White Castle

I visited the White Castle in Matteson walked inside and they allowed a young African American male to sit on the front counter and talk on his phone and his pants were sagging. I didn’t even order because I was totally disgusted.

What kind of Manager is running this store so unprofessional and disgusting. I’ll never come back there again. The workers were probably scared of them.

I just needed a paper stating I'm not an employee anymore and they won't give me a simple piece of paper stating I don't work there

I made an mobile order and when I went to pick up my order they were out of impossible burgers so they asked did I want anything else I said no... so they said they will cancel the mobile order and my money would be back on my card in 24 hours it has been past 24hours and I still haven't received my money. I don't have $60 just to be thrown away

Went to white castle in Elizabethtown, ky horrible experience,they were out of fish shrimp, onion rings salt , food wasn't seasoned, soda machine was out of every drink besides diet, even out of napkins, ate inside watched 2 customers come back w/wrong orders, this isn't the white castle we are accustomed too!!very sad!!

Everything I go to the white castle in Pontiac they say it's shift change and it will be 15 mins meanwhile 8 cars have rolled thru the drive thru and no sales you are loosening money not a very good management team here.

I placed a large order of food for Kuhnhenn brewery help at 1:00PM Tuesday 21st. The crave case of White Castes was good. All the fried food was horrible. Bitter after taste it left in the mouth. Should not of been served.

We had onion chips, fries, fish, and shrimp.

wanted to take this opportunity to bring forth to you my husbands experience at White Castle at 1341 Main Avenue Clifton NJ . Before anything I want to say that my family eat often from this White Castle. The staff could be a little nicer but our over all experiences there have never been bad.

On 3/10/2023 at about 5:30pm my husband went to buy us dinner . He spent probably a little over $40-$50. And this is how much we usually spend every time we go. My husband failed to check the order at the White Castle being that we were rushing to get to church and when he got home we noticed that there was 3 cheese burgers missing.

Because he wanted our kids to get what they had asked for he went and drove to the White Castle again and spoke to the manager who apparently was covering this location…

My order on 3/4/33 was messed up. Paid for an original slide, 2 cheese sliders and a chicken, get home the original was not in bag. I called the Greenfield Indiana store to let them know, and got the voicemail.

I left a msg, with my name and number and that I wanted a refund. I wanted them to contact me and no one has. This is the poorest customer service ever. Ridiculous you don't teach your employees to double check the orders before giving them to customers.

It is not that difficult. I want a response, plus my refund.

I recently went to White Castle located on 10301 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60628 . as I am placing my order in the drive thru. the worker has a rude attitude, and rushing me to order. " the worker; he ignores me, takes my card then goes to attend to prepping the meal.

however one I got the meal it was literally under cooked. the bread was extremely soggy, fries tasted like they were taken out to early, I can still taste potato. they also didn't give me a recipe for my order or anything.

I felt disrespected, a lil nervous and scared. I would hate to get sick from this food and have to sue ll because a worker can't show human decency and actually cook food carefully .. this was a order for the overnight crew, march 8th, 2023.. around 10:30 -11pm..

We were in line for over 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. When we finally got up to window we sat there about 10 minutes and our food was sitting right on counter till another employee walked up there.

I order the 7.99 10 original sliders and 2 sack of fries and sack of chicken rings and the sliders was hard and cold and the woman that was at the window said it was going to be 10 minutes cause they had to make fresh sliders and it was all nasty, and nothing was fresh at all

Spent 30 bucks for food. The food was old, and hard. The onion chips were burnt, the family pack of sliders were unbeatable. Really dissapointed in lack of quality and service. Won't be back!

Ordered online, got to White Castle and sat at the speaker for 15 minutes. They got on and I told them I order online and told me to pull around. I did. There was a car in front of me.

When I got to the window, I paid and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I thought they would of already made it. When I got home then food was cold, loaded fries wasnt loaded fries and only maybe 20 fries in each box.

Never again will I use the app. I will take my bussiness elsewhere

I went into the restaurant at the Clarksville, IN location. Every person in the store was sooooo mean. They would not give me the bathroom code and I almost peed my Pants. Then I filled out your survey and got my free sandwiches ordered but never received them. Along with other rude comments and looks.

On February 17, 2023 at approximately 6 pm my daughter and I pulled into the drive thru at white castle located on Bridge Street in Chillicothe Ohio. After waiting 10 minutes for a staff member to take our order, we yelled "HELLO" into the box and even reached out and knocked on it.

There was no response so we decided to just pull around to the window and order. There were 2 other cars in line so we waited. The line didn't move. It was taking so long that the car in front of use turned off their engine.

I went through the White Castle drive-thru day before yesterday it was about 9:30 pm 9:40 I do understand that they was busy and I wouldn't have no problem waiting on my order I basically got to the speaker and

On 02/15/23 My Nephew went to White Castle on Michigan Ave in he went inside due to out-drive thru was packed..No receipt was given but the amt $23.38 was told to him..Is this the new norm from your fast foods..It was aft 5pm est..

I made 3 big orders at white castle in new lenox il last night and arrived there at 12:30am. The lady inside said they were closed after sitting in the drive thru for 5min waiting at the speaker, when it specifically said open until 2am. This is very unprofessional and I'm very upset!

Hello i went to White Castles today at 8:15 am Tuesday February 14th it is currently 8:40 and i have arrived at my house 20 MINUTES away from the white castles and my complete order is wrong from the same establishment i regularly have issues with. I need a refund for wasting my money on shitty food and shitty customer service. Didn’t even get the mozzarella sticks i ordered and paid for.

the reasons for my contacting you is that the White Castle Store at 840 N Lindbergh was very lackadaisical in the way the waited on their customers in their Drive Thru. My husband and I were in the Drive Thru Fourth Car back behind a what I believe might have been a blue Kia.

The Kia at Al times had his driver’s window down. The incident happened between 2:30_3:00. Well as we were sitting there the car two cars in front left. And then shortly after that the car in front of us left. Then we left.

But at no time did the Kia move an inch. Now u tell me, What on Earth was going on? No way no how does a Respectable Restaurant let a so called customer have his car do what thi customer did.

5910 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway, Indiana 46224 closed their drive-up (they turned on the closed sign on the order screen) while I was sitting there Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 2:30 pm. I pulled up to order, the female inside said please wait a minute, then they closed.

I can only assume it was because I'm the wrong skin color because after I left--without driving up to the window because I was afraid--other cars were moving through the drive-up line, ordering, paying for, and receiving their food. This is a store that I have patronized for many years with no problems until now.

I'm a 70-year-old white woman.

I waited about 5 minutes for them to take my order at drive-through and then when I get to the window they took my money immediately but I waited another 5 minutes and my food was cold I don't understand what the waitt was for if I'm waiting for food that's already prepared and it's cold when it gets to me

The restaurant on Hebert Street in St. Louis is always out of coffee creamer or sweetner.

Online order is never ready. I always wait for them to get it ready. They didn't know they had the online order. They didn't put my receipt in the bag.

I refuse to do business with a merchant that panhandles customers for donation money when they are paying for items. To shame them, and put them on the spot is totally wrong. Why can't I just buy my food and be left alone?

I submitted an online order this morning December 24 at 9:05 AM. It said it was going to be ready for pick up at 9:20 AM. I sat in the drive-through till 9:40 AM and they finally brought me my order to the window, they just kept saying while we only have two people a half an hour plus to get eight sandwiches and some hashbrowns is completely unacceptable.

I just wanted to make someone aware of the customer service issue in the Midlothian Illinois store.

I recently went to store #060037 on 12/21/22. I had multiple orders as I was purchasing for the office. I placed my first order. The gentlemen then said "Is that it? Give me your money". Exact words. When I said I had 2 more orders he rolled his eyes at me. I gave the orders.

When they were ready, he said "Here's your order" and promptly dropped in on the counter in front of me. ". I thought he was kidding but he wasn't. Someone else said there's some behind the counter. He made me reach around and get it myself.

I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. I don't know his name but his team member number is 6059. I was there at 2:27 pm. I just needed to voice my concerns. Thank you

3150 Dixie highway erlanger ky. Drive thru takes close to 30 mins. They don't get the order right and cashier acts mean and snobby. Ordered 12 piece nibbler, got a 6 piece. Never coming back and white castle used to be fast and good.

The White Castle on National Turnpike in Louisville, Kentucky is filthy. The drive through WI dow is spattered with food, you can barely see into the restaurant. We left our order because it was so disgusting.

I’ve been buying sliders for over 60 years and love them. But I am sorry to say no long will I be buying White Castle burgers. The last few times visiting the location on lake st in Aurora il it’s take 15 minutes to receive the food from the time I arrived.

On Dec 2 2022 I stop to buy food and was told it would be at least 30 minutes and maybe longer for food. I don’t believe this is a isolated event. So I will not be buying anymore from White Castle.

I believe you can’t fix a problem if you are not aware of the problem. In the meantime I travel to Tennesee often and will be buying crystals burgers for my cravings. Hope you can fix your issues. Would hate to see another old business to close do to bad service.

Female employee behind the counter was cursing multiple times. Door dash order was not even started and there was only one customer in the lobby. Miserable experience and I’ve had over 1000 deliveries.

I’ve been eating slider for over 60 year and love them. But my reason visits to your White Castle location in Aurora il has been very long wait times. 15 minutes as a average wait time. This I believe isn’t a isolated incident as it happened the last 3 times I’ve been there.

The time of my visits are all after 1:30 in the afternoon. Yesterday December 2 I stop by and was told it would be 30 plus minutes for my order and their was only 3 cars in front of me in line.

Your White Castle in Valley Station only Waits on two cars at a time they can be wrapped around the building and they make no effort to take care of these autos

I have been a long time customer at the White Castle in Terre Haute. Today, 11/28/22 at 12:13 PM, I entered to find 6-8 customers waiting for their order which is not the usual. One customer ahead of me said there’s only two employees and commented on that being ridiculous. Two customers ahead of me walked out without their order. There was an African American girl working her butt off to help customers. It’s a shame this business has fallen into the abyss. Won’t be in business long. Management evidently isn’t too caring. Also the urinals and toilets could use a good dose of muriatic acid and be cleaned. It’s always amazes me how someone can build a nice building in a nice area ( Not inner city) and let it go to hell. What a shame.

On November 28 2022 on our way from visiting St. Louis Mo back to Kansas City Mo we stopped off Highway 70 in Columbia MO, Exit 128, just north of the exit. We got in a line at the White Castle & was really looking forward to the cheese burgers.

We had to get in the drive thru because the lobby was closed. We waited in the line over 45 minutes.

Finally getting our order of $28 we proceeded to the highway. Upon starting to eat the white castles they were cold each & everyone like they had been sitting. This was very disappointing & disrespectful. There’s no way we could turn around & go back.

The line was at least 45 minutes & we certainly were not going to jump the line. We just folded the bag up & threw in the trash when we arrived home. This is not the service that we have experienced…

Ordered a number 1 with extra onion and no pickle. After getting home I found that burgers had no onion and extra pickles. I am allergic to pickles and pickle juice so I could not eat them. The lady that took the order repeated back to me three times with the correct order.

My 16 year old sister works at the White Castle in Springfield Ohio. Due to it having a grease fire she’s been sent to different stores out of town. She is her only ride and just got this job. She called up to the Dayton store saying she would run and little late because she needs to get gas money.

The manager laughed at her on the phone. I found it really rude and disrespectful. Made my sister not want to come into work due to feeling like she’d be judged.

25 minutes to get a small order at 4:30 am when there is not a line with a 24 hour drive thru. (Henderson, NV) Had I needed to go to work, it would not have even happened. Unacceptable. Clerk stuck his head out the drive thru window and as I approached he went back in, leaving no one at the window for almost 3 minutes. Sat there. Finally. Handed my order.

No napkins and was not offered any condiments such as ketchup, dipping sauces,etc. extremely POOR and UNACCEPTABLE service, no matter what time of day it is. If you’re open, act as such or shut it down.

On 10-22-22, I called White Castle at 110 W. North Ave, Carol Stream 3 times after the opening time of 7am. Phone was never answered. I called 1st time at 7:05, before I shopped at Caputo's . Then I called at 7:20, before I shopped at Valli.

Final call was at 7:40, after checking out at Valli. I wanted to place a large order, so I wanted order worked on before I drove there. So after shopping at 2 stores, I drove there and walked to the front door, which was locked.

80 at White Castle, before tax, and I am appalled that your employees are being paid but don't want to work. I have previously came to store for large order, and was told by employees to call first so they have time to make order.
