridge is overcharged with Freon causing a popping sound.

Bought a over the range microwave 15 days ago. Would cut off after about 2 seconds of count down time. Tried calling customer service but could never get through to them. Went and bought a GE range instead, knowing that all paperwork and receipt was kept.

Bought a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and had the ice machine had to be replaced from the very beginning and it's a year later and the ice is still getting clogged up in the door dispenser sometimes it clogs up and even keeps the ice backing up inside holding the door open and nothing coming out worst product ever
5 Cubic Feet from Lowes in Alexandria, LA on Nov. 1, 2022. The Washer fills with water to the max regardless of the amount of items to wash. The Washer has stayed in washing mode up to three hours and had to be manually changed to drain and spin.
I have followed all suggestion on how to use Washer. A local Whirlpool Tech did a diagnostic on the washer and checked water supply to washer and found no problems. He didnot run the washer to complete a full washing.
The washer still does not work properly. Whirlpool Help on Whirlpool Twitter informed me that diagnostic was good and thier was nothing else Whirlpool could do to help me but watch videos I have seen before. I cannot continue to manually change settings on this washer.
I purchased $7000. in products from whirlpool. I have standard warranty. I received free delivery thought that included installation but it did not. So my 60 year old husband had to install them because they just dropped them off and left.

My mother purchased a refrigerator/freezer on August 1st. It lasted three weeks. I called and was told there was no one to service the area. 00 which Whirlpool did reimburse. I knew they were not responsible for paying for the part because we did not order it directly from them ourselves.
That would have been okay but, it went out again shortly after that. Whirlpool would not exchange it or repair it until one of their employee checked it but their was no one available. 17th they agreed to replace it within three to four weeks.
I realize that time is not quite up yet but since I was told the complaint was a priority since it was a refrigerator, I really don't have any confidence in their word. I don't call almost three months without a refrigerator handling a complaint as a priority.
Have been dealing with the same issue for almost 5 months now. Your customer service is so horrible you do not take care of your customers at all. Your company keeps sending the same person to "fix" the washer however everytime I still have the same issue.
When my washer is agitating it make a horrible noise. They have replace multiple parts on the machine run a quick test and always say the washer is fix. When I use it after they leave I always have the same issue I asked to speak to a manager and was refused everytime I have asked.

Kitchenaid KSGG700ESS Top of oven door flaking. This is not a cosmetic issues. This is a safety issue and a health issue due to flaking going in oven and onto food. I would like my door replaced as this is not a problem caused by damage or misuse by me.
Moisture forms when oven is turned on and escapes causing disintegration of fingerprint film on oven door. This is due to faulty workmanship at whirlpool. Please replace my oven door, resolve this problem and bring back my faith in Kitchenaid and Whirlpool products.
Washing machine broke after 8 months after purchase. The part that is broke is on backorder for over a month. I'm a family of 5 with 3 children under the age of 10. Have called back the company when told to do so after waiting the "21 business days" which equates to a month.

I've had a broken refrigerator in my kitchen since the 2nd week of August. According to Queen City Appl. You have to say whether or not it can be returned. The freezer door was replaced 2 wks. ago, the water and ice feature still does not work.

My 93 year old mother recently had a replacement integrated washing machine. She paid £99 for the machine to be installed. I was there to oversee the installation, which took about 30/40 minutes. They were unable to fix the door as the hinges needed moving. I have had to buy the tools and fitted the door myself.
I have just returned from my sons where I had to oversee another replacement washing machine, but from a different company, AO. For £100 they installed the machine and fully replaced the door, including refitting new hinges. They also had to hard wire the machine, and in total the job took 3 hours. They were polite and helpful at all stages.

I bought a fridge two months ago. Broke 3 times already and between the time it takes for the technician to come and order the repair item it takes 2-3 weeks. Called customer service and spoke to two supervisors and they are useless.

We have a 5 year old Whirlpool electric double oven stove, the electronics are making the burners heat too high even when set on low, the timer works when it wants.

I'm sure just like every complain on here - it will fall on deaf ears. I was told that Whirlpool is the way to go with appliances and I must tell you it has been a horrible experience. I have had our refrigerator for less than 5 years and our dryer about 4 and we have had nothing but issues with it from the time that we have had them.
Right now my refrigerator has not power and always freezes up and the dryer heating element issues that constantly go out. I am surprised to say this, but I regret switching from Samsung to Whirlpool. In all the years that I had owned a Samsung I never had any appliance issues.

Do not waste your money on Whirlpool products, they are junk and the process of getting new less than 6 month old appliances repaired or issues resolve is a joke. They do not care at all whatsoever about the consumer.
It takes their warranty repair company S&S Appliance Repair to forever to get an appointment to diagnose the issue. S&S has zero follow up, they do not return calls or emails, also they fail to turn in paperwork to get parts ordered in a timely manner, 20 days to be exact from the time they diagnosed the issue.
Then Whirlpool has a 21 business day process for obtaining parts that are needed for the repair. Which they have know they cannot get the particular parts in until the middle of August. And yet knowing they can't receive the parts in a timely manner they won't…

We bought a home in December 2020, my husband was set on the Sidekick Refrigerator & Freezer that was included in the sale of the home. Little did we know, it’s one of the most disappointing appliance in our home.

My fridge compressor was busted and I called whirlpool to get a replacement part. They advised to get a service appointment scheduled to verify it was the compressor that was broken, which makes sense. It took three phone calls while waiting on hold for about an hour each to get the appointment just scheduled.
1 week after my first call the service was completed by the technician in less than 15 minutes to say that the compressor was broke. So then the technician mentioned that they needed to get a replacement part located, ordered, and shipped here.

Scheduled service for my Whirlpool/KitchenAid refrigerator via the number provided on the KitchenAid Service Plan Certificate of Coverage. Later that day, I received word from the assigned appliance center that they could not honor that date/time and couldn’t schedule until THREE WEEKS later. Reluctantly confirmed that date/time.

Purchased Whirlpool SS sidekick refrigerator/freezer 2/29/2016. Signed up for additional 5yr warranty at Lowes.
7\27\18 Thermistor on frig stopped working. Which means it was no longer able to go into defrost mode, causing ice to form. It was replaced.
Now fast forward 6 yrs. 3/8/2022 Refrigerant has leaked out of frig. This has been confirmed by local appliance tech, and a certified Whirlpool tech.
The tech did state that the tubing for the refrigerant is too thin. He also said that it was nothing we had done.
Called customer service. Nothing they can do about it.
It will cost $900 to repair this lemon. I'm extremely disappointed in this product. A high end appliance that doesn't last more than six years!

I purchased a Kitchen- aid refrigerator (27CR FRDR KRFF707ESS) from Best Buy on 2/12/2018. I had difficulty in opening the freeze door and in February 2020 I could not open the freeze door. I called Best Buy because I have their Protection Plan and it was easy to get an appointment .
Best Buy send a technician out and he spend a considerable about of time using a vacuum to open the freeze door. The technician mention that the way the new refrigerators are made is different than in the past and therefore the design is causing the difficult.
The problem recurred in 2021 and because of COVID-19 I was not able to have someone come out and open the freeze door. So since I could not use my freeze on the refrigerator I purchased a single freeze to put my food in.
