Customer eat at counter. Employee accepted items from customer across counter and gave back to customer didn't change gloves mgr Gaven very, very rude when I pointed out what I saw wrong and wanted refund so rude he should be demoted down to crew. Went to the White Castle in Seymour Indiana I think they said it was store number 59 the food tasted like pure cleaner I don't know if they cleaned their riddles or their spilled something or what but got really sick tried talking to the manager but she said she was too busy to talk to me

The customer service i just received at this White Castle #010071 was very unsatisfactory. I just left the drive Thur and the clerk was very rude and unfriendly. My order was not hot it seemed as thou the 10 cheesy stack was reheated , fries was old.

TM #697 I assume was the clerk needs an attitude adjustment. I would like a response back , thank you

The experience I I would rate not even no one because I waited in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes to receive my order due to the lack of Staff absent staff and slow service extremely so slow service it is very unprofessional and unacceptable

I went through the drive thru @ white castles on 147th Sibley, Calumet city @ 8:40pm. There were 4 cars infront of me and I place my order. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and an order of mosserallo sticks .

We i got home and started to eat my burger it wasn't DONE ! UNCOOK beef. This is terrible and UNHEALTHY, as well as DANGEROUS. I called back to the white castle and spoke with the acting supervisor who told me I could speak to the manager if i came in @ 6am tomorrow.

I called the next day to speak to the manager who answered the phone. She is a poor excuse for a manager who did not know how to talk. The young lady who i spoke to that night sounded more of a manager than her.

WHITE CASTLES this is POOR. UNCOOKED food is DEADLY !!!!!

, last night, along with other items I ordered a Sloppy Joe because of how the picture of the sandwich looked. My sandwich didn't look like the one advertised so I took it back, spoke with a worker and she said they were only allowed to put ONE scoop on the bun.

That would not have the sandwich look like the one advertised. Please let me know if or when this changes, I will not visit until this is corrected. I like the restaurant and hope you will respond!

I went to the white castle in Northside for a job interview it was at 10am, they're hiring I don't know his name yet but I will find out. Told me he had to set up another interview because since I was In training at a diff white castle 2 years before this he couldn't add me to the system I waited down there for over an hour walked through the rain there and

home in top of that he totally passed me up to talk to a person waiting to talk to him about a job this man had just got there when I had been there for almost an hour already I needed that job bad and he just played me to the left then expected me to wait for him to come off vacation for two weeks I said when should I expect a call he said idk when ever they call me back to let me know..

I want him fired for lieng to me about the job…

Sat for at least 30 mins after placing order. Second in line. Ordered a sack of ten cheeseburgers 2 double cheese 1 order of 3 cheese sticks and a order of 5 cheese sticks and a large big red. Some of the cheese sticks were missing cheese and the hamburgers were dry.

The buns were super dry no steam or moisture to the burger at all. Couldn't taste no onions. Totally horrible

The soda machine is not working properly and the soda is flat,and I told the individual that was working and I was told to file a complaint,so that's what I'm doing,PLEASE HAVE THE MACHINE CLEANED PROPERLY BECAUSE THE COKE,AND ORANGE IS FLAT AND I SPENT MONEY AND WOULD APPRECIATE A FRESH FIZZY CRISP SODA!!

Store #36 in Louisville, Ky. Valley Station, has the most rudest, uninviting, disgusting manager/supervisor I’ve ever encountered. She is an African American woman, who blatantly said she didn’t give a explicit what I said. I asked who took my order because she was very rude rushing my order not listening because it was still wrong when I got home.

The other lady there said she got smart with me because I did with her. Simply all I wanted was to be heard what I wanted and take my time instead of being rushed to order. If she was having a bad day we all do and that still does not give her the right to be rude and nasty.

She pissed me off so bad I couldn’t eat my food! She needs a class on professionalism at All times! She’s not a good representation of your company and if you uphold her…

I waited in line for 55 minutes after sitting there for 30 minute the employee on speaker with glasses asked me to get out of line and get back in line. Mind you the line long as heck, so I told him I wasn’t willing to do that I been sitting log enough.

Then he got back on head set to tell us the system shit down and won’t be up for 30 minute then after 30 minutes got back on and said our manager said we have to close down we not taking no more orders. And the whole time he was lying she never told him that.

That was very inconsiderate and I did not appreciate it one bit.

Been a fan of White Castle and Kristal burgers for years. Unfortunately we do not have any, so we purchase them in the store. Popped them into the Mike as always wrapped in paper towels. To our surprise these are the worst we ever had.

We would like to know do yo Walz the meat and press it on the bun?. Oh it's got flavor ! I would like to suggest spray on meat, that would really line your pockets. Oh ye only memories are left. Best Regards Disappointed

Before contacting "Hissing Kitty" (I own one), I attempted to inform White Castle 3 times on-line. Their website is pathetic--one way to avoid dealing w/ issues! "No existing W.C.'s this location." I am a "slider junkie" and eat at this store appox. 3 times a month. Everyone has to die of something.......

I went to drive thru, ordered BOGO coupon "1921" Original W.C. w/American cheese, x-tra pickles. The receipt in the bag confirmed my order. $2.19+tax and presented the coupon!! On September 17th 2023 I went through the drive thru at the Somerset, KY location. I ordered a sack of fries with no salt and that completed my order. I pulled around and I paid with cash a five dollar bill. 20.

I received my change and as he was handing it to me he abruptly said and almost yelling, we are out of ones so I gave you quarters, I said oh ok, no problem. I was very pleasant to him so I don't appreciate being yelled at, he seemed annoyed to be waiting on me.

The customer service is obviously lacking at this location.

i wrote over a week ago and have not heard if you even recieved my complaint it is for the white castle on 183 rd and halsted in homewood il we had burgers that were like a day old very hard and very hard buns they were horrible we eat their at least 4 times a month when i go their i want a nice steamed bun that is what you are know for you raise the price and the food is worse.

i hope you can do something about that store and this is not the first time i had a problem i am just sick of wasting money so i thought i would reach out .... thank you

I had sack of 10 cheese no pickles . All had hardly no onion and they all had pickles. They were Luke warm. I got new 5 pc order of cheese things, a sack onions chips that were dark and burnt.

With one sauce when I asked for more. This is getting to be a regular thing with this show Castle on top of rude customer service.

I live about 35 minutes away from our closest white castle in Alton Illinois but when in town it's one of our favorite fast spots to stop. My wife stooped in to pick our family up dinner we ordered 8 cheeseburgers 4 plain no onion no pickle, one regular cheese fry, one medium fry, and order of cheddar rings and an order of chicken rings.

When she got home the 4 plain cheeseburgers had no cheese and weren't plain, and we were missing our cheese fry. As we'd paid for a cheese fry we hadn't received and and the 4 burgers being wrong we called the store so hopefully they would honor the missing fry and correct the 4 burgers on a later date as we were hoping to be in for the night and

it was a 35 min drive back to the store. My wife talked to an associate first and upon answering the company…

I ordered 10 cheese burgers at 5615. s. Lindbergh in St. Louis. 5 of them came in one sack, and 5 in another. No receipt! One bag was fine, other bag of 5 was pre cooked. Possibly left over from the day before.

My complaint is that I bought a large box of White Castles cheeseburger sliders and one of the packets inside was opened (not sealed). In the same box, 2 different packets we're missing a bun. It just had meat & cheese on one side with a top bun but not bottom bun.

For what these things cost I'm very disappointed. I buy them every month but not sure I want to buy them anymore.

White Castle on Delmar & Kingshighway 2:05 A.M. My burgers was old a black color real dark on one side not hot at all, Fries were cold, Soda Hi’ C was out of order so I got a sprite and it was flat. Then I ask for ketchup three times still didn’t have ketchup in my bag when I get home. I got a fish meal. It wasn’t hot, they shouldn’t serve any food that they wouldn’t eat. That’s ridiculous.

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal. With onion rings and a fish meal I spent $20.10 on some cold old food at this point I need a refund. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I love me some White Castles

Today we went to White Castle in Linden New Jersey. The service is poor. Only 3 people working in the entire store. People are waiting for there food more then 45 minutes. Persons came to the store asking for re found for there food because is cold and hamburgers are not preparing well. Is been more the.

4 years that I been waiting to go to White Castle and eat a delicious meal but this please is not good. Please send a supervisor to inspect this please. In my personal experience if you don’t have enough people to operated the place please don’t open it. Thank you!!!

Hello, I am a DoorDasher. I arrived at location 12413 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Kentucky on August 18, 2023 at approximately 10:50 to pick up a delivery.

The inside was closed so I waited in a drive thru line for 30 minutes to get to the speaker. I’m told they do not have my DoorDash order. So I read the order to the employee and she tells me to drive to the window. So now it takes another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window. I’m handed someone else’s order so I inform the lady I’m there for the DoorDash order and I give her the name, Stephanie R. I’m told they don’t have the order. I stated that I gave the order at the speaker. I was then told they didn’t have it and the person who took the order was gone and didn’t tell them what it was.

At this point, I’m extremely frustrated…

Saturday, August 5, my wife visited your location 7200 Cedar Springs Blvd in Louisville, KY. There were 7 or 8 cars in line but it took over 40 minutes to get her order. She ordered the usual 30 with extra mustard, extra onions and extra pickles. She received 30 hamburgers, overcooked with burnt onions, no mustard, and a pickle. Not as ordered. No mustard packets offered either. Since it took so long she didn't check the order.

Her receipt showed exactly what she ordered thus there was no confusion. I expected better service from White Castle.

I went to the establishment White Castle on 2995 John F Kennedy Blvd NJ 07306 July 31 st In the morning and ordered 5 egg and cheese sliders for my children. When I payed 18 dollars and received the food.

I went home in Bayonne NJ all my sandwiches were running with egg yolks , not fully cooked. I called the manager Brian and he was very polite and said oh your the woman who had ordered the 5 sliders .

He told me I can come back and re do them . I went back in the afternoon. I went to the window and told them manager Brian said I could come back and get well done egg and cheese sliders.

Every time I’ve been to the location on New Circle, Road in Lexington, Kentucky the last three months I have to have at least an hour to sit through the drive-through. They will wait until the complete order is done and the customers out of the drive-through before they will take another order if they cannot handle more than one order or one customer at a time then

they need to shut down earlier or close down the drive-through or the lobby. It’s ridiculous that only for cars in the drive-through and it took me an hour to get my food and it’s always like that anytime you go to that location after 10 PM.

Something needs to be done.

I have been to your White Castle several times on Roosevelt Road and Main Street in Lombard Illinois. It is undoubtedly the poorest service ever at a White Castle. In the drive-up it took me over 20 minutes to get my food.

Not to mention waiting 10 minutes just to order. This has happened on at least three occasions. It has never been an easy order, and there was only two people ahead of me in the car line. When I finally got to the window every everything look disorganized, ask me what I ordered, and when I got it there was no sorry for the wait or even a thank you.

No complaints about the food everything was hot fresh and delicious it just took so long. I think a management change is in order

The floor was filthy. None of the tables were wiped off. The counter was sticky and not wiped off. It’s getting really bad and manager had gone home. I am sure people don’t want to eat inside. I was shocked how dirty it’s become in there.

When driving through Columbia, MO my husband and I stopped at White Castle. We ordered 20 cheeseburgers. Our order took almost 30 minutes. We waited patiently. The sliders did not have pickle on any of them and about 1/3 of them didn't have cheese.

We don't live close so there is no way we were going to turn around to have our order corrected. I feel that if they were out of pickles, someone should of told us. The cheese, that we paid for, is just negligent.

I hope this complaint reaches the corporate office.

Good morning I have been a white castle for a long time growing up in Chicago and eating my favorite burger in the world then we moved to Bowling Green Kentucky 1 year ago. We have been at that location about 6 times and every time the service is long and bad having to repeat your order 3 times while the cashier was leaning on the wall while running the register and

waited 15 mins to order,the touch screen soda machine was over 3/4 empty, besides the water leaking all over the floor so we got drinks use don't want. Now waited 20 min for our food which was wrong another 10 mins to get the it correct.

Very disappointed all these issues at the same every time. Thank you Charles kelly

Went to drive thru at 5:30 Sunday night. At Riverdale Commons in Coon Rapids, MN. Was told they could not take any orders. They had too many mobile orders to fill. No sorry from clerk. Very poor customer service. So we went to Popeye's.

Was at drive thru yesterday 5/7/23 I ordered 2 double cheddar cheeseburgers extras pickles 4 reg cheeseburgers & SMALL ONOIN RING & SMALL CHICKEN RINGS . 00$! They need to verify the order because I did not want 20 chicken rings I asked for SMALL !

I went to White Castle on Saturday April 29, 2023 around 6:58 PM. I ordered the 4CBR $4.56 1 S FF $2.49 1 MM LMNADE $2.39 AND 1 CBCAKE $3.59 The total came to $13.62 out of $20.00 change was $6.38

I didn't receive my LMNADE or the CBCAKE. I thought that maybe it was a mistake and it still could be a mistake, but they had the receipt as well and should have known that all of my items weren't put in my bag going to the second window.

I ordered bologna egg and cheese on toast asked for EXTRA bologna because y'all got cheep on the cheapest meat there is it is so thin you can see thur it, and when I got to the window ash AGAIN did you put EXTRA bologna?
