We purchased a brand new $2,000 Whirlpool refrigerator and had it delivered on 12/18/2021. On February 3, 2022, while we were at work, the fridge failed - it was running but had stopped cooling - at what point we don't know but when we got home from work on 2/3/22, EVERYTHING in the refrigerator was room temperature and

ALL of the frozen food had thawed/melted. We immediately called Whirlpool and they wanted us to wait THREE WEEKS - until 2/21 - for their 'first available' service appointment!!! THREE WEEKS WITHOUT A FRIDGE!?!? We aren't in a 3rd world country!

We don't live in a tent! Angry, we called back the next day and was given a new 'service date' for Wednesday, February 9 service appointment. Again, NOT HAPPY. Losing all of the food, my insulin AND having to wait FIVE DAYS…

We bought a Maytag washer from Lowe’s after 12 months the washer started failing we can’t return it to Lowe’s after a year and we spent almost $1000 for a washer that now doesn’t work at all and I can’t imagine something this horrific happening if you had a car that failed after a year what would you do we have a washer we spent three times as much on and we thought we were getting a Maytag commercial washer from Lowe’s it turns out it’s an absolute worthless piece of junk

I bought a refrigerator on April 27, 2021 from Bsetz Appliance in Poteau, Okla. Serial no. K92410717, model no. MFX2676FRZ.

On Dec. 22, 2021 refrigerator quit running. Service man came on that day and was not qualified to work on it so another service man came on 27 Dec. 2021 and had to order part. I was told part would arrive on last week of Jan. 2022. Part is not here. I was told on Jan. 28 (yesterday) that part was ordered and if not shipped by Feb. 24 they would submit to corporate for a replacement. This seems to be an unusually long time to go without for a refrigerator that is under warranty. Why cant I get a replacement now. I really need my refrigerator.

My parents bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Leon’s in Orillia,Ontario less than 2 years ago. About 2 months ago the refrigerator required servicing which cost us over 300$. The freezer was too cold and the fridge itself was too warm.

The same problem has now returned and again a service repair man was called to come and fix again. This is not acceptable on a new product. If this cost us another 300$, I then could have bought a new refrigerator with that money, and be assured it will never be a whirlpool.

I would expect that some of this expense should be covered by Whirlpool as in my opinion this is a substandard product. Would appreciate some feed back or support with this problem

Re: krfc302ess00 There is no way to clean the inside of the 'glass' on the snack or deli center drawer. I rate this a 5 because it has to do with food storage and the seemingly impossibility of keeping the storage area clean and safe from food-borne illnesses.

I exhausted the customer service rep's and her supervisor's ability to provide this information because there is none. So, I can only think that this refrigerator was designed with no thought as to maintaining it in a healthy and clean way.

The see-through panel on the drawer flap cannot be removed, the flap cannot be remover, and the drawer cannot be removed. So how exactly is one to clean the refrigerator?

Your new acquisition Maytag is selling extended warranties, managed by AIG warranty services that are being ignored. When the 800 number is called you can be on for hours. When you do get a message it says get an authorized technician.

The information is not accepted. Once you pay you do not get reimbursed. There are lots of complaints. You should know that it is not managed correctly, or they are following your advice. My warranty is supposed to be good until 2023.

Wish I had cause it stopped working properly at one year and month. Really? Really? The problem is that it does not go into the spinning cycle after the wash. clothes are still very wet. So I have to turn the dial to do the drain and spin.

I should not need to do this. I think this machine is a lemon. I'm very upset with whirlpool. They should not have problems after one year. lasted for years. I failed to mention that I should not have to pay for a service call.

Please stand by your products should not have issues after one year. Thank you.

I can't believe this. Going on a month now. I got a new fridge this passed July. I have no work right now. So buying this was a big deal. From the delivery 2 out of 3 men didn't want to bring old one out and bring new one in. Then.

One guy, didn't leave my paper work I signed. Now I want them to take this fridge back. I can't get this done. Now STILL as of today. Waiting to even set up a appointment to have a guy come out. The first appointment set. He can morning.

I was scheduled for afternoon, and he couldn't come back. This is the worst service. Easy a to be to order on line. Then from the moment on, everything when wrong... home depot and whirpool... how you all sleep at night. Taking our money.....

Purchased refrigerator at Lowes' on 9-8-2020. Within weeks the ice maker would not dispense ice. Fields Appliance made a service call. A part was ordered. The part was installed (months later), within days the same issue occurred. Field appliance returned.

I purchase a whirlpool washing machine in 31 May 2021 from Makro Springfield After a few days of use the drum had a cracked The machine was replaced.

On 15 August 2021 the machine stopped working The technician came out on the 19.08.2021 and said that washing powder and moist got into the computer box and there they cannot fix the machine What rubbish is that because I have been using defy and Hi sense washing machines for a number of year without any problems until the 5 year warrantee expired and the machines was to expensive to fix

It illustrates that this is a cheap product and when there is a problem the company wants to evade liability for fixing the machine.

The nature of the product is that it functions with water and washing powder and should be able to withstand this items…

I purchase my Whirlpool Washer/Dryer from our local Home Depot in Rock Hill, SC on Feb. 2019 and it was deliver on Mar. 6, 2019. It has been only 2 yrs, and my dryer has been fixed 2x and now my washer needs to be fixed.

I am so pissed about this matter that I can scream. We had KitchenAid appliances installed in a new house in January, 2021, of which 3 appliances had issues. 1) The microwave door would not close 2) the refrigerator door seal split and the magnet continuously fell out and 3) The stand-alone icemaker leaked and would cut off intermittently. I have bought two refrigerators an both ice makers have gone out, We have had to have them worked on I am not happy with your products The first one was model # ED5LVAXWS01 25 cu. ft. The second is WRX988SIBM03 I spent almost $2,500 on this one.

The top drawer in the bottom freezer want stay on track, the ice maker has quit I have someone coming to fix this tomorrow. The lights are dim inside also. I have a good mind to consult an attorney with such poor service from your products.

The washer just doesn't agitate properly. The clothes just float at the top and are never pulled down and submerged.Everything stays in the same order it was put in.No moving from top to bottom,side to inside etc.The only moisture the clothes on top get is what is wicked up.Tried every setting. Still under warranty.After months of hassling with them they sent out a contract repair person who jacked around with it and finally said that's just the way it is.Then whirlpool said that's it .We're not going to do anything more.

com on June 14th (order#15399233-198008) and the part was not delivered until July 13th by Fed EX (while we were out of town). Then when we found out it was the wrong part, they gave us till July 25th to return it to get a refund. This is ridiculous!

It took a month to get the part and the customer service lady said we only had 30 days to return. Will NEVER order from this site again. So very disappointed.

My microwave stopped working after nine months. Took two weeks to get a repair scheduled in April. Repairman ordered four replacement parts. Took months to get the parts only to find out it was misdiagnosed and the control panel that is needed is out of stock.

My microwave has been out since April. This is ridiculous! ’ I have called corporate three times and have had to wait over an hour each time only yo hey no resolution! I just need a replacement at this point!

Dishwasher worked right less than 1 year, the part to fix it took 3 months to get, installer sent while still under warranty , took 15 min to replace electrical part. Dishwasher worked once, then continued to malfunction. Whirlpool gave me run around and kept me on hold for 50 plus minutes.

Repair company won’t come back without another approval. No one wants to take responsibility here. I am still without a working dishwasher that is less than 3 years old. Discussed. Won’t by another Whirlpool appliance again!

They really are not interested in customer care! If they were, they would improve their on- line services, e-mail services , their phones systems and hire more people. I was to exchange my defective microwave for a replacement. I called to check on the expected arrival date . It took me hours before anyone picked up. It took more time for the correct department to pick up. I was told that my dealer had the unit and to call them. When I called, I found that they were not told that my item was coming but it was on the invoice but not on the truck. I was told by the store manager to call them back .

I spent at least 5-6 hours the next day waiting for someone to pick up or transfer me. There phone system is a joke and their so -called 24/7 online service is in no way applicable for needs such…

My complaint is regarding Whirlpool's response to a Safety Complaint that I submitted regarding a Wall Oven I purchased in December 2019. While using the self-cleaning function, the oven overheated creating a potential fire hazard. Both internal fuses were destroyed, items in nearby drawers were melted and the oven no longer worked.

I reported the incident to the company and they reimbursed me a pro-rated amount based on the original sale price. 00 wall oven that was a fire hazard and only 15 months old. I was told the cost of replacement was irrelevant and that the Whirlpool reimbursement policy determines the amount offered to the customer.

Issue: Refrigerator filter change indicator is faulty or there is some other problem. I am getting filter change notice in just 2 months of new filter installations. Issue description: Refrigerator was purchased on 11/14/2020 and since then I have already gotten 2 replace filter messages.

First filter change notice came in the 3rd week of Jan. And after that I installed another Everydrop filter, by 4th week of Jan and now by end of March, I again got Filter change indicator. Timeline: Refrigerator installation : Nov 15th, 2020 First Filter change: Jan 21, 2121 Second Filter Change: Mar 28, 2021 This is a faulty behavior and I need Whirlpool to address it.

If filters go bad in just 2 months like this then I have made a very bad decision as it will be so expensive for me to maintain this…

Please!!! Try to call the number provided for Whirlpool. Try 866-698-2538(initial wait time is 80 minutes) after a period of time (the first time I noticed I had been on hold 30 minutes) the wait time announcements indicates a longer wait time than the previous announcement.

I went from 22 minutes to 33 minutes wait time. You can also try 800-442-9991. Same service. You can try 269-923-500. That is the switch board. She will tell you she can't transfer you to anyone in the corporate office.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator in April of 2020. Model WRB322DMBM. It worked for three months and then stopped cooling top and bottom. The first repair took a little over one week to get fixed and the repairman (great guy) said it was the Jazz Board.

It lasted two more months and then quit running again. same problem. Two more months and it stopped yet again. This time it took four hours on hold and then no repairman showed up as Whirlpool did not process the request properly.

It was scheduled yet again and same problem and he rebooted the jazz board. This past week for the FOURTH repair for the same problem and the repairman called me and said there was no point in coming as it wasn't repairable and he would speak to Whirlpool.

I bought a new washer and dryer from Lowes's on 6/11. The dryer came in an 6/26, but the washer I was told is a special order model #WTW 4855HW. Can someone up there please help me? I love your products, I would have bought a Maytag but they were a little pricey.

My other Maytag washer and dryer lasted 35 years, and Whirlpool refrigerator lasted 40 years-NEVER ANY PROBLEMS. I would appreciate any help on your end, all I want is my new washer so I can avoid dragging all my laundry to the laundromat.

This washer model was one of their cheaper ones so I don't see what the problem is. Please help. net.

Our dishwasher tore up December 23, 2019.. We have out of town guests arriving December 24, 2019, for Christmas.. We have always owned Whirlpool products and our last dishwasher was a Whirlpool. My complaint is we were trying to install the dishwasher and the parts to install it were not with the appliance.

No instructions to install, there was no hold down brackets to fasten it under the counter. My husband made a special 30 mile trip to get the hoses and still had to modify the brackets off the old dishwasher to hold it in, because we did not realize these were missing.

There should be a notice on the box that these parts are not included so you would know to purchase them before you left the store. I am very, very upset about this situation and will not buy anything else made by…

on 1/7/2019 (less than a year ago) I purchased a whirlpool stove. in may of 2019 the oven and all buttons for the oven stopped working. I called for repair. it took 3 weeks to get a repair person to my home. (whirlpool sent him).

when he got here he said I needed a new mother board but he had to order the part. so then it was another week to get the part and then I had to schedule service. so finally in the beginning of july he put in the new mother board and supposedly it was repaired..

then we had a power failure and an error showed up on my stove and the oven did not work again. ). so the repairman came back and said that the error code F9 had to be an erroneous error because the stovetop worked. ).

My washer broke, it took weeks for the repair company to fit me in, and then wait for the part.

First time, part comes in, guy installs it, worked for about 3 days, another week another repairman. The pump is no good this time, whatever the first guy did caused the pump to break, waiting for the part another week.

Installed the part, the control panel dies. Waiting now on the control panel I have had no washing machine since September 7, it is now October 10. I have a service contract, called them won't help me, the repair company won't help me.

Spending at least a hundred dollars a week at the laundromat, they won't Whirlpool will not compensate me. I will never buy another Whirlpool again. I was told if they can't fix it I will get 75% of the value of what I paid for the machine 3…

First off I am pretty sure I purchased a lemon top loader washer from Home Depot. I have been trying to get it replaced and it has been a complete nightmare!! Then I have to experience long wait times to talk to a person!!

This is just out right ridiculous!! Never again!! The washer won’t run a load in the bulky setting, it keeps getting off balance, makes loud noises when it runs and now... my clothes are coming out of the washer with oil spots after being washed which wasn’t there before!

I paid almost $700 for this POS and customer service is a joke!! I am BEYOND fed up!!!

we purchased Model # WRF992FIFH March 11, 2017 from Home Depot in Stuart Fl 34997. Within 24 hours it stopped working it was removed and replaced . since then we have had multiple failures of which the last one was approximately 30 days ago.

I went to Home Depot and told them I wanted it removed and purchased another refrigerator. I was notified today because whirlpool warranties for one year and the other claims that were placed on the extended warranty did not qualify me because they were not consecutive within the respected warranties for whirlpool and Home Depot extended warranty i would not be covered. 33.

Terrible customrer Care. I needed a washer arm for my dishwasher but could not order it anywhere because it is out of stock. I placed an order from Whirlpool and waited for almost three months while my dishwasher was not working.

They could never give an update or a date when they would produce the part. Now I have to go and buy a new dishwasher when I only needed a $30 part. Obviously I will not be buying a Whirlpool.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service as I experienced on 6/8/2019. 01 purchase for an appliance package. I was given a delivery date on July 10th since they have to wait for the range that was not available.

Ok no problem, I purchased a new home and had a move in date of June 28th, so I could week a week or so for my new appliances. On Monday, July 8th, 2 days before delivery, I get a call that the range I purchased is not available for 7-8 weeks.

I asked why if I ordered it 3 weeks ago, how can it not be available, and the lady said the warehouse just does not have it. Ok fine. I was given options for a different range, none that I liked, but was told even with the new range it would not be in for 4 weeks. Excuse me?

Washer Mod # WTW8040DW2 Ser # C70571314 This is the second Whirlpool Washer in 5 years and they don't last. The bearings keep going out and it's not draining all the water before it spins. The noise is so bad I have to turn up the TV to be able to hear what is said on the TV.

After being on the phone for over 1 hour, being pass around from different numbers because no one wanted to take the responsibility nor the time to help.

The refrigerator has rust on both the doors & we were told by Whirlpool that this is not cover because it is a cosmetic issue "what does that even mean"??? This refrigerator was purchased first of all because we trusted Whirlpool brand and second we were not told by anyone at the time of purchase that this might happened.

I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator, model # WRX988SIBW01, SN# K51719389 on May 2, 2015 with a three-year extended warranty. In Feb 2019 the freezer starting a loud humming which last for extended periods then silenced, although the freezer and ice maker all operated normally.

Assuming it was an evaporator fan going bad, I contacted Sears Repair Service who came out on Feb 22, 2019 and took the freezer apart and determined it was a bad evaporator fan and a control board which were ordered, and replacement was scheduled for March 5. Once the repairman left, the freezer worked but did not freeze and the ice maker stopped producing ice but did drip water, On Mar 5, 2019, another Sears technician came out and replaced the control board and fan and left. 91.

We got a new Wall Oven (WHIRLPOOL) in June of 2018. On Oct 27th 2018 (Remember this date) the heating illiment went out, both top and bottom. We have America Home Shield, they said to call Whirlpool because it was still under Warranty.

We call Whirlpool, and they said it was the problem of the appliance companyTech, who put it in. Nov. Nov. 20, 2018 AHS sent an electrician out and he said there is no electric problems Nov. 27th 2018 Called AHS again, they sent out a new Appliance company, they said it was the circuit board, and ordered a new board.

Our whirlpool frigarator is a little over a year old. We have had three different times repairing our ice maker. The Ice maker is broken again that makes 4. Would like a new frigerator or money back so we can purchase another frigarator.

I don’t think it is repairmens fault, faulty equipment.
