Our whirlpool frigarator is a little over a year old. We have had three different times repairing our ice maker. The Ice maker is broken again that makes 4. Would like a new frigerator or money back so we can purchase another frigarator.

I don’t think it is repairmens fault, faulty equipment.

Should be no stars for the dishwasher we bought. It should be pulled off the market. It no way compares to our old one. If known I would have paid to have it fixed. It will not dry all the dishes especially silverware in door, no matter how you set it (according to directions.

Oven and front burners not working - Called for repairs - whirpool sent a repairman out, did not fix the problem and made the top burners like flame throwers when you turn them on and oven still does not come on, Repairman said he had to order new parts, for the ones he damaged instead of fixing, said it would be a few days for them to come in and he would be back.

Its been several months and he has not been back at all - basically lied to us, and never fixed the problems, when we call whirlpool to make an another service call they will not accept our call, and the recording says this repair is closed

If available as a choice to check off . I would have given Whirlpool a negative 100 star rating!!!!!!! To make a very long story short. My family has spent well over $30,000 over the years on Whirlpool products and have purchased every single extended warranty ever offered to us over those years.

And we have purchased nothing but the top of the line Cabrio model washer & dryer matching sets . We now own a Cabrio Gas dryer that the face of the control panel has DELAMINATED away from the console = a clear MANUFACTURERES failure / defect.

( BUT ) after speaking with the dealer we purchased the set from and the two extended warranties from they tell us that they reached out to Whirlpool and they ( WHIRLPOOL ) advised them that there will be " NO CONCESSIONS " whatsoever to replace this…

Lights went out on my refrigerator 1 year after we bought...by the time we finally got someone out here it had been 2 months with the holidays thrown in there... would cost up a minimum of $600 possiblely more to fix.... of by then you all would not honor warranty....will not buy anything made under whirlpool name again and will yell it from the roof top to any and everyone!!!!

I am reaching out in reference to my microwave model number wmh53520cs-7, serial number TR 7 17 32624. The evening before Thanksgiving the microwave starting sparking. Needless to say I had to go out Thanksgiving morning to buy one since I was expecting guest.

This was the second time this microwave needed to be repaired in the 15 months that I owned it. I purchased an extended warrantee so the visit was covered. My main issue is that the microwave sparked and from what I I'm told by Whirlpool, they are aware of this.

I have spoken to several people and my case is registered. I asked the rep at Whirlpool for an explanation and he stated the silver tray can't stay in the microwave when its not being used. I have never heard that before and have owned multiple microwaves in my life. He also…

I have used Whirlpool products for many years, after purchase of a lifetime Water Heater # 0248116506 I have now been told by Michael 866-698-2538 that Whirlpool will send me parts next week. Me and my family cannot shower because of the Whirlpool Water Heater that I had installed, at the time of this purchase I bought 3 other water heaters for rental and commercial properties I own.

When purchased at Lowe’s I was told the lifetime warranty would include replacement upon failure, obviously Whirlpool has changed the ways of my future purchases. Since 2010 I have purchase at least 2 complete kitchen appliance set for my houses and I even more recently purchased a Maytag Bravo Washer and Dryer.

Today I will have a new heater installed and I will not purchased any of the Whirlpool owned…

I bought a washing machine in June 2015 in Jamaica. Over time, the machine has jumped to a cycle that was not programmed. However in February 2018, the machine refused to complete cycles. A month or two after I reported it to the dealer who eventually came and promised to return. After much effort they returned in May or June 2018 and promised to return with the parts. They eventually sent me a pro forma invoice in October 2018.

I have known Whirlpool as a quality band and hence when I was replacing my Maytag, after 10 years, I decided to try a Whirlpool machine. However, I am very disappointed and feel ripped off.

I am requesting that you either replace the machine or stand the cost of the replacement part.

I bought my parents what I thought was a 2018 whirlpool refrigerator it was made in 2016. We have had three repairs done on it and there is no trust in the appliance. The freezer is not getting cold or the newest problem is it leaks into the refrigerator and no one can stop it. I want it replaced.

00 because it is a circuit board , how on earth do you people justify putiing in a part as simple as a light that cost almost 1/3 of what the refergerator cost once you pay for the service call . What a royal rip off .

I deal everyday with people who put these units in new building I am going to make sure that whirlpool is defefently taken out of the equation . It not acceptable for you to do this to your customers and if you put something like this in a refergerator it should at least last pretty close to the life of the unit.

I going to write reviews on this applience and continue to tell people about this ; Unless you can convince me otherwise. I would expect you would stand by your product and arrage to have this fixed. I will wait on your reply

Unable to contact customer for over 2 hours. Repeated calls same response, placed on hold with the same music, over and over again. A call to corporate headquarters results in the same frustration. Ever the corporate headquarters operators are frustrated.

They can't get callers routed to a real person. If routed to the Executive Office results in the same recorded music which begins with Eye of the Tiger! This is not the way to treat long time loyal customers!

I bought a Wirlpool,, 40 gallon Electric hot water heater. about a year ago. Now,,the "Sacrificial anode rod" is already bad. My water Smells like rotten eggs. and i went to change it. Its on there so tight,that i used a 3 foot cheater bar. it would NOT budge.

I spent over a hour,and a half on it. It ended up striping the head off of the head on the bolt. IM VERY UPSET OVER THIS!!!!

A WALL OVEN MADE BY WHIRLPOOL WAS PURCHASED ON 08/07/17 MODEL # W0S51ES4ES FROM THE LOCAL HOME DEPOT IN HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA . THE OVEN WARRANTY EXPIRES IN AUGUST 2018. SINCE THAT PURCHASE THE OVEN SELF CLEANING MODE WILL NOT FUNCTION CAUSING THE OVEN TO BLOW FUSES WHEN PLACE IN THAT MODE.

WHIRLPOOL QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL HAS BEEN HERE FOUR TIMES AND THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. EACH TIME IT TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS FROM THE TIME THE TECHNICIAN IS NOTIFIED TO RECEIVING THE PARTS AND RETURNING. My concern is with my range glass cook top. Whirlpool Range, Model WFE540HOEBO, Ser. No. R606212016. The finish on the glass cooktop is degrading. There is a progressive discoloration or clouding inside the glass, or of a coating on the underside of the glass.

It is hard to distinguish this in a photo, so I'm unable to send you a photo. A service technician looked at the range top and said, "It is an appearance issue that does not affect the function of the cooktop, and is not covered by warranty).

Why is Whirlpool not backing this product? To call this problem "an appearance issue" and therefor not covered, is not accurate as it is a material breakdown of the glass cook top itself. I researched and found previous complaints about this same issue.

Purchased a gas range model wfg320mobw2 at Home Depot. Purchase date 11/15/17. Received range 11/20/17. When installing the range the orifices had to be changed for use with propane. All was well until I started to change the oven burner orifice and found oven tray (floor of the oven) missing.

Returned to Home Depot and was told to contact Whirlpool. I did as told, spent 35 minutes on hold,15 minutes speaking to a representative who couldn't help and 5 minutes with someone in parts who was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I went back at Home Depot and had a manager call Whirlpool while I waited. After considerable time on hold he was able to speak to a competent representative only to find the part was out of stock. I can only surmise that whirlpool is building stoves without oven trays…

I recently bought a brand new whirlpool dryer. with Accu dry. It is so efficient it does everything but dry cloths Even on the jeans cycle the waist bands are still damp when done. If I want dry cloths I have to run the 70 minute cycle, On installation I followed the direction fro keeping the distance from the wall.

so the hose doesn't get constricted ,there is good air flow coming out of the outside vent. Why there is different heat setting I don't know the highest one don't work. I have had Whirlpool washers for years I won't be buying any more "Energy efficient Appliances" I will keep repairing the older models.

I bought a brand new Maytag washer from Home Depot. It was defective when it was delivered. I was told I had to call Whirlpool to come out for a service call. Water is leaking from the washer. I've called several times to have it repaired. The last time the service tech came out he put black clay over the hold which did not fix the problem. I called to ask to have the washer replace but they refuse, they will only send out a repair tech to fix the problem. I don't think putting clay over a hold is acceptable. Especially when I paid for a brand new washer.

Customer service is awful! I was on hold for over 35mins, only to be told that the service techs do not work weekends or late evenings and I can't not ask for a specific time for them to come out. I have already taken 2 days off of work…

My new build townhouse has Whirlpool appliances throughout it, which are under warranty from my move in date of April 1, 2017. I have a whirlpool refrigerator delivered in September 2016, still under warranty. It broke 3 weeks ago. A replacement part was finally located today, Wednesday, but will not be shipped out to me until Monday next week. I'm sure you are aware of overnight FedEx shipping option, which you should use to take care of your customer issue.

I was told that's not possible. I am just appalled that you would not do it, likely to save few dollars. I have been running an aerospace corporation for years, so I know that parts brake. That's not an issue.

The issue is the lack of customer focus you are demonstrating. That's what distinguishes a good from a bad company. And, from what I have experienced so far, Whirlpool is now very bad. I will never buy another product from you. Regards, John Celli

We had a home built and closed on it in May 2016 and it came with Whirlpool Appliances, which I have owned before. I have used the dishwasher maybe 6 times total, and every time the dishwasher does not dry the dishes at all.

I use hot wash and heat dry, and use both Jet Dry and Cascade soap. Even after leaving the dishes in the dishwasher for two days, I still have to dry them with a towel before I can put them away.

I have had the plumbing company that installed it come out to look at it, and they say everything is working at it should be. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the dishwasher.

I had a previous whirlpool water heater a 12 year module that didn't last 6 years. It was replaced with another whirlpool water heater in August that has a deal defect. Given the will give me another but will not pay for it be better uninstalled.

Why am I being penalized for you detect. I have to drain it after wk so no hot water the next day take a half day off work to wait for a plumber then pay to have it taken out and delivered back to Lowe's. That is not fair.

You used to be a name i could trust, but that is not honorable practice. It's not my fault but I'm being punished.

My parents purchased the set of SideKicks Freezer/Refrigerator during a remodel of their kitchen in January 2015, by July 2015, the rear of the unit froze up and quit working. When my parents called the store where the unit was purchased, they suggested that my mother defrost the coils with a hair dryer.

Since the July 2015, the same freeze up issue has occurred every one to two months. As of November 2016, the "defrost with a hair dryer" trick no longer works. The unit does not cool and a recent online search of reviews for Whirlpool SideKicks indicates this has been a common problem and may be the result of a Freon leak in the unit.

I purchased a Whirlpool Dryer under a year ago. The inside of the drum is peeling and they are trying to disclaim responsibility by saying it can be caused by zips, buttons etc. I have never heard such nonsense. I have heard of dryer drums showing gradual wear in areas from years of drying and high heat.

Unfortunately now that they are producing a clearly substandard, cheap, flimsy product, they choose to point the finger at the consumer. They are saying it isn't covered under 'function failure'. They have failed miserably.

I have had Whirlpool appliances my entire adult life. On September 26, 2016, my Cabrio washing machine that was 8 years old stopped spinning. I contacted Whirlpool.com for repair. I bought an extended service contract for a full year that would cover the washing machine. I was scheduled for a technician to come to my house. He arrived on September 28, 2016 and informed me it would take over $800.00 to repair the washer and they recommended not repairing it.

But, the extended coverage warranty would call me with a definite decision and explain my options. I have a 6 year old Kitchen aid refrigerator that needed some new parts.

However three (3) times now the wrong parts have been sent out. Twice the repair man came out to my home got everything set up, had me remove 2 shelves of food and the part was wrong. The third time, at my suggestion, he called first to tell me the part was once again wrong.

I have talked to a Whirlpool Executive, someone at AIG, and Diamond Factory. This has been going on for a month(30 days). In the mean time, I have thrown out spoiled food, and am totally exhausted and frustrated.

I bought a Whirlpool Duet 2 years ago and It was fixed once a year ago and is broke down again. This time a need a part that is on backorder and they cannot tell me how long it will be on backorder.

I purchased five whirlpool appliances last year and have had nothing but trouble with 4 of the 5 appliances. The oven was replaced within 3 months, the dishwasher door has broke twice and now the four door refrigerator, which has been repaired three times now, has broken down once again, and

Bought my stove in 2009 and have had the same problem after about a year or so. When the oven is on you cannot move the knobs or turn them off or turn them down. Since I cook in the oven and on top of the stove often this presents a problem.

00 as while trying to turn off the knob I broke it. I cannot afford to replace the stove. Just have to leave burner on and wait for the oven to cool down. This happens sometimes and there's no way to predict when it's going to happen.

It just happened yesterday and I am still a little upset. Cannot see myself buying any more of an your products. Thanks for reading this.

I ordered a Whirlpool wall oven from abt.com on 9/5/16, and it was delivered quickly on 9/9/16. We removed my old oven the morning of the delivery in anticipation of installing the new one that afternoon. As we read the installation instructions, we got to Page 6 "Prepare Built-In Oven" and Item #6 which states: "Verify foam strip is attached to the back of the control panel as shown in the following picture below. If the foam strip is not present, please reference the 'Assistance or Service' section of the Use and Care Guide or contact the dealer from whom you purchased your built-in oven to order Part Number W10489273." We purchased a new Whirlpool HE front loading washer in the late spring of this year, it is now leaking though cracks in the tub onto our floor, makes a jet engine noise when spinning out and front door will not close tightly with out slamming it. I purchased an oven with Serial Number R34912593 on November 29, 2013. When this appliance arrived at my home the back was damaged. When I called to have this item replaced as it was still new and not been used I was advised that a repairman would have to look at it first. The repair man came and replaced the whole back of the stove.

I have had the repairman to my home several times (3) since then as the handle on the oven door comes off without warning, making it impossible to use the oven. I enclose pictures. I called at approximately 3 p.m.on Friday August 26th to schedule an appointment and was advised someone would call to make this arrangement.
